“When plunder becomes a way of life for a group of men in a society, over the course of time they create for themselves a legal system that authorizes it and a moral code that glorifies it.” ― Frédéric Bastiat, French economist
Americans can no longer afford to get sick and there’s a reason why.
That’s because a growing number of Americans are struggling to stretch their dollars far enough to pay their bills, get out of debt and ensure that if and when an illness arises, it doesn’t bankrupt them.
This is a reality that no amount of partisan political bickering can deny.
Many Americans can no longer afford health insurance, drug costs or hospital bills. They can’t afford to pay rising healthcare premiums, out-of-pocket deductibles and prescription drug bills.
They can’t afford to live, and now they can’t afford to get sick or die, either.
To be clear, my definition of “affordable healthcare” is different from the government’s. To the government, you can “afford” to pay for healthcare if your income falls above the poverty line. That takes no account of rising taxes, the cost of living, the cost to clothe and feed a household, the cost of transportation and communication and education, or any of the other line items that add up to a life worth living.
As Helaine Olen points out in The Atlantic:
“Just because a person is insured, it doesn’t mean he or she can actually afford their doctor, hospital, pharmaceutical, and other medical bills. The point of insurance is to protect patients’ finances from the costs of everything from hospitalizations to prescription drugs, but out-of-pocket spending for people even with employer-provided health insurance has increased by more than 50 percent since 2010.”
For too many Americans, achieving any kind of quality of life has become a choice between putting food on the table and paying one’s bills or health care coverage.
It’s a gamble any way you look at it, and the medical community is not helping.
Healthcare costs are rising, driven by a medical, insurance and pharmaceutical industry that are getting rich off the sick and dying.
Indeed, Americans currently pay $3.4 trillion a year for medical care. We spent more than $10,000 per person on health care in 2016. Those attempting to shop for health insurance coverage right now are understandably experiencing sticker shock with premiums set to rise 34% in 2018. It’s estimated that costs may rise as high as $15,000 by 2023.
As Bloomberg reports, “Rising health-care costs are eating up the wage gains won by American workers, who are being asked by their employers to pick up more of the heftier tab… The cost of buying health coverage at work has increased faster than wages and inflation for years, pressuring household budgets.”
Appallingly, Americans spend more than any developed country on healthcare and have less to show for it. We don’t live as long, we have higher infant mortality rates, we have fewer hospital and physician visits, and the quality of our healthcare is generally worse. We also pay astronomical amounts for prescription drugs, compared to other countries.
Whether or not you’re insured through an employer, the healthcare marketplace, a government-subsidized program such as Medicare or Medicaid, or have no health coverage whatsoever, it’s still “we the consumers” who have to pay to subsidize the bill whenever anyone gets sick in this country. And that bill is a whopper.
While Obamacare (a.k.a. the Affordable Care Act) may have made health insurance more accessible to greater numbers of individuals, it has failed to make healthcare any more affordable.
As journalist Laurie Meisler concludes, “One big reason U.S. health care costs are so high: pharmaceutical spending. The U.S. spends more per capita on prescription medicines and over-the-counter products than any other country.”
One investigative journalist spent seven months analyzing hundreds of bills from hospitals, doctors, drug companies, and medical equipment manufacturers. His findings confirmed what we’ve known all along: health care in America is just another way of making corporations rich at consumer expense.
An examination of an itemized hospital bill (only available upon request) revealed an amazing amount of price gouging. Tylenol, which you can buy for less than $10 for a bottle, was charged to the patient at a rate of $15 per pill, for a total of $345 for a hospital stay. $8 for a plastic bag to hold the patient’s personal items and another $8 for a box of Kleenex. $23 for a single alcohol swab. $53 per pair for non-sterile gloves (adding up to $5,141 for the entire hospital stay). $10 for plastic cup in which to take one’s medicine. $93 for the use of an overhead light during a surgical procedure. $39 each time you want to hold your newborn baby. And $800 for a sterile water IV bag that costs about a dollar to make.
This is clearly not a problem that can be remedied by partisan politics.
The so-called Affordable Care Act pushed through by the Obama administration is proving to be anything but affordable for anyone over the poverty line. And the Trump administration’s “fixes” promise to be no better. Indeed, for too many Americans who live paycheck to paycheck and struggle just to get by, the tax penalty for not having health insurance will actually be cheaper than trying to find affordable coverage that actually pays for care.
This is how the middle classes, who fuel the nation’s economy and fund the government’s programs, get screwed repeatedly.
When almost 60% of Americans are so financially strapped that they don’t have even $500 in savings and nothing whatsoever put away for retirement, and yet they are being forced to pay for government programs that do little to enhance their lives, we’re not living the American dream.
We’re living a financial nightmare.
We have no real say in how the government runs, or how our taxpayer funds are used, but that doesn’t prevent the government from fleecing us at every turn and forcing us to pay for endless wars that do more to fund the military industrial complex than protect us, pork barrel projects that produce little to nothing, and a police state that serves only to imprison us within its walls.
We have no real say, but we’re being forced to pay through the nose, anyhow.
George Harrison, who died 16 years ago this month, summed up this outrageous state of affairs in his song Taxman:
If you drive a car, I’ll tax the street,
If you try to sit, I’ll tax your seat.
If you get too cold I’ll tax the heat,
If you take a walk, I’ll tax your feet.
Don’t ask me what I want it for
If you don’t want to pay some more
‘Cause I’m the taxman, yeah, I’m the taxman
Now my advice for those who die
Declare the pennies on your eyes
‘Cause I’m the taxman, yeah, I’m the taxman
And you’re working for no one but me.
In other words, in the eyes of the government, “we the people, the voters, the consumers, and the taxpayers” are little more than indentured servants and sources of revenue.
If you have no choice, no voice, and no real options when it comes to the government’s claims on your property and your money, you’re not free.
Consider: The government can seize your home and your car (which you’ve bought and paid for) over nonpayment of taxes. Government agents can freeze and seize your bank accounts and other valuables if they merely “suspect” wrongdoing. And the IRS insists on getting the first cut of your salary to pay for government programs over which you have no say.
It wasn’t always this way, of course.
Early Americans went to war over the inalienable rights described by philosopher John Locke as the natural rights of life, liberty and property.
It didn’t take long, however—a hundred years, in fact—before the American government was laying claim to the citizenry’s property by levying taxes to pay for the Civil War. As the New York Times reports, “Widespread resistance led to its repeal in 1872.”
Determined to claim some of the citizenry’s wealth for its own uses, the government reinstituted the income tax in 1894. Charles Pollock challenged the tax as unconstitutional, and the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in his favor. Pollock’s victory was relatively short-lived. Members of Congress—united in their determination to tax the American people’s income—worked together to adopt a constitutional amendment to overrule the Pollock decision.
On the eve of World War I, in 1913, Congress instituted a permanent income tax by way of the 16th Amendment to the Constitution and the Revenue Act of 1913. Under the Revenue Act, individuals with income exceeding $3,000 could be taxed starting at 1% up to 7% for incomes exceeding $500,000.
It’s all gone downhill from there.
Unsurprisingly, the government has used its tax powers to advance its own imperialistic agendas and the courts have repeatedly upheld the government’s power to penalize or jail those who refused to pay their taxes.
Irwin A. Schiff was one of the nation’s most vocal tax protesters. He spent a good portion of his life arguing that the income tax was unconstitutional. He paid the price for his resistance, too: Schiff served three separate prison terms (more than 10 years in all) over his refusal to pay taxes. He died at the age of 87 serving a 14-year prison term. As constitutional activist Robert L. Schulz noted in Schiff’s obituary, “In a society where there is so much fear of government, and in particular of the I.R.S., [Schiff] was probably the most influential educator regarding the illegal and unconstitutional operation and enforcement of the Internal Revenue Code. It’s very hard to speak to power, but he did, and he paid a very heavy price.”
It’s still hard to speak to power, and those who do are still paying a very heavy price.
All the while the government continues to do whatever it likes—levy taxes, rack up debt, spend outrageously and irresponsibly—with little thought for the plight of its citizens.
The national debt is $20 trillion and growing. The amount this country owes is now greater than its gross national product(all the products and services produced in one year by labor and property supplied by the citizens). We’re paying more than $270 billion just in interest on that debt annually. And the top two foreign countries who “own” our debt are China and Japan.
To top it all off, all of those wars the U.S. is so eager to fight abroad are being waged with borrowed funds. As The Atlanticreports, “For 15 years now, the United States has been putting these wars on a credit card… U.S. leaders are essentially bankrolling the wars with debt, in the form of purchases of U.S. Treasury bonds by U.S.-based entities like pension funds and state and local governments, and by countries like China and Japan.”
If Americans managed their personal finances the way the government mismanages the nation’s finances, we’d all be in debtors’ prison by now.
Still, the government remains unrepentant, unfazed and undeterred in its money grabs.
While we’re struggling to get by, and making tough decisions about how to spend what little money actually makes it into our pockets after the federal, state and local governments take their share (this doesn’t include the stealth taxes imposed through tolls, fines and other fiscal penalties), the police state is spending our hard-earned tax dollars to further entrench its powers and entrap its citizens.
For instance, American taxpayers have been forced to shell out $5.6 trillion since 9/11 for the military industrial complex’s costly, endless so-called “war on terrorism.” That translates to roughly $23,000 per taxpayer to wage wars abroad, occupy foreign countries, provide financial aid to foreign allies, and fill the pockets of defense contractors and grease the hands of corrupt foreign dignitaries.
Mind you, that staggering $6 trillion is only a portion of what the Pentagon spends on America’s military empire.
That price tag keeps growing, too.
The 16-year war in Afghanistan, which now stands as the longest and one of the most expensive wars in U.S. history, is about to get even longer and more costly, thanks to President Trump’s promise to send more troops over.
In this way, the military industrial complex will get even richer, and the American taxpayer will be forced to shell out even more funds for programs that do little to enhance our lives, ensure our happiness and well-being, or secure our freedoms.
As Dwight D. Eisenhower warned in a 1953 speech:
Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children. The cost of one modern heavy bomber is this: a modern brick school in more than 30 cities. It is two electric power plants, each serving a town of 60,000 population. It is two fine, fully equipped hospitals. It is some fifty miles of concrete pavement. We pay for a single fighter plane with a half million bushels of wheat. We pay for a single destroyer with new homes that could have housed more than 8,000 people. This is, I repeat, the best way of life to be found on the road the world has been taking. This is not a way of life at all, in any true sense. Under the cloud of threatening war, it is humanity hanging from a cross of iron. […] Is there no other way the world may live?
This is still no way of life.
Yet it’s not just the government’s endless wars that are bleeding us dry.
We’re also being forced to shell out money for surveillance systems to track our movements, money to further militarize our already militarized police, money to allow the government to raid our homes and bank accounts, money to fund schools where our kids learn nothing about freedom and everything about how to comply, and on and on.
Are you getting the picture yet?
The government isn’t taking our money to make our lives better. Just take a look at the nation’s failing infrastructure, and you’ll see how little is being spent on programs that advance the common good.
We’re being robbed blind so the governmental elite can get richer
This is nothing less than financial tyranny.
“We the people” have become the new, permanent underclass in America.
It’s tempting to say that there’s little we can do about it, except that’s not quite accurate.
There are a few things we can do (demand transparency, reject cronyism and graft, insist on fair pricing and honest accounting methods, call a halt to incentive-driven government programs that prioritize profits over people), but it will require that “we the people” stop playing politics and stand united against the politicians and corporate interests who have turned our government and economy into a pay-to-play exercise in fascism.
We’ve become so invested in identity politics that label us based on our political leanings that we’ve lost sight of the one label that unites us: we’re all Americans.
As I make clear in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, the powers-that-be want to pit us against one another. They want us to adopt an “us versus them” mindset that keeps us powerless and divided. Trust me, the only “us versus them” that matters anymore is “we the people” against the police state.
We’re all in the same boat, folks, and there’s only one real life preserver: that’s the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
The Constitution starts with those three powerful words: “We the people.”
The message is this: there is power in our numbers.
That remains our greatest strength in the face of a governmental elite that continues to ride roughshod over the populace. It remains our greatest defense against a government that has claimed for itself unlimited power over the purse (taxpayer funds) and the sword (military might). As Patrick Henry declared in the last speech before his death, “United we stand, divided we fall. Let us not split into factions … or … exhaust [our strength] in civil commotions and intestine wars.”
This holds true whether you’re talking about health care, war spending, or the American police state.

The past of our ancestors lives on through us: Groundbreaking research illustrates how parental experience is not only epigenetically imprinted onto offspring, but onto an unprecedented number of future generations. Rather than occurring over the elongated time scale of millions of years, genetic change can transpire in real biological time through nanoparticles known as exosomes.
Until recently, it was believed that our genes dictate our destiny. That we are slated for the diseases that will ultimately beset us based upon the pre-wired indecipherable code written in stone in our genetic material. The burgeoning field of epigenetics, however, is overturning these tenets, and ushering in a school of thought where nurture, not nature, is seen to be the predominant influence when it comes to genetic expression and our freedom from or affliction by chronic disease.
Epigenetics: The Demise of Biological Determinism
Epigenetics, or the study of the physiological mechanisms that silence or activate genes, encompasses processes which alter gene function without changing the sequence of nucleotide base pairs in our DNA. Translated literally to mean “in addition to changes in genetic sequence,” epigenetics includes processes such as methylation, acetylation, phosphorylation, sumolyation, and ubiquitylation which can be transmitted to daughter cells upon cell division (1). Methylation, for example, is the attachment of simple methyl group tags to DNA molecules, which can repress transcription of a gene when it occurs in the region of a gene promoter. This simple methyl group, or a carbon bound to three hydrogen molecules, effectively turns the gene off.
Post-translational modifications of histone proteins is another epigenetic process. Histones help to package and condense the DNA double helix into the cell nucleus in a complex called chromatin, which can be modified by enzymes, acetyl groups, and forms of RNA called small interfering RNAs and microRNAs (1). These chemical modifications of chromatin influence its three-dimensional structure, which in turn governs its accessibility for DNA transcription and dictates whether genes are expressed or not.
We inherit one allele, or variant, of each gene from our mother and the other from our father. If the result of epigenetic processes is imprinting, a phenomenon where one of the two alleles of a gene pair is turned off, this can generate a deleterious health outcome if the expressed allele is defective or increases our susceptibility to infections or toxicants (1). Studies link cancers of nearly all types, neurobehavioral and cognitive dysfunction, respiratory illnesses, autoimmune disorders, reproductive anomalies, and cardiovascular disease to epigenetic mechanisms (1). For example, the cardiac antiarrhythmic drug procainamide and the antihypertensive agent hydralazine can cause lupus in some people by causing aberrant patterns of DNA methylation and disrupting signaling pathways (1).
Genes Load the Gun, Environment Pulls the Trigger
Pharmaceuticals, however, are not the only agents that can induce epigenetic disturbances. Whether you were born via vaginal birth or Cesarean section, breastfed or bottle-fed, raised with a pet in the house, or infected with certain childhood illnesses all influence your epigenetic expression. Whether you are sedentary, pray, smoke, mediate, do yoga, have an extensive network of social support or are alienated from your community—all of your lifestyle choices play into your risk for disease operating through mechanisms of epigenetics.
In fact, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) states that genetics account for only 10% of disease, with the remaining 90% owing to environmental variables (2). An article published in the Public Library of Science One (PLoS One) entitled “Genetic factors are not the major causes of chronic diseases” echoes these claims, citing that chronic disease is only 16.4% genetic, and 84.6% environmental (3). These concepts make sense in light of research on the exposome, the cumulative measure of all the environmental insults an individual incurs during their life course that determines susceptibility to disease (4)
In delineating the totality of exposures to which an individual is subjected over their lifetime, the exposome can be subdivided into three overlapping and intertwined domains. One segment of the exposome called the internal environment is comprised of processes innate to the body which impinge on the cellular milieu. This encompasses hormones and other cellular messengers, oxidative stress, inflammation, lipid peroxidation, bodily morphology, the gut microbiota, aging and biochemical stress (5).
Another portion of the exposome, the specific external environment, consists of exposures including pathogens, radiation, chemical contaminants and pollutants, and medical interventions, as well as dietary, lifestyle, and occupational elements (5). At an even broader sociocultural and ecological level is the segment of the exposome called the general external environment, which may circumscribe factors such as psychological stress, socioeconomic status, geopolitical variables, educational attainment, urban or rural residence, and climate (5).
Transgenerational Inheritance of Epigenetic Change: Endocrine Disruptors Trigger Infertility in Future Generations
Scientists formerly speculated that epigenetic changes disappear with each new generation during gametogenesis, the formation of sperm and ovum, and after fertilization. However, this theory was first challenged by research published in the journal Science which demonstrated that transient exposure of pregnant rats to the insecticide methoxychlor, an estrogenic compound, or the fungicide vinclozolin, an antiandrogenic compound, resulted in increased incidence of male infertility and decreased sperm production and viability in 90% of the males of four subsequent generations that were tracked (1).
Most notably, these reproductive effects were associated with derangements in DNA methylation patterns in the germ line, suggesting that epigenetic changes are passed on to future generations. The authors concluded, “The ability of an environmental factor (for example, endocrine disruptor) to reprogram the germ line and to promote a transgenerational disease state has significant implications for evolutionary biology and disease etiology” (6, p. 1466). This may suggest that the endocrine-disrupting, fragrance-laden personal care products and commercial cleaning supplies to which we are all exposed may trigger fertility problems in multiple future generations.
Transgenerational Inheritance of Traumatic Episodes: Parental Experience Shapes Traits of Offspring
In addition, traumatic experiences may be transmitted to future generations via epigenetics as a way to inform progeny about salient information needed for their survival (7). In one study, researchers wafted the cherry-like chemical acetophenone into the chambers of mice while administering electric shocks, conditioning the mice to fear the scent (7). This reaction was passed onto two successive generations, which shuddered significantly more in the presence of acetophenone despite never having encountered it compared to descendants of mice that had not received this conditioning (7).
The study suggests that certain characteristics of the parental sensory environment experienced before conception can remodel the sensory nervous system and neuroanatomy in subsequently conceived generations (7). Alterations in brain structures that process olfactory stimuli were observed, as well as enhanced representation of the receptor that perceives the odor compared to control mice and their progeny (7). These changes were conveyed by epigenetic mechanisms, as illustrated by evidence that the acetophenone-sensing genes in fearful mice were hypomethylated, which may have enhanced expression of odorant-receptor genes during development leading to acetophenone sensitivity (7).
The Human Experience of Famine and Tragedy Spans Generations
The mouse study, which illustrates how germ cells (egg and sperm) exhibit dynamic plasticity and adaptability in response to environmental signals, is mirrored by human studies. For instance, exposures to certain stressors such as starvation during the gestational period are associated with poor health outcomes for offspring. Women who undergo famine before conception of her offspring have been demonstrated to give birth to children with lower self-reported mental health and quality of life, for example (8).
Studies similarly highlight that, “Maternal famine exposure around the time of conception has been related to prevalence of major affective disorders, antisocial personality disorders, schizophrenia, decreased intracranial volume, and congenital abnormalities of the central nervous system” (8). Gestational exposure to the Dutch Famine of the mid-twentieth century is also associated with lower perceived health (9), as well as enhanced incidence of cardiovascular disease, hypertension, and obesity in offspring (8). Maternal undernourishment during pregnancy leads to neonatal adiposity, which is a predictor of future obesity (10), in the grandchildren (11).
The impact of epigenetics is also exemplified by research on the intergenerational effects of trauma, which illuminates that descendants of people who survived the Holocaust exhibit abnormal stress hormone profiles, and low cortisol production in particular (12). Because of their impaired cortisol response and altered stress reactivity, children of Holocaust survivors are often at enhanced risk for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, and depression (13).
Intrauterine exposure to maternal stress in the form of intimate partner violence during pregnancy can also lead to changes in the methylation status of the glucocorticoid receptor (GR) of their adolescent offspring (14). These studies suggest that an individual’s experience of trauma can predispose their descendants to mental illness, behavioral problems, and psychological abnormalities due to “transgenerational epigenetic programming of genes operating in the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis,” a complex set of interactions among endocrine glands which determine stress response and resilience (14).
Body Cells Pass Genetic Information Directly Into Sperm Cells
Not only that, but studies are illuminating that genetic information can be transferred through the germ line cells of a species in real time. These paradigm-shifting findings overturn conventional logic which postulates that genetic change occurs over the protracted time scale of hundreds of thousands or even millions of years. In a relatively recent study, exosomes were found to be the medium through which information was transferred from somatic cells to gametes.
This experiment entailed xenotransplantation, a process where living cells from one species are grafted into a recipient of another species. Specifically, human melanomatumor cells genetically engineered to express genes for a fluorescent tracer enzyme called EGFP-encoding plasmid were transplanted into mice. The experimenters found that information-containing molecules containing the EGFP tracer were released into the animals’ blood (15). Exosomes, or “specialized membranous nano-sized vesicles derived from endocytic compartments that are released by many cell types” were found among the EGFP trackable molecules (16, p. 447).
Exosomes, which are synthesized by all plant and animal cells, contain distinct protein repertoires and are created when inward budding occurs from the membrane of multivesicular bodies (MVBs), a type of organelle that serves as a membrane-bound sorting compartment within eukaryotic cells (16). Exosomes contain microRNA (miRNA) and small RNA, types of non-coding RNA involved in regulating gene expression (16). In this study, exosomes delivered RNAs to mature sperm cells (spermatozoa) and remained stored there (15).
The researchers highlight that this kind of RNA can behave as a “transgenerational determinant of inheritable epigenetic variations and that spermatozoal RNA can carry and deliver information that cause phenotypic variations in the progeny” (15). In other words, the RNA carried to sperm cells by exosomes can preside over gene expression in a way that changes the observable traits and disease risk of the offspring as well as its morphology, development, and physiology.
This study was the first to elucidate RNA-mediated transfer of information from somatic to germ cells, which fundamentally overturns what is known as the Weisman barrier, a principle which states that the movement of hereditary information from genes to body cells is unidirectional, and that the information transmitted by egg and sperm to future generations remains independent of somatic cells and parental experience (15).
Further, this may bear implications for cancer risk, as exosomes contain vast amounts of genetic information which can be source of lateral gene transfer (17) and are abundantly liberated from tumor cells (18). This can be reconciled with the fact that exosome-resembling vesicles have been observed in various mammals (15), including humans, in close proximity to sperm in anatomical structures such as the epididymis as well as in seminal fluid (19). These exosomes may thereafter be propagated to future generations with fertilization and augment cancer risk in the offspring (20).
The researchers concluded that sperm cells can act as the final repositories of somatic cell-derived information, which suggests that epigenetic insults to our body cells can be relayed to future generations. This notion is confirmatory of the evolutionary theory of “soft inheritance” proposed by French naturalist Jean-Baptiste Lamarck, whereby characteristics acquired over the life of an organism are transmitted to offspring, a concept which modern genetics previously rejected before the epigenetics arrived on the scene. In this way, the sperm are able to spontaneously assimilate exogenous DNA and RNA molecules, behaving both as vector of their native genome and of extrachromosomal foreign genetic material which is “then delivered to oocytes at fertilization with the ensuing generation of phenotypically modified animals” (15).
Epigenetic Changes Endure Longer Than Ever Predicted
In a recent study, nematode worms were manipulated to harbor a transgene for a fluorescent protein, which made the worms glow under ultraviolet light when the gene was activated (21). When the worms were incubated under the ambient temperature of 20° Celsius (68° Fahrenheit), negligible glowing was observed, indicating low activity of the transgene (21). However, transferring the worms to a warmer climate of 25°C (77° F) stimulated expression of the gene, as the worms glowed brightly (21).
In addition, this temperature-induced alteration in gene expression was found to persist for at least 14 generations, representing the preservation of epigenetic memories of environmental change across an unprecedented number of generations (21). In other words, the worms transmitted memories of past environmental conditions to their descendants, through the vehicle of epigenetic change, as a way to prepare their offspring for prevailing environmental conditions and ensure their survivability.
Future Directions: Where Do We Go From Here?
Taken cumulatively, the aforementioned research challenges traditional Mendelian laws of genetics, which postulate that genetic inheritance occurs exclusively through sexual reproduction and that traits are passed to offspring through the chromosomes contained in germ line cells, and never through somatic (bodily) cells. Effectively, this proves the existence of non-Mendelian transgenerational inheritance, where traits separate from chromosomal genes are transmitted to progeny, resulting in persistent phenotypes that endure across generations (22).
This research imparts new meaning to the principle of seven generation stewardship taught by Native Americans, which mandates that we consider the welfare of seven generations to come in each of our decisions. Not only should we embody this approach in practices of environmental sustainability, but we would be wise to consider how the conditions to which we subject our bodies—the pollution and toxicants which permeate the landscape and pervade our bodies, the nutrient-devoid soil that engenders micronutrient-poor food, the disruptions to our circadian rhythm due to the ubiquity of electronic devices, our divorce from nature and the demise of our tribal affiliations—may translate into ill health effects and diminished quality of life for a previously unfathomed number of subsequent generations.
Hazards of modern agriculture, the industrial revolution, and contemporary living are the “known or suspected drivers behind epigenetic processes…including heavy metals, pesticides, diesel exhaust, tobacco smoke, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, hormones, radioactivity, viruses, bacteria, and basic nutrients” (1, p. A160). Serendipitously, however, many inputs such as exercise, mindfulness, and bioactive components in fruits and vegetables such as sulforaphane in cruciferous vegetables, resveratrol from red grapes, genistein from soy, diallyl sulphide from garlic, curcumin from turmeric, betaine from beets, and green tea catechin can favorably modify epigenetic phenomena “either by directly inhibiting enzymes that catalyze DNA methylation or histone modifications, or by altering the availability of substrates necessary for those enzymatic reactions” (23, p. 8).
This quintessentially underscores that the air we breathe, the food we eat, the thoughts we allow, the toxins to which we are exposed, and the experiences we undergo may persevere in our descendants and remain in our progeny long after we are gone. We must be cognizant of the effects of our actions, as they elicit a ripple effect through the proverbial sands of time.

The avalanche of revelations about the perverted and predatory sexual underbelly of Hollywood and the entertainment industry is long overdue. It has always been an open secret of sorts, but the whole house is coming down right now as more people are suddenly feeling empowered to speak out, and the media is finally ready to listen and take seriously to the stories of victims.
But what if pedophilia and the sexual harassment of women in entertainment is only a symptom and not actually the disease?
Just below the surface, hidden in plain sight in Hollywood is the overwhelming influence of the occult and the esoteric schools of ancient black magic. It has always been present in this industry because those who seek power in our world have long recognized that television, film and music are the most efficient and important roadways into the public psyche and the collective conscience.
Many have warned us about this for years, composing volumes of books and videos, gathering evidence of this bizarre conspiracy.
“Hollywood is, as David Lynch titles it, an “inland empire” – a kind of covenantal city-state of its own, with its own religion, including all the trappings of neophytes, acolytes, servants, agents, star saints, hierophants and hierarchs and holy sites. It is a veritable polis of initiatory esoterica where the holy sites and rites of Hollywood are not the altars of mainstream religion, but another ancient religion, ultimately summed up in the epithet of the ancient mysteries. The ancient mysteries comprise the competing religious practices of the empires of old, but the one empire that seems to have achieved the most appropriate association with Hollywood is Babylon – the “gate of the gods”.” ~Jay Dyer
Clues appear in the form of symbols and the use of symbolic set and setting in order to introduce occult memes into the subconscious. Subliminal messages packed with sexual innuendo including veiled pornographic images and reproductive anatomy are vaguely concealed in films. Music videos are laden with satanic imagery and overtly demonic themes.
Here is a compilation of examples of this in many of Disney’s children’s films:
Here is a compilation of Iluminati and satanic symbols appearing in music videos. There are hundreds of more examples of this that are quite easy to find.
Illuminati symbolism is a recurring theme, often resurfacing as the chosen celebrity covering one eye. The symbol of the one eye is of course the same single eye that watches from atop the symbolic pyramid, a symbol on our money and scattered throughout the political world.
There are so many instances of actors, musicians and pop stars being photographed with one eye covered that it defies the definition of coincidence. Here is a collage with just a tiny fraction of available examples.
Hollywood has its own hidden language that is stunningly pervasive in entertainment media, with recurring themes applied over again in new contexts. There is so much to it that it cannot be ignored, but you don’t see it until you’ve been introduced to it. Once you see, though, you see it everywhere.
The themes are applied in so many productions that it utterly defies coincidence, which means there must be some greater unifying message or purpose to it all. Based on the type of symbols and when looked at in the historical context of esoteric religious movement, Egyptian theology, Babylonian mythology, Satan worship and so on, Hollywood and the movie industry is clearly working to serve a particular idealogical movement.
The worship of dark and satanic forces has historically been linked to human sacrifice, pedophilia, sexual perversion, ego worship, celebrity worship, fragmentation of the individual psyche into controllable parts, mind control and corruption of the soul. The use of the occult and its symbols is a methodology employed to weaken the power of the individual and to create psychological slaves. It is a serious form of mind control.
While there certainly is reason to applaud the growing tidal wave of truth about Hollywood, one can only hope that these revelations ultimately go all the way to the core of the depravity in Hollywood, and that we can finally liberate our culture from these dark influences.
About the Author
Daniel Pineda, New Dawn
Complete awakening happens on all levels. This includes the realisation there are some very serious enemies to personal/spiritual liberty who will work against you. They might say they are looking out for your best interest, or that of the greater good, but it is really always about control.
Thanks to archaeology and anthropology, we have been given some very clear information of the characteristics of each age of human societal development. For thousands of years, the glue that held societies together was conformity as well as the judgment that ensues when this conformity was not met. Conformity to accepted cultural, religious, racial, and economic norms held together the collective identity pretty well. This worked just fine as long as populations were relatively small and homogeneous. If wealth is concentrated and accessible only to the very smallest portion of such a society, then dependence is a natural survival instinct that proves successful in most cases. If the group is small and each member procures food, shelter, and clothing in the same way, then the instinct of perceived fairness aids in the preservation of justice. In these societies positions of power are usually inherited by birth or military skill.
As a nation grows in size, population, and wealth however, new ways to relate and understand each other are needed. The old glue of conformity is just not flexible or elastic enough to hold together groups of individuals with widely differing views on almost every issue. Our sense of fairness that we developed in our early stages of evolution actually starts working against us. The very things that would actually create more wealth and leisure time can seem as a threat to our perception of fairness, such as specialisation, contractual agreements, as well as the risks inherent in a marketplace.
Our palaeo-brains are hardwired to think that in order for one person to have, another must go without. In a free-market society, this is not necessarily so. The pie is not limited. Due to profit motive that rewards risk taking and competitive pricing, the entrepreneur is free to add to the pie rather then just redistribute a fixed portion of it.
The new glue must be independence. This glue takes longer to set, yet it is much stronger. It relies not upon conformity, but upon respect, love, and the potential loss of sovereignty for those who would thwart the rights of others.
Communism/Statism/Progressivism is a re-emergence of outdated stone age communal instincts wrapped in the garments of post structuralism (discipline and therefore structure is essential to liberty; the anti-structuralist is a peddler of the worst kind of lies and superstitions as he is promising the ignorant person an impossibility) and political correctness, defended from any real scrutiny by the professed pure intentions of the enviro-marxist-radical.
I am a MAN and I will not COMPLY
The collectivists/Statists don’t like to be challenged. They demonise their opponents because the truth about their plans would expose them as the radical enemies of liberty they know themselves to be. People should speak up and defend positions as long as they genuinely believe them. It is when we begin defending ourselves rather then debating ideas that who is right no longer matters as much as who is left. This degeneration puts us back.
The collectivists want the revolution of one so called class against another, rather then the transmutation of the entire culture. Positive societal evolution happens best when it arises from within people as an entire cultural shift, not as a protest group or one class against another. Equal justice first requires the acknowledgement of all being equal before it, otherwise it’s just another empty phrase.
Every single mass murder has been produced by people using the government to enforce their will upon others. The government, especially in a society that has become as complacent about REAL civil liberties as ours, can do these things and has done these things in the past. The inquisition was big government, as was the holocaust perpetrated by Nazi Germany, the Native American tragedy, the Soviet murders and planned starvation, the Taliban, Iran, etc.
The foundation of future civilisations will rely upon the supreme sovereignty of the individual. The defence of the rights of humankind must be the only occupation of the state, any other function being a siren calling the ship of culture to ruin.
The ethic of liberty is a royal ethic, its morality is that of enlightened self-interest and non-interference. “Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.” And also “Love is the law, love under will.” These must become the essential core ingredients of society’s new glue if we are to continue to grow and advance the well-being of the race.
What must we learn?
In birth a human being arrives to this world with no knowledge or understanding. He possesses nothing; not even that which he will some day come to call “himself.” The newborn is, if anything, a mass of tendencies. His plight would be completely hopeless if among these tendencies were not also the capacity for growth. Our ability to learn, to mature, and to change is truly the strongest of our natural gifts. Yet, even this great virtue of our race, unguided by the star of inspiration can produce terrible and destructive engines that perpetuate darkness, dependency, and tyranny.
Our lives are terribly brief. The truth is that what we believe ourselves to be as natural beings will spend almost eternity in death. We might want to imagine that it may be otherwise, or that there may be a spiritual existence where we may partake in permanence. According to what stares us in the face day after day, however, these desires are at best a convenient way of coping with the brutality of impermanence, and at worst a gorgon knot of unresolved infantile psychological complexes.
Of course, you may have heard about or even studied the writings and sayings of the great sages and saints who teach about transcendence, salvation, deliverance, cessation or some other equivalent suitable to the culture in which their respective ideologies emerged. But unless you have experienced the states of consciousness or heavenly realms they claim to have attained or visited, this knowledge will, if you are lucky, do little more than comfort you. If you are unlucky then you will be haunted by guilt, inadequacy, or a host of other side effects that come with the dissonance produced by what you perceive directly and the message of authority not lining up very well.
So what is the answer to life’s uncertainty, its impermanence, its sheer lack of meaning? Is there a way up the mountain of being that will give us a better view?
The Mystery Tradition offers us a technology for healing the wounds sustained by the infinite universe limiting itself to the consciousness of a finite, disconnected, and impulsive vehicle. The goal is union with one’s own Holy Guardian Angel, a concept similar to what has been called Christ, Buddha, or Atman. One way of achieving this union is by seeking the transcendental in every single thing we do.
The Mystic Path
We must learn how to unite ourselves with everything. At first our untrained minds will only acquiesce to union with ideas or phenomenon that it considers pleasurable. This must eventually be overcome before we move unto the real work, but in the early stages it will help you stick to the practice. Try to make it easier on yourself by focusing on something with little or no emotional value to you. A button, stone, or some other harmless inanimate object will do just fine. Avoiding excitement will help you get the results that cause a lasting shift and evolution of the mind. This is how we may come to the direct perception of Truth, that is, the agreement of knowledge with experience (agreement without premeditation). This direct line will not come easily.
Our tendencies are inherited by parents, society, or maybe even past incarnations (if you believe these exist, your deductions concerning them will affect you. If not, then your lack of such a belief will also affect you). Starting at the ground floor, the seeker must reconstruct his mechanism for sensing and interacting with the world around him.
Perfect union is produced by the interaction of perfect opposites. The operative word here is “perfect.” We unite parts of ourselves with ideas all the time. Every thought we have is, in this way, an act of Union. Putting this general definition aside, the Mystic Path is that of gaining the kind of control over the mind that will allow us to unite it in every sense to that one idea that will come to encompass the totality of existence.
Our mind, like all things, is made up of a substance proper to its healthy functioning. The stuff of our minds, the Hindu yogis call Chitta, which literally means “mental stuff” (at this point it should be pretty obvious that the terms used in true spiritual practice are utilitarian and must be as simple as language may allow; there is enough confusion inherent in the dismantling and reordering of one’s self without needing any help from mysterious words or concepts). The sum total of our minds includes various functions such as discrimination, desire, or our sense of self.
In controlling these mental faculties and contents, we take direct command of our own perceptions and therefore happiness. Everything a person thinks or encounters is done so through the medium of the nervous system. When we are successful in our subjugation of mental activity and function, uniting all thoughts into a singular one that may then be extinguished, we experience the bliss of total freedom. Freedom from fear, from doubt, from sorrow, yes, but also freedom from the fleeting emotional ups that accompany superficial distractions from their less desirable counterparts.
The Magical Path
It will not be long until you begin to realise that your own mental state can influence what most have been taught to regard as the “outer world.” You focus the mind on a certain thing, and a phenomenon – which corresponds with the nature of that thing – begins to occur. Now, it must be stated that what you should do is ignore these happenings. You should stick to your meditation. But you won’t. You can’t. Because although you are striving to become the unconditioned, un-manifested ONE, you still need to do things like pay bills, clean dishes, and ask that attractive co-worker out to dinner and a movie. In short, you are a real person who cannot rest in inaction, but must live a very active and exciting life!
Where most would see the above as an obstacle, the aspirant to the Invisible College sees another opportunity for growth. What if you could make every act an invocation of the Most High? Just as we seek to bring our minds under complete control by first mastering a few basic exercises, so may we begin to train ourselves in the complete transformation of our lives by understanding and performing the elementary rituals of Magick.
“Magick is the Science and Art of causing Change to occur in conformity with Will.” – Aleister Crowley
In the practice of Magick, you will begin to learn about how thoughts, words, and deeds channel the will to create your reality. You will encounter things that are so profoundly wonderful and terrible that they will evade all attempts at description. Ultimately, what you are doing is sanctifying your entire existence. Every act becomes a holy service and not a moment goes by in which you are not focused entirely on the transcendental.
This process is made possible by the theory of correspondence so elegantly communicated to us by the Qabalah. The student begins to understand that when he sees a house that he is witnessing a manifestation of the Hebrew letter Beth, which corresponds to the planet Mercury, and the Lord of Magick. The Entrance to the house is its door, literally Daleth in Hebrew, a letter corresponding to Love. By way of his training he can see in a simple house that the path into true magical power and mystery is love, or union. Crowley taught this principle as the central tenet of his spiritual system, “Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.” “Love is the law, love under will.”
Introducing Yourself to Your SELF
One of the greatest delusions at the heart of human suffering is the belief that we are our minds. Yes, our minds are part of the complex blend of forces, drives, tendencies, and materials that we call “I.” But, ultimately, we are none of these things. What we truly are is beyond description. Many have learned of this label and gone on in endless metaphysical speculation about whether or not there is a self, soul, or God.
This, in my opinion, completely misses the point and is a colossal waste of time. Our lives are brief. In the path of unification, it does not matter what you think or believe about a thing, because all thoughts must be melted down to the one essence. However, when you find your mind in regards to these ideas, there is no need to change them, only to unite them to every other thought through the practice of concentration.
When the mind is well controlled, then this Truth can fully manifest. This state is not truly a state, but the true form of ourselves, the “I am that I am.” Whenever the mind is not focused and unified, our understanding of truth is bent and twisted, like light reflecting off a dirty, broken mirror.
The matter of consciousness, like all matter, is subject to changes. These can be pleasurable or painful, but at their root, they are all undesirable if we believe they have some meaning or importance. This is a great superstition that is very easy to fall into. We feel something unpleasant, and so this is “bad” while other more pleasant experiences are labelled “good.” The whole cycle of experience, label, and judge is based on the belief that our meaning and purpose can be derived from the right combination or manifestation of these changes.
This is why materialism is generally acknowledged as an unskilful value system, as most can agree that material things are not where one should derive self-worth. A more unorthodox view would also say that spiritualism, emotionalism, or any other “ism” where we look to a set of circumstances for importance would all be equally inadequate in satiating our thirst for the supreme state of being.
The universe does not suffer as we do. It is what it is. It creates and destroys itself without tremor, it is cold and hot, light and dark, containing all opposites and yet transcending them completely. Existence is the reality of nature just as non-existence is. They do not compete nor are they estranged. Galaxies whirl about in both harmony and violence. Stars collide, rivers flow and crash, and lovers dance. It is almost as though our own mental state is really the problem. The stories we believe become our religion, and our fundamentalism has robbed us of our royal place in the greatest party ever thrown.
About the Author
DANIEL PINEDA is a martial artist, practitioner of the Mystery Tradition, and a devotee of liberty. He holds Black Belts in and teaches various Eastern and Western martial disciplines, as well as Qigong. Mr. Pineda has appeared on various media outlets including the Discovery Channel, and is the author of The Book of Secrets published by Red Wheel/Weiser as well as many other articles and essays about spiritual topics.
Starting with Gutenberg’s printing press, then Thomas Edison’s motion picture camera and the introduction of celluloid and the silver screen, and later the cathode ray tube – a select few media institutions, and the men behind them, have enjoyed monolithic monopoly over the information we see and hear.
Their machine is awesome and seemingly unstoppable, and reaches anywhere, anytime and into the minds of all it targets.
How does one navigate, let alone make sense, of this 21st century matrix?
If this transformation were truly an organic process, then most critical minds would be able to rationally deal with our total immersion in media. But the evolution of technology and how we interact with it is not so easy to articulate. As platforms and choice continue to proliferate, the situation is becoming more attuned to Chaos Theory than Darwinian Theory. The media and its modern marketing arms tell us it’s all progress. By now, their role is well defined – as the initial express vehicle on which all new ideas and advancements are delivered into the mainstream. In most cases, one could say the public are now fully preconditioned to accept new media on arrival.
Whether we care to admit it or not, there are varying degrees of brainwashing and behavioural conditioning with films and TV. That’s why they call it programming. How many of us find ourselves automatically using quotes from popular films or TV shows? And how many of us emulate the fashion or hairstyles of those we see on the screen?
It happens much more than most people care to admit. Most of us are completely unaware of how much we mimic what we see, and repeat what we hear.
In the 1976 classic, The Network, the film’s main character, a television prophet named Howard Beale, delivers an unforgettable sermon to his studio audience, perfectly describing the raw nature of mass media in a societal context:
And why is that woe to us? Because you people and sixty-two million other Americans are listening to me right now. Because less than three percent of you people read books. Because less than fifteen percent of you read newspapers. Because the only truth you know is what you get over this tube. Right now, there is a whole, an entire generation that never knew anything that didn’t come out of this tube. This tube is the Gospel. The ultimate revelation! This tube can make or break Presidents, Popes, Prime Ministers. This tube is the most awesome, god-damn force in the whole godless world. And woe is us if it ever falls into the hands of the wrong people.
Beale must have known it had already fallen into the hands of the wrong people, namely organised crime, the CIA, the Military Industrial Complex and the transnational global elite.
The reality is that studio and record executives, and their media producers, are responsible for much of society’s behaviour, as well as the popular cultural archetypes that people adopt. For sure, this is a tremendous amount of power, and don’t think for a moment that executives do not know this. The same can be said for their CIA and Pentagon ‘advisors’ too.
When in high gear, this culture machine commands any of the following behaviours en masse; foul language, profanity, sexual promiscuity, pre- and extra-marital affairs, drug use and abuse, dysfunctional relationships and families, racial tension, violence, defacing religious symbols, Satanic ritualism, undermining authority figures like fathers, teachers, clergy, and even the worship of the Orwellian security state. It’s all fair game for the media and entertainment industry.
How is anyone expected to survive this psychological and spiritual onslaught?
Media Survival 101
The average person living in a technologically advanced first world society will watch an average of three hours of television per day, as well as another two to three hours spent on computerised electronic devices. If we want to survive with our minds and souls intact, at some point in our lives we have to muster the courage to turn off, and tune-out.
The sheer volume of content now available means each person must be judicious about how they spend their time. The old binary option for ‘Generation X’, when you said to yourself, “Alright, I have three hours to myself. How am I going to spend that time? Do I watch TV, or do I read a book?” – may no longer apply.
For Millennials (and others too), it’s more like, “Do I watch TV, YouTube, hangout on Periscope, Instagram, Facebook, or do I stream Hulu, Amazon Prime, iTunes or Roku, or do I read online, with my Kindle, or my Nook, or who knows, maybe a book?”
The term binge watching also comes to mind. Seven seasons with 10 episodes each, with a continuous interconnected cliffhanger plot line – enough suspense and intrigue to trigger endorphins in the brain to keep you awake all night, enough to watch an entire season of 24… in 24 hours.
If things are really that bad, or you are feeling anxious over an obsession with keeping up with content, then there is a high probability you are under some degree of media-driven mind control.
The first step in liberation from the machine is to become a more active consumer of information and content, as opposed to being a passive sieve. That’s not to say you cannot enjoy a movie, or watch a good ball game now and again – everyone needs to step off the hampster wheel and indulge in entertainment from time to time.
To defeat the linear, force-feeding tube of information and social conditioning by Hollywood and mainstream media… simply read more. Read whatever you can get your hands on – books, print journals, magazines, online articles, and newspapers. Your knowledge retention rate will be higher, and the experience of reading will hone your mental focus, self-reflection and clarity of thought.
Rather than waste hours watching TV or sitting through a sub-par Hollywood cinema production that you know will be disappointing in the end, instead try listening to radio shows, or podcasts. Instead of drifting down rabbit holes on YouTube, visit websites like Soundcloud instead, and get immersed in their vast audio jungle.
Another useful practice in liberating your mind from groupthink and staying less susceptible to mainstream brainwashing is to make a concerted effort to occasionally read, watch or listen to content from media outlets or sources that you do not like, or generally do not agree with. This is important for a number of reasons. If you are truly confident in your political beliefs, your worldview or your grasp of current and historical events, then it shouldn’t bother you to hear what ‘the other side’ has to say. If you really want to successfully defend your position, opinion, or ideology, or your side of the political spectrum – then it helps to know the contrarian arguments, and you should want to analyse them as much as possible. This type of open-minded information consumerism is exactly what the establishment culture-makers and matrix operatives do not want you to be involved with – because a confident, well-informed and objective voice is antithetical to the prevailing divide and rule, bipolar political paradigm program that social engineers are currently running on Western society.
Also, should you ever find yourself growing tired of reading about it, then go and experience it.
Learn How to Learn
The American poet Robert Frost famously said, “We all proceed with insufficient knowledge.”
In the education of the mind, everyone must submit (at least once a day) to the fact that no matter how smart or knowledgeable you think you are on any given topic or event, you actually know very little. You may know more than the person next to you, and you might even be an expert on one layer of a lattice, but more than likely would only have above average knowledge of one corner of the galaxy that is your area of expertise.
Unfortunately, as far as social media is concerned, it remains a crude platform for human interaction and learning. Your 13.5 inch laptop screen doesn’t always deliver when it comes to human stimulation and speed of exchange that you’ll get through human conversation. The solution to this problem is a simple one – we need to talk more. Talk more, and talk about anything. The most powerful microprocessor on the planet is not in the basement of the NSA in Provo, Utah, or in Jeff Bezos’ server yards in Colorado – it’s between your ears.
Also, rather than preaching to the choir, try and strike up conversations with people who are smarter or more experienced than you. This is one of the fastest ways to increase your knowledge base and gain valuable insights which you will never get from the mainstream media, or even find in the annals of the Ministry of Truth (Wikipedia).
Remember: you’re not a robot, so stop acting like one.
There’s a big world out there – and it’s much bigger than anything inside your TV or smart phone.

In a recent Ted Talk, neuroscientist Anil Seth revealed irrefutable proof that conscious reality is not shaped by the world around us. In fact, quite the opposite is true. Our brain hallucinates our reality into being. It uses past experiences and sensory data to make a series of predictions about the outside world. Through this process, it generates the world.
The world we experience comes as much, if not more, from the inside out as from the outside in. ~ Anil Seth, Professor of Cognitive and Computational Neuroscience at the University of Sussex, United Kingdom
The Brain Creates Conscious Reality
Backed by various scientific experiments, Seth explains the process in which the brain creates what we perceive as our conscious reality. The brain uses sensory information in the world to help it form its best predictions about what is possible. Additionally, it assimilates our experiences of the physical body and applies that to our perception of the self. All of these experiences are further shaped by the biological functions that keep us alive.
What we consciously see depends on the brain’s guess of what’s out there. Our experienced world comes from the inside out not just the outside in. This applies to our experiences of what is and what is not our body. These self-related predictions depend critically on sensory signals coming from deep inside the body.
Seth believes that once the brain has made its predictions, it hallucinates an experience that we perceive as reality. Thus, in a sense, we are predicting ourselves and our world into existence in real-time.
Do We Have the Power to Change Reality?
Many believe that we have the power to shape reality. This is exactly what Seth is also saying – the brain creates, aka hallucinates, our conscious reality. Unfortunately, most people take their reality for granted. We often believe that the world is what it is, and that we are just a tiny spec in a much bigger organism. We call this organism life, society, humanity, existence, etc.
Whatever nomenclature we choose, this bigger organism is actually a figment of our collective consciousness. A hallucination, per say, that we have all agreed on for thousands of years. And since we’ve agreed upon it, we call it reality.
Consciousness and its influence over reality remain a great mystery of modern science. We have yet to apprehend the full inner workings of the mind and its power over the human experience. One thing neuroscientists, such as Anil Seth, are starting to reveal is that life is not a random assembly of matter that sometimes produces a body and a conscious mind. On the contrary, it is the conscious mind and our conscious experiences that create and organize the world into being.
With a greater sense of understanding, comes a greater sense of wonder and a greater realization that we are a part of and not apart from the rest of nature. ~ Anil Seth
Let’s be honest. The idea that we can shape reality can be very exciting, but the concept may also seem completely implausible. Many of us feel like we’re the product of our parents, society and culture, barely in control of our own lives. Yet, the reality is that this is just what we’ve been programmed to believe. Not only programmed by culture and media, but programmed on a cellular level through our human ancestry.
For many of us, just entertaining the possibility of creating our own reality may be enough to reshape our perceptions about what is possible. This in itself could motivate you to pursue an ambition or dream you thought unattainable.
As many already know, on September 18, 2017 the Senate passed a bill authorizing a further $700 billion to be injected into the coffers of the Pentagon’s military industrial complex, whose primary role is ceaseless global hegemonic expansion, under the deceitful banner of ‘protecting the national interest’.
The US already has over 1,000 military bases spread all over the world. Each exerting a strong geopolitical influence within its particular domain. The budget which supports these bases and the troops, air power and naval presence which goes with them, amounts to 54% of Federal discretionary spending.
The feverish determination to retain and expand the US position as the planet’s number one bully boy, has been accompanied by an unprecedented escalation in the rhetoric of war and violence.
The vitriolic exchanges between Trump and North Korean leader Kim Yong-un, bear testimony to the levels of depravity each party is prepared to descend to in threatening the other with various shades of annihilation. Within the shifting parameters of this slinging match, it is worth noting that North Korea actually has something to defend: its sovereignty and independence from the ever-present threat of US hegemony.
As far as the US and NATO are concerned, no one has any right to nuclear weapons except those who openly support ‘the allies’. ‘The allies’ being a small club of nations that hold a common view on the enforcement of ‘a new world order’, through the auspices of a militarily backed, hierarchical central control system with which to manage global affairs.
The warped psychology which lies behind this deeply aggressive, anti humanitarian vision of a New World Order, needs to be properly examined in order for us to more fully comprehend where such an obsessive motivation ‘to dominate’ has its roots.
Well, you don’t need to be Carl Jung to recognize that the unchecked expression of irrational aggression is subconscious compensation for a substantial lack of inner confidence and self-respect, which – when channeled positively – manifests as empathy, wisdom and responsibility, and seeks to turn such into outer actions for the general benefit of mankind.
In a world where being ‘competitive’ is the totem around which neoliberal globalisation revolves, millions are preconditioned to accepting a degree of ruthlessness in everyday life, but especially in business. In fact, it is said that one cannot become successful in (big) business unless one is prepared to put hard-headed ruthlessness well ahead of such humanitarian qualities as compassion and empathy for fellow humans.
The USA prides itself in being a ‘nation of opportunity’ where anyone supposedly stands a chance of rising from rags to riches. But kept well in the shadows in this ‘land of the free’, is just what it actually takes to get to the top of the ladder.
Step into center stage John Wayne, the tough, swaggering, aggressive cowboy who has been adopted over the years by millions of aspiring US males, as a role model for what it means ‘to be a man’.
Wayne exemplifies the male cut off from his female side – that which produces the qualities of compassion and caring. Here one has the macho male exerting his authority so as to appear always in control of the situation, on top, and in some way invincible. This is the foundation and flash-point for the wider expression of megalomania which has much of global politics in its grip.
The distortion of human nature which must take place in order to successfully project the John Wayne image, involves the repression of those aspects of human nature that would otherwise balance-out the testosterone fueled machismo, with sensitive and humanistic openness.
Men and women each carry within, certain biological characteristics of their opposites. The male, female characteristics and the female, male characteristics. Those who achieve balance between these energies, become well-rounded, responsible and often wise individuals. Qualities one is always vainly hoping will be manifest in political leadership.
For many years, John Wayne was held up as the ideal stereotype of ‘maleness’; and while this image may now be considered ‘passé’, there is fat chance that anyone ambitious enough to make it to the top is ever going to exhibit the subtly balanced qualities required for genuine leadership.
Somewhere in the psyche of those raised to believe in the attainability of ‘The American Dream’, is a deep frustration. One that can easily turn to anger and vindictiveness; especially once it becomes clear that this ‘dream’ is actually an unattainable chimera – and that the deeply materialistic nature of the road to riches is a sure-fire receipt for inner emptiness.
Inner emptiness, as many have found out, is a hard condition to live with; it is for this reason that those suffering this malaise adopt an outer ‘persona’ which disguises the inner lack. For those who wish to devote their lives to climbing the corporate ladder of the status quo, a tough, hardened image more often than not becomes the adopted persona to be presented to the rest of the business community.
The continuation of the US gun culture bears testimony to the macho climate which has been spurred on by an aggressive corporate ‘big business’ domination of everyday life. The vast military machine simply furthers this agenda – while being put-across as the heroic defender of US liberty!
US women have their image makers too, of course. Madonna being one such example. Here the feminist ideology is encapsulated in a woman promoting the modern in-your-face expression of sexual liberation – but combined – significantly, with total control over those deemed worthy of being lovers.
This is the equivalent distortion of the true female, as John Wayne’s is of the true male. It is hard-edged, ego led vanity, and in Madonna’s case, was the precursor of the Satanic paradigm that is now being played-out by such clones as Miley Cyrus, Lady Gaga and Beyonce. All of whom mix fake permissiveness with an underlying need to be both controlled and in control.
The unrooted, drifting nature of US culture is steeped in the concept of ‘image’. It is the dominant force in almost all elements of mass marketing, media presentation, fashion and in the sometimes desperate search for a valid personal identity. US corporations have taught the rest of the world how to shamelessly change the image of a low quality nothing product into something which comes across as the great purchase everyone wants to make!
For many there is genuine difficulty determining what is and is not ‘real’. This goes for emotions as well as products. The US has led the way into ‘virtual reality’, maybe because so many backed a life style that actually turned out to be ‘virtual’ – the ungrounded, insecure and delusional characteristics of ‘the dream’. Something which has left many defenseless against top-down mind control; particularly the major propaganda drives that spread the message of just how great and important America is – and Americans are – in comparison to every other country and peoples on this planet.
Yes, the American Dream is indeed just that. It was always a cipher, a chimera and grand delusion of vast proportions. And at its inception was the idea that here was this vast, fertile, mineral rich and beautiful land just waiting to be ‘settled’ by colonizers, escaping from their homelands in the hope of ‘making it’ in the land of the free!
Many citizens of the US still believe that Christopher Columbus discovered North America. The native American tribes that the settlers encountered, with their deep roots in the plains, rivers and mountains, were swept aside, portrayed as savages who must be driven off the land or simply exterminated.
Yet the documented deeds of much of the North American land mass, held in the US National Archives, clearly show who ‘discovered’ America, before the white invaders set about desecrating their tribal cultures and sacred lands. No wonder ‘invading and destroying’ became embedded in the American psyche as an important attribute of ‘Americanness’.
A country whose culture, self-identity and sense of purpose are based upon historical denial, is always going to need some grand delusion to focus on in order to fog over the reality and avoid having to confront – and be conscious – of the deception. In reality, facing and accepting the falsity which underlies ‘the dream’ is the only way US citizens can begin to take back control of their destinies.
What we have witnessed in US politics over the past few decades in particular, is the intensification of propaganda whose aim is to shore-up the steadily unraveling pseudo-cultural dystopia, by reminding citizens just what it means to be ‘American’.
Those who cling to the empty old paradigm of national superiority, military prowess and global domination, do so because subconsciously they cannot face the prospect of becoming aware that they are part of a society whose entire ethos is based on the seemingly irresistible trappings of a fake reality. A world in which everybody has the chance to become a millionaire – providing they ignore the destruction this reeks upon the resource base, fellow human beings, animals, forests and a once highly fertile land mass.
Rather than showing willing to learn this hard lesson, many try to bolster their imprisoned egos by adorating the antics of John Wayne and other Rambo like hero figures, who shoot their way out of trouble whatever the circumstances.
Just like the delusional Floridians shooting at hurricane Irma in the belief that they could thereby kill it off. Or Generał Schwarzkopf (knighted by the Queen of England) blasting his way through Iraq during the illegal US led invasion of that country.
So it is that megalomania becomes ‘the new normal’- the inevitable end point – if one is hell-bent on avoiding ever looking truth in the eye and being humbled by what one sees. Those who cannot take this step cling to the fraying – and for most, ‘protective’ image of Mr or Mrs Powerful, the Donald Trumps and Hilary Clintons of the national stage, whose pompous posturings serve to hide a profound lack of vision and a pervasive inner weakness.
What is on show, is an empty expression of hubris and arrogance, hiding the terrible vacuum which lies right at the heart of this phantom known as The American Dream. Here lies the cowardly beast which, desperately needing to re-enforce its compensatory image of Mr Strong Man, unleashes its imperialist hegemony on the rest of the world.
The trouble, for the rest of the planet, is that this deeply irrational ambition for ‘full spectrum dominance‘ continues to drive this monster into the backyards of almost every country of the world, where it then sets about pressurizing the leadership to take on the dystopian US value system which so insidiously pollutes the values of native cultures.
Fortunately, this is not always achieved to the satisfaction of the imperialists. But most NATO countries have, in one way or another, failed to resist the self-serving demands of Mr Big Bully and the vast military machine used to threaten anyone courageous enough to refuse entry.
So perhaps we have now uncovered what “Let’s make America great again” actually means. A statement received with rapt enthusiasm by a substantial percentage of the US electorate – and a cold shiver of apprehension by the rest of the world.
Eventuality all megalomania shoots itself in the foot, recognized for what it is and despised by a growing proportion of humanity. However, the damage done in the meantime has a telling effect on all aspects of planetary life, all sentient creatures and all peoples, including the aspirations of those whose lives have only just begun.
Let us join together in mustering a common will to expose and depose those architects of top down insanity who, left to their own devices, will continue to wreak havoc for generations to come.

When you talk to brain-hackers from Silicon Valley, they talk of creating the perfect stack – a combination of natural and pharmaceutical nootropics that can help make them into a super-powered genius that can go hours without sleep while maintaining massive focus. It sounds like a cool way to hack the brain, but this practice can come at a price.
The problem is that many of the pharmaceutical versions (and sometimes even the natural ones) can be damaging.
In the early days, people trying to crank out loads of computer code, write the next best-selling novel, cram for a university exam, or simply party like it was 1999, used micro-doses of LSD or Adderall, a prescription drug normally used to treat ADHD, and some of these practices are still used today.
The thinking behind this phenomenon is that if supplements like glutamate, an excitatory substance to the brain and nervous system can successfully be utilized for people who have cognitive dysfunction like Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s, ADHD, etc., certainly these supplements could help enhance memory creativity, and cognitive performance in “normal” people.
This assumption is not entirely wrong. We already know that even changing our nutrition, getting better sleep (not even necessarily more), and lowering our stress, frees up the brain to take in more, and process experiences and make memories faster. This can translate into all sorts of benefits, from super learning to even increased psychic awareness.
There’s just one caveat. Everyone’s brain is very different.
For example, a natural substance called choline is highly available in breast milk, and in certain foods we eat. There’s a lot of it in breast milk because babies need it to help their brains grow, but choline does tons of stuff like help our cells form, our muscles work normally, and even the liver to function properly.
It would seem that more choline would be a “no-brainer” when it comes to boosting brain power even in grown adults, but the more is better attitude in the west is proven wrong once again – and this is a natural substance. Choline in high doses can also cause low blood pressure, nausea, vomiting, excessive salivation, diarrhea, constipation, anorexia, dizziness, insomnia and headaches.
To be fair, many people take excessive doses of things like ginseng or ginkgo biloba extract and experience intestinal issues that can be excruciatingly painful; this can be true of consuming too much fish oil even – also natural brain boosters, but the pharmaceutical brain hacking drugs pose even riskier potentials.
The Popularity of Nootropics is Growing
Despite potential dangers, there are already more than 70,000 subreddit subscribers to the subject “nootropics.”
It seems more and more of us are looking for a way to be the best version of ourselves, but depending on who you ask – even the pharmaceutical nootropics on the market, which can be stacked and combined in an infinite number of ways, changing the chemical dance going on in our brains – are totally safe, or dangerously side-effect causing.
Originally, the criteria for nootropics were that they had to be brain protective, and promote brain health. It seems that original definition of nootropics has gone by the wayside.
Who the Heck Knows?
“Who the heck knows?” says Kim Urban, a Philadelphia neurophysiologist talking about the possible negative side effects of pharmaceutical grade nootropics. “So few studies have been done, and those that have were not the most controlled trials.”
For example, a study found that Ritalin – a drug often “Stacked” by bio-hackers can eventually reduce brain plasticity. Other nootropics can cause the jitters, insomnia, muscle spasms, and brain fog, and we still don’t know what happens to someone’s brain or nervous system once they go off the smart drugs after prolonged use.
Nonetheless, brain hackers are impatient, often not even waiting for clinical trials for smart drugs that are being developed. They go to sites like selfhacked and figure out which chemical compounds they can experiment with to create a “super-brain.”
It’s like the movie Breaking Bad on their kitchen counters.
A Safer Alternative
In the West is seems we’re always look for a short-cut. Nootropics may provide some benefits when used mindfully, but the risks could possibly outweigh the rewards. Conversely, there are ample studies proving that a mindfulness practice can eventually create brain waves that cause “super-learning,” without causing negative side effects.
In the brain wave frequency above 40 Hz, Tibetan Buddhist monks have been able to learn, memorize, and think exceptionally fast – tapping into brain functions that brain-hackers could only dream of.
This is the gamma wave state. It translates to higher mental activity, expanded perception and problem solving abilities, and higher levels of consciousness.
On Earth, nuclear explosions and lightning produce gamma rays. You can just imagine what gamma waves at that level of energy can do for our thought processes. But hey, you can’t just pop a pill to reach this state of mind, or so it appears.

When we look up into the night sky and see the sparkle of stars, we are awed and enchanted. There is grace, there is wonder, and there is the excitement of the unknown. Everything comes alive with possibility. There is an enchanted world out there, and it beckons to us through a communal mystery. And we wish to respond to that call, for underlying all life is the urge for meaning. As human beings we desire, long for, need a sense of meaning and purpose in our lives. An enchanted universe serves to entice us with a feeling of belonging. Yet somewhere along the way we lost the sense of communion.
Once, humanity felt a common destiny with its environment, both terrestrial and cosmic, and this encouraged a mode of direct participation. Long ago, the environment experienced by humankind was an immersive space, an inclusive matrix that involved the individual in each moment of their lives. Our ancestors did not stand away from life—they participated directly in its enchantment. This merger between being and environment established a psychic wholeness in humans. Our ancestors were not estranged from the world in the way that modern humanity is.
In the last few centuries especially, humankind has increasingly expunged itself out of its own mystery and thrown itself out of the realm of enchantment. Modern scientific, rational consciousness is an alienated consciousness, afraid of its participation. It views the world as an outside observer; a world of objects that move in mechanical motion. This alienated consciousness has substituted the enchantment and mystery with a smear of artificiality. The cosmos of human “being and belonging” thus became tainted with the contagion of the human mind. Yet this is not how things are, it is only the latest picture of how things seem to us. We have been forced to construct our own meanings about a world we have let slip from ourselves. In other words, we have disenchanted ourselves from a living cosmos.
The modern landscape is now more scattered with administration than adventure. The central image of our age has been that of consumerism: the ability of the average person to buy the material goods they require in order to have a decent standard of living. This industrial rhetoric applauded the factory worker’s ability to afford the goods they were producing, thus becoming the marketplace itself. Many commentators saw this as the modern individual buying into the system and merging with its insipid ideology. Only recently have some acute observers come to realize that consumerism has morphed into an idiosyncratic crash therapy for people to buy themselves into getting away from the system. The easy acquisition of things has become more about trying to cover up anxiety about the self; a way to placate the anomie and disguise one’s ennui. Consumerism is nothing more than the expression of a creeping world-weariness. Our eyes have barely been peering over the brim of our little self worlds.
The inner psychological landscape of many has become infected with this weary contagion. We have now been put on guard to protect our psychic spaces, and also to fend off forces that, intentionally or not, serve to damage and plunge our thoughts into despair. The game playing that has become our lives divorces us from our real sense of self, which then retreats further inward into the deep recesses of our being. Modern life is now rife with false selves parading as authentic entities. This disenchantment became our dominant lens in which we looked out at the world around us—and at the cosmos, too. Everything continued to be one grand accident, a colossal conglomeration of chance and chaos. That was just how life came to be.
The modern history of the West has been about the removal of mystery, mind, and magic from the world around us. Modern Western consciousness defines itself by its very removal from the world “beyond.” It also unfairly labels all past thinking as not only incorrect, but primitive. That is, we tell ourselves that our understanding of the world has developed and improved in a linear fashion. Thus, all earlier thinking and mental notions were inferior and “unscientific.” Humankind erroneously positions itself on a belief of linear progress, which is mechanical and immature. Previous worldviews are seen as misguided, illegitimate, and lacking sophistication. And yet we wonder little about how our descendants will look back upon our own current prognosis.
Whether we call our present age the modern or postmodern, the underlying current is the same. So many people seem to be spending their lives not in fear of what may happen to them, but in fear that nothing will happen to them. This malaise has, for many, been turned into an expression of anger and harm, both self-directed and toward others. It is ironic that the very institutions of learning and meaning have recently (in the US predominantly) become the very sites of violence, terror, and meaningless murder. This psychic space, where reality and unreality is in conflict, is a response to our dominant state of consciousness. And yet the consciousness of each age makes its diagnosis, and often unfairly dismisses what came before. For example, we find it extremely difficult to have a grasp upon the consciousness of premodern human society.
The dominant paradigm of human consciousness until recently was largely constructed from the scientific, rational worldview. This is now undergoing a profound transformation as we have entered a period of transition. During such times of change, the impulse for meaning and significance becomes a more prominent and necessary urge. In such moments of socio-cultural transformation, when bases of knowledge are revised and our constructions of reality questioned, the need to seek the self grows stronger in the individual.
The rationalist consciousness contained its own built-in limitations, such as its separation from, and disenchantment of, the cosmos. This perspective could only survive for a few centuries—those centuries that were dominated by scientific rationalism and its mechanical universe. The modern scientific paradigm (the ‘Cartesian-Newtonian’ model) like the religious paradigm of the seventeenth century, now finds itself unable to be maintained. This is how things unfold; one set of structures, systems, and viewpoints are eventually outmoded and, through necessity (among other factors) get replaced, or rather updated, by a new set. This new set then defines the dominant consciousness for the new era. New values too come to the fore to represent the emergent expression of consciousness.
In such transitional times there is urgency, opportunity, and an interior push to reconnect with a sense of meaning, both personal and cosmic. In other words, there is a fundamental need to understand one’s self and its place in the larger scheme of things. The instability we encounter in the world around us only convinces us further on the need to find the roots that connect us with a more permanent stream of knowledge and meaning.
By the time we look back on our last few centuries future historians will see the Cartesian-Newtonian paradigm as a relic. It will be viewed as a curiosity of mind that created rapid industrial expansion and scientific knowledge, yet failed to bring real progress upon the essence of human beings. Its spurt, which lasted several centuries, may be likened to a primitive rocket booster that propels a ship into orbit only to be spent and cast off, to fry up and dissolve as it falls back down to earth. The last few centuries were a single evolutionary episode that ran its course. In anthropological terms, it was a mere blink of an eye. And in that blink, humanity brought itself to the brink of collapse. Yet at the very last step, it seems it has pulled itself back onto the path as a new evolutionary epoch pushes through with disruptive labor into planetary birth.
We are in the midst of that birthing transition now, as the collective mind of humankind seeks solace in a new era of communion with an enchanted, sacred cosmos. We are not so much in a new age, but rather in a new gnosis, where so many revolutionary—or rather evolutionary—strands of the enlightening fabric are weaving together to form a new tapestry. We have the discoveries of new science—of the quantum world in physics and biology—mingling with new technologies of the outer and the inner world. We have various mystical traditions mingling through mixed cultures and pushing ancient knowledge into the mainstream; and the inner landscape of humanity is being increasingly traversed and mapped through exploratory and psychic tools. The digital, virtual words are augmenting our sense of material reality, and the deep cosmos is exploding into revelation and being revealed.
The great sacred mirror of the human self is reflecting back to us every known atom that ever sprang out of the creative matrix of existence. It is the age of momentum, acceleration, exposure, disclosure, invention, innovation, exploration, and Gnostic understanding as never before on such a widespread scale. It is nothing short of a profound planetary movement—a bright light of great awe and epiphany. It is a truly miraculous age to be witness to what is unfolding. We are now aiming toward a new stage of human fusion on a planetary level.
Humanity longs for unification, for an integral empathy of relations and communion. The medieval mind referred to this as a form of sympathy, of correspondences, between things; a merging between object and subject where distinctions become their attraction. This is the sacred reality that needs to be reinstalled into the collective consciousness of humankind. And it has been there all along, swimming around in our mythic archetypes below the thin surface crust of the conscious mind. Now it is awakening, and the new era emerging will have no alternative but to encourage, embrace, and celebrate this sacred revival of an enchanted cosmos.

On the path of trying to figure out what this world is really about, many people ease into the study of symbolism.
When one recognizes the deliberate nature of power, and the characteristics power displays in various activities, they can begin to recognize deeper, more subtle layers of truth about power. For example a government being the power, participating in psychological warfare against its own people, the government being composed of people who have histories with fraternal orders and secret societies who value symbolism, etc.
This video explores connections between fraternal orders and secret societies to high levels of power: an extremely thorough examination, well past the well-known ones such as Skull and Bones at Yale.
Understanding the cult-like behavior of people in power, from royal blood lines, to banks and corporations, to governments, one can reasonably deduce that their choice of symbolism is often well thought out. Symbols have historically been very important to people in power.
Symbols almost always have multiple layers of meaning: one layer of symbolism may be explained as a simple thing to the public, when it actually alludes to something deeper that only initiates to the symbol can recognize.
Understanding how symbols are deliberate and purposeful, suddenly meaning can be recognized in all kinds of things we see every day. Of course, they are also prone to being misunderstood, or having false meaning attributed to them. Certainty can be scarce in the study of symbolism.
Logos of different corporations and businesses, government flags, emblems, and more are rich with symbolism that speaks a language only those who pay close attention can understand.
Here’s an example I always think of: why do so many flags in the world display 5 pointed stars? Other symbols such as crosses, 6 pointed stars, 7 pointed stars, crescent moons, and more also appear on flags across the world.
Why would so many various factions of power across the world all unanimously decide that a 5 pointed star would best represent them on their flag? Why do countries (China and the US) that appear to conflict with each other both have 5 pointed stars featured prominently on their flags?
It’s like an inside joke: there must be something that common civilian populations do not understand about the significance of the 5 pointed star. I don’t think so many governments and corporations unanimously decided a 5 pointed star is aesthetically pleasing for a flag. It has to mean something more than we know.
It’s not difficult to make the case that some natural shapes and geometric formations are used as symbols simply because they look good. However, I think there are many more layers.
I believe shapes such as squares, octagons, triangles, and others are astrotheological references: references to the angles that planets make in the sky, and a system of esoteric knowledge that has been successfully hidden from most people. It is through understanding astrology and its significance to these people in power that I’ve come to this conclusion.
Some videos online can be found about astrotheological symbolism (essentially astrology related symbolism).
This video in particular examines symbolism in the auto-industry. Aries the Ram on the Dodge Ram logo, a Ford Taurus, a Mercury, the Mars symbol on Volvo: the astrotheological references are endless. In addition, Marty Leeds explored what may be a reference to Pi (3.14…), symbolism about the mathematics of creation in auto-industry logos.
To understand the 5 pointed star as an astrotheological reference, one would have to look at an unusual aspect of astrology that seems to have been hidden from mainstream astrologers: the quintile, a 72 or 144 degree angle between two planets. If 5 planets were locked into quintiles, that would make a pentagram in the sky.
There may be some hidden esoteric information in this 5 pointed star, but as of right now, I haven’t figured it out at all. People say the 5 pointed star represents the 4 elements (fire, air, earth, water) and spirit, but I don’t think that’s where the rabbit hole ends. There must be deeper layers of meaning to this strange symbol that appears everywhere.
However, the symbols that have my attention the most are probably the symbols that seem to represent slavery. The octagon, the 8 pointed star of Inanna, the oblong square, the hypercube: these symbols are said to represent slavery, being boxed in and trapped, never-ending loops, and things of that nature.
It would make sense to me, considering the malefic aspects in astrology are squares and oppositions. When planets make squares to each other, bad things happen, to sum it up briefly. Trines and sextiles, multiples of the 6 pointed star are functional, positive aspects in astrology: and I’m starting to believe that’s why the 6 pointed star is chosen for some business logos and flags. Perhaps it’s a symbol of their effort succeeding or coming to fruition with ease.
The Octagon, or 8 pointed Star of Inanna
The 8 pointed star or octagon is thought to be a symbol of slavery: of being boxed in and trapped, controlled or things of that nature.
The United Nations logo is an 8 pointed star engulfing the planet. It can be found on many more government logos in particular.
In Stanley Kubrick’s final film Eyes Wide Shut, which is essentially about a psychopathic ruling class of people, the 8 pointed star is featured prominently in the first scenes of the movie. Kubrick was known for his meticulous attention to detail: we know for sure the placement of this symbol was not an accident.
The square, or oblong square, hyper-cube
The oblong square is a square that is positioned sideways like a diamond. It appears on many corporate logos, and all over architecture and things we see in everyday life. It is said that it’s a symbol of boxing people in and trapping them at base consciousness.
However, it’s nearly impossible to have certainty recognizing the oblong square as a symbol meant to depict this. It’s everywhere, so differentiating coincidence from intentional symbolic representation is very difficult. Over time, a person looking into symbolism can begin to make this distinction. It seems obvious for example, in the Chase Bank logo because it’s a square inside a octagon, making a sort of swastika shape.
The hypercube is thought to represent a never-ending loop, a prison of consciousness. Researchers such as Mark Passio have presented this theory.
The 6 pointed star, or triangle
While for some reason, certain governmental, corporate, or institutional entities choose seemingly negative symbolism, such as the squares that seem to represent people being boxed in, other entities choose symbols that point to a focus on success.
From the Wal-Mart logo to the 6 pointed “Star of David” found on the Israeli flag (which is of course a symbol older than we could ever know), this symbol can be found everywhere.
Some claim that it represents a cube, since a cube looks like a hexagon if you look at it from an angle.
Theories about symbolism depicting the “Black Cube of Saturn” have circulated widely, and I think they are credible because something certainly is being represented by all these monuments in the picture below.
One of Saturn’s poles has a hexagonal storm on it, depicted below. However, somehow Saturn symbolism involving a black cube has been around for longer than the public has known Saturn has a hexagonal storm on it.
What do these symbols actually do to people? I’m not completely sure. Perhaps they work against our subconscious in a way we don’t understand. Perhaps they don’t do much to us, and people in power just have a belief that they do.
Whatever the reason, this much is clear: people in power care very much about symbolism, and meaning can be found in it that tells us about the world we live in.

Cassius Methyl is a researcher and writer from Sacramento, California. He is the founder of Era of Wisdom, writer/director of the documentary “Toddlers on Amphetamine: History of Big Pharma and the Major Players,” and a writer in the alternative media since 2013 at the age of 17. He focuses primarily on identifying the exact individuals, institutions, and entities responsible for various forms of human slavery and control, particularly chemicals and more insidious forms of hegemony: identifying exactly who damages our well-being and working toward independence from those entities, whether they are corporate, government, or institutional.
Sure, the ruling elite’s planned world takeover with its increasingly encroaching psychopathic control system has to be up there as one of humanity’s greatest threats. However, isn’t the ignorance and apathy shown by the majority in the populace: The sleeping masses, allowing unhindered progress of this control system, planned to make us acquiesce into one enslaved subservient entity, an even bigger threat?
With that said, many involved in the control system are not doing it for controlling purposes. They’re simply doing it because they stand to make massive gains (power, profit and political gains) along the way: Consider those heading the banks or multi-nations corporations and the bribed politicians, how dramatically motivated some must be when overseeing the related agendas and tasks needed to be rolled out…
-Service to self (as opposed to service to others) underlies this greed-driven heartless motivation, paying little or no heed to the consequences of their actions…
Indeed, when understanding that there’s so much at stake for those motivated, you realize that the control system will be difficult to stop. However, the control system can’t progress if we stop buying into it. For instances:
Stop buying into the “convenience” con used to make us blindly accept the “smart” grid system and its related technology.
The ‘smart’ grid system is planned to entrap and control every aspect of our lives. As an autonomous A.I control system in the ‘internet of things’, one of the most important aspects is that it has been planned to control all our money supplies through digital currency in acashless society. The conveniences will be greatly outweighed by its entrapment.
We can refuse to go along with this by using cash to do our shopping. Stop using credit cards. Stop shopping in places that don’t take cash. Support businesses that rely on cash flows, such as farmer’s markets…
As for the ‘smart’ meters (dumb meters), refuse to have them installed. Then there are those other wireless applications; smartphones, laptops, tablets… that also have intricate mass surveillance capabilities and threaten the health of you and your family as microwave radiation sources. –We can at least stop giving them to our children…
Don’t buy into the “convenience” of the planned 5G technology with its faster downloads. 5G technology is, in effect, a health crisis waiting to happen.
Stop buying into the ‘divide and rule’ tactic
How can we ever do something about the control system if we’re too busy arguing and fighting with each other about things that don’t really matter? If the masses weren’t so divided and ruled. we wouldn’t be in the mess we’re currently in.
Stop buying into the distraction
Stop giving your power away by buying into distraction. As with divide and rule, the ruling authorities have set up a number of social engineering and mind control programmes supported by the mainstream media to distract you away from recognizing the truth about the elite’s destructive, unfair, unjust, criminal activities such as those false-flag psyops… The extent to which they are prepared to distract us is evident in the ways by which they are trying to make us dumber.
Stop buying into the fake wars
…with their secretly manufactured, or non-existent, forever-illusive ‘outsider enemies,’ designed to keep us in a perpetual state of fear. War is a failure by default: In war, nobody ever wins. War is a sad and blatant indicator that humanity has far from progressed. All wars have been covertly manufactured by the elite for control and profit.
Stop buying into the illusion that you are ‘living in the land of the free’
Even when factoring in the elite’s much invested mind control and social engineering programs, it beggars belief how anybody in this day and age can still believe that they’re ‘living in the land of the free.’ –For just 7 examples to show that we are not go HERE.
Stop buying into the fake food and healthcare systems
When it comes to food and healthcare matters stop buying into the fake or misleading information pushed on us by false advertising and marketing, fake gurus, phoney scientists and others who have been just as much deceived as anybody by Big Food and Big Pharma with their owned and controlled mainstream media…
Fake food or fake medicine: For example, don’t fall for those so-called scientific peer-reviewed medical journals. Many of the journals are biased with bad science so that certain products get approved. Then there are the crooked approval bodies that allow these unhealthy products to go into the market.
As a scathing indictment, it’s easy to see why the food and healthcare systems will always fail: The Big Food and Big Pharma allopathic (conventional) healthcare establishments will drain and destroy your health because they have placed profits above the genuine welfare concern of people.
-Indeed, the list goes on…
Will the takeover be the universe’s way of giving us an ultimatum..?

Interactions between electrically dynamic systems provide a basis to understand so-called telepathic contact because living things are bio-electrical in nature. Of note, Ben Davidson, of Suspicious Observers, recently produced a rather heady scientific video about magnetic connections disrupting stable electric currents or circuits, causing the two or more systems to rebalance themselves in a rather reactive way.
In essence, electric circuits are stabilized flows of electricity that are enshrouded by a magnetic field. Plasma currents, which are flows of electricity that are guided by magnetic fields, are disrupted when the fields interact, causing a rapid re-orientation of the flow of electricity, and information contained therein, which in turn causes a re-stabilization. The resulting effect is that the two fields collide producing a new field that is informed by the preceding fields. This is very interesting when one considers that life is also a type of plasma or flow of electricity producing strong magnetic fields—in humans, this field is produced by the heart and informed by the mind/body
The above video is generally making light of the fact that electrical energy is flowing in space and is responsible for much of the celestial phenomena we observe astronomically in the heavens. But it also provides a point of reference for how interacting fields of energy, specifically our body-mind system, transfers energy and therefore information via electromagnetic means—what is commonly referred to as telepathy or psi ability.
In order to understand the mechanics of electromagnetic informational transference between two people or one person and the global mind, an understanding of bioelectric fields will be helpful
Bioelectric Fields and Brain-Heart Coherence
The bioelectric field is a combination of individual cell fields and the nervous system in general, electrolytic fluids flowing through the body, brain activity, along with the piezo-electric pumping action of the heart, all of which is shaped or focused by different states of consciousness. This can be measured by studying the coherence or resonances between the heart (via an EKG) and the brain (via an EEG). The energy flowing within a person’s bioelectric field creates a magnetic field around their body that has the capacity to interact with other fields, whether from other people, technology or the earth itself (the geomagnetic field). This means that our bodies are like a transmitting and receiving antenna, capable of uploading and downloading information through magnetic field interactions.
When you physically associate with another person, their magnetic field mingles with yours, and the resulting interactions cause equilibriumization—transfers of information and energy. In other words, when you come close to another person, and open yourself to them, the information in their field can be “downloaded” into yours.
The coherence between a person’s heart and brain determines how receptive they are to in flowing streams of information; how open we feel around another person is a gauge for the level of our own coherence. This was demonstrated by research conducted by the CIA, particularly with Ingo Swann, who developed techniques of telepathic reception of information, called remote viewing.
Magnetic Fields and Information Sharing
When Swann entered a theta state of consciousness, during meditation, his brain and heart coherence increased, and the overall bioelectric field produced by his body became coherent. As a result, he was able to interpret information downloaded into his field. This allowed him to “view” images in another person’s mind that was within the same coherent magnetic field as Swann. The information he received needed to be interpreted by his mind by way of the gestalts or meaning associations he developed throughout his life—a person’s unique knowledge base, which acts as a deciphering mechanism. This suggests that one can train themselves to be more telepathic by developing accurate knowledge.
Swann was also able to gather information directly from the geomagnetic field (the global mind) to review sites and locations not directly associated with another person. Swann could describe a location or object that he had never seen before, hence the name remote viewing. The stronger the emotional charge of the target, the greater Swann’s capacity to describe them.
Enhancing Telepathic Contact
The key points to comprehend here are that a person’s state of consciousness and the resulting bioelectric coherence of their body governs how well they can receive information from the surrounding magnetic field, whether it be from another person or the Earth itself. More over, the focus of their mind on a target (a visualization) and their pre-existing knowledge, determines how well they can make sense of what is received.
For example, if you receive an insight that your friend is sick, you might dismiss it as a random thought, if you don’t consider telepathic contact real. Conversely, if you do think it’s real—if you pay attention to these insights—you can interpret them as such, and by asking your friend, you can see if they are in fact sick.
Have you ever noticed that after spending time with a friend or loved one, you tend to intuit what their thinking, like completing each other sentences?
The paranormal normal explanation for this phenomenon seems to be partially governed by electromagnetic coupling between body-mind fields, which can occur locally through close proximity or remotely by using the geomagnetic field as a medium or “internet.” The telepathic contact appears to be enhanced or degraded depending on the rapport between an individual and another person or population of people—particularly how well your ideational language or gestalts match up with others.
More simply stated, when you spend time with someone, you get to know them (how they speak and think based on their behavior), and you can predict what they’re going to say or react to in a similar way you can predict what your favorite musical outfit will play melodically when listening to a new track of music they produced.
This is one explanation for why co-workers, friends, or lovers tend to share information between minds so easily, especially after they’ve gotten to know each other. But there are other, less than metaphysical explanations as well.
The key enhancing factor for telepathy seems to be openness or receptivity—or more specifically—the resonances formed between two people who are open to each other—the fruit of fellowship. The more we truly love someone, accepting them as they are, the more coherent our energy field will be when interacting with them.
Let’s describe that again for clarity.
An individual produces their own bioelectric field which has a magnetic field that goes along with it, extending some 30 feet from the body. When we come close to another person, and we are open to them, the two fields produce by each person form a unified magnetic field, the quality of which depends on the nature of their relationship—how accepting they are as people. The more friendly the association, the stronger the unified field created between them, resulting in greater mind to mind communication.
Conversely, people who hate or loathe each other likely still share information, but the dissonance of their energy fields—due to how they react when they come in contact with each other—will reduce information transference. This is because when we become conscious of something we don’t accept it evokes a feeling of rejection or revulsion, this causes a dissonance between the heart and brain, reducing the coherence of the shared magnetic fields created by each person.
Additionally, anything we do intuit won’t be as apparent or noticeable due to the way we think of people we don’t like. That is, when we don’t like someone, we tend to down play or reject things about them, making it harder to recognize when we are sharing ideas and thoughts telepathically.
Telepathy in terms of Entrainment: Synchronized Informational Fields
The principle that governs this sharing of information through interacting fields is sympathetic resonance or entrainment. The more resonance between two systems of energy (people in this case), the more easily they can share information. One can review the work of Dr. Michael Persinger and his research with Ingo Swann to better understand this phenomenon.
Dr. Persinger was able to demonstrate that placing two people into a coherent magnetic field causes the information stored in one person’s field to “upload” to the shared field, where a second person can access it using theta and other states of consciousness. Such states are often achieved by balancing the mind via meditation or moments of intense introspection and revery.
Now consider that when two people hug for more than 60 seconds, each person’s coherence between heart and brain is increased, and in turn, the resonance between the two people increases. What this means is that they form a joint or unified magnetic field between them—producing a point of contact wherein the information within their minds can be shared. The more the two people develop openness and transparent rapport—an absence of secrecy, deception, and lies—the more the fields can interact and share information.
All this suggests that the mind and heart system, properly tuned via unconditional love practices and forgiveness, can better attune oneself to the fields around them, increasing telepathy and psi abilities.
And what’s more, the resonances produced by an individual’s body and mind are also harmonic with the earth itself, recognized as a coherence between the body and Schumann Resonances. This means that the more coherent or in harmony our own mind-bodies are, the more we can couple with the earth field, which results in a greater capacity to receive and transmit information into the global mind.
Morphic resonance, a term coined by Rupert Sheldrake, could be explained and understood by considering the above-mentioned interactions between two people who develop rapport as well as the coupling of individual bioelectric fields with the global mind system, the geomagnetic field.
Precognition Explained by Faster Than Light (Superluminal) Entrainment
Although, these theories of how telepathy works are hard to substantiate via direct experimentation, there is enough data available insofar as information transference between electromagnetic systems to provide a strong case for the mechanics of telepathy. And these theories only take into account space-time energy phenomenon—the material aspects of electromagnetism. That is, magnetic connections occur below the speed of light, or within the physical realms of space time, but there is a faster-than-light component to consciousness little understood by modern-day science.
In the latter case, the superluminal interactions of fields likely play a part in governing precognition phenomenon. For example, Heart-Math Institute was able to demonstrate the precognitive faculties of the heart when they conducted an experiment involving images viewed by people. The images were randomly selected and shown to a subject, producing an emotional reaction that was measured using a heart monitor. What they observed was that the heart would react before the image was selected by the random generator. This experiment provides a data point which strongly suggests the heart is receiving precognitive insight.
How precognition works isn’t well understood, but if one considers the work of another physicist, Dewey B. Larson, some inferences can be drawn.
Specifically, Larson’s model of physics, called Reciprocal Systems (RS) Theory state that the superluminal regions of the universe, which operate above the speed of light, are in time-space, which means that information flowing in this region can move through time itself. The information within these faster-than-light fields produced by the mind can entrain with each other, which simply means that information received in the future can imprint itself onto the past. Interpreting the precognitive studies of the heart within RS theory, the reaction to the photograph transmits information into the time-space region, where it then “spreads out” in time, informing the field of the heart before the image is seen by the subject.
Intuitions and Gut Feelings about Possible Futures
If the RS theory of time-space information sharing is correct, then this suggests superluminal electrical interactions are at work. That is, information seems to be able to flow above the speed of light, which means insights can be received before an event that provided them takes place.
Information flowing in space-time (below the speed of light) can be transmitted into time-space (above the speed of light) using electromagnetic interactions as a medium or gateway. And this also suggests that living things are a dual system of below the speed of light and above the speed of light activity, that is, the body is a space-time object that is married to a time-space component of consciousness.
In other words, it appears as though telepathic contact can occur with ourselves across time itself, which is why we can get intuitions about the future that turns out to be accurate. For example, if you’re making plans to go on a vacation, you might get a weird feeling that suggests you shouldn’t go, and if you do, you might experience something that you didn’t want. In this case, the gut feeling you felt beforehand is an example of this precognitive reception of the future.
Also consider that remote viewers seem to be able to access information about parallel timelines, which also means you can get insights about possible futures, and choose not to act on them. This suggests that the mind’s ability to explore possible futures is just as precognitively sensitive as actual futures.
These studies also suggest that the more accurate our knowledge—the more the one truth is reflected within—the greater our capacity to use our innate psi abilities. Again, this is because the resonance between gestalts (knowledge and ideas contained within the mind)—whether in an individual or group of people—provides a pathway for the exchange of information.
Sharing Information via a Medium of Exchange
As an example of the sharing information via entrainment, consider how metronomes synchronize with each other, so long as a platform or medium for their individual frequency rates is present.
Notice that the metronomes couldn’t synchronize when a board they are resting on is on the table. But once the board is placed on two cans, the vibrations of each metronome transfers to the board, which then provides a medium for the exchange of their individual frequencies. A magnetic field is a medium for telepathic contact, whether produced artificially (like in Dr. Persinger’s experiments) or organically (either by two people developing loving rapport—shared heart-fields), or the earth’s geomagnetic field.
Given that the entire physical universe is governed by electromagnetic interactions, this seems to be a plausible theory. And it suggests any type of electromagnetic field has the potential to interact with any other, and in doing so, transmit information. Consider that we are influenced by another person’s field, which is influenced by the geomagnetic field, which is influenced by the solar magnetic field, which is influenced by surrounding stars and the galaxy. All these dynamic electromagnetic fields exchange information as they come in contact with each other, which provides a scientific basis to understand astrological influences.
Hopefully, as science sheds their rejection of superluminal activities, the nature of telepathy and psi abilities (as governed by electromagnetism), will be better understood.
In the mean time, you can experiment and observe your own body and mind as it interacts with the environment. Try developing unconditional love and acceptance of people in your life. It should become apparent with a little-dedicated mindfulness that as you shed negativity and short-sighted judgments about a person or thing, you can be better informed by insights that turn out to be accurate.
In my own studies, I’ve noticed that the more inclusive I am with information, developing a clear and concise understanding of things, the more I seem to be able to receive insights and intuitions that are reflective of the truth.
And if we consider that love is an inclusive mode of consciousness, then by becoming more loving, we create greater mind-body coherence, which in turn increases the power of our bioelectric fields capacity to receive and transmit information. The practice for achieving this state has been called self-mastery.
The ability to accept new information and weave it into a coherent or holistic model of reality (singular knowledge by careful discernment and contemplation), ensures the coherence of the body’s bioelectric field is tuned to receive telepathic information clearly. When we love the truth and embrace the unknown, we make our selves better receivers.
Imagine a world where everyone is loving and receptive, where prejudice is replaced by compassion and tolerance, and loving states of acceptance are the norm. Perhaps, in such a world, innate telepathic abilities will become more powerful, eventually leading to the emergence of psi abilities and mind-to-mind modes of communication.

NASA says they’ve done the math, and they’ve recently introduced a new zodiac sign. They’ve thrown ages-old astrology charts totally out of whack with the announcement of Ophiuchus. What used to be utilized by die-hard astrology enthusiasts to plot and plan their lives could now be thought of as heresy.
If ever the New Age advice to “check the stars” before taking action, were counterbalanced with scientific reason, which supposes heavenly bodies have no impact on our lives whatsoever, we’d see we are at odds – these seemingly disparate entities have now entered a new territory of antipathy, or have they?
NASA says they didn’t change any astrological signs. They “just did the math,” and found that there is an additional zodiac sign between Sagittarius and Scorpio, called the “serpent bearer,” because it appears in the middle of the Serpens constellation.
It’s interesting to note that Ophiuchus — located near the celestial equator and one of the 48 constellations listed by the 2nd-century astronomer Ptolemy — is just one of thousands of possible constellations that could have been “added” to our astrological influences, however, the sign, which wasn’t previously added because the sun barely touches it through its movement in space, is named after a Greek God that handles serpents.
This isn’t exactly new-found knowledge that NASA is divulging either, since the constellation was found more than 3,0000 years ago. So why has NASA chosen to upset astrology charts now with a serpent-bearing addition to the 12 signs?
To find an answer we can look at the mythology behind the sign.
Ophiuchus represented the god Apollo to the Greeks. He “handled” the snake that guarded the Oracle of Delphi at her temple. The Oracle of Delphi was the prophetic priestess Pythia, known for her ESP powers.
Apollo wasn’t too shabby in his own right. He was quite complex and powerful as the son of Zeus, and Titan Leto. He also had powers of divination and moved the sun across the sky every day. So, why was a guy who did these Godly feats removed from our 12-sign astrological charts? Especially considering they are based primarily on the movement of the earth juxtaposed against heavenly bodies and the sun?
There’s the odd fact that the ancient Babylonians created the 12 signs of the zodiac to match their 12-month lunar calendar, but the answer may also lay in Apollo’s relationship to the Oracle. (As an aside, the Babylonians are also credited with creating usury, or the injurious use of interest to enslave people.)
The oracle at Delphi is shrouded in mystery to this day. She spoke for the god Apollo and answered questions for the Greeks about foreign relations, colonization, religion, and power. More notably, the oracle existed long before Apollo found her.
As the story goes, Apollo also “conquered” the oracle’s temple – only two of which are in recorded history, even though myth has it there were at least five temples of the oracle. The Earth mother kept her holy serpent at Delphi. Apollo killed the serpent and then tried to keep the oracle’s powers for himself. This is why Delphi is also known as Pythia – in honor of the killing of the snake.
According to Yahoo News, the new 13-sign calendar plays out like this:
So, is NASA’s “math” accurate, or are we to dismiss the contemporary zodiac? Does the zodiac affect us at all, anyhow?
What affects us may not be so much the calculations and alignment of the heavenly bodies, but what we’ve accepted as our own myth – what Joseph Campbell would term our “call to duty,” or rites of passage.
These myths – insinuated by powerful forces and carried in our own psyches for millennia – outline deep archetypal emotions and hardships we all must face to become spiritually realized.
In an interview with Bill Moyers, Campbell responds to the reference:
“Genesis 1: “In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep.”
“This is the song of the world, from a legend of the Pima Indians: “In the beginning there was only darkness everywhere, darkness and water. And the darkness gathered thick in places, crowding together and then separating, crowding and separating.”
“And the spirit of God was moving over the face of the waters, and God said, ‘Let there be light.’”
“This is from the Hindu Upanishad: “In the beginning there was only the great self, reflected in the form of a person. Reflecting, it found nothing but itself, and its first word was, ‘This am I.’”
We could carry out these creation stories into every known culture that ever existed in this world – and likely others, however, the heaven’s and the earth reflect what is within us. Is astrology a science, pseudoscience, or an art?
Is NASA’s addition of a 13th zodiac of any consequence? The more important question may be what is NASA trying to communicate to the collective consciousness. What mythology is being offered for us to confirm or deny?
To quote from Campbell once more,
“These bits of information from ancient times, which have to do with the themes that have supported man’s life, built civilizations, informed religions over the millennia, have to do with deep inner problems, inner mysteries, inner thresholds of passage and if you don’t know what the guide signs are along the way, you have to work it out yourself.”

Alcohol is a most destructive drug. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention estimates that some 88,000 people a year die from excessive alcohol use, while over 10,000 people die each year as a result of drunk driving, a third of all traffic fatalities. Never-the-less, the alcohol industry continues to grow with nearly $500 billion a year in sales of beer, wine, and spirits. Big business, with big consequences.
American alcohol consumption is on the rise, and it is now estimated that 1 in 8 Americans are alcoholics. This is a growing epidemic, as demonstrated by two surveys showing unprecedented increases in alcoholism.
“Two large surveys carried out in 2001-02 and 2012-13 have found that harmful levels of drinking are increasing among almost all demographics in the US. The number of teetotallers is falling, while high-risk drinking and alcoholism rose sharply during the 11-year period, according to an analysis published in JAMA Psychiatry.” [Source]
The rise is statistically significant, and the greatest increases were seen among those in the ‘severe’ use category, a sign that this trend is likely to produce an increase in alcohol related disease and accidents.
“The number of people who had consumed alcohol in the past 12 months went up 11.2% in the time between surveys. High-risk drinking went up by almost 30%. This means that at present about 29.6 million Americans are putting their health at risk due to their drinking habits.
The largest change was in the most severe alcohol use category. The number of people who had received a diagnosis of alcoholism over the period of the two studies shot up by 49%, affecting 12.7% of the total population. This means 1 in 8 Americans received a diagnosis of alcoholism in the year before the latest survey.” [Source]
Some experts blame the affordability of alcohol for the increase in abuse of alcohol.
“The price of alcohol has fallen sharply over recent decades, and that is the most compelling explanation for why the population is drinking more. Even the heaviest drinkers respond to changes in the cost of alcohol.” ~Keith Humphreys, a drug policy expert at Stanford University
This may indeed be relevant, however, it’s not just alcoholism that is rising to startling levels, but also the overuse of opioids and other drugs. As addiction expert Gabor Maté recently explained in an interview with Brian Rose of London Real how alcohol is used as an escape mechanism to dull the pain of unresolved trauma and past experiences which have had a lasting effect on one’s psyche.
READ: 20 COMMON THINGS PEOPLE REALIZE WHEN THEY QUIT DRINKING ALCOHOL
“It is a known by many that ingesting alcohol depresses the nervous system, kills brain cells, is toxic to the liver, weakens the immune system, and has many other harmful effects. We are taught that long-term alcohol use can lead to unwanted weight gain, diseases of the liver, lowering of intelligence, and negative effects on hormones. Drinking alcohol while pregnant can lead to birth defects, mental retardation, and deformities in the developing fetus. Yet still, it is mass promoted and supported by our mainstream culture. Have you ever considered that alcohol is a slick tool of the supporters of the Matrix (global mind control and oppression program) to keep people on a path of disempowerment and sickness?” [Source]
There are also spiritual consequences of drinking alcohol to excess, as noted by Zahra Sita:
“How many times have you or someone you know, after becoming quite intoxicated with alcohol, behaved in a manner uncommon to them? Perhaps you experienced the changing of voice, violence, sexual promiscuity, ingesting of harmful substances, destruction to property, conflictual behavior, and other negative expressions. Consider these experiences and ask yourself – is this the manifestation of light, love, and positivity? Do these occurrences represent a path of consciousness and health?” [Source]
Quitting alcohol has many positive benefits, and many people see common things change in their lives.
“Not drinking alcohol can give you a serious edge in a society where most everyone else is boozing it up on a regular basis. The zeitgeist of alcohol is that it makes life more fun, but the reality is that it is a massive industry pushed onto the public which has created a culture of self-destructive behavior.” ~Sofia Adamson

The saying, ‘we are the imagination of ourselves’ is worth remembering when inventing new technologies for creating a thriving future. Further, for visionary, innovative, outside-of-the-box thinking, inventors in their imagination must realize that possibility is not something to be judged in terms of a capacity to comprehend it, as this could seriously limit what’s really possible.
New technologies for creating a thriving future must contribute to changing our current pitiful world situation with its lack of human rights, mass poverty, hunger, environmental degradation… etc. Indeed, these circumstances are completely unacceptable.
Currently, the dark cabal are the rate limiting factor in our technological and evolutionary progress. They have suppressed certain technologies that could have created a utopian society. They have kept these technologies to themselves, so that they can have the advantage over us in their global domination: They have not only suppressed a number of life-saving humanity transforming inventions, but have also introduced technologies harmful to life, polluting our land, water and air.
Putting our cynicism and resignation aside, working together with the idea that anything’s possible for us, we must expose the dark cabal. Somehow they have to be brought down for any real humanitarian progress to be made.
Putting the above in context, here are, however, 6 promising new technologies for creating a thriving future.
1. Genetically engineered yeast for removing toxic heavy metal pollutants
Genetic engineering has quite justifiably been met with much objection, with its health-threatening toxic genes, harmful effects on life, ecosystems and the environment… However, here’s a promising new technology involving genetically engineered yeast made from beer and bread. The yeast can be used for cleaning up our environment by removing toxic heavy metal pollutants.
Basically, it works on the principle that the yeast cells are genetically modified to make the heavy metals bind to their surfaces (cell membranes). This eco-friendly yeast is still, however, limited to the laboratory scale. Scientists involved in the project are working on how to make the yeast soak up heavy metals in real world settings, such as in water treatment plants. The scientists also have to overcome the problem of how to dispose the yeast-heavy metal complex formations.
2. Hemp in hempcrete for building houses
Hemp is extremely versatile. Hemp has been used to make a lime-based material called hempcrete for building houses. As a building material hempcrete is fire-resistant, waterproof, strong, highly durable and more versatile than concrete… Hence, it can be used to build floors, walls, roofs, insulation and much more. –In other words, as a superior material when comparing it to conventional building materials, cheaper to use hempcrete could revolutionize the construction industry.
3. 3D printing
Indeed, 3D printing is not an uncommon technology, but its use has grown immensely over the years. As each year goes by we find out that 3D printing has been able to produce something that was previously considered unthinkable or impossible. Consider this when relating it to the idea that camera lenses the size of a grain of salt can be created using 3D printing. Then consider that 3D printing can accomplish the building of house-sized objects in about 24hrs…
4. Fire ants
The study of fire ants is fascinating. Whether it’s through the threat of water, chemicals, flash freezing or the appliance of forces from objects.., their colonies have the most amazing ability to survive… –In dealing with these threats they have the ability to group together as one. Thus, they can behave, for examples, as a solid fabric, a viscous elastic gel, form large structures… as their bodies’ link up and cluster together accordingly.
David Hu from the bio-locomotion lab at the Georgia Institute of Technology is interested in fire ants because of their decentralized collective actions. He believes that through studying the behaviour of the fire ants, breakthroughs in modular robotics can be achieved. Have a look at this fascinating video showing the fire ants’ unique behaviour.
5. The great Pacific Ocean cleanup
A highly ambitious technology has been devised to deal with the ever-increasing build-up of garbage and micro-plastics accumulating in the Pacific Ocean and other seas. The build-up seriously threatens aquatic life and ecosystems.
A non-profit organization Ocean Cleanup plans to remove the garbage and micro-plastics through laying down a prototype highly durable polyurethane screen more than a mile long. This permeable trailing screen filter net will collect garbage and micro-plastic debris as small as 1 centimetre, but the aquatic life will not be harmed or affected. The aquatic life will either pass by or go underneath it.
Using computer generated modelling, it has been predicted that after a pilot setup in late 2017 half the affectionately known “Great Pacific Garbage Patch” will be cleaned up by 50% in the year 2022 using this technology.
6. Seawater desalination plants
Over the years desalination plants have come a long way in terms of development. A modern industrial desalination plant at a Mediterranean beach just outside Tel-Aviv, Israel, hums around the clock, producing clean fresh water from the sea. The efficiency of this setup enables it to supply substantial proportions (around 20%) of this clean fresh water to the entire nation.
Costing $500 million, Israel Desalination Enterprises (IDE Technologies) built the plant for the Israeli government. The desalination works through the application of a process calledreverse osmosis (RO).
This plant shows significant advances in RO technology from the point of view of cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
It’s staggering to know that something like 700 million people throughout the world don’t have sufficient access to clean fresh water. Consider the use of this technology for supplying clean fresh water to areas where there are inadequate supplies and ever-increasing populations.
Besides IDE Technologies, RO technology is being developed by other companies in different parts of the world including Singapore, a number of countries in the Persian Gulf and Australia… Some areas have developed the technology out of pure desperation where there are severe water problems.

Reported cases of demonic possession are on the rise worldwide. In 2016, ABC News reported a sharp increase in exorcism, while noting that even the Pope himself was called upon to perform exorcism on behalf of the Catholic Church.
Something seems askew with all of this in the age of scientific reductionism, but is there a psychological basis for such a mysterious return to archaic frames of mind?
According to board-certified psychiatrist and professor of clinical psychiatry at New York Medical College Richard Gallagher there is. While most cases of demonic possession can be attributed to hoaxes and trickery, Gallagher has a unique range of experience in working with the real thing.
His journey into this bizarre and unsettling phenomenon began when he was approached by a Catholic priest who sought his advice on the case of a subject of his who was experiencing symptoms of demonic possession. The priest wanted to know if it was merely a mental disorder which was causing such bizarre and frightening behavior in his patient, and so, with an open mind, Gallagher took a closer look. What followed thereafter was an unexpected journey into the world of exorcism on the fringes of human behavior.
“Is it possible to be a sophisticated psychiatrist and believe that evil spirits are, however seldom, assailing humans? Most of my scientific colleagues and friends say no, because of their frequent contact with patients who are deluded about demons, their general skepticism of the supernatural, and their commitment to employ only standard, peer-reviewed treatments that do not potentially mislead (a definite risk) or harm vulnerable patients. But careful observation of the evidence presented to me in my career has led me to believe that certain extremely uncommon cases can be explained no other way.” ~Richard Gallagher
Regarding the peculiar case of a high priestess of the Church of Satan, Gallagher describes how he came to believe that not all cases of supposed demonic possession are fraudulent, but that some sort of genuine paranormal activity is actually taking place. This assessment is founded on his 25 years of experience in this area with several hundred consultations.
“I was inclined to skepticism. But my subject’s behavior exceeded what I could explain with my training. She could tell some people their secret weaknesses, such as undue pride. She knew how individuals she’d never known had died, including my mother and her fatal case of ovarian cancer. Six people later vouched to me that, during her exorcisms, they heard her speaking multiple languages, including Latin, completely unfamiliar to her outside of her trances. This was not psychosis; it was what I can only describe as paranormal ability. I concluded that she was possessed.” ~Richard Gallagher
He describes the phenomenon here:
“A possessed individual may suddenly, in a type of trance, voice statements of astonishing venom and contempt for religion, while understanding and speaking various foreign languages previously unknown to them. The subject might also exhibit enormous strength or even the extraordinarily rare phenomenon of levitation. (I have not witnessed a levitation myself, but half a dozen people I work with vow that they’ve seen it in the course of their exorcisms.) He or she might demonstrate “hidden knowledge” of all sorts of things — like how a stranger’s loved ones died, what secret sins she has committed, even where people are at a given moment. These are skills that cannot be explained except by special psychic or preternatural ability.” ~Richard Gallagher
In short, after decades of direct experience while considering both the scientific approach and being open to a greater possibility, Gallagher believes that demonic possession is very real. And while this viewpoint is certainly likely to earn ridicule and stoke the skeptics, we do know that there is much more to the human spiritual experience than can be explained by science.

“The nitrogen in our DNA, the calcium in our teeth, the iron in our blood, the carbon in our apple pies were made in the interiors of collapsing stars. We are made of starstuff.” ~Carl Sagan, Star Stuff
Have you ever felt as though some part of you was not from our galaxy, that somehow you had a physical connection with the cosmos?
A dramatic new study into the origins of galaxies simulated the process by which galaxies are formed and when stars within them explode. The finding offer strong evidence that nearly half of the atoms found in the Milky Way are made from residual particles ejected when far away galaxies go supernova and explode. This includes half of the atoms that make up the human body.
Carried by intergalactic winds after a galaxy’s death, many of these ejected particles travel to our solar system from neighboring galaxies, eventually congregating to amass concentrations of the building blocks of atoms. The bulk of the helium and hydrogen that makes it to a new galaxy forms new stars, while other more dense elements combine to create objects like asteroids, comets, planets and life forms.
Powerful supernova explosions can fling trillions of tonnes of atoms into space with such ferocity that they escape their home galaxy’s gravitational pull and fall towards larger neighbours in enormous clouds that travel at hundreds of kilometres per second. [Source]
The following computer simulation demonstrates our new understanding of the formation process of galaxies:
These ejected elements are believed to be able to travel nearly a million light years away from their origin before finally settling in new galaxies, as noted by a report in the Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society.
“The surprising thing is that galactic winds contribute significantly more material than we thought “In terms of research in galaxy evolution, we’re very excited about these results. It’s a new mode of galaxy growth we’ve not considered before.” ~Daniel Anglés-Alcázar,, an astronomer at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois
Using dramatic 3D models of how galaxies are born and then die, showing how a significant portion of the material which comprises new galaxies is gathered from left over material that has arrived from other galaxies. In our previous understanding of how the Milky Way was formed, scientists had believed that most of the matter here was contributed by the Big Bang.
The Big Bang theory has been popular among astronomers and physicists since the revelations of Albert Einstein, but in recent years has been under intense scrutiny with some claiming that it may be completely wrong. With this new simulation, the Big Bang theory moves closer to extinction.
“Our origins are much less local than we thought, This study gives us a sense of how things around us are connected to distant objects in the sky.” ~Claude-André Faucher-Giguère
Another recent experiment offers the theory that the universe itself may actually be a conscious organism, and that all matter within it is permeated with a consciousness of its own. Combined with the recent discoveries about the origins of star-dust, we may be on the brink of a major breakthrough in understanding our place in the cosmos.
The following video is a simulation of gas flows of a Milky Way type galaxy:

So you have probably noticed things aren’t going so well on planet earth right now. Nothing and no-one remains untouched by our unprecedented global upheaval as it’s impact takes its toll on our feelings, thoughts, perspectives and experiences and much else besides.
It’s unequivocally all change and unfortunately, the destructive type.
When you unleash a Phoenix however, it’s natural that its devastation precedes any subsequent resurrection and that, I would propose, is the true reason behind the wholesale worldly chaos we’re all experiencing right now.
Imagine, however, the potential: all the planetary possibilities that could arise from said destruction, if we individually and collectively choose to step up and instigate a better way.
On a personal level, each of us has the power to choose our response to what’s going on and which perspective, version of truth, attitude and action we wish to adopt moving forward. If each of us simply decided to model, with integrity, the knowledge, skills and worldly wisdom that we’ve specifically acquired along our life paths, how easy and authentic would it be to create a world in which we all felt we belonged; a world in which we’d all love to live and felt inspired to nurture.
Sounds logical thus far, but here comes the big question… you knew it was coming. How on Earth is that possible?
As humans, as you’ve probably noticed, we’re not always primed to respond and take action and it seems that we fall broadly into one of four categories, a familiar concept to those of you who know something about psychology and how the mind works.
A small, but increasingly bright light on the horizon of our current global destruction, (that providentially appears not to be a mega nuclear explosion), is the apparent growth in the number of individuals feeling called and willing to explore how they, as individuals, can make their difference in a field of endeavor that inspires them to step out of their comfort zone and live what’s important to them. Each person adding their own personal weight towards achieving that necessary tipping point, moving us closer to a more enlightened planetary state of consciousness.
And when we consider the state of the world today and assess the need to resurrect and reconstruct our failing societies and systems, I think we could say with absolute confidence that we would still welcome an awful lot more hero and heroine role models to wake up and make their own personal contribution right now.
Let’s consider, just for a moment, how many Dragons you have slain, how many insurmountable obstacles, barriers you have overcome, un-scalable walls and mountains you have climbed, indescribably difficult relationships survived, health issues, issues of injustice and financial disasters you have surmounted, and against all the odds
A few, several dozen, a hundred? More?
May I suggest that, the number of dragons that you’ve had to encounter and ‘put to rest’ represents the equivalent amount of immense knowledge and understanding, dare I call it wisdom, you alone are now qualified to share. There is no-one else on this planet who has undergone one of your unique experiences, let alone the full, assorted combination, so perfectly accumulated over time; they’ve now macerated nicely and have melded harmoniously together into your own individual special brew, whether you’re aware of it or not!
As a result, there is only you who is singularly qualified in the world, as a unique crisis overseer and dragon slayer, to do your ‘stuff’ and contribute your own ineffable contribution to the transformation the world is waiting for.
In your dragon slaying process, you automatically (although most likely unconsciously), acquired a specific combination of talents, knowledge and skills that became perfectly honed during your skirmishes and deathly deeds with the wide range and numbers of dragon species: their unforgiving qualities and brutal characteristics, their extreme thickness of skin and ferocity of teeth; all providing you with the terrifying encounters that you alone had to manage and overcome.
Since there appears to be no current advertised role for Dragon Master, you have to be marginally more creative in how you apply your skills and hard won talents.
Do not imagine, however, that there are not many absolutely desperate to acquire the very same skills you have now mastered; as there are hundreds, if not thousands of individuals who would benefit from your uniquely perfected understanding and knowledge hard won through your repeated exploits of dicing with these dangerous beasts.
Which brings me to my final question…
If you belong to that fourth category and are totally serious about playing your part in transforming how life works for all on this exceptional planet, please refer to your own Dragons’ Mastery Handbook.
May I remind you that this is your personal bible: the contents of which have taken you decades of emotional and physical sweat and tears to compile and in which is clearly documented all the vital signs and clues needed to identify your personal gifts, together with your ‘Truth’ that you feel compelled to see expressed in the world.
It is within the much thumbed pages of your own critical Handbook that you will find everything you will ever want or need to know about your unique diplomas and death-defying credentials that you are now here to share with humanity.
Whilst openings might not be advertised, there will be hundreds of miles of zealous apprentices eagerly queuing to learn your own personal lessons of self-mastery, artful ways of managing yourself and others and contributing respectfully, thoughtfully and with innovation a new and better world over that you have perfected through trial and error and that you are now ready to teach.
As a result, many of us are now starting to reconsider what new structures we want to create in our world that work for everyone, as we step through the remnants of our old structures and pathways and feel inspired to dream of new, previously never-before-designed, yet positively respectful ways of living together. We seek to identify where best our uniquely honed knowledge and skills will serve a sensitively and respectfully re-constructed and re-imagined society that benefits all.
So please consult your Dragon Slayers’ Handbook and ask yourself, what knowledge have each of your dragons taught you that you can, in turn, share with others to help them overcome and slay their own personal set of dragons. What can you offer them that they desperately want to know? In this way you can uniquely support others to play a wiser, more respectful and transformative role in the new world we all have a part (and responsibility) in recreating.
What is your unique role that only you can play in this new worldly reconstruction process?

The federally mandated, nationally standardized education program Common Core has many parents and teachers concerned. For starters, it imposes rigorous testing onto students, forcing curriculums to be molded around exams, not necessarily around learning or the development of critical thinking. Additionally, Common Core is part of a system developed by corporations and aims to prepare children for the life of being an employee, not a change-maker.
The program is causing friction around the nation, and a slow-burn rebellion of sorts is underway. In 2015, 4th grader Sydney Smoot made national headlines when she eloquently ripped standardized testing at a school board meeting.
So what happens to a school and the students therein when Common Core is abandoned altogether?
Mason Classical Academy (MCA), a charter school in Naples, Florida has been applauded for its testing results in English Language Arts after the school ditched Common Core.
In a letter to parents of MCA, principal David Hull explained the dilemma facing the school and its students:
There is, however, a serious conundrum we face as a classical, public charter school: Not only are we to use our own curriculum and offer a different choice than the regular public schools, but we are also mandated to pass the state test. This begs some questions. Which is more critical, a solid education or passing state tests? Can we accomplish delivering both? Is it ethical to focus more on state standards than a rigorous curriculum influenced by one of the most prestigious colleges in the world, Hillsdale College? Are we able to accomplish our mission with state mandates and Common Core breathing down our necks? Do we have our students practice for state tests on computers because tests are now computer-based? Are our students at an automatic disadvantage because we choose paper and pencil over keyboards and mice? These are difficult questions to answer, and ones that will be revealed only by time. [Source]
To confront this issue head on, the school tried something of which many others should take notice. It developed its own educational standards based on proper discipline on the part of students, respectful dedication on the part of teachers, and a platform of virtues that have historically been prevalent in classical education.
Character traits such as respect, integrity, citizenship, and responsibility are not only explicitly taught during assemblies, but are embedded throughout classical literature, history, and fine arts instruction. Where are those standards mandated by the state? [Source]
Among this programmatic shift at MCA was a return to phonics based learning when teaching young children how to read. Common Core has been widely criticized for complicating the process by which children learn to read, confusing them by making them memorize whole words before learning how to read sounds and recognize syllables. In short, Common Core abandons phonics-based learning, and when MCA returned to this approach, the results were outstanding.
It was hardly surprising, either, to learn that students at MCA were at the top across Florida as well. Third graders at MCA were in the top 2 percent in the state. In fifth grade, MCA students were in the top 1 percent for Florida. The results speak for themselves. [Source]
Thanks to the classical approach of phonics, an impressive 90 percent of the third-grade students at Mason Classical Academy were proficient in English Language Arts, compared to just 58 percent in the county overall, most of whom rely on Common Core. In fact, the MCA third-graders were in Florida’s top two percent, while fifth graders from the academy ranked in the state’s top one percent. [Source]
In today’s conformist culture it is no surprise that MCA has been attacked by others for their willingness to take control of their own standards, even though the results speak for themselves.
For those serious about exposing Common Core, its clear that as a conspiracy, the program appears to be designed to crush divergent thinking, offering an inroad into the minds of our children which is to be exploited by the interests of the State.
Common core children are not allowed to synthesize latent creativity, and they spend little time in nature. They also are not given an inspiring human mentor, as much as a by-the-book curriculum regurgitating ‘teacher’ who has also been dumbed down by the educational system. This person is more concerned, through their own educational brainwashing, to apply the latest psychological theories, without truly teaching a child to be on fire for learning.
Intelligence agencies also infiltrate the educational system in order to train and recruit future elite personnel. People are chosen based on their ability to follow orders, not diverge from the transhumanist agenda. Common core is a massive take-over of the educational system, similar to the takeover of the agricultural system, our water, our banking system, etc. In short, it benefits the military industrial complexand a handful of corporations, not your children’s budding intellectual genius. [Source]
How long will it be before other schools in America see the light and follow MCA in ditching Common Core?

Mankind is an experiment. No experiment can go wrong as they are simply experiments. We exist in a conscious universe, one of innumerable coexisting universes. Since the creative universe is conscious we know intention is involved. A sequence of choices or agreements were made of some fashion to bring this world and our habitation of it into being. This includes our own willing agreement since we too are fractals of eternal consciousness in a loving Universe.
The experiment on our planet and perhaps others in our Universe is to see what would happen when an infinitely gifted awareness with free will was dropped into a lower density existence where it experiences limitation and a temporary forgetfulness of its true state. What would this race respond to? How would it react? What would it do, with the added gift of Gaia as its beautiful home
This wasn’t an accident or trick by any means. We were given the choice whether to take on this challenge or not. We’re here by free will, despite our having temporarily forgotten that element. Had we remembered from the outset it would not have been a pure experiment, nor real test. We took on this adventure willingly, knowing it would lead to greater growth and understanding for our eternal selves as well as that of others and all of creation. The later waves of us also knew this was something of a rescue mission to see if we could turn things around, as humanity up to then as well as now had made a right mess of things and not developed as they could have.
Universe is continually expanding. As its nature is consciousness, so awareness of itself is continually expanding through its various creations, be they planets or beings of any kind. Newness, new creations, new realms are continually being born. Creation never stops. Expansion is what every level of vibration or energetic frequency seeks, even the lower, dark ones. It’s the nature-al process of being. This is why inspiration and creativity are intrinsically connected, as well as happiness and true fulfillment in the moment, which is timeless.
Fear is the false awareness of separation. It creates its own frequency fence that self reinforces the lower density structure. It manifests in many forms from survival concerns to psychological and spiritual mechanisms that induce paralysis and constraint. That illusion is strong and one of the main hurdles to overcome during our tenure here. Learning to manage our emotions and what drives them is another as they can so easily be misguided and energetically as well as socially manipulated.
Data Receivers and Retrievers
Notice how learning, experiencing and even consuming are natural to our form of being. We’re continually processing. Sometimes in futile loops without learning the true nature of things, but very often in an effort to understand how everything works, and why. This is why. We’re contributing to the Universe discovering itself energetically, from the simplest things to what we might consider breakthrough concepts and ideas. The irony is that they’re all already there to simply be dis-covered. Our hunger and thirst for true knowledge is seemingly insatiable due to its infinite, open ended potential, making our experience a thrill when we’re on the right track.
As we all experience, we receive information in many forms. Some is purely mental input as a form of natural science mechanism discoveries, while other data comes via intuition and other senses we are waking up to the nature of more and more. Either way, we’re continually processing what we receive, while at the same time we’re sending data back to Source like transceivers as Universe expands. We’re like roving landing vehicles in and on a strange land constantly analyzing information which is continually relayed back to where we originated. There is a vast amount of knowledge we have yet to gain regarding this process, but that’s enough to remind us why we’re here, amongst other things.
Dark and Light
It’s all the nature of the expansion of all things. The negative oriented forces do the same, seeking expansion in a misguided form by dominion over others to capture their energy for themselves. It’s part of the process that is allowed due to free will and a choice an apparent few make, for whatever reason. Some may not be of us and from other dimensions and part of the test here, yet it’s the same energetic principle. Nothing is inherently evil in that sense. All is energy seeking expansion. But what choice is made will determine if that energetic force will reach back to Source voluntarily or force itself to be recycled and miss the ecstasy of true energetic growth.
This is why fixating on the negative that has been allowed to propagate is only giving that energy more sustenance. The only answer to the negative is to not feed it with attention or intention but to increase the positive, raising the standard high by energetic influence and example to others. The lower density field is one of conflict and draws anything it can into it, however well meaning, thereby reinforcing polarity which increases its energetic influence. The dualistic field of contest and conflict throughout society is a clear manifestation of this.
Darkness is a form of shadow energy. It copies natural energy laws, but only in lower dimensions. It cannot even grasp higher dimensional existence never mind do anything about it. All it can do is try to prevent others from tuning into and eventually moving into those higher frequencies by its very low dimensional, dense vibratory nature.
The dark cannot coexist with light – it simply ceases to exist where there is true light. This is why that energetic level manifests fear which gives a heightened sense of separation from our true source, which in turn disempowers in order to contain what it needs to reinforce itself. Attachment to these dark mechanisms, either with or against them, only feeds this cycle. Once we realize this simple truth the game changes – drastically – individually and collectively.
We’re simply becoming aware of what always has been. And it’s amazingly wonderful!

At some point in time, whether now, or a thousand years from now, disclosure of what the government knows about extraterrestrial life will have to happen. A secret this big simply cannot be kept, especially as the space program becomes privatized and more people have access to the heavens and to the data we’ve collected in the past. In many ways, we’ve been experiencing disclosure lite, as information slowly creeps out from many sources.
Billionaire Robert Bigelow, a space industry pioneer and NASA partner, recently publicly stated that aliens are real and are already active on planet earth. Around the world, people are witnessing and video-recording unusual craft, UFO’s, in the skies, many of them strikingly similar in unique locations. Heads of State and military personnel have made dozens of statements on the reality of UFO and ET activity here on earth, but the public at large simply won’t believe any of this until the government itself makes a legitimate disclosure.
A video just released by the global hacker collective Anonymous, claims that NASA has essentially done just that after NASA’s recent announcement that many planets very similar to earth have been found in our own galaxy. Anonymous claims that an associate administrator of NASA and accompanying comments are akin to disclosure, and that a more public briefing is forthcoming.
“Anonymous’ claim is based on a number of recent NASA discoveries coupled with comments made by one of the agency’s spokesmen during a congressional hearing titled ‘Advances in the Search for Life,’ in April.
Professor Thomas Zurbuchen, associate administrator for the Science Mission Directorate, told the hearing that NASA’s recent advances, such as the discovery of hydrogen in Saturn’s moon Enceladus and the Hubble team’s promising results from the oceans of Jupiter’s moon, Europa, are promising signs that we’re closer than ever to discovering evidence of alien life.
“Taking into account all of the different activities and missions that are specifically searching for evidence of alien life, we are on the verge of making one of the most profound, unprecedented, discoveries in history,” said Zurbuchen during the hearing of the committee on American Science, Space and Technology.” [RT]
See the Anonymous message for yourself, here:
In the age of disinformation, propaganda and top-down control, we have long foreseen the likelihood that disclosure will be a propagandized phony announcement, staged as a false flag to give we earthlings yet another reason to demand more authority from government. If NASA should truly disclose the discovery of life on other planets, the announcement would have to be scrutinized as another plot to manipulate human beings, as NASA is itself an organization highly suspect for the role it plays in enabling the deep state as an arm of the military industrial complex.
Furthermore, as this revelation comes from Anonymous, even more suspicion is warranted, for we have seen how the new world order has attempted to hijack this organization, and as mainstream media outlets report on this story as having been released by anonews, it is important to remember that this organization is merely a blog and a facebook page created to generate web traffic and personal income by seizing on a well recognized brand. In other words, the messengers here are highly suspect but the message in this case is curious considering that so many bits of disclosure have been happening recently.

Registration Fees Prove Cannabis Leglalization is Really Just Us Buying Back Rights From Corrupt Government
Isaac Davis, Staff Writer
As an ever-growing body of scientific research further verifies the efficacy of medical marijuana as a natural alternative treatment for many ailments and for preventative health, more people are demanding access to this easy to grow weed. And while cannabis legalization sweeps the nation, state governments are becoming more open to the idea of having a new cash cow.
There is, however, an enormous difference between the concepts of legalization and de-criminalization. The former, legalization, gives new powers to the government to create an entire new sub set of regulatory agencies, registration schemes, punitive laws, fees, and punishments for engaging in the very simple act of gardening. De-criminalization implies that the government simply ceases to fine and imprison people.
Think about it: would anyone agree to paying an organized crime syndicate to grow tomatoes?
In the excitement to escape the immoral persecution of being locked in a cage for possession of a plant, we are happily willing to submit these massive new extortion and control schemes, while at the same time accepting the creation of all types of new crimes and criminal charges to harass and arrest us on.
As an example, the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act of Illinois creates a broad scheme or taxation under the guise of concern for citizen health.
The Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act establishes a patient registry program, protects registered qualifying patients and registered designated caregivers from “arrest, prosecution, or denial of any right or privilege,” and allows for the registration of cultivation centers and dispensing organizations. Once the act goes into effect, “a tax is imposed upon the privilege of cultivating medical cannabis at a rate of 7% of the sales price per ounce.” [Source]
For individuals who wish to grow their own in Illinois, the fees are some of the highest in the nation, high enough to restrict access to many who simply cannot afford it. This presumably keeps people dependent on the medical establishment and expensive pharmaceutical model for treatment of conditions which may be positively affected by the use of cannabis.
Patient registration fees in Illinois are listed here:
Illinois Patient Registry Fee:
One year: $100 / $50 for veterans or people enrolled in federal Social Security Disability Income (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) disability programs
Two years: $200 / $100
Three years: $250 /$125
In Massachusetts there is an annual $50 patient registration fee, and patients are required to carry a special ID at all times when in possession of cannabis. In New York, the fee is $50, but the government is waiving the fee, which still requires individuals to register with the government, subjecting themselves to new criminal laws. Connecticut charges patients $100 for the right use a plant to improve their health.
A thorough state-by-state guide of fees associated with so-called legal cannabis was created by Noelle Skodzinski. A glance at the document highlights just how creative government can be in coming up with tax and regulation schemes.
Illinois currently has the highest fees, charging cultivators a $25,000 application fee (nonrefundable), a $200,000 licensing fee, and a $100,000 annual renewal fee. For dispensaries, the fees are slightly lower, but still among the highest charged: a $5,000 application fee (nonrefundable), a $30,000 licensing fee, and a $25,000 annual renewal fee. (Maryland’s proposed fees would follow Illinois in its high rates for licenses: The state is proposing application fees of $6,000 for growers and $5,000 for dispensaries, with proposed licensing fees of $125,000 for a grower license and $40,000 for a retailer license.) [Source]
In many states it costs thousands of dollars just to name a strain of this plant. Failure to pay this would of course result in prosecution for the violation of some law.
Cannabis legalization is code for usurping natural rights and then selling them back to us. With a business model like this, only those who can afford to purchase the right to grow and use this plant will have access to it. Extorting money from people is what government does best, and cannabis legalization is the cutting edge of the profitable endeavor.

The LA Times recently reported that the cost of housing each inmate in the California prison system will cost $75,560 per year. This is 20 percent higher than the cost of attending Harvard College, based on Harvard estimates for room, board and tuition.
Cost of Housing Prisoners Doubled Since 2005
Interestingly, housing prisoners in California is now twice as expensive as it was in 2005. The cost surged in 2015, increasing nearly $10,000 or 13 percent from the prior year. The biggest cost drivers are prison staff salaries. For example, today, the California corrections department employs about one person per two inmates. In 1994, this ratio was one employee to four inmates.
Governor Jerry Brown allocated an $11.4 billion budget towards the California’s corrections department. The budget goes into effect on July 1, 2017. Although the cost of housing prisoners is higher than ever before, experts project 11,500 fewer inmates within four years. Chris Hoene, executive director of the left-leaning California Budget & Policy Center, stated:
“Now that we’re incarcerating less, we haven’t ramped the system back down.”
Joan Petersilia, co-director of the Stanford Criminal Justice Center, added:
“We released all the low-risk, kind of low-need, and we kept in the high-risk, high-need.”
Incarcerations in the U.S.
In many states, low-level offenders are kept in county jails so state jails adhere to federal prison population caps. Yet, state prisons continue to remain full due to federal mandatory minimum sentencing guidelines. States first implemented these guidelines in the 1980s. Since then, the U.S. prison population exploded. The image below shows some interesting trends for incarcerations in the U.S.
What do you think? Is the system focused on fair and just detention of criminals, or are we just feeding the prison industrial complex?

Many Christians today are quick to leap to the defense of the current American regime. They will go to any length to defend its actions, particularly in the case of foreign policy and “culture” wars. On both sides of the aisle, Christians will throw their support behind virtually any politician of their particular political leaning regardless of his record, his words, or his current actions. Supporting without question the activities of the American government, particularly in foreign matters, has nearly become an unwritten prerequisite for being a Christian.
Amazingly, these Christians are supporting and swearing allegiance to among the most godless, cruel, greedy, murderous governments in history. When this is pointed out, though, the supporters of the State will cite Scripture in their defense – usually the oft-heard and badly-twisted Romans 13:1 – and they fall upon the dissenter like wolves. Is this the sort of mindset Jesus came among us to promote?
The government which they so ardently support is guilty of violation of every God-given right. God gave us the right to life (Exodus 20:13) – but the American government is guilty of murder on every scale through assassination programs, unjust wars, taxpayer-funded abortion, drone strikes, and attacks on citizens (such as Waco and Ruby Ridge). God gave us the right to liberty (1 Peter 4:15) – but the American government has taken upon itself to tell us what we must and must not do, own, buy, sell, consume, and so on. It also imprisons people for nonviolent crimes and even arrests and incarcerates without evidence or trial. God has given us the right to property (Exodus 20:15) – but the American government imposes coercive taxes, confiscates possessions, and tells us what we can and cannot own. God gave us the right to privacy (I Peter 4:15) – but the American government gives itself license to spy on us through our computers, our telephones, our records, and by means of cameras, drones, and even our own neighbors.
If God grants these rights to life, liberty, property, and privacy and safeguards them through His divine law, then it logically follows that man has no authority to take them away. Man, however, through his fabrication known as The State, has given himself the perceived right to do exactly that – to define and even take away the rights of other men.
In taking this gross license, man thus attempts to dethrone God and replace Him with the state.
Should Christians not be outraged at this blatant usurpation? Should they not recognize blasphemy when they see it?
Should they not call out Caesar for declaring himself to be god?
The vast majority of people who identify themselves as Christians not only disregard the blasphemy but even argue in favor of it. How dare you question the legitimacy of the innumerable wars we wage around the globe? How dare you suggest that the state is evil? How dare you advocate throwing off the yoke of human rule? Modern Christians are overwhelmingly in favor of the American state despite its trail of theft, enslavement, and murder over the past one hundred fifty years. They wave their flags, recite the Pledge of Allegiance, and repeat their statist mantras of “Support the troops”, “Land of the free”, “We’re a Christian nation”, “Love it or leave it”, “God bless America”, and so on.
The fact that they so willingly turn a blind eye to the state’s blasphemous and tyrannical nature and so enthusiastically give it their unwavering and unquestioning support, despite its ungodly nature, should make us wonder who their true god is.
In Daniel 2, the prophet explains Nebuchadnezzar’s dream, in which he saw great image “whose brightness was excellent . . . and the form thereof was terrible.” (Daniel 2:31) This same image was composed of gold, silver, brass, and iron, which respectively represented the Babylonian, Persian, Greek, and Roman empires – kingdoms of men.
Throughout Scripture, “graven images” are most often associated with the pagan practice of idol worship. (Leviticus 26:1) Human government is a fabrication of man. God never designed it. It is a concept that began exclusively in the minds of men, as early as the Garden of Eden when Adam and Eve succumbed to the lure of becoming “as gods”. (Genesis 3:5) The Tower of Babel was but one culmination of man’s desire to rise to, if not beyond, God’s level. (Genesis 11:4) Since then, man has raised himself up to rule over his peers, forming monarchies, dictatorships, democracies, oligarchies, republics, and many other forms of rule. Man has always been the one to manufacture systems of human rule. He makes his own graven image in the form of the state, sets it up in a place of prominence – a “high place”, if you will – and bows down to it, even punishing those who do not. Nebuchadnezzar took it to a literal level in Daniel 3 by creating a golden image which he commanded his subjects to worship. But in Daniel 4, we see that this was only an outward expression of his worship of self and the state he had forged into mighty Babylon.
The king spake, and said, Is not this great Babylon, that I have built for the house of the kingdom by the might of my power, and for the honour of my majesty? – Daniel 4:30
The state does not rise into power without the people first setting it in place themselves. They choose whether it will be a monarchy or republic, a democracy or an oligarchy. They create their image, their god, and when it takes power and begins to rule over them, they bow before it. Caesar would never have become regarded as a deity had the Roman people not set him there. Napoleon Bonaparte would not have become emperor had the French people not put in him a position to become so. Adolf Hitler would never have become der Fürher had the German people not recognized him in that capacity. The people of a nation create their graven image – the state, in whatever form it might take – and will always worship the work of their own hands.
The ancient Israelites were ruled directly by God through the judges up until the days of the prophet Samuel. When they became dissatisfied, they sought to have a king “like all the nations”. (I Samuel 8:5) They wanted to be like the pagan nations who were godless and lawless. They wanted to do away with the rule of God (I Samuel 8:7) and set up their own state, their own graven image to worship, despite God’s many warnings against falling for the other nations’ idolatry. (Joshua 23:6-8) God, frustrated with their rebellion, allowed them to make their graven image, and Israel fell prey to the nationalism, statism, and oppression that comes with human rule.
American Christians worship their own graven image. They reason, “We forged a union out of the thirteen colonies. We wrote a Constitution. We founded the three branches of the government. We elect our leaders.” This government is an image of their own making, and they would far rather bow down to it in adoration than admit that their false god is a god of wickedness.
Looking back at Nebuchadnezzar’s dream in Daniel 2, notice that the “graven image” is struck down and crushed by a stone that “was cut out without hands”. (Daniel 2:34) This stone is, as we now know, representative of the Messiah, Jesus Christ. This stone “became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.” (Daniel 2:35) The absolute opposite of a graven image is an uncut stone. (Deuteronomy 27:5-6). God’s government is not created through the schemes and labors of men, but by the will of God. And that stone, the Messianic kingdom, did fill the entire earth, as we read in Matthew 28:18-19. He has triumphed over principalities and powers. (Colossians 2:15) Jesus is King, and has overcome the kingdoms of men, rendering them to so much chaff on the wind – irrelevant, meaningless, void.
Then why do statist Christians, while claiming to follow “the stone cut without hands”, continue to bow down to the stone-cut images of men? Simply, they do not recognize the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. Like the ancient people before them, they insist upon worshiping the work of their own hands, which has turned into a beast that tramples them underfoot like insects, demanding more sacrifice, more devotion, more service. They have refused to tear down their high places, clinging to the idolatry of statism. They worship in awe and adulation (Revelation 13:4) while spurning the invitation of Jesus to invest themselves fully in the love and liberty of His magnificent kingdom.
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. – Matthew 11:28-30

In most of the multitude of realities that “we” created and then played within we knew, to varying degrees, what we were — creator beings that are integral parts of the One creator being — Source consciousness, prime creator, God, or whatever else you like to call it.
But within this great diversity of realities, there were none in which we completely forgot what we were — and this possibility intrigued us immensely. What would that be like and what could it teach us? It certainly seemed like it might be very interesting, to say the least.
So in our eternal quest to know ourselves and the nature of our existence we set out to create this new type of reality — one where we would completely lose our connection to our divine source, forget that we are creators and all integral parts of One universal consciousness. A reality where we would think we were separate from the creator and each other. A reality where we would experience the greatest degree of individuality and separation anywhere in the Multiverse — a reality that could aptly be called “The Separation Game.”
Our entire Universe is a manifestation of the separation game. It’s like a huge multi-stage set where the separation game is playing out on many worlds and at many levels. One of the worlds where the separation game is in full swing is our very own planet Earth.
When we conceived of this reality, it was not at all obvious how to create it, and many of us (our higher non-physical selves) thought it might be impossible. But eventually, with much experimentation, we hit upon a combination of many elements that did the trick.
Key Elements of the Separation Game Design
Some of the key elements that allowed this reality system to be achieved were “The Veil of Forgetting”, the delay between our thoughts and their manifestation into reality, the role of “The Adversary”, and the “Emotion Construct Holders”. Let’s dive in and explore each of these.
The Veil of Forgetting and Unknowing
The number one mechanism that enables this reality system to function as the separation game that we intended is the Veil of Forgetting. When we incarnate we completely forget that we are eternal non-physical creator beings (our souls and beyond) and are integral parts of the one universal consciousness. When we incarnate we completely forget that we chose and planned this incarnation and our reasons for doing so. This forgetting is obviously essential for the separation game to work. Without it, we simply would not believe that we were separate individuals at the mercy of circumstances trying to survive in a cold, cruel world. The Veil is absolutely required to produce an experience of a separation reality.
The Veil does more than make us forget as we enter our incarnation, it also “filters” the information that might be available to us so we can’t rediscover our true nature. This function of the Veil might be best termed the “Veil of Unknowing” and what it essentially does is to guarantee that we cannot prove that all is one. Anything that approaches irrefutable proof of our oneness with All That Is will always include sufficient cause for doubt that we cannot be sure and will have to make up our own mind.
But since the most fundamental truth about everything is its inherent oneness, and since the Veil hides this from us, then it follows that it must hide the deepest nature of everything because knowing the deepest nature of anything would inevitably lead to knowing the oneness of all. So we can know about the surface of things, but the Veil blocks us from knowing the true cause. Despite the popular belief that science has gotten close to understanding everything, it is very far from the truth. If you take a long hard look at modern science, you will realize that we understand only the surface layers but don’t understand anything to its core. And this is because of the Veil of Unknowing.
The efficacy of the Veil of Unknowing is amply demonstrated by the fact that the existence of God and spirit has not been proven. Despite concerted efforts by some very capable spiritual philosophers throughout the ages, not one has ever been able to prove the existence of God beyond all doubt. This is really quite incredible, the one that contains everything, creates everything, and that we are all integral parts of cannot even be proven to exist! And every single one of us is spirit, and yet it is very reasonable to claim that there is no spirit!
The fascinating thing about the Veil is it is an active consciousness construct. It is a thread of source consciousness that actively interacts with our consciousness to filter information that is available to us. And what’s exciting is that the Veil is intentionally and slowly being thinned or weakened as a part of the plan for us to all awaken within the game!
The Time Delay Between Thoughts and Manifestation
Another mechanism essential to making the separation game work, perhaps of equal importance as The Veil, is the construct of time and the delay between thoughts and manifestation that it enables. The linear experiences that the construct of time facilitates serve to create a wonderful environment where choice and cause and effect combine to produce incredible journeys of becoming for our souls. It also provides the framework which allows us to hide our creatorship from ourselves.
Believe it or not each and every one of us is creating our reality with our thoughts, beliefs, feelings, and more. Our reality is much like a super advanced virtual reality computer game where our very own thoughts create every aspect of what we experience in the game. Even though it’s not obvious, your thoughts and feelings are attracting events, circumstances, people, and things into your experience that are similar to the essence of those thoughts. You are a creator, and you are creating your reality! Of course, this fact is not at all obvious, and this is by design. This is a reality in which we wanted to completely forget what we were and so we designed it to intentionally hide our creatorship from ourselves.
To hide the fact that our thoughts are creating our reality we needed some sort of mechanism to obscure the relationship between the sponsoring thoughts and their resulting manifestations. The construct of time provides the basis for ensuring a delay between our thoughts and their manifestations — between what you put out and what you get back. The details of how this time delay is produced is unclear, but it is “by design”, and it does indeed obscure the connection between our thoughts and what appears in our reality.
One way that the time delay between your thoughts and their manifestations hides your creatorship is that it allows you to get distracted by all the other stuff going on in your life and fail to see the connection. When the result arrives in your life, it is very easy not to see the correlation and not realize that your earlier thoughts created it.
Another way that the time delay between your thoughts and their manifestations hides your creatorship is that during the delay you will have had many other thoughts and have made many other choices which will have attracted many other results. So at any given moment, you’re getting a mixture of manifestations/results from a whole bunch of different sponsoring thoughts making it very difficult to see the connections. Hence it is not at all obvious that you are actually creating your reality.
Also, not knowing that we are creating all our experiences allows us to fear our experiences and to develop a victim mentality (the belief that we are at the mercy of circumstances) — both of which sustain the separation game. Fear and victim mentality dissolve when you fully realize you are creating everything in your personal reality. More about victim consciousness and transcending it in upcoming articles, follow the blog to stay tuned.
If the manifestations of our thoughts appeared quickly, as they do in many other realities and planes of existence, it would be completely obvious that we were creating all of it and hence we’d quickly realize that we were creators and this game that we wanted to play would not last very long at all. We wanted to experience forgetting of who and what we really are and the time delay between thought and manifestation is a very powerful device that facilitates this.
The Role of the Adversary
Another device crucial to making this reality system work is the role of “The Adversary”. The early versions of our reality system included both The Veil and the time delay between thoughts and manifestation, yet the spirit beings who dove in and played within it found themselves awakening not all that long after starting and the game thereby essentially ending. This problem was addressed when a particular spirit being, whose name shall remain anonymous, conceived of the brilliant idea that was instrumental in enhancing the separation game — the invention of the role of the adversary.
The idea was to have a few souls incarnate into the game with the specific purpose of playing adversarial roles. These adversaries would serve as the antagonist and use hatred, willful destructiveness, aggression, manipulation, and malevolence in the execution of their role. The introduction of a few adversarial players into the game really did the trick because very quickly all the players found themselves embroiled in a whole new level of the game. They found themselves reacting with shock and anger to these new players and feeling the desire for justice and retribution. It encouraged them to fear and distrust each other which led them to harm each other and create pain and suffering. This device caused all the players to gradually become more and more adversarial themselves!
And so the injection of a bit of the Adversary into the game serves as a catalyst that creates more of the same in the other players, with everyone becoming increasingly adversarial, and the game spiraling down into ever deeper separation and drama. And as the drama deepened many of the players become so hurt by their interactions with each other that they tumble ever deeper into separation and into a state of consciousness that has been aptly called “Victim Consciousness.”
In this state, the players believe that they are at the mercy of circumstances and that they are not the creators of their reality. If they do believe in a “creator” they are likely to think that it is outside of themselves and separate from them, and they might even think that it is capricious and judgmental. They might start viewing the world as a battle between good and evil. Once these beliefs are adopted, and this state of consciousness is attained it manifests a much more complex reality, one with a whole new dynamic, and the game gets much more interesting and much more seemingly serious. Everyone gets increasingly distrustful, judgmental, and reactive and a victim/perpetrator/rescuer dynamic emerges as the characteristic pattern of drama within the game. Much wisdom can be gained from understanding victim consciousness, and the victim/perpetrator/rescuer dynamic and I’m going to explore it in depth in upcoming articles, follow the blog to stay tuned.
Our whole universe is a manifestation of the separation game and many civilizations on many worlds have spiraled down into deep separation/victim consciousness, as a result of the fear and hatred catalyzed by The Adversary. One of the worlds that has managed to attain the deepest level of separation consciousness anywhere is our very own Planet Earth.
Every time we chose fear, hate, anger, and division over love, kindness, joy and unity, we were lured ever deeper into separation by The Adversary. As The Adversary attacked us, the adversary began to birth within us. As we saw evil around us, evil began to birth within us, and we became the agents of our own separation and division — and thereby deepening and sustaining the separation game and spiraling down into ever deeper conflict, competition, and division.
We have all done this to some degree or another — no one can claim immunity. Every soul that incarnated on planet Earth has been drawn into this drama and has unwittingly been an accomplice to spreading more fear, pain, and suffering, in one lifetime or another. This is how the deepest game in separation is sustained. This is what parts of the ONE (source consciousness) do when they put themselves in a separation reality. This is what consciousness does when it loses its connection to its source and its highest wisdom and meets The Adversary.
We have answered the question that we posed when we conceived of creating this separation reality — “What would that be like?” and “What could it teach us?” Playing the game that this reality system has provided us has been so very interesting, exciting, and challenging and more than a little disturbing and painful at times but it has taught us so very much — a hard fact to appreciate from our limited perspective immersed within it. From our perspective within the game and behind the veil it’s hard not to be shocked and ask why would we do this to ourselves?! But from the perspective of our higher selves that conceived of and created this reality/game, we would smile and say, “Mission accomplished!” Again, from our limited perspective within the game its natural that we wouldn’t feel very enthusiastic about accomplishing the amazing feat that this reality represents.
But before you stop reading this article in horror, please remember that this reality is a construct (as all realities are) and your experiences within it are purely perceptual experiences — an illusion of consciousness — and a darn good one because just about all of us believe it is absolutely real. Most of us will not fully appreciate this fact until we logout of the game when our body expires but then we’ll realize the illusory and transient nature of the experiences we had within the game and that are true essence is pure consciousness that is eternal and cannot be harmed.
The point of all this was to create a reality where we could lose ourselves completely in separation and duality and find out what that would be like and learn whatever it would teach us. And didn’t the insertion of The Adversary into the game brilliantly help us to achieve that goal? By descending into the deepest depths of separation haven’t we accomplished what we set out to create, haven’t we experienced what we set out to experience, and haven’t we learned so much?
Emotion Construct Holders
We live in a reality that is produced by layer upon layer of illusion. The great irony of it is that when we are immersed in it nothing we think is real is actually real and what we think is not real actually is. Of course, this is all by design, and it is a wondrous achievement and an incredibly powerful tool for self-discovery and self-growth. Many mechanisms and devices were put in place to make the illusion of this reality work, and each and every one of them is essential to pulling off this miracle. We have discussed a few already but here is yet another one that is crucial to making our reality work as intended — the Emotion Construct Holders.
One of the most powerful of all the illusions is that the emotions we experience are a result of our external circumstances. Our reality seems to show us that we must get a certain thing or achieve a certain goal before we can feel a certain way. For instance, to experience the sensation and emotion of eating a piece of chocolate cake, we assume that we must either buy or bake the cake and actually physically consume it.
Of course, whatever satisfaction or happiness comes from attaining a particular thing or goal is always very short-lived. So we tend to keep chasing ever greater things in the hope that we’ll find lasting satisfaction and happiness. This keeps us hyper-focused on the things and circumstances outside of us as being the cause, and the solution to our happiness and fulfillment and thereby keeps us trapped in the game.
The illusion that your emotions are strictly a response to external events is produced by “emotion construct holders.” Emotion construct holders are beings (threads of universal consciousness) that hold within themselves particular resonant frequencies of consciousness corresponding to the various emotions. Whenever we experience a thing or circumstance that we’d expect should result in us feeling a certain way — happy, sad, mad, etc. — these beings will bring their energy to us momentarily and hence we experience the expected emotion for a moment. This continually reinforces our belief that our happiness is dependent on our external circumstances and thereby powerfully supports the illusion that we are victims of our circumstances and hides our creatorship from us — both of which are vital to the continuation of the separation game.
This mechanism facilitates hiding our creatorship from us because it hides the fact that we can self-emote. Discovering that you can self-emote — that you can choose how you feel at any particular moment inevitably leads to realizing that you are not a victim to your external circumstances which then leads to discovering your creatorship — that you are creating your entire reality with your thoughts and emotions. And of course, this is a game changer.
Playing the Separation Game
Each and every one of our souls chose to dive into and play this game because it delivers some of the most incredible and formative experiences in all of creation. Experiences that are challenging and painful at times but immensely formative to the evolution of our consciousness and this is why we chose to play the game. There is profound value to be found in this experience. But of course, from our perspective within the game, which by definition is very limited, it is very hard to appreciate this fact. But from the perspective of our higher selves, who can see the bigger picture because they are outside the game and beyond the veil, the experiences provided by this reality are incredibly valuable. Everyone who has a set of incarnations here gains a vastly deeper understanding of self, and greatly evolves their consciousness.
We dive into the game putting ourselves under a spell of forgetfulness, and the game continues until we are ready to remember. And in this game of forgetting and separation, we discover the most amazing things about ourselves, life, and All That Is. And we play the game until we discover our path out by remembering who and what we truly are — by “Awakening” to the fact that we are integral parts of one magnificent consciousness that is both creating and then experiencing multitudes of realities through us!
It is important to remember that this reality is indeed a game — much like a virtual reality game that you might play on your computer — remember that the real you exists outside of this game and cannot be harmed. Our Earthly reality is essentially an illusion. It is not “real” in the normal sense that we use the word. It is a purely perceptual experience of consciousness. The only thing real is consciousness itself, and the only part of the real you that is affected by what appears to happen in the game is the state of your consciousness. Because ultimately this is all that you are — pure consciousness — an eternal thread of the one universal consciousness. We are all integral parts of the Magnificent One!
All for one, and one for all!
