Video – If we take a closer look at what’s happening around us, we will begin to understand that there are recurring patterns – in our brains, coral reefs, ant colonies – that show how everything in this world is connected.

Officials at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) say the best way to prevent pertussis is to get vaccinated. However, more data continues to present itself suggesting that may be completely false. A new study published in BMC Medicine by Santa Fe Institute Omidyar Fellows Ben Althouse and Sam Scarpino points to a different, but related, source of the outbreak — vaccinated people who are infectious but who do not display the symptoms of whooping cough, suggesting that the number of people transmitting without symptoms may be many times greater than those transmitting with symptoms.
In 2012, whooping cough, or pertussis, is spread across the entire US at rates at least twice as high as those recorded in 2011 and epidemiologists and health officials were even admitting that the vaccines may be the cause.
The dangerous new strains of whooping cough bacteria were reported in March 2012. The vaccine, researchers said, was responsible. The reason for this is because, while whooping cough is primarily attributed toBordetella pertussis infection, it is also caused by another closely related pathogen called B. parapertussis, which the vaccine does NOT protect against. Two years earlier, scientists at Penn State had already reported that the pertussis vaccine significantly enhanced the colonization of B. parapertussis, thereby promoting vaccine-resistant whooping cough outbreaks.
Even the CDC admits that caccinated adolescents and adults may serve as reservoirs for silent infection and become potential transmitters to unprotected infants.
Modern Whooping Cough Vaccines Accelerated Disease
In the 1990s adverse side effects of previous whopping cough vaccines led to the development and introduction of acellular pertussis vaccines, which use just a handful of the bacteria’s proteins. The standard DTP or DPT (diphtheria, pertussis (whooping cough) and tetanus) vaccine is acknowledged to be the deadliest of all vaccines, causing more disability, illness and the highest risks, even exceeding MMR (measles, mumps and rubella).
In the study cited above, the researchers noted the vaccine’s effectiveness was only 41 percent among 2- to 7-year-olds and a dismal24 percent among those aged 8-12
According to the authors:
“… [V]accination led to a 40-fold enhancement of B. parapertussis colonization in the lungs of mice. Though the mechanism behind this increased colonization was not specifically elucidated, it is speculated to involve specific immune responses skewed or dampened by the acellular vaccine, including cytokine and antibody production during infection. Despite this vaccine being hugely effective against B. pertussis, which was once the primary childhood killer, these data suggest that the vaccine may be contributing to the observed rise in whooping cough incidence over the last decade by promoting B. parapertussis infection.”
Pertussis whooping cough is a cyclical disease with natural increases that tend to occur every 4-5 years, no matter how high the vaccination rate is in a population using DTP or Tdap vaccines on a widespread basis. Whole cell DTP vaccines used in the U.S. from the 1950’s until the late 1990’s were estimated to be 63 to 94 percent effective and studies showed that vaccine-acquired immunity fell to about 40 percent after seven years.
The problem is, the newer vaccines do not block transmission. A January 2014 study in PNAS by another research team demonstrated that giving baboons acellular pertussis vaccines prevented them from developing symptoms of whooping cough but failed to stop transmission.
Building on that result, Althouse and Scarpino used whopping cough case counts from the CDC, genomic data on the pertussis bacteria, and a detailed epidemiological model of whooping cough transmission to conclude that acellular vaccines may well have contributed to — even exacerbated — the recent pertussis outbreak by allowing infected individuals without symptoms to unknowingly spread pertussis multiple times in their lifetimes.
‘There could be millions of people out there with just a minor cough or no cough spreading this potentially fatal disease without knowing it,’ said Althouse. ‘The public health community should act now to better assess the true burden of pertussis infection.’
What’s worse, their model shows that if the disease can be spread through vaccinated, asymptomatic individuals essentially undetected, the level of vaccination needed to protect those that are unvaccinated (so-called ‘herd immunity’) is over 99 percent, an impossible feat at a time when more informed and educated parents are turning away from vaccination.
Their results also suggest that a practice called cocooning, where mothers, fathers, and siblings are vaccinated to protect newborns, isn’t effective. ‘It just doesn’t work, because even if you get the acellular vaccine you can still become infected and can still transmit. So that baby is not protected,’ Althouse says.
When It Comes To Vaccines, It’s One Of The Worst Offenders In Damaging Health
The fact that many vaccines are ineffective is becoming increasingly apparent. Merck has recently been slapped with two separate class action lawsuits contending they lied about the effectiveness of the mumps vaccine in their combination MMR shot, and fabricated efficacy studies to maintain the illusion for the past two decades that the vaccine is highly protective.
In 1993, The National Childhood Encephalopathy study: a 10-year follow-up reported on the medical, social, behavioural and educational outcomes after serious, acute, neurological illness in early childhood. The analysis found a four-fold increase in the estimated risk of encephalitis from the pertussis vaccine. The analysis showed the risk of encephalitis with the vaccine have been grossly underestimated.
Diphtheria and tetanus toxoids and whole-cell pertussis vaccine (DTP) and pediatric diphtheria and tetanus toxoids (DT) are not recommended for individuals 7 years of age or older due to increased adverse reactions. Yet in 1994, a study in the Family Practice Research Journal found that children 7 years of age or older are inadvertently receiving DTP or DT and were unnecessarily experiencing adverse reactions.
In another study in the The Journal of the American Medical Association, children vaccinated with pertussis vaccine were six times more likely to develop asthma. In 2004, a study in the British Medical Journal found that the prevalence of asthma and wheezing in non-vaccinated individuals was approximately 50% less at age 69-81 months than children who had 3 or more doses of with the Diptheria and tetanus vaccine.
Researchers reported in the OSMA Journal that the pertussis vaccine may cause lasting and permanent brain damage. Physicians are required to warn all responsible parties of vaccine recipients that pertussis vaccine may cause “lasting brain damage”, but rarely if ever to Physicians inform parents of this fact.
In the Journal of Pediatrics researchers found an association observed between the DTP vaccination of preterm infants and a transient increase or recurrence of apnea where they would stop breathing.
New England Medical Journal reported in 2001 that the DTP vaccine increases the risk of febrile seizures fivefold on the day of vaccination and that there are significantly elevated risks.
Several other research citations linking the DTP vaccines to disease causing complications in neurological systems, the central nervous system, sudden death, cervical lymphadenitis and convulsions.

Stress is a genuine pandemic, a full spectrum attack on the nervous and immune systems that greatly contributes to the unhealthiness and unease in our world. Few would disagree that modern life is far more stressful than it should be, and when you consider its main sources, it appears to be a built in feature of contemporary society that targets us, the masses, in order to create disharmony, debilitation, agitation, apathy and dependency.
It comes at us from every angle in the matrix, and at its root is our enslavement to an economic system that guarantees eternal collective debt to a cartel of private bankers and money masters. To support this phony economy we are groomed to be good consumers and diligent workers, bred to value economic growth and material prosperity above and beyond human interests and common sense. For this we take on work we dislike and commit ourselves to being busy all the time in order to ‘make ends meet,’ all the while the fiat currencies we toil for are further debased and true prosperity stretches further out of reach.
Modern life is often and aptly called the rat race, and at every turn we are bombarded with lifestyle marketing that suggests to us what we are supposed to be, what we are supposed to wear, what we are supposed to drive, what kind of friends we should have, and even whom we should look down on and hate. Invading our bodies with toxic crap sold to us as food, invading our minds with constant propaganda and fear-programming from corporate behemoths and war-mongers, it is difficult to escape the message that life is a fearful struggle that warrants our constant vigilance and diligence. We must always fight or flight.
Attacking first the nervous system, stress causes us to lose sleep and to lose our ability to recognize that we need rest, then to forget that we also need silence and quietude. In this state our physical and emotional immune systems then give in and we fall victim to disease, unease and depression. We begin to doubt ourselves and our inherent power as human beings to rise above adversity, and we hunker down in a daily struggle, giving up on the things we really want in life, forever doomed to spin on the hamster wheel of the matrix.
Triggered and re-triggered by the talking heads that now appear on televisions in every public space, by insane militant cops who stalk us in police cars with darkly tinted windows, and by a government that creates global threats in order to frighten us into accepting their protection racquet, stress is the most effective way of keeping us on the sidelines and out of the game.
So, we turn to anti-depressants and alcohol, to distraction and entertainment, and then those few hours of life we get outside of work each work are spent in an increasing frenzy of over-stimulation and consumption in order to make ourselves believe that this kind of life is worth living. Yet the deeper our commitment to this technological prison becomes, the further disconnected from spirit and soul we become. Then the spiritual immune system also gives way and we are easily corrupted morally and ethically, and evermore beholden to the matrix for survival.
“If you don’t know each day that you are violating your own soul in order to fit into the matrix’ demands, that will make you so sick, that will give you a depression.” – Soren Dreier
Stress is the ultimate weapon to destabilize ordinary people and drive them into disharmony and dependency, and the architects of the matrix have use this to keep us agitated and irritated so that we will turn to them for remedies and forget to question meaning of it all.
We are spiritual beings, carried about in waking life by dense, heavy bodies that are merely collections of humming atoms that resonate with our environment. We are walking miracles, made up of more space than matter. The human body is designed to repel and recover from sickness, disease, injury and even insult, and the immune system protects and repairs not just the physical body, but the emotional and spiritual bodies as well. When kept in a constant state of stress we are kept in poor health, chronic dis-ease and most critically, from the profound discovery that we are spiritual beings of infinite potential.
For en excellent in-depth look at the nature of stress in our world and how it affects our spiritual awakening and our spiritual growth, tune in to this interview of blogger Soren Dreier conducted by Ida Lawrence.

There’s been something of a lull in truly major developments of late, despite all the garish noise and typical bravado of global figureheads and their complicit media and a few events here and there. Sure, there are skirmishes worldwide and economies continue to crumble as governments continue their draconian crackdowns, but the urgency of many regarding our ongoing situation is apparently suspended in some sort of strange holding pattern.
While it’s encouraging that the awakening is keeping TPTB’s machinations at bay and forcing them to change directions and tactics, I find it nonetheless a bit foreboding. It’s clearly not a time to let our guards down.
The indicators that this September and October hold some interesting confluences is nothing to ignore. The signs are very clear and it’s obvious they’re up to no good.
If you think back to 9/11, there were no warnings as to the vast dimension of what was about to transpire on the world stage. That particular sudden shift in the collective consciousness and the subsequent restructuring of society within that emotionally charged atmosphere were unprecedented. Surely the beginnings of the World Wars and the false flag events that were used to justify them as well as draw in US participation such as the sinking of the Maine, the Lusitania and then the infamous Pearl Harbor set up, were similarly traumatic for their day.
But in this modern era of instantaneous communication and media dominance and global interconnectedness the 9/11 events were exponentially more drastic, which portends for further such engineered catastrophes.
The Russian Gambit
Since the Muslim terrorism meme seems to be running out of relative steam, especially now that it’s clear the West is again using these same elements they groomed from the start to foment their wars, they’ve now resurrected the Russian demon. Russia and the US have been working in close cooperation for decades on many levels, especially after the West imploded their economy and their previous Union was drastically dispersed.
Russia has needed outside help to get back on her feet so we know there is a lot more going on behind the scenes than meets the eye. Over time the tables have turned somewhat as they’ve gained more economic independence and exploited their vast natural resources, something the West has had their eye on all along. Ukraine is one such gem of natural wealth, as outlined in globalist architect Zbigniew Brzezinski’s book The Grand Chessboard in 1997 where the allusion to the need for a new Pearl Harbor was first coined and where he also names the countries and states of that entire region as the prize the West should strive to control.
Never discount the fact that this entire play we’re witnessing is fully staged. At the very least it is being carefully manipulated to create just the atmosphere that will take the New World Order plan to its next level. The TTIP and coming UN meeting in September to put their imprimatur on the next stage attests to this.
Similar to the global economic take down to bring about a one world digital currency, the hidden powers behind the scenes know exactly what they’re doing, despite any setbacks their interim plans may have taken.
The Doors for Major Events Are Wide Open
Unfortunately a variety of options are now available as lynch-pins they can yank out at any moment that would make the wheels fall off of our current societal structure and drastically change humanity’s course. Not only could this orchestrated cold war simulation burst into some kind of military conflagration, whether limited or an all out nuclear war thus changing the course of humanity profoundly, but the undermining of Syria continues, as does the pugnacious Israeli hate for Iran that apparently cannot be satisfied, just to name two such vectors.
Add to that the descent of the United States into a totalitarian 3rd world state with a first world military and the potential for another major false flag event, not just to distract from domestic issues and the clearly seen unraveling at hand, but to galvanize the mass American mind into the next level of hysterical jingoism. In that climate the US machine can go after any named culprit it wants, having saturated the Middle East and Eastern Europe with military installations, especially over the past 14 years, and now gaining massive impetus.
This may be stating the obvious but this is our real time predicament. And we must be prepared for any eventuality. We won’t be warned by them, that’s for sure. The value of just such a drastic manipulated event is in the emotional impact, massively supported by government propaganda via their mainstream media mouthpieces, dutifully filling in the blanks as to whodunnit and why we need more war and domestic controls. This scenario then bleeds into the NATO countries the fastest and travels the world in new restrictions and mind traps, all based on fear.
The Walking Dead
These are not very pleasant scenarios, but if we can’t see the handwriting on the wall by now we’re in even worse shape already.
Despite the sabre-rattling and economic, military and police crackdowns, most think the world will just keep trundling on with little adjustments here and there, but all will be fine. Their faith and reliance on authority refuses to be shaken. The consequences of such thinking may require individual action and that option was engineered to be discarded in most cases since birth.
If anyone isn’t aware of the grand plan to institute global governance they are seriously hindered from connecting the dots of this worldwide meltdown. Once you understand the plan, everything from the Agenda 21 driven land grabs, gun control false flags, and the plethora of other One World driven programs, to the deliberate evisceration of the world’s food and water supply while toxifying anything that brings life to the planet and its inhabitants come into focus.
Depopulation, disempowerment and gulag type city incarceration are plainly stated plans of these megalomaniacs. The slightest bit of open minded research will prove that to anyone willing to investigate.
Spiritually It’s Anything But Calm
Many are experiencing very trying times as this transition continues. As I’ve said repeatedly, for those not spiritually prepared, the next major storm is going to hit very hard and turn their worlds upside down in a moment. For those aware of the forces at work and sensitive to spiritual conditions the great war is already here and well under way. Is is already World War 3 by the technical definition of world wars and depopulation is also well under way.
When the ocean comes to life and the waves and currents become tumultuous, everything in and on the sea is greatly affected. Perhaps the deeper levels under the sea feel the impact less immediately, but everything is part of the whole experience. Similarly, as the waves of global tension rise and manifest in all walks of life, so our spirits sense the deeper changes working behind the scenes both causing and reacting to these pressures and disruptions.
I know I and many others have been experiencing such changes. Perhaps it’s difficult to concentrate, your sleep pattern is disrupted, or waves of emotion and questions pass through seemingly without reason, even to the point of anxiety and depression. If you’ve been on a boat in rough seas it’s not easy to do much of anything, be it writing, eating or hardly any normal activity while being tossed by a storm. This is what many are experiencing.
So before you get all introspective and down on yourself, remember almost all of this is being brought on by external influences. Know, too, that you are not alone in much of what you are experiencing. We’re all in this turbulent bathtub together. There are some very dark forces, both earthly and spiritual, deliberately trying to make things confusing and conducive to fear, a very suggestible state to be in.
This is why the media is pounding on the tropes they’ve embedded into the mass mind harder than ever – humanity is very susceptible in times like these.
Abandon Their Stinking, Sinking Ship
A story was told last year of how the passengers of a sinking ferry boat were told to put on their life jackets but stay where they were. Do not jump off the ship, even as it was listing they were told. 302 people died needlessly as a result, while those who did abandon ship, following their basic instincts, were rescued from the water. Those who didn’t, died in their mind-frozen, authority-obeying seats, if you will, holding on to their so-called life jackets, a token gesture of care from rulers who don’t give a damn for who dies or how many. They only want to preserve a semblance of order as long as they can while their perfidy in perpetrated.
Don’t fall for the life jacket ploy. It’s like waiting for FEMA to come to your rescue. It’s all a sham to keep you quiet and staying in the boat. And just waiting for them to take the initiative.
When people wake up to the reality that today’s authorities do not have mankind’s well being or even survival at heart, and are in fact working feverishly for its demise into controllable factions of a vastly reduced number, they start to approach the point of taking action.
This begs the question: will such activation be in time to thwart their Machiavellian plan?
The Sleepy Sound of the Alluring Sirens
The Sirens of Greek mythology were beautiful, singing bird-like maidens said to put unwary sailors to sleep as they lured their ships onto the reefs and their ensuing destruction. There couldn’t be a more fitting illustration of the shallow, mind numbing spewings of the likes of of Obama, Cameron, and a host of other puppeteered so-called first world leaders. It’s all essentially a sleep inducing lie with a very disturbing, destructive motive, dressed in syrupy sing song platitudes.
It seems the more they lie the more people believe them. As the adage goes, tell a big enough lie and everyone will believe it. That apparently applies to quantity of lies as well.
History bears this out. Yet do we learn from it? Does anyone know any history? Is the history that they have been taught the truth, as in real, true history? These questions come front and center as individuals proceed through the wake up process.
Steady As She Goes
Spiritual disciplines and communing with nature are very healing, comforting and strengthening in times like these. As is drawing close to those you love and who love you, as well as forming active community with other awakened souls in whatever form we can. Remembering that most of these strange phenomena are outside spiritual attacks and influences will help clear the mind and heart from confusion. This is also why alternative information must include the so-called “bad” news with the good; it’s important to keep track of these trends, as well as continue to expose them to the unwary.
Our accumulated voice is rescuing and empowering people by the day. Never ever let that be minimized in your mind and heart.
Do your best to be “steady as she goes” as we all traverse this next phase. A major event is on the horizon in some shape or form. It’s their trump card, having worked so well in the past. They even brag about this fact. As David Rockefeller infamously stated years ago, “All we need is the right major crisis and the nations will accept the new world order.”
They cannot control us all, especially as the awakened grow in strength and numbers. They’re aware of this, which is why they’ve become somewhat slipshod in their execution of their plans of late. They know time is of the essence, which, as I said, may be why they moved straight for the Russia confrontation, temporarily bypassing their thwarted efforts to go after Syria and Iran as was their admitted original plan. But they’re still in play and obviously active.
Stay alert and prepared – physically, mentally and spiritually. And do your best to help prepare those around you, and inspire even more to get prepared.
The storm that’s coming following this relative lull will be earth-shattering. The US would gladly nuke one of its own cities if it has to. Jade Helm is no innocuous drill. Insane Israel would be happy to attack and nuke anyone or everyone to push their self-serving genocidal program. These self proclaimed controllers are all psychopaths, so never expect anything to make sense or follow any sort of path of reason, as much as they try to create scenarios to justify their actions.
Don’t be lulled into complacency by contrived rhetoric. It’s all a lie.
Very strange dark powers are at work. Stay supple, stay sharp, stay acutely conscious – but keep your dukes up.
Much love, Zen

Recently, a 60 Minutes special about the cost of cancer drugs was rebroadcast. In the broadcast, cancer specialists from the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center were profiled for their stance against the exorbitant cost of cancer drugs. Dr. Leonard Saltz, one of the chief specialists at the hospital and a leading authority on colon cancer, stated, “We’re in a situation where a cancer diagnosis is one of the leading causes of personal bankruptcy…and remember that many of these drugs, most of them, don’t replace everything else. They get added to it. And if you figure one drug costs $120,000 and the next drug’s not going to cost less, you’re at a quarter-million dollars in drug costs just to get started.”
For Dr. Saltz, the revelation began in 2012, when the FDA approved the drug Zaltrap for advanced colon cancer. The results were similar to another drug, Avastin, but it cost over twice as much. Sloan Kettering ended up not using Zaltrap simply because the cost to patients would be too much.
Unfortunately, this is not an isolated case. As Erin Havel reported for theHuffington Post, she is battling chronic myelogenous leukemia. With insurance, her chemotherapy pills cost $3,000/month in 2007. Since then, the cost has risen to a whopping $9,000/month.
There are several factors contributing to these issues. First, drug companies can charge whatever they want for their products. Medicare, in turn, must pay that price and nothing less. Also, commission from cancer drugs is “the single biggest source of income for private practice oncologists…they’re the ones who buy them wholesale from the pharmaceutical companies, and sell them retail to their patients. The mark-up for Medicare patients is guaranteed by law: the average in the case of Zaltrap was six percent.”
Another major factor is the power of pharmaceuticals in congressional lobbying. Pharma companies actually donate more to lobbying than even defence or big oil. From 2003-2012, the top 11 drug companies raked in $711.4 billion dollars in net profit. This number was expected to reach $1 trillion by 2014. This big money keeps the status quo going. According to an annual report released by the Canadian government’s Patented Medicine Prices Review Board, just from 2006-2011, that looks like an 8% price increase each year for prescription drugs in the US.
Previous comments from Life Choice on this phenomenon of the business of sickness can be viewed here.
We at Life Choice feel for the people; it is not enough to be stricken with cancer but then hit with the high costs of treatment further exasperates their stress; it is nothing short of robbery in 3 piece suit. So many natural treatments have been banned because cancer is big business with deep pockets and lobbied loyalty. Ethics fall right behind the debit and credit cards kept in the Bank of the Nonconsciousness.
DMF Melatonin has been successfully used in treating cancer; also, non-GMO soy isoflavones. And many other remedies over the years have come and gone and never to be returned.

(ANTIMEDIA) According to Defense One, the Pentagon is rushing to build a space war center to sustain its global power. Within six months, the space apparatus will be fully functional, as announced by Deputy Defense Secretary Robert Work at the 2015 GEOINT conference. Work openly admitted the move is an attempt by the Pentagon to maintain global dominance and combat alleged attacks from China and Russia.
Most prominently, the war center is intended to “track spy and military satellites at the same time so US intelligence and military can work together to create the best defense–especially against attacks on its satellite systems,” Gizmodo explained.
Lt. Gen. Vincent Stewart, director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, alleged in January that Russia and China are “are conducting anti-satellite research and developing anti-satellite weapons, with the intent of denying the U.S. the use of space in the event of conflict.” Such threats are used to justify American expansion into space.
Due to the military’s general lust for power and proliferation, it is unsurprising that the Pentagon is seeking to further extend its tentacles into the universe. The project will operate as a backup to the Joint Space Operations Center at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California. The Joint Space Operations Center already “detects, tracks, and identifies all artificial objects in Earth orbit.” Its practices include “surveillance of space, protection of U.S. and friendly space systems, prevention of an adversary’s ability to use space systems and services for purposes hostile to U.S. national security interests, and direct support to battle management, command, control, communications, and intelligence.”
The new war center enhances these abilities but also seeks to increase surveillance on Earth. Speaking at the GEOINT conference, Work expressed excitement that the new system would allow the military an even more omniscient presence throughout the planet. By aggregating satellite images from all government departments, the war center will be able to track behavior more easily.
“We want to be able to establish patterns of life from space. We want to know what the unusual looks like,” Work said.
“If, all of a sudden, a lot of cars show up in a parking lot of an adversary’s missile plant, we want to know about it and we want to know about it quickly. If, suddenly, small boats are swarming in the Gulf or pirates are starting to congregate off Aden, we want to know.”
Evidently, in spite of having the most powerful, well-funded, and heavily armed military on Earth, the Pentagon has schizophrenically decided it needs more reach, authority, and access. This does not mean that there are no threats. It simply means the United States’ first avenue—whether initiatory or retaliatory—is almost always dominance and force.
Naturally, familiar battle cries justified the new program. Work insisted that the drive to surpass Russian and Chinese technologies is vital and that Russia poses a “clear and present danger to the United States.”
Work claimed that while space was once a “virtual sanctuary,” it must now “be considered a contested operational domain in ways that we haven’t had to think about in the past.”
Though Work attempted to paint the military’s further colonization of space as a recent and necessary development, the move mirrors American and Russian Cold War-era tactics. As both countries raced to make advancements in space, they revealed a paranoid—and ultimately militaristic—approach to exploration beyond the planet’s atmosphere, dragging relatively petty earthly conflicts into a solar system previously untainted by human vice. This is characteristic not only of America, but of any corrupt, global power seeking to establish dominance on Earth byconquering territory beyond it.
“We must be prepared now to prevail in conflicts that extend into space,” Work argued.
“The ugly reality that we must now all face is that if an adversary were able to take space away from us, our ability to project decisive power across transoceanic distances and overmatch adversaries in theaters once we get there … would be critically weakened,” Work stated at the conference, unashamed of the military’s blatant power play.
Rather than working diplomatically to solve problems between nations, the United States has once again defaulted on an aggressive, battle-oriented mentality—an all too common trait that reveals why America is the world’s biggest hegemony. By insisting on the necessity of even more tools to surveil and wage war, the military does nothing but expose its well-documented and transparent obsession with conflict, aggression, and its characteristic megalomania.
Who says there are no open-minded scientists at NASA?
A NASA scientist suggests you are living inside a hologram created by advanced alien species.
What if everything you have ever done or will do is simply the product of a highly-advanced computer code? Every relationship, every sentiment, every memory could have been generated by banks of supercomputers.
This was the intriguing theory first proposed by Nick Bostrom, Professor in the Faculty of Philosophy at Oxford University and founding Director of the Future of Humanity Institute and of the Programme on the Impacts of Future Technology within the Oxford Martin School, there are several scientists who subscribe to this theory.
MessageToEagle.com has previously reported on how Rich Terrile, director of the Centre for Evolutionary Computation and Automated Design at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory suggested our creator is a cosmic computer programmer.
This would imply that we are living in a holographic world and everything around us, including ourselves is not “real”. Rich Terrile, still stands by his opinion. “Right now the fastest NASA supercomputers are cranking away at about double the speed of the human brain,” the NASA scientist told Vice.
“If you make a simple calculation using Moore’s Law [which roughly claims computers double in power every two years], you’ll find that these supercomputers, inside of a decade, will have the ability to compute an entire human lifetime of 80 years – including every thought ever conceived during that lifetime – in the span of a month.
“In quantum mechanics, particles do not have a definite state unless they’re being observed.
“Many theorists have spent a lot of time trying to figure out how you explain this.
“One explanation is that we’re living within a simulation, seeing what we need to see when we need to see it.
“What I find inspiring is that, even if we are in a simulation or many orders of magnitude down in levels of simulation, somewhere along the line something escaped the primordial ooze to become us and to result in simulations that made us – and that’s cool.”
The idea that our Universe is a fiction generated by computer code solves a number of inconsistencies and mysteries about the cosmos, like for example our quest forextraterrestrial life and the mystery of dark matter.
However, there also those who think the Matrix theory is flawed. “The theory seems to be based on the assumption that ‘superminds’ would do things in much the same way as we would do them,” Professor Peter Millican, who teaches philosophy and computer science at Oxford University says.
“If they think this world is a simulation, then why do they think the superminds – who are outside the simulation – would be constrained by the same sorts of thoughts and methods that we are?
“They assume that the ultimate structure of a real world can’t be grid like, and also that the superminds would have to implement a virtual world using grids.
“We can’t conclude that a grid structure is evidence of a pretend reality just because our ways of implementing a pretend reality involve a grid.”
However, Professor Millican does believe there is worth in investigating the idea.
“It is an interesting idea, and it’s healthy to have some crazy ideas,” he told The Telegraph.
“You don’t want to censor ideas according to whether they seem sensible or not because sometimes important new advances will seem crazy to start with.
“You never know when good ideas may come from thinking outside the box.
“This Matrix thought-experiment is actually a bit like some ideas of Descartes and Berkeley, hundreds of years ago. “Even if there turns out to be nothing in it, the fact that you have got into the habit of thinking crazy things could mean that at some point you are going to think of something that initially may seem rather way out, but turns out not to be crazy at all.”

Jurassic World is the sometime sequel to whatever the last Jurassic film was. InJurassic Park, a ill-conceived theme park based on genetic resurrecting of the dinosaur all-star team. Now, Hollywood shows it’s gone fully green in recycling the same plot for a new audience of zombieswith Frankensaurus Rex. While the JurassicPlot (that’s a joke) is only a sliver different from the first, this time around genetic modification has transformed the resurrected dinos into GMdinO hybrids despite the chaos unleashed in the original park: In this respect the human inability to learn from the past is accurate. As such, the heights of absurdity cannot be over emphasized, as the descent of Hollywood into a simulacra of a simulation takes meta to a new level of entertainment irrelevance and non-being.
Think of it – a theme park is a synthetic reality. In it, humans escape “reality” for a period of a few days in a false world of entertainment, hedonistic abandon, guttural consumption, and the latest in smoke and mirrors stagecraft wizardry. And following this week of escape, Amerikans (especially) return to the real world – of entertainment, hedonistic abandon, guttural consumption and the latest in smoke and mirrors stagecraft sports spectacles. On top of this, Jurassic World is a film (synthetic reality) about a synthetic reality, and for much of the film, we are watching the surveillance team of Jurassic World watch the fake world of Jurassic World. So, to recap for those lost in the meta, a fake Amerikan populace is watching a false reality about a false reality within a false reality. Onion rings of false realities! Would you like any CGI fries with those illusory onion rings?
Discussing the subject of synthetic reality and celebrity Hollywood “culture,” Chris Hedges writes:
The Triumph of Spectacle.
“Celebrity culture encourages everyone to think of themselves as potential celebrities, as possessing unique if unacknowledged gifts. It is, as Christopher Lasch diagnosed a culture of narcissism. Faith in ourselves, in a world of make-believe, is more important than reality. Reality, in fact, is dismissed as an impediment to success, a form of negativity. The New Age mysticism and pop psychology of television personalities, evangelical pastors, along with the array of self-help bestsellers penned by motivational speakers, psychiatrists, and business tycoons, all peddle a fantasy. Reality is condemned in this popular belief system as the work of Satan, as defeatist, as negativity…” (Empire of Illusion, pg. 49).
In this redone re-do of Island of Dr. Moreau, teens across Amerika return to the coffin of Isla Nublar that claimed so many fictional 90’s lives. I won’t spend too much time on the plot since, as I mentioned, it’s the same as the first, with a new hybrid terror of mixing the velociraptor with the T Rex into “Verizon Wireless presents, the Indominus Rex.” Splicing DNA into a new test hybrid to see the effects, as predictably, the dinos go bonkers and feast on teens and fat Amerikans (and some other choice race morsels). I am reminded here of Baudrillard:
“These two forms no longer concern us except in part, or not at all. The nihilism of transparency is no longer either aesthetic or political, no longer borrows from either the extermination of appearances, nor from extinguishing the embers of meaning, nor from the last nuances of an apocalypse. There is no longer an apocalypse (only aleatory terrorism still tries to reflect it, but it is certainly no longer political, and it only has one mode of manifestation left that is at the same time a mode of disappearance: the media – now the media are not a stage where something is played, they are a strip, a track, a perforated map of which we are no longer even spectators: receivers). The apocalypse is finished, today it is the precession of the neutral, of forms of the neutral and of indifference.
I will leave it to be considered whether there can be a romanticism, an aesthetic of the neutral therein. I don’t think so – all that remains, is the fascination for desert-like and indifferent forms, for the very operation of the system that annihilates us. Now, fascination (in contrast to seduction, which was attached to appearances, and to dialectical reason, which was attached to meaning) is a nihilistic passion par excellence, it is the passion proper to the mode of disappearance. We are fascinated by all forms of disappearance, of our disappearance. Melancholic and fascinated, such is our general situation in an era of involuntary transparency.”
So on the famous Jay’s Analysis esoteric perception level, what do we see worth elucidating inJurassic World? A fictional world, that is huge theme park with a giant ziggurat in the middle, fully surveilled in total panoptic glory, where a technocratic elite test out genetically modifiedchimaeras. Jurassic World is Amerika – and by extension, the world, and the title of film itself gives away what it’s really about. This island earth is become the island of Dr. Moreau, where thetechnocrats use theme parks and the real world for mass social engineering and biosphere modification programs. Monsters under our bed, like a Lovecraft tale.
As I wrote previously:
“From Bertrand Russell to Dr. Edward Teller, the plan that is blossoming in our day is showing itself to be a unified one – a plan that spans the last century in particular as the century of the “final revolution” (in Russell’s words), where scientific process would reveal the secrets to technological imperialism. Teller himself, as I have written, was not only a key figure in the development of the hydrogen bomb and the Manhattan Project, but also the father of aerosol spraying and atmospheric geoengineering. This period is thus concurrent with the alchemical atomic and nuclear tests done igniting bombs in the atmosphere, beginning at the Trinity Site in New Mexico.”
While the film did present a pro male and pro family perspective with Christ Pratt garnering some livid social justice warrior hate for being a male hero, the overall message of the film is crucial: there is a technocratic elite that view the world as a giant science experiment. From the time of the Manhattan Project, this experiment expanded to include the alteration of the entire biosphere through geoengineering and genetic modification. This program includes mass vaccinations, radiation experimentation, food modification, animal cloning and interspecies gene splicing, nanotech, and God knows what else. Amerika is Disneyland and Jurassic World all at once.
As Fr. Seraphim Rose opined:
“Forget about God and any other life but the present; remove from your life the fear of God and reverence for holy things; regard those who still believe in God in the “old-fashioned’ way as enemies who must be exterminated. One might take, as a symbol of our carefree, fun-loving, self-worshipping times, our American “Disneyland”; if so, we should not neglect to see behind it the more sinister symbol that shows where the “me generation” is really heading: the Soviet Gulag, the chain of concentration camps that already governs the life of nearly half the world’s population.”
As this “progress” continues on course, Pratt’s character in the film is correct to object that “maybe progress should lose for once.” When man’s quest to dominate the natural world results in the inversion of nature and the wrecking of the entire biosphere (as is happening), man begins to lose himself, as well as the most fundamental aspects of human interrelation, between male and female. By the climax of the film, Bryce Dallas Howard’s bitchy CEO persona has been humbled, and Pratt’s masculinity vindicated. While technology is capable of vast wonders, our actual technocratic elite are busy altering the biosphere and watching our response through Internet algorithmic tracking to better predict our Pavlovian responses. Meanwhile, we are losing our own identity as man and woman, transfixed by the glare of the real monster, our Cthulhonic screen.
“An image-based culture communicates through narratives, pictures and pseudo-drama. Scandalous affairs, hurricanes, untimely deaths, train wrecks – these events play well on computer screens and televisions…. Kings and queens once used their court conspiracies to divert their subjects. Today, cinematic, political and journalistic celebrities distract us with their foibles and scandals. They create our pubic mythology. Acting, politics and sports have become, as they were in Nero’s reign, interchangeable. In an age of images and entertainment, in an age of instant emotional gratification, we neither seek nor want reality.”
Can Michael Crichton be genetically resuscitated and cloned, and if so, would he watch Jurassic World?

by Michael Snyder,
All over the globe, people are recording extremely loud sounds coming from the sky. In many instances, these ominous noises sound like someone is blowing a trumpet. So what are we supposed to make of these “apocalyptic” sounds? Should we be concerned? Well, what we do know is that this is truly a global phenomenon. In addition to being heard at locations all over the United States and Canada, these sounds have also been recorded in Germany, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Sweden, England, Costa Rica, Ukraine and France. If you go to YouTube and type in “strange sounds”, you will literally get hundreds of results from all over the planet. Of course there are many scientists that insist that there must be a “rational explanation” for these strange sounds. Some theories have suggested fracking, “rock bursts”, venting of high-pressure gas, atmospheric pressure or the natural “background noise” of our planet as the causes of these sounds, but so far none of those theories have been proven. But two things seem certain – these noises sure are creepy, and they just keep on happening.
And this phenomenon is now really starting to get a whole lot of attention. Just within the last month, there have been headlines about it in major new sources all over the planet. For instance, the following is a brief excerpt about this phenomenon from an article in the New York Post…
Video clips from around the world have captured an evil-sounding ‘trumpet’ noise coming from the sky — but no one can explain exactly what it is.
A number of people have filmed the bizarre sound over the past 10 years with the latest coming from Germany.
Video of this most recent incident that happened in Germany is posted below. What do you think could possibly be making this noise?…
As I discussed above, similar sounds have been recorded all over the globe in recent years. Very quickly, let me share four examples with you that were recently included in an article by Melissa Dykes.
This first one comes from British Columbia, Canada…
This next one was recorded in Allen, Texas…
Similar sounds have also been heard all the way on the other side of the planet. This example comes from Queensland, Australia…
Lastly, this next remarkable video comes from Melbourne, Australia…
Personally, I have no idea what is causing these sounds. But so many people around the world are experiencing them that it seems to rule out a hoax.
So how can we explain them?
The following theories were put forward by the Daily Mail…
Tectonic plates grinding – Tectonic plates are pieces of the Earth’s crust and uppermost mantle, together referred to as the lithosphere. The plates are around 100 km (62 mi) thick and consist of two principal types of material: oceanic crust (also called sima from silicon and magnesium) and continental crust (sial from silicon and aluminium).
Atmospheric pressure – Atmospheric pressure is defined as the force per unit area exerted against a surface by the weight of the air above that surface.
Trains shunting – Self explanatory – noise comes from trains in reaction to the track and overhead wires.
Construction – Building works, especially if going on at the same time across a specific area, can led to similar sounds.
Aliens – Can this be an alien lifeform in the sky, perhaps scouring out Earth?
HAARP weapon – Rumors persist that the U.S. government uses secret weapons in the sky for defence and weather modifying, the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP). This wouldn’t explain the sounds in other countries however…
The Apocalypse and the Seven Trumpets of Heaven – Seven trumpets are sounded, one at a time, to cue apocalyptic events that were seen in the vision of the Revelation of Christ Jesus, by John of Patmos. Somewhat more worrying as it would signal the end of the world…
The scientists at NASA have a different explanation. What they think is being heard is simply the natural background noise that our planet is constantly producing…
According to NASA, it could be the earth’s ‘background noise’.
A statement from the agency said: ‘If humans had radio antennas instead of ears, we would hear a remarkable symphony of strange noises coming from our own planet. Scientists call them “tweeks,” “whistlers” and “sferics.”
‘They sound like background music from a flamboyant science fiction film, but this is not science fiction. Earth’s natural radio emissions are real and, although we’re mostly unaware of them, they are around us all the time.’
To me, that explanation by NASA doesn’t really ring true, but I don’t have a really good explanation either.
So what do you think?
Do you believe that you know what is causing these strange sounds?

[The following is excerpted from Active Consciousness: Awakening the Power Within by Amy L. Lansky, PhD (R.L.Ranch Press, 2011)]
At each moment of time—the Now—you stand at the gateway to an infinite number of possible futures in higher dimensional space. This gateway is the Choice Point.
Some of these futures are more likely to occur than others. If you do nothing, one of these probable futures will play itself out in a fairly predictable, even mechanistic way.
But as a conscious being, you also have the ability to affect how the future unfolds. Your experience of this ability is the sensation of free will.
One of the ways you can exert a force upon this unfolding is to use explicit action. Another way is through the subtle force of Active Consciousness, which allows you to enable unlikely unfoldings to occur.
According to the Columbia Encyclopedia, a field is a “region throughout which a force may be exerted.” Back in the 1800s, chemist and physicist Michael Faraday developed this concept in order to explain the mysterious properties of magnets. People at the time were perplexed by the way magnets could exert instantaneous forces upon metal objects when nothing seemed to be transmitted between them. Faraday hypothesized that magnets are always emanating an influence or force; we just can’t see it. And because a magnet’s sphere of influence—its magnetic field—is ever-present, it seems to exert a force instantaneously, without any form of physical contact or obvious mode of transmission.
…Fields can also be related to one another. For example, the magnetic field is related to the electric field because electricity can be used to create a magnet and a magnet can be used to create electricity. For this reason, the two fields are actually considered to be aspects of the same field—the electromagnetic field. … [One] important question in modern physics is whether all fields are, in fact, interrelated and aspects of a single underlying field—a unified field. If so, this field would form the foundation for all the others. And one interesting thing about the existence of such a field is that, for the various physics equations to work out mathematically, at least ten spatial dimensions would be required.1
So how does consciousness fit into all of this? If you think about it, consciousness might also be viewed as a field—a region in which the force of consciousness is exerted. For example, when we become “conscious” of something—when we feel aware, when thoughts pop into our minds—perhaps we are receiving and processing information arising from the field of consciousness. Just as we perceive the gravitational field as a feeling of weight or as the sensation of falling, perhaps “awareness” is our sensation of the consciousness field.
Things might go in the other direction as well. Not only may we feel the effects of the consciousness field, but we might also be able to exert our own forces upon it. In other words, not only may we be receivers of consciousness, but we may also be generators. Just as a magnet can both create a magnetic field and be influenced by the forces of other magnets, consciousness may be both a field we are affected by and an active force that we can exert. Instead of being puppets buffeted about by the field of consciousness that surrounds us, we may all be active participants in a grand ballet of energy, exerting our own active forces of consciousness into the mix.
Of course, from the standpoint of quantum physics, much of this is old hat. It is already accepted by physicists that, at the subatomic level, everything is a set of probabilities or potentialities affected by awareness. Even a simple act of observation—or, indeed, an intention to observe 2—can cause changes in the subatomic realm. A quantum particle in several simultaneous states of “possibility” becomes jelled into a single reality when we exert the power of our gaze. In fact, if particles behave in a certain way once we decide to measure them, it is almost as if we are creating them or as if they are cooperating with our desires. But few of us believe that the mere act of forming an intention could have an observable effect on our day-to-day lives.
Perhaps we are wrong. …Experiments with random event generators… support the possibility that our thoughts and intentions can cause observable changes in the world.3, 4, 5, 6 Another set of experiments, conducted by researchers on the effects of transcendental meditation, found that if enough meditators work collectively, the amount of violent crime in a city can be lowered for extended periods of time. 7 The truth may be that our beliefs and intentions do affect our collective reality in profound ways all the time; we just don’t realize it. Researchers have found, for example, that when doctors dispense pills that they believe will work, the pills work better; and when they dispense pills that they do not believe will work, they don’t work as well. This is true whether or not the pills are placebo or medicated, whether or not the doctors know what they are actually dispensing or have come into contact with their patients, and even whether or not the patients are human. It’s often the intent or belief of a doctor that matters the most.8
… So if we do accept the possibility of an active force of consciousness, how might it operate? That’s where higher spatial dimensions might come into play.
The Fourth Dimension
Let me begin by saying that when I say “higher dimensions,” I’m not talking about figurative realms populated by mysterious beings. I’m literally talking about higher spatial dimensions. Just as a two-dimensional universe can be understood as a flat surface, and just as we ourselves live in three-dimensional space with objects possessing length, width, and height, a four-dimensional universe would actually be a space with one extra spatial dimension. While it’s easy to visualize other ways of adding a “dimension” to our reality—for example, a dimension of time would add a timestamp to each object, and a dimension of color would add a color—getting our brains to wrap around an extra spatial dimension is quite difficult.
…It turns out that a fascination with the fourth dimension was a fad of the late 1800s. This was the era in which mediums, like today’s television medium John Edward, were quite popular. It was also the era in which spiritualism emerged, an American religious movement focused on communicating with the spirits of those who had passed away. Scientists of the time proposed the fourth spatial dimension as a way of explaining spiritist phenomena. Ultimately, however, nearly all the mediums of the 1800s were debunked as frauds and as a consequence, speculation about the fourth dimension fell into disrepute as well. But perhaps we should not have been so hasty to throw the baby out with the bath water.
As mathematician Rudy Rucker points out in his book, The Fourth Dimension, 9 the first philosopher to discuss the possibility of a fourth dimension was Immanuel Kant (1724-1804). The idea of spirits as four-dimensional beings was then popularized by Johann Carl Friederich Zollner (1834-1882), an astronomer at the University of Leipzig. The first true theoretician of the fourth dimension, however, was British mathematician Charles Hinton (1853-1907), known for his work on visualizing the geometry of higher dimensional space. In addition to his mathematical work, Hinton also wrote a series of science fiction books, such as What is the Fourth Dimension? and A Plane World, which focus on realms with different dimensionality than our own. He also believed that higher spatial dimensions could be used to prove the inherently unified nature of the universe.
Hinton came up with a variety of ways to help us understand the fourth dimension and its properties. One was… [examining] the difference between two and three dimensions and then, by analogy, grasping the difference between three and four dimensions. Here’s [an] illustration of this technique.
If you take two flat two-dimensional surfaces and intersect them in the context of three-dimensional space, what do you get? The answer: a line, which is a one-dimensional object. To understand this, just imagine taking two sheets of paper and intersecting them. By analogy, if you take two three-dimensional spaces and intersect them in the context of four-dimensional space, what will you get? The answer: a two-dimensional space—a flat surface. That means, if there were another three-dimensional world floating out there and it happened to overlap and intersect with us, the region of overlap between our two worlds would appear to us like a flat, impossibly thin sheet of paper. Could this be an explanation for the phenomenon of ghosts? Are ghosts simply ephemeral two-dimensional visions of beings in another three-dimensional world? That’s what Zollner proposed in the mid 1800s…
Physics and Higher Dimensions
Of course, speculation about higher dimensions is nothing new to physicists; they have considered the possible existence of four or more spatial dimensions for a long time. For example, between 1907 and 1915, Einstein developed the theory of general relativity, which states that gravity exists because a large mass causes three-dimensional space to bend within the fourth dimension. This is easy to visualize if you drop down into two dimensions. What if the mass of a large Circle caused the flat world of two dimensions to bend around it in three-dimensional space? Just imagine bending a large piece of paper around the edges of the Circle. That would cause everything near the Circle to fall toward it. In the same way, bending three-dimensional space around massive bodies like planets would cause nearby objects to fall toward them. Voila! Gravity.
And what about wormholes? …Physicists believe that three-dimensional space might be bent so heavily by the mass of a black hole that the fabric of the universe folds back on itself, causing one part to intersect with another, thereby creating a portal between them. To see how this could happen, just imagine bending a sheet of paper so much that two distant points on it touch.
…One question that still begs to be answered, though, is: What kind of access can we have to the fourth or higher dimensions? Even if our bodies are stuck here in three-dimensional space, is there a four-dimensional aspect of ourselves that we’re simply not aware of? Ouspensky, Gurdjieff’s student and chronicler, thought so. In fact, he felt that the primary goal of Gurdjieff’s teachings was to help us access our higher dimensional selves. As Rudy Rucker writes, “For Ouspensky, the fourth dimension was not only a spatial concept but a type of consciousness, an awareness of greater complexities and higher unities.” 10 Thus, rather than trying to contact other beings in the fourth dimension, perhaps our real goal should be to tap into our own four dimensionality. Indeed, I believe it is from this higher dimensional perspective that we may be able to exert the deep power of active consciousness—the ability to navigate and influence the unfolding of our three-dimensional lives.
The Branching Tree
… [It turns out that] from the perspective of the fourth dimension, …a complete human life—every activity of the inner and outer physical body—would simply appear as an eternal shape or object in four-dimensional space. …[But] what determines [its] shape? That’s when things get interesting. At each point in time we make choices. Do we walk left or right? Does our body repair itself or does it descend further into disease? At each instant, we choose one from a potentially infinite number of possible futures that lie before us. And while it may seem that only one future is chosen at each point in time, perhaps all of the other possible choices and futures exist in four-dimensional space too. If so, then our many potential lives—from a four-dimensional perspective—would look like a vast branching tree of possibilities.
Interestingly, this idea was hypothesized by physicist Hugh Everett in 1957.11 In the quantum realm, particles exist in many simultaneous states until they are observed and become “solidified” into a single state. To us, these quantum choices seem random. Everett proposed, however, that there really is no randomness at all. Each and every one of the possible choices for a particle actually exists--in another parallel world. We ourselves perceive only one choice—the one that takes place in our world. But Everett asserted that the others choices exist too—in other worlds. Indeed, parallel versions of ourselves exist in those other worlds too, and they witness the particle resolving into other possible states. Mind boggling! It sounds like science fiction, and indeed, many science fiction stories have been written based on this idea. But what if it’s science fact? I believe that this conception of our universe may also be the basis for how active consciousness might operate.
Let’s begin to consider this mind-bending idea by simply imagining a single point of branching. Consider the world of a three-dimensional ball, depicted in Figure 1. The ball begins, at time t1, at the bottom of a road. When it arrives at point C (which occurs at time t2), the ball must make a choice. Does it move along the branch moving to the right, or does it continue moving upward? In one future reality, the ball has moved up at time t3. In another future reality, it has branched to the right at t3, creating a fork in four-dimensional space.
Let’s call C a choice point—a point in space and time at which the Now splits into two or more possible futures. In order for this split to occur, some force must be exerted. If this does not happen, there may be only one possible future—the one that would play itself out according to the mechanistic laws of nature. For the ball, this might be the future in which it continues moving upward, in a straight line. But if some kind of force, intention, or will is brought to bear at point C, the Now will split into more than one possible future, like a branching tree. And when we humans exert such a force upon our own lives, we experience the sensation of free will.
Of course, people usually make rather mundane choices at choice points. We might choose to move our arm or walk to the grocery store. But at times the actions we take can be much more subtle—like when our thoughts affect the behavior of a random event generator. What I would like to propose is that this more subtle kind of force is what underlies the power of active consciousness. I’ll call it the C-force. And just as the experiments with random event generators showed, a person’s use of the C-force can influence not only his or her own life, but can also affect the unfolding of the greater reality around us. As a result, each and every one of us helps to create a much greater collective reality—an infinitely complex shape in four-dimensional space. Indeed, even if we took into account every tiny mechanism already understood by conventional science, the influence of our collective use of the C-force would be beyond our imaginations! In fact, it might even be possible that our influence extends beyond four dimensions. If so, we humans—seemingly three-dimensional creatures—may have creative potential that we have only just begun to tap into.
The Process of Active Consciousness
…When I chose the term C-force, I used the letter “C” intentionally—because it serves as a reminder of several important aspects of this force: Consciousness, Choice, and Creativity. Using the C-force—the force of active consciousness—you can make beneficial choices that take you down desired paths in life. You can create new and unlikely paths as well. Either way, harnessing the power of active consciousness will enable you to make the improbable much more probable and become an active creator of your own destiny. Let’s examine this process now in more detail.
…One way in which the C-force might be used is through the process of manifestation. In this case, you enable an unlikely combination of otherwise mundane events to occur so that a desired goal comes about. For example, let’s say that you would like to get a desirable parking spot near a restaurant. The restaurant might be in the middle of a busy city where parking spots are hard to find, but finding the perfect spot at just the right time could definitely happen. Everything just needs to be coordinated correctly: the choices made by the person who parked in the spot before you, the route you choose to drive, the timing of the lights as you are driving, and so on. By invoking the power of active consciousness… , these fortuitous choices and events could be enabled.
Or let’s say that you would like to find a new job with better pay. You’ve been stuck in a rut for a long time and can’t figure out how to leave your current job situation. Through the process of manifestation, however, it may be quite possible that a sequence of events could occur that leads you to your goal. Perhaps a bout with the flu forces you to take a couple of weeks off from work. As a result, your quirky boss decides to lay you off. Now you’ve been forced to leave your job. The following week, a long-lost friend calls you unexpectedly. She tells you about an acquaintance who needs to hire someone with your exact qualifications—the dream job. With this connection, you get the new job with ease.
Another way the C-force might operate is through the process of creation. In this case, a bit more magic is involved because much more unlikely (but still possible) unfoldings occur. Whereas manifestation is about enabling an unlikely combination of events to occur, creation is more about enabling more unlikely choices and events to appear in the first place.
For example, let’s say that you suffer from chronic eczema. Given the natural tendency of the body to recreate itself in the same way, it is most likely that your skin will continue to suffer from this condition. You might apply some cortisone cream, which chemically forces the body to suppress the eczema, but the innate tendency for your skin to develop eczema has not gone away. The next time you experience a period of anxiety or come into contact with an allergen, the eczema flares up.
But remember this: your skin is always sloughing off and regenerating. The outer layer of your skin (the epidermis) is replaced every month. There is a possibility that your skin could regenerate without this problem and that it would never return again. It’s not very probable, but it is possible. Similarly, it is possible that a cancerous tumor could be broken down by the natural defenses of the body without the use of poisonous chemotherapy or toxic radiation. It’s not very probable, but it is possible.
I believe that the C-force—the force of active consciousness—can be used to create such improbable but possible choices for the body. For example, a patient could use the power of active consciousness to enable their skin to regenerate without eczema or their cancerous tumor to be broken down and absorbed. Such medical cases of “spontaneous remission” do occur. Because doctors cannot understand or explain them, they sweep them under the rug by saying that their original diagnosis was mistaken or that the cure was an unexplainable fluke. But what if more of us could tap into this kind of healing through the C-force—the Cure force? It would be wonderful! We could be spared many toxic medicines and expensive medical bills too.
In fact, “energy” medicines like homeopathy, acupuncture, and hands-on healing may make this particular application of the C-force substantially easier to achieve. That’s because they operate not only on the physical body, but also on a subtler aspect of our selves—what is often called the “energy body”…. By helping to dislodge problems within this invisible realm—a realm that most alternative medical systems view as the true origin of disease—such treatments vastly increase the probability that the physical body will be able to create a healthier future. As a result, they also make healing applications of the C-force easier to achieve.
…So how does this fit within with the four-dimensional model described earlier? … In Figure 2, I use circles to represent choice points and arrows to indicate possible futures that emanate from them. Let’s say that you are currently at NOW. The circle labeled GOAL is a future that you’d like to reach—say, one in which you have a new job. The circle labeled MOST LIKELY FUTURE is the most likely or probable outcome—the one in which you stay at your current job. As the diagram illustrates, you can reach your goal in at least two ways—either by choosing or creating a new path right now (branching upward immediately), or by doing so a little later on. For instance, right NOW, you might decide to quit your job. Or you might create an improbable future—through creation—where a freak accident or illness ultimately leads to you being laid off. By using active consciousness to enable new choices to appear and to help you make the correct choices over time, you may find that you are ultimately led to your goal of a new and better job.
…In many ways, it’s all about possibilities and probabilities. Even if something is improbable, it can still be possible. And if it’s possible, the force of active consciousness—the C-force—can play a part in making it happen. Using manifestation, you can make the right choices at the right time and, through an unlikely combination of such choices, you are led to your goal. Using creation, an unlikely choice [may unexpectedly appear] before you; you just need to take it.

The isolation of Cuba from world economy has meant that the Cuban economy has not been as influenced by global corporations and governments as most other modern nations have. The country is a bit “behind the times” when it comes to cars, industry, technology, and basically all of the luxuries that we consider necessities in the typical consumer lifestyle of the 21st century. As a result, not only are the Cuban people seemingly trapped in time, but even their local ecosystems are lagging behind our ‘progress,’ and the abundant coral reefs surrounding this beautiful island in the Caribbean are incredibly vibrant and alive when compared to much of the ‘modern’ world’s coastal reefs.
The marine ecosystems surrounding Cuba have been under study by marine scientists such as David Guggenheim, president of the Washington-based conservation organization, Ocean Doctor. Guggenheim discovered that Cuba’s coral reefs are a perfect example of how the lack of use of fertilizers and pesticides can help conserve the fragile ecosystems of the oceans. Since Cuba could not afford agricultural chemicals, it was essentially forced into organic farming in the early 1990’s while the rest of the world ramped up their dependency on chemicals. As a result, less agro-chemical nutrient pollution has ended up in the ocean waters surrounding Cuba, which in turn means less ‘food’ for aquatic plants and algae that have been known to overgrow and kill coral reefs.
Guggenheim also attributes Cuba’s thriving marine ecosystem to the country’s strict environmental laws. Worldwide, on average, about 1 percent of ocean waters are marine protected areas. Comparatively, Cuba has protected about 25 percent of their waters.
The Caribbean marine ecosystem, historically known for some of the clearest waters and most colorful ocean life in the world, has been particularly affected by chemical pollution as well as rising ocean temperatures. For example, in 2005 alone, which was one of the hottest years since 1880, abnormally high sea surface temperatures resulted in coral bleaching and, thus, mortality. In the same year, record hurricane activity damaged reefs at many locations across the Caribbean. As a result “at many locations, over 90% of the coral reefs died, and at many 20-50% of the corals died.” (Source)
“Since 1970, about half of the coral cover in the region has disappeared, including almost 95 percent of the spectacular elkhorn coral.” (Source)
Is Cuba in Danger of Modern Infestation?
Cuba’s marine ecosystem excels to the point that even when coral bleaching occurs, the coral reefs are able to recover. US scientists such as Guggenheim are eager to learn from Cuban scientists and to study the healthy reefs, yet are also concerned about increased US involvement due to corporate and private interests with their eyes on Cuba. As the US starts to loosen travel restriction on Cuba, businesses are beginning to view it as a new and opportunistic travel destination, likely with little concern for maintaining the pristine marine environment. Money has a way of changing even the most steadfast environmental laws, and we can only hope that Cubans don’t set a price on their marine treasures.
“We’ve all seen the track record of the United States: we tend to mess things up that we love, and there are a lot of different interests now with their eyes on Cuba. So one of our projects is working with the Cubans on developing good decision tools for the future — and that includes environmental economics; helping the Cubans put a price on their natural ecosystems and to look at alternatives, like sustainable eco-tourism.” (Source)
The Crown Jewel of the Waters: Gardens of the Queen
Gardens of the Queen, the crown jewel of Caribbean waters located 50 miles off the south coast of Cuba, is an increasingly rare success story for corals. It would be in everyone’s interest to keep it that way. It gives scientists like Guggenheim hope that there’s still a future for coral reefs.
“If we can learn from this living laboratory how a healthy coral reef is supposed to look and function, then those are very valuable insights we can use for restoration efforts around the Caribbean.” (Source)
The biggest challenge moving forward may be making sure that protected areas, such as the Gardens of the Queen, remain protected.
This story is based on an interview that aired on PRI’s Science Friday with Ira Flatow, which is posted below.
Video – One of the most devastating blows to US sovereignty since the country’s founding was dealt on June 24, 2015, as the Senate passed the Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement, which as been one of the Obama Administration’s top priorities. It covers 12 countries and more than 40% of the world’s economy. This secretive bill has been debated and opposed for over 10 years for many reasons:
“The TPP as it stands does not even require member nations to uphold commitments to global environmental agreements, such the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES). Criticism of the TPP goes well-beyond environmental issues, however. Many groups have complained of the investor-state settlement agreement in the plan that allows corporations to sue countries when contracts are breached. Critics of this model say it benefits foreign investors as they expense of human rights, working conditions, and the environment. Negotiations have also been blasted for being held completely behind closed doors, with some U.S. Senators complaining that multinational corporations are privy to the negotiations while the U.S. Congress is left in the dark.” (Source)

The question may have occurred to many of us: “Why do we need to suffer so much in our life, why is there so much suffering on Earth?”
As if the whole world has conspired against us, almost everything causes suffering to us. We suffer when we are ill, we suffer when things do not work out the way we like or plan. We suffer when we have lost something, we have lost our money or we are left by a loved person. We suffer when we are not loved, not appreciated, when our performance is underestimated. We suffer when we see our loved ones suffer and we are unable to alleviate their suffering.
We could go on a long way, continuing the list of things causing us suffering. On the other hand, there is so little joy in our life. What sense does all this suffering have? Does it have a meaning at all? Or is it just a bad joke of an evil universe?
Our Own Heaven
Let us imagine a life free of any kind of suffering. It is easy to imagine a life in which we do not suffer, where we are healthy, everything we do is successful, when all our wishes are fulfilled, everybody loves and respects us whoever we meet. In this private heaven of ours we could be happy.
But there are 7 billion other people on Earth, who share the Earth with us. Would they also be happy in our imagined heaven? Would they also escape suffering?
We cannot be fully certain about it, as in our isolated existence we are not sure, only guess what makes other people happy. In our isolated state we always use our own experience as a starting point, and assume that what is good for us must be good for others as well, and others suffer from the same thing we suffer from. Extending this logic makes us believe that once we no longer suffer, other people will also have a good time in our imagined heaven. The reality is, however, that the earthly heaven we imagine, and which is free of suffering for us, would cause a lot of suffering for a lot of other people, and would be even a real hell for many.
The seven billion people living on Earth today would create seven billion different and separate earthly heavens if they had a chance to do so. They are in an isolated state of consciousness, and though there would quite a lot of similar heavens, they would still be different. A common feature of all these heavens would be, however, that suffering would be present in every one of them.
The Deeper Sense of Suffering
We must conclude therefore that suffering–no matter how much we would like to avoid it–is a part of the life of every single human being. When we are suffering, we never say that ”my body is suffering,” but we say that ”I am suffering” or ”my heart is broken with sorrow.” Suffering is ours, because we ourselves are the suffering itself. And we suffer because we identify with the suffering.
Our daily sufferings point out to us that suffering us such is the result from our turning away from the Miracle and our identification with the separate state of consciousness.
It is only possible to understand all this when the intensity of our identification with the body and the psychological Self is weakened a little bit, and we are – even only for brief periods–able to step out of the small prison of our thoughts and mind, and enter the endless space of the Consciousness.
Suffering in that sense is the wake-up call that prevents Consciousness from finally sinking into the dream of separateness. Suffering is what actually stops us from finally and irrevocably identify with a body and a personal identity.
When we place our sufferings in the light of Consciousness, we no longer try to run away from them in despair, and no longer dream of a heaven free of suffering. We are now aware that our sufferings are in fact our helpers and they may accelerate the process through which the Consciousness wakes up in the body we formerly and mistakenly considered our own.

For anyone who doesn’t currently read alternative news, this will come as a surprise, but for those who have been keeping up with the myriad cabalistic shenanigans, this latest intelligence concerning the fall of the family Rothschild is a breath of fresh air in a choking smokescreen meant to confuse the sane among us.
Baron David de Rothschild could soon be locked up for a good long while in a prison cell, breathing some stench of his own creation. He has been indicted over a fraud scheme brought to light by expatriots living in Spain.
French police have been directed by a judge to locate Rothschild to bring him in for questioning. His crime?
He, and his company, the Rothschild Financial Services Group, are accused of falsely advertising an equity release loan scheme, bought into by more than 130 pensioners between 2005 and 2008.
This, a petty crime, compared to the suspected legacy of the Rothschild family which links them to the financing of Nazi experiments, and milking entire nations of their hard-earned money and resources through bribery, fractional banking, murder, and pedophilia, might be what sinks a strong arm of the cabal which has been running the world along with a few other families.
More recently, the Rothschilds have tried to force local credit unions out of business in an effort to gain more control over the fractional banking system, and to make Americans more dependent on the debt-slavery system the family helped to create.
Rumors abound that the cabal crime syndicate (Bilderberg’s, Committee of 300, Illuminati, etc.) is crumbling due to planned mass arrests and this may or may not be true, but arresting even one powerful member of the Rothschild family is certainly a good start.

Did you know that back in 1990, the Environmental Protection Agency was all set to release a report that admitted electromagnetic fields (EMFs) are dangerous to our health, including that EMFs have been linked with “the development of various cancers” but stopped short of straight up admitting they are “probable carcinogens”?
Isn’t it ironic the newspaper thought to tack a Radio Shack add onto the end of this article?
The clipping, published in the October 4, 1990 edition of The Indiana Gazette, reported:
“Now the Environmental Protection Agency is on the verge of publishing a report suggesting that EMF is linked with the development of various cancers. And at one point, someone within the agency had considered an even more drastic step — classifying low-frequency electromagnetic fields as probable cancer-causing agents in the same rank as dioxin or PCBs.”
Wow. They were all set to classify low frequency EMFs in the same rank as dioxin, a highly dangerous chemical thought by some even today to be among the most toxic substances out there.
“But the EPA has stopped short of the probable carcinogen conclusion, which could have drastic implications for regulation of the American utility industry and in the workplace. Louis Slesin, power-industry watchdog and the editor of Microwave News, published in his journal’s most recent issue a paragraph from a rough draft of the EPA study recommending that low-frequency electromagnetic fields be classified as probable human carcinogens.
The paragraph, Slesin said in a recent interview with The Morning Call, has since been deleted from the report, which won’t be issued in official, final form until this month, according to the July 20 issue of TIME magazine.”
According to Microwave News, the paragraph was deleted after the EPA presented its initial draft of report to the White House Office of Policy and Development.
Isn’t that nice? Guess the megacorporations who run the government were none too pleased that the truth might come out about the harmful effects of EMFs and what that information might do to bottom lines and what was about grow into a booming business that would essentially take over our entire world in the next thirty years.
Keep in mind this is from 1990, well before every single one of us was bathing in EMFs all day long from wi-fi hotspots, cell phones, computers, iPads, and a thousand other “smart” devices… Well before there were millions of antennas popping up all over the country on school buildings and playgrounds, in church steeples, on our water towers, all along our roadways…
The Internet of Things isn’t even fully implemented yet, but now we already live in a world that has “smart pajamas” for small children which are encoded so they can be scanned with smart devices that will then read bedtime stories to them over wi-fi.
The reason Slesin ended up with the original draft of the report, by the way, is that the EPA staffer in the office of research and development for the report who was “overruled” on the probable carcinogen finding turned whistleblower after they took the paragraph out and leaked the original draft to Microwave News.
At the time the Gazette article was printed, the report did, however, retain information regarding the fact that epidemiological studies of brain tumors, lymphomas, and leukemias showed a causal link with EMFs, though no concrete link was admitted obviously.
In addition, the article goes on to note that extremely low EMFs inhibit the production of the tumor-suppressing hormone melatonin and that these fields have also been known to inhibit the immune system.
The point is, even back then, they knew. They knew how dangerous this was to our health, and they failed to fully inform the public.
Now look where we are.
(For more on how you can protect yourself and your family from dangerous EMF, this guide is a quick read that breaks it all down easily and gives some great tips for reducing your exposure.)

Corruption in the medical industry can no longer be ignored. There’s no doubt that much of what is told to the masses, including medical schools and physicians, is simply untrue. Even Dr. Richard Horton, editor of the world’s most respected medical journal, The Lancet, agrees:
“Much of the scientific literature, perhaps half, may simply be untrue. Afflicted by studies with small sample sizes, tiny effects, invalid exploratory analyses, and flagrant conflicts of interest, together with an obsession for pursuing fashionable trends of dubious importance, science has taken a turn towards darkness.”
Dr. Marcia Angell, a physician and longtime Editor-in-Chief of the New England Medical Journal which is also one of the most prestigious peer-reviewed medical journals in the world, shares a similar opinion:
“It is simply no longer possible to believe much of the clinical research that is published, or to rely on the judgment of trusted physicians or authoritative medical guidelines. I take no pleasure in this conclusion, which I reached slowly and reluctantly over my two decades as an editor of the New England Journal of Medicine.”
These declarations are simply a testimonial that that commercial sponsors of scientific studies for drugs or devices under consideration are more likely to bury methodologically well-conducted studies with unfavorable results, and push for the publication of studies showing positive outcomes, regardless of alarmingly bad research, poor methodology or bad scientific practices.
In a recent statement published in The Lancet, Dr. Horton, bluntly states that they falsities and manipulated research results are starting to plaque the industry of biomedicine.
“The apparent endemicity of bad research behaviour is alarming. In their quest for telling a compelling story, scientists too often sculpt data to fit their preferred theory of the world. Or they retrofit hypotheses to f t their data. Journal editors deserve their fair share of criticism too. We aid and abet the worst behaviours. Our acquiescence to the impact factor fuels an unhealthy competition to win a place in a select few journals. Our love of “significance” pollutes the literature with many a statistical fairy-tale. We reject important confirmations. Journals are not the only miscreants. Universities are in a perpetual struggle for money and talent, endpoints that foster reductive metrics, such as high-impact publication. … individual scientists, including their most senior leaders, do little to alter a research culture that occasionally veers close to misconduct.”
The public is starting to approach the medical industry with skepticism, no longer putting blind faith in doctors, medical journals, or advertisements paid for by pharmaceutical corporations. Although there is no plan or leadership to “clean up the system,” as the Lancet’s Dr. Horton states, the merit of our medical industry is now under question by some of the industry’s most respected personalities. Many of them are speaking out. Right now, all we have to do is listen.
“…vaccine manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, and health authorities have known about multiple dangers associated with vaccines but chose to withhold them from the public. This is scientific fraud, and their complicity suggests that this practice continues to this day.”~ Dr Lucija Tomljenovic, University of British Columbia’s Neural Dynamics Research Group in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences

You probably don’t need me to tell you that spirituality isn’t all about feeling positive or uplifted. The enlightenment path requires us to sacrifice things that hold us back and keep us from making progress, and maybe this is where the notion of religious sacrifice was created.
Most religious sacrifices throughout history have been unnecessarily violent and wicked, but maybe the idea of religious sacrifice originally came from the external (and even internal) sacrifices we have to make on the enlightenment path.
Why do we have to make these sacrifices? Because there are a lot of things here on Earth that stop us from making genuine spiritual progress and we have to avoid these things if we want to elevate our consciousness or awaken others.
The purpose of self-sacrifice isn’t to boss ourselves around or give up things we cherish, unless they cause serious damage – it’s to detach from things that are destructive so we can make room for more wholesome things that accelerate our evolution.
Here, I’ll list five things we’ll want to give up if our goal is to walk the spiritual path without falling back into limiting habits or mindsets. Ridding ourselves of them right now will allow us to forge ahead with strength, and they’ll eventually stop influencing us and fade away.
1. Negative or Toxic People
I’m sure we all know someone who seems overly negative or constantly upset with life, and we’ll want to keep our distance from them for the sake of our spiritual growth. When we’re around other people, we tend to be subconsciously influenced by their expressions and, sometimes, their outbursts, and if we aren’t careful, we could end up repeating their behavior.
We could end up frustrated with life or with the people around us, and we won’t even realize we were influenced by someone else’s negativity. We’re all subconsciously connected, and the words and actions of people we’re close with can affect us in a deeper way than we realize.
With all of this said, we should remember that the issue isn’t always black and white. We might have a loved one who means a lot to us but tends to have random or not so random outbursts (or their opinion on any issue is just too negative to take), and we won’t just want to abandon them.
We don’t want to abandon our family or people we’re close with just because of their negativity, so we’ll have to find some kind of middle ground. We don’t want to spend so much time with them that they start to influence us, but we don’t want to avoid them just because we don’t like how they express themselves.
We’ll want to stay balanced and listen to our intuition when we’re met with any difficult circumstances. Our intuition will help us make the best and most helpful decisions, and we can spend time with an angry loved one while finding some way to stay impervious to their negativity.
2. Sugary, Artificial, GMO Foods
It’s no secret that our modern society is filled with cheap, fake foods that make big food corporations money while slowly poisoning us and ensuring that we’ll be sick when we’re older. These foods don’t just hurt our physical health – they’re a detriment to our spiritual health as well because mind, body and spirit are one.
What we put into our bodies affects us deeply on a mental, emotional and spiritual level, and if we want to be clearheaded as we go throughout our day or we want our meditations to be more potent, then clean, healthy and preferably organic food is our best bet.
I’m not trying to be one of those food snobs who tells you how to live your life, and while I try to be healthy, I tend to eat as much fake, sugary food as anyone else.
I’ve felt firsthand the difference between healthy and unhealthy food, and the first choice gives us energy, clarity, vitality and an enhanced sense of passion while the latter pleases our taste buds before making us feel lazy, tired and awful.
We’ll also want to avoid unhealthy eating habits, like eating too much or too late at night. We don’t realize how this affects us when we’re doing it, but the effects will make themselves known at a later time when we feel terrible and we can’t understand why.
3. Too Much Television or Technological Stimulation
Watching television is one of the most destructive things a spiritual seeker can do. Again, I don’t want to tell you how to live, but a lot of things on this world (including TV) seem designed to keep people unhealthy and, for lack of a better word, stupid.
Television dumbs us down while keeping us fixed on an artificial reality that’s usually violent, hypersexual or just plain juvenile, and intelligent people aren’t the only ones who might want to avoid it.
It’s important to reconnect with nature, which technology can prevent, because it’s our true home and it’s provided everything we’ll ever need for survival or leisure.Spiritual seekers would benefit just as much from avoiding TV or any other kind of technological stimulation, but there’ll always be times when we have to use technology. Most of my work is done on a computer, but when I’m done working for the day, I can always get outside, go to a nature spot, ride my bicycle and generally detach from technology.
We can’t reconnect with nature if we’re too busy staring into the TV, our smartphones or any other gadget that distracts us from life, so we’ll want to put these things down sometimes and rediscover reality.
4. Laziness or Fatigue
I know that fatigue is sometimes unavoidable, and we never want to feel it when it comes along. However, there are driving factors, like laziness, that we’ll want to be on the lookout for if we don’t want fatigue to bring us down.
While the advice we’ve been given from various spiritual teachers to ‘become nothing’ is helpful on the path, I think we should be active in the midst of all of our spiritual practices that reconnect us with nothingness.
I don’t see anything wrong with exercising a little each day, and I’d imagine it can boost our meditation and make those higher vibes easier to feel.
Not to mention that being active can help us find a sense of purpose, and once we find what we want to do in life, we can enthusiastically pursue it with an active, awake perspective instead of sitting down on the couch to be entertained by whatever reality TV show is on.
I think being active is an important part of spiritual evolution, and laziness or fatigue won’t go away until we remove ourselves from them. It might require us to step outside of our comfort zone, but we’ll see that it was worth it when we feel better and the good vibes can flow in without restriction.
5. Suppressing Negativity or Avoiding the ‘Shadow Self’
We all have a ‘shadow self’, which is the aspect of our personality that’s constantly negative, hurtful, narcissistic, etc. Contrary to what you might think, I’m not encouraging us to give it up. I’m encouraging us to give up trying to suppress it, because it’s a crucial part of us that we’ll want to embrace, heal and release.
How we handle them is our choice entirely, and we can do it with grace, patience, and most importantly, centeredness. We have to stay centered when we deal with these kinds of situations, and leaving our center can cause us to lose ourselves in the emotional fray.In embracing the shadow self, we’ll also want to stop avoiding the negative situations we have to deal with in life. No matter how hard we try to stay ‘happy’ or aligned with our higher consciousness, we’re going to have to deal with negative situations that we’d rather sweep under the rug.
The destructive tendency to suppress negative situations or even the negativity we carry within will stifle our spiritual growth in the long run, so let’s give it up and willingly embrace any negativity that comes our way – from the world or from within.
As we continue along the enlightenment path, we’ll find plenty more things that we have to release into the ethers if we want to keep thriving. This might be a difficult or uncomfortable process for a lot of spiritual seekers, but it’s all for a good cause and the positive change will be evident when we look back.
We just have to be willing to give up things that no longer serve us, and it gets easier when we can call on our higher consciousness and allow our spiritual/creative essence to work through us.
Opening up to the ‘higher self’ will make our disciplines and sacrifices easier, and whether we know it or not, we have an infinite source of love, guidance and creativity within that we can access at any time.
Our connection with this part of ourselves will become clearer and more refined as we willingly sacrifice the things that stop us from maintaining it, and the guidance we receive from our higher consciousness will make any future sacrifices easier.
With this in mind, we see that our sacrifices really don’t have to be hard. They will be hard as long as we build them up in our minds, but opening the mind and connecting with the intuition will help us understand that sacrifice and discipline boil down to a moment-by-moment choice.

“If you vote, you have no right to complain.” –George Carlin
First, let’s admit something to ourselves: this is not a representative democracy, like most people think; it’s not even a constitutional republic, like a few people hope. It is masked aristocracy and plutocracy. The aristocracy is wearing a plutocratic mask which is wearing a democratic mask which is wearing the mask of a constitutional republic.
The fact that the average person knows very little about the mechanisms of these systems, nor the meaning of the words used to explain them, is evidence that they are working. The fact that the average person doesn’t realize that elections have been transformed into auctions, is evidence that plutocracy is working. And it’s all working at the expense of “we the people,” at the expense of our environment and precious ecosystems, and at the expense of freedom itself.
To elect means “to choose or make a decision.” The problem is our choices seem to be limited and our decisions seem to be “vote” or “not vote.” This idea is perpetuated by state manipulation, cultural conditioning, and bipartisan political propaganda with corrupt lobbying that creates divisiveness. But there is a third option. We can “elect” to think outside the ballot box. We can “elect” to take money out of politics. We can “elect” to have a complete system reboot, to include, especially, the electoral system.
As would-be proactive citizens, it is our amoral duty to tear the plethora of masks from the corrupt face of this system, and reveal the fact that the wizard hiding behind the curtain is nothing more than a scared imbecile bully who wants to stay in power at all costs. Even at the cost of human lives. Even at the cost of human flourishing. Even at the cost of a healthy connection between nature and the human soul.
Our response to this should be to realize that different types of freedoms will always be in conflict and to have the perspicuity and the acumen to decipher the difference between healthy and unhealthy freedom. If conflicting freedoms are healthy, then compassion and compromise is in order. But if conflicting freedoms are unhealthy, then ruthless questioning and interrogative infiltration (even counting coup) are in order, despite, and sometimes even in spite of, a nations voting structure or entrenched electoral process. As it stands, we are more like a virus or a cancer on the planet than even a parasite or symbiotic leach. Humankind is facing an absolutely unprecedented existential crisis. The main culprits are deep-rooted power structures and overly-fixed modes of oppressive human governance; which voting just perpetuates, because the voting system is built into the corrupt system and is therefore corrupt itself. Like George Bernard Shawput it, “Democracy substitutes election by the incompetent many for appointment by the corrupt few.” And the unhealthy, unsustainable, unjust, unfair, and immoral cycle continues. Unless we stop it. Unless we personally “vote” it out.
This type of voting is voting with our feet. This type of voting is voting with our courage. This type of voting is voting with our heart. This type of voting is voting with our life. It requires nothing short of everything. It requires putting it all on the line. It requires being all in. When you’re voting with your life, you’re voting with your soul. You’re declaring –balls-to-bones, ovaries-to-marrow– to the corrupt powers that be: “I was not designed to be forced. I will breathe after my own fashion. Let us see who is the strongest.” –Henry David Thoreau
“Nobody for President in 2016” is a wakeup call of the first order. It’s an alarm clock namedFreedom blasting in an overly-indulgent room of conspicuous consumption. It’s a nose sniffing out smoke in a straw house. It’s a guillotine in a room full of godheads. It’s a passionate connection in a wasteland of disconnection. It’s a healthy heart in an otherwise wounded body. It is Mother Nature teaching us how to love authentically: with neither pity nor rancor, but with providence and interdependence. It is the words of Krishnamurti, “You are the world, and the world is on fire.”
“Nobody for President in 2016” is a hero’s call par excellence. It’s a call to adventure, true adventure. Not the pseudo-adventures portrayed in movies and popular literature, but the real adventure of your own living, breathing life. It’s a double-dog-dare to have the courage to become your own leader. It’s a triple-dog-dare to have the audacity to turn the tables on the Pavlovian knee-jerk reaction to vote within the system, and instead, to vote with your feet, to vote through civil disobedience, through proactive, non-violent protest against an unhealthy, unsustainable system. It’s Benjamin Franklin (or whoever) rising up and declaring, “Democracy is two wolves and a lamb deciding on what to eat for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote.”
Here’s the thing: men in power should NOT be writing the rules of power. This is because power almost always seeks to keep itself in power. This is because of a firm rule built into the human condition: power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
Monkey see, monkey do? Well then: Sheeple see, sheeple vote. In order not to be a monkey or sheeple, we need to be proactive, insurgent citizens. We need to upset the applecart of the monkey’s status quo. We need to count coup on the sheeple’s sense of “order.” Indeed, civil disobedience is how the disenfranchised lobby congress. Have no illusions, the majority of us are disenfranchised to a sickening and oppressive degree. Like Joel Gold said, “Sometimes in order to progress, you need to regress.” Yes, sometimes in order to discover a moral mode of human governance, you have to amorally act-out and destroy the current immoral mode of human governance.
If rebellion is a dish best served warm, then civil disobedience is a dish best served in a variety of temperatures: from Femen, to the UK’s Clandestine Insurgent Rebel Clown Army, to the Occupy movement, to the Zeitgeist movement, and everything in between. The typical bipartisan-puppet probably prudishly grinds their teeth at such antics. Oh well! The true activist who is practicing civil disobedience and non-violence, could give two blue shits about the typical pandering voter’s delicate sensibilities. Healthy, progressive evolution is on the line. The health of our planet is on the line. Whiny-ass, status-quo junkies be damned.
“Civil disobedience is a natural response to a world like ours; it means refusing to be a bystander to the apparent trajectory of the social order. We don’t think twice about the direct action of stopping traffic to protect a child who wandered into it unknowingly; we would practice civil disobedience any day in situations like that, never thinking of standing by or waiting for a majority vote. The same is true in our movement. We know this system is broken, we know it doesn’t have to be this way and we know there is an alternative. So we stop traffic. The question is not whether we should use civil disobedience as part of our movement’s arsenal — but how, for what, and when.” –Yotam Marom
“Nobody for President in 2016” is just the first domino in a long line of dominos that needs to fall. It’s the first seed in a long line of seeds that needs to be planted. “Nobody for President in 2020” will more than likely also be necessary. As will 2024 and 2028, and so on and so forth. Revolutions never happen overnight. They take time. They are usually not completed by the generation that began them. Like Michel de Montaigne wrote, “Those who give the first check to a state are the first overwhelmed in its ruin. Fruits of public commotion are seldom enjoyed by him who was the first mover; he only beats the water for another’s net.” Let’s dare to be the “first mover.” Let’s have the courage and the compassion to “beat the water” for a future fisherman’s net. Like the famous Greek Proverb says, “A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they shall never sit in.” Let’s be great. Let’s be wise. Let’s sow some amoral revolution so that future generations can reap some moral evolution.

The phrase ‘Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food’ could not hit any harder, especially when it comes to the present discussion related to cancer and our present state of nutrition and health. I do understand that venturing into this discussion may be touchy due to the fact that we have only allowed medical doctors to dictate the present cases, acceptable cures and latest treatments regarding cancer; while the everyday citizen without a medical degree has succumbed to it and the fact that they wake up one day and discover they (we) have cancer in some form or another. As a nutritionist I feel that it is my duty to open up the discussion to everyone here; discussing healing through nutrition hasn’t been made illegal (yet).
I unequivocally stand by the belief that many types of cancer can be cured with food and earth elements, as well as cure many other types of illnesses that exist out there today. What I don’t want you to take away from this is the idea that I am encouraging you to leave your present treatment or your oncologist if you are currently battling cancer. Even with this however, I do feel it is important to highlight one of the greatest cover-ups in the history of cancer treatment that happens to be related to a little known (to the greater public) anti-cancer remedy and treatment known asLaetrile, which is also known as vitamin B17.
One of the greatest concentrated sources of vitamin B17 can be found in the seed of fruit that many of us may have taken for granted: the apricot. The actual seed is found beneath the hard pit of the apricot. The anti-cancer agent found in the actual Laetrile B17 vitamin is known asamygdalin.
Question:“If B17 is so powerful and helpful towards cancer elimination than why is it not prescribed by modern Physicians as a treatment?”
Simple Answer:“A control for cancer is known, and it comes from nature, but it is not widely available to the public because it cannot be patented, and therefore is not commercially attractive to the pharmaceutical industry.” — G. Edward Griffin.
So once again the lives of many are held hostage at the cost of patents, certain doctor’s incomes and a possible sizable reduction of chemotherapy centers; that would thus reduce profits for the pharmaceutical industry. What makes vitamin B17 so powerful is the fact that it is comprised of glucose and hydrogen cyanide. The way it actively destroys cancer cells is by the glucose ‘injecting’ itself into the cancer cell. Then the cyanide and benzaldahyde from the glucose create a targeted poison that kills the cancer cell. This natural form of chemotherapy was (and still is) considered controversial. Many medical professionals claim B17 is toxic. Well, the last time I checked, having cancer (in any form) is toxic in itself and causes death daily. The only thing B17 is toxic to is cancer cells and a corrupt government.
So Here’s Where The Cover-Up Comes In
Although it was not approved for treatment by the FDA, doctors like John A. Richardson M.D. began using it “illegally” to treat patients at his clinic in San Francisco, and it was working remarkably better than orthodox treatments. His success with laetrile is documented in Laetrile Case Histories: The Richardson Cancer Clinic Experience by John A. Richardson M.D. and Patricia Irving Griffin, R.N. However the team was later was forced to downplay the overall benefits of B-7 when held up against conventional cancer treatments. The FDA then came out hard in its attack on Laetrile. The FDA considers Laetrile an unapproved form of treatment and ‘illegal’ for a practitioner to administer, therefore you cannot buy Laetrile in the US, though you can buy B17 / amygdalin in supplement form. You can also gather the seed of the apricot and consume them at your discretion either as an anti-cancer agent or even in the midst of battling cancer (as reported by those who defeated cancer using B17).
“What would happen if everyone in the world ate right, and in addition to this knew about the healing effects of B-17?”
This question I’m sure is one that many of those attacking the documented benefits of B17 couldn’t bear to answer. Outraged by the B17 cover-up by the FDA and the AMA, for a 5 year period between 1972 and 1977 studies were conducted by Sloan-Kettering on the anti-cancer benefits of B17 to which it was concluded that:
But while it is one thing to hear about clinical trials of B17 and how it eliminates cancer cells, it is totally different when actual, real life people have cured themselves of cancer and are living to talk about it. These are people who have fought back against the system, took control of their destiny and listened to their own bodies. To read one such story, that of Christopher Wark, click here.
The Legacy Of Dr. Max Gerson
I wouldn’t do any service or justice to try and tell the full story of Dr. Max Gerson in this particular piece. But what I will tell you is that his legacy is continuing through his daughter, Charlotte Gerson in San Diego. The San Diego location acts as an informative hub. The actual cancer treatment center is located in Tijuana, Mexico and Budapest, Hungary due to United States laws on cancer treatment. Even if you are not 100% percent convinced that any of this has any validity, you still owe it to yourself to know about The Gerson Institute and what Dr. Max Gerson was doing for cancer patients before he was marginalized, stripped of his medical license and ultimately set up. To know more about the Gerson Therapy click here.
Being Proactive In Our Fight Against Getting Cancer
The best medicine is preventative medicine. I don’t have to read off a long list of statistics. If you’re an American, on the standard American diet or even an immigrant who has accepted the standard diet of present society, if you exercise very little and engage in other harmful bodily choices, then cancer is running after you: that’s a statistical fact. There are some instances when no matter what you do, cancer will find you. Even if this is the case, it is no excuse to not be proactive and get an early start of ridding even the slightest possibility of getting cancer in any form.
As powerful as B17 is, there are also many other natural foods that have been shown to be helpful in warding off cancer. Consuming black seed (Nigella sativa), aloe gel, aloe juice, ginger, chia, cumin, flax, large amounts of raw fruits and vegetables, turmeric, goji berries, food mushrooms (white button, shitake, etc), Swiss chard, chili peppers, spirulina, wheatgrass, and sumac are all beneficial — as is regular periodic fasting. And many other plant based spices and foods have been shown to be helpful in the fight to keep cancer at bay. Eating is one thing, how we live and think is another. Meditate daily. Don’t smoke cigarettes..
All we truly have in this world is the present moment. In this present moment, let us learn about suppressed natural treatments for not only ailments related to cancer, but on many other diseases as well. Why isn’t nutrition taught consistently in medical school? It is something to think about. It is never too late to change. It is not too late to take the power back. Here’s to your health.

Compounds within garlic produce reactive oxygen species in cancer cells, activating of multiple death cascades and blocking pathways of tumor proliferation. Eating garlic just twice per week reduces cancer risk without any side effects whatsoever.
The reason so many people die with conventional cancer treatment is that while damaging healthy cells, chemotherapy also triggers them to secrete a protein that sustains tumour growth and resistance to further treatment. On the other hand, garlic’s allyl sulfur compound preferentially suppress neoplastic over non-neoplastic cells
Garlic is also 100 times more effective than two popular antibiotics at fighting disease causing bacteria commonly responsible for foodborne illness.
The Power of Garlic
Garlic (Allium sativum) is a member of the onion family Alliaceae. Garlic has been used throughout history for both its culinary and medicinal properties. Garlic’s distinctive characteristics arise from sulfur, which constitutes almost 1% of its dry weight. Although garlic does not typically serve as a major source of essential nutrients, it may contribute to several dietary factors with potential health benefits, including the presence of oligosaccharides, arginine-rich proteins and, depending on soil and growing conditions, selenium and flavonoids.
Throughout ancient history, the main use of garlic was for its health and medicinal properties. Its use was well documented by all major civilizations including the Egyptians, Babylonians, Greeks, Romans and the Chinese .
Preclinical models provide rather compelling evidence that garlic and its associated components can lower the incidence of breast, colon, skin, uterine, esophagus, and lung cancers. uppression of nitrosamine formation continues to surface as one of the most likely mechanisms by which garlic retards cancer.
The ability of garlic to inhibit tumors due to different cancer-inducing agents and in different tissues indicates that a generalized cellular event is likely responsible for the change in tumor incidence and that the response is highly dependent on environmental or other types of biological insults. Because metabolic activation is required for many of these carcinogens, there is likelihood that either phase I or II enzymes are altered.
It is becoming more evident that the response to allyl sulfurs relates to their ability to form free radicals rather than to serve as an antioxidant. Allyl sulfurs may bring about changes by influencing the genomic expression by affecting histone homeostasis.
44% Reduction in Cancer Risk
Researchers at the Jiangsu Provincial Centre for Disease Control and Prevention claim to have found a protective association between the intake of raw garlic and lung cancer, advocating that, “garlic may potentially serve as a chemopreventive agent for lung cancer.”
The study, published online in the journal Cancer Prevention Research, notes that Chinese medicine has used garlic since 2000 BCE. The authors suggest compounds such as diallyl sulfide–that are released when a garlic bulb breaks into cloves–may contribute to the herb’s potential preventative powers. The researchers did not look at cooked garlic in this study.
A number of studies on garlic have appeared dealing with diallyl sulfide and cancer. One from the Republic of Korea cites diallyl disulfide (DADS) as the most prevalent oil-soluble sulfur compound in garlic, inhibiting cell proliferation in many cell lines. Scientists there examined DADS ability to kill cells in a process involving free radical production. They found that the famous tumor suppressor gene, p53, arrested the cell cycle when DADS treatment was present. Cancer cells died following 24 hour DADS treatment that activated the p53 gene. They also found that DADS induced cell death was prevented by treatment with a compound known to prevent p53 dependent cell death by reducing free radical levels in the mitochrondria, the cellular furnaces. Their results showed that mitochrondrial free radicals may serve as second messengers in DADS-induced cell death, which requires activation of p53. That study was found in the January Journal of Biochemical and Molecular Toxicology.
When scientists looked at 4,500 adults in perfect health and 1,424 adults with lung cancer, they discovered that those who ate raw garlic at least twice weekly had a significantly lower chance of contracting lung cancer. Scientists worked it out to be a 44% less likely chance. Findings were similar even if the adults smoked or were near cooking fumes, with a 30% less likely chance.
The researchers conducted face-to-face, standardised interviews in China with 1,424 lung cancer patients and 4,543 healthy controls which aimed to find out about participants’ lifestyles and diets – in particular how much garlic they ate and whether they smoked.
According to the researchers the “effective components in garlic in lung cancer chemoprevention warrant further in-depth investigation.”
To take advantage of any potential anti-cancer benefits from garlic now, certain rules apply. Cut and peel a piece of fresh garlic and let it sit for fifteen minutes before eating it. This time allows for the release of an enzyme (allinase) that produces the anti-cancer compounds.
Allicin compound has to decompose in order to generate a potent antioxidant. The reaction between the sulfenic acid and radicals is as fast as it can get, limited only by the time. Garlic oil and powder supplements are produced by distilling fresh garlic, and then diluting it with other substances rendering them ineffective. This process destroys the majority of allicin in garlic. AlliMAX is the only nutraceutical with a difference as it is the only one to provide the body with a guaranteed 100% yield of pure stabilized allicin extract.
The researchers suggested that diallyl sulphide – a compound released when a garlic bulb sprouts into cloves – may be at the root of garlic’s preventative potential.
Diallyl sulphide is a breakdown of allicin, an antibiotic and anti-fungal compound largely depleted by cooking or pickling.
While the study concentrated primarily on garlic in its raw state, it can also be consumed in tablet, oil, powder, aged and cooked form.
Garlic (allium sativum) is an important ingredient of Chinese medicine and can be found within many traditional herbal remedies and traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs).
Yet proclamations of these health properties can be found outside of China too. The World Health Organisation’s guidelines recommend a dose of around one clove of fresh garlic for adults per day. While garlic tablets are a licensed drug in Germany, where they are prescribed for the treatment of atherosclerosis.
Most of us buy garlic at a supermarket. We don’t know what kind it is, how fresh it is or where it’s grown. But there’s a good chance it comes from China, which produces 75 percent of the world’s supply — and whose food exports have come under scrutiny after recent discoveries of tainted pet food ingredients, toothpaste and more.
According to Euromonitor International, China produced 13,719,1000 tonnes of the world’s 17,789,7000 tonne supply of garlic in 2012.
Garlic is the United States’ biggest fresh-vegetable import from China, which sent 138 million pounds of it worth more than $70 million last year. The U.S. also gets small amounts from Mexico, Argentina and about 15 other countries.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agricultural Service says dehydrated Chinese garlic imports increased 384 percent in the past 10 years. Independent lab tests found “high levels of lead, arsenic and added sulfites in two supermarket-brand imported garlic powders from store shelves.”
My advice is to buy garlic locally if you can and avoid chinese garlic whenever possible.

‘Is sexuality to be dispensed with – as the price for spiritual emancipation?’ – asks Julian Rose.
What if I posited that ‘third density’ is where the wandering ethereal spirits of the cosmos most want to be..
That it is within third density existence that the setting for a final and full awakening is to be manifest..
That spiritual aspiration which seeks to evolve as an ‘out of body’ state, is a form of elaborate escape mechanism..
An escape mechanism for those who have given-up on the integration of body, mind and spirit within the temple of the human condition.
Well, are not these valid posits?
So let us explore just why we devote so much time trying to be something other than what we are.
Read on, dear friends, if you wish to join in this exploration..
The integration of spirit and the flesh seems like a pretty profound challenge for struggling homo sapiens. So often these two natural allies seem to negate each other – one appearing to revel in a sense of liberation when freed from the other. Indeed, much of Christianity has for centuries extolled the virtue of recognising the superiority of the spiritual over the corporeal – and has recommended living a life moderated according to this dictum.
Many Eastern spiritual teachings recommend long periods of largely corporeally static meditation in order to make contact with the divine in one’s self and come closer to that same power in the beyond. Well, it may work, but you will probably end up with a body like the laughing Budha – however at least he saw the joke..
It has also been suggested that long term devotion to spirit uplifting and mind expanding techniques will cause the human physique to undergo a steady physical evolution. One in which the head becomes the dominant feature and the body shrinks into a mere slither of its former self.
It is thought, in these circles, that aspiration for unity with Source requires much exercising of the pineal gland and other neglected regions of the neocortex. So that other bodily organs get steadily receding levels of attention and stimulation, until they eventuality shrink into almost nothing.
We have probably all seen those pictures of supposedly ‘advanced’ humans, with huge triangular shaped heads, bulging dilated eyes and tiny waif-like bodies tapering into skinny and strangely prehistoric looking legs and feet. Well, would you like to end up looking like this?
The first thing that strikes me is how sexless these beings appear. They seem to be neutered; and that is expressed also in their pinched facial expression and small straight-set mouths. Altogether a very unsavoury mix!
Whether this is actually ‘an alien’ (as in Roswell incident) or an evolved human does not matter that much, because there exists a school of spiritual thinking which believes that is where we are headed anyway. It is a school which tends to debase sexuality, seeing it not as a source of profound richness – but as something of a persistent problem.
Which raises the question: is sexuality to be dispensed with – as the price for spiritual emancipation?
Persistent denial of the tactile subtleties of the physical senses, in favour of a pure spirituality, would no doubt lead we humans to lose our sensual proclivity and physical human beauty. Just as indulging in over-the-top hedonistic excesses produces a distorted and unbalanced physique and the loss of our ability to develop higher levels of conscious awareness. We are looking for something which is neither of these extremes.
Catch for a moment in your mind’s eye Michael Angelo’s superbly sculptured statue of David in Florence’s Piazza della Signoria. David’s fine torso, so delicately balanced between male and female, is sublimely expressive of the beauty of the human physique. An expressiveness which would not be so resonant if it did not also suggest both a spiritual dimension and intellectual curiosity. Its sexual resonance is not pronounced, but finely nuanced.
Now cut to that futuristic and supposedly advanced/evolved sexless being I have already described earlier. Shock!
Now to be fair, this ‘E.T’ like creature (should it exist) might well be the nicest of beings and possibly even very clever – so I must not pour scorn on it just because of the way it looks. However, the way things look usually reflects, in varying degrees, the way things are. Or at least, has a tendency to express a realised emotional condition or an unrealised emotional condition. And this looks to me to be a distinctly unrealised condition.
Other worldly states exist; and have their unique adaptations to the conditions in which they manifest.
However, I believe it likely that most of those reading this essay, made the decision to come (back) to planet Earth. So one should ask ones-self: why?
Maybe because we retained a memory of some much better time here. A time in which we were more expressed and shared in a life that was generally joyous. Or, it might be that we deeply sensed that the joyous human state could yet be lit-up here on Earth; in ways that are unique, imaginative and expressive of an inherent state of genius.
We were all, in different ways, drawn back to this extraordinary place, sensing, as we grew up, that we had a mission – a great task to which we needed and longed to commit.
The confusion that we found, after reaching a certain state of objective awareness, drove some of us to commit to a life in which we attempted (are attempting) to establish a deeper order and manifestation of that which strikes us as ‘true’.
This commitment has a certain price. A constraining affect on our natural inclination to express and explore deeply felt needs and emotional awakenings. To more fully indulge and share the beauty and bounty of the human condition. But in a world torn apart by dissident beliefs and irrational desires – none of us can afford to indulge for long in such luxuries. We have to commit – or die.
However, the reward for those travelling ‘the committed path’ is that there are often powerful glimpses of the world to come along the way; glimpses of the extatic. Windows that briefly blow open but then slam closed again. Fragments of a life that ‘could be’ – if the current order of values was reversed – and humanity started flowering according to the same current that causes plants to break into radiant flower and trees into glorious blossom.
Do trees and flowers long to be that which they are not?
It is my contention that our third density state, far from being something to continuously strive to get beyond, is exactly where we want and need to be. A place which acts as a magnet towards which great ethereal cosmic entities/energies are powerfully drawn. They are already deeply curious about the magnetic strength of Earth and the beauty of her seas, forests and mountains – her abundant flora and fauna.
But most of all, they wonder about us.
They sense that there is something truly special about our embrace; our acts of congress; our moments of extacy. Yet it is something they cannot directly experience. They both want – and don’t want – to be transformed into that particular state of sensuality which takes place in the dimension we call third density. Joys which we humans are so privileged to be able to experience.
I tell you, we have hardly begun to experience the wealth that we have at our fingertips in our quest to unite body, mind and spirit. But united they must be.
No wonder the gods are jealous. Some, out of frustration, even try to persuade us that it is they who hold the secret of enlightenment! Ha! But who can really blame them for the odd gripe – after aeons of existence as free roaming etheric pulses of ‘the now’, maybe it’s difficult to have to admit that you are not, after all, the be and end all of great aspiration – and that what you really want is to finally experience a bit of gravity based solidity?
OK, so we have it – and we are indeed most fortunate for that. But so as to utilise our time on Earth
to the full, we had better make sure that we keep our heads in proper proportion to our bodies – and our bodies themselves in a properly fit condition. For it is a very fine and wondrous thing that the unsullied proportions of the male and female physique are so well defined and so pleasingly balanced.
Witness the subtle athleticism that emerges in the art of the dance; the uniquely proud stance of the Kenyan Massai; the almost hypnotic beauty of practised exponents of Tai Chi; the simple body-sweep of the scythe as performed by the World’s humble peasant farmers … and so on.
These are not ‘head led’ exigencies, but emanate from the area of the solar plexus.
When in doubt about where the centre of the universe lies, go to the solar plexus. It is from here that energies radiate out in every direction, feeding all the organs of the body. Mankind will not develop a swollen head and waif-like body so long as the main point of equilibrium remains in the solar region. The point of balance for the human physique as well as the human esprit. Start again from here – and all will fall into place quite naturally.
I find that I have been describing manifestations which are all moving in the direction of what we call art. And it this ‘art’ that is our essentially human tool for creating ‘heaven on Earth’. The artist is not bent upon raising his or her vibratory level to ever higher states, as the spiritualist is, but is more intent upon pulling down unto himself that which gives fuel to his creativity.
There is, in this route to fulfilment, a tacit acceptance of the dimension (density) in which we find ourselves. Not an attempt to escape from it. The trick is to get the spirit to become engaged in the Earthly creative process. To harness it to the need to take action. To bring creative equilibrium into life on Earth and to bring down the darkly domineering oppressors of humanity.
That is the missing ingredient of the purely spiritual aspirant, where a kind of built-in passivity shuns taking action; preferring to remain closed-off to the nitty gritty of life.
Our great guide throughout all, however, is ‘intuition’. The one force that is common to both art and spirit. Spirit and intuition are like lovers, they intertwine, and at moments – are one.
An artisan will take this intuitive receptivity and turn it into a creative action. That is the art of living. Not as ‘art for art’s sake’ but for the socio-economic and spiritual emancipation of humanity. This is the fuel upon which the new society is to be built. No uniquely spiritual agenda will ever achieve the transformative movement of true change.
Never mind that the gods are jealous. We must all turn our attention to fully embracing our third density roles and goals – for their seams are unimaginably rich and as yet, barely touched.

To seek a high credit score or a life without debt, that is the question. When seeking a high credit score, you must make sure to have a perfect-payment history, stability on your job, an expanding credit history, and available credit you carefully use and repay. To get started, financial planners will recommend that you obtain a low-limit (like $500) secured credit card, use it, and pay it all back. The goal is to gain a high score to have easy access to credit for a car or mortgage. That said, financial planners are unlikely to ever tell you how to live credit-free and avoid the misery of mounting debt.
Why don’t they tell you? From global to national to local, all money is derived from a debt-based monetary system and is, itself, a debt instrument (read: Federal Reserve Note on a dollar bill). Most financial planners are well-meaning but have not been educated on these facts and, therefore, cannot advise you accordingly.
The untold truth about money is what any online inflation calculator can tell you; $1.00 is now worth less than .o4 cents and keeps losing value due to how the system works. What this means to you is that the cost of living has skyrocketed and outpaces earning. Credit rushes in to fill the gap and you are the one stuck with the bill.
Knowledge of this, alone, should be enough to give people pause regarding how they manage their finances; but it appears not to be the case. To choose a life without debt is to think outside the box. It requires proactive strategies that go against the economic grain of a debt-based society. That said, a life without debt and how to accomplish it is well-worth consideration.
Growing up in the ’50s and ’60s, when the dollar was worth more, my parents paid cash for everything and did not own a credit card. Paying for large purchases on lay-away plan was still very common then, and for those too young to know what that is: We would make no-interest payments (at least monthly) for our purchase that the store would keep until the final payment. Receiving the purchase on that last day of payment was oh so exciting!
Also considered horribly old-school today is how my mother managed the family budget. She housed several recycled baby food jars in her desk. Each jar lid had a label on it for: vacations, mortgage payments, school clothes, groceries, utilities, etc. and she would add money to them each pay period. That’s how they stayed out of debt.
My point? Due to the continual loss of money’s purchasing power, it becomes ever more difficult to live without credit, but those who are self-directed still can. When the multiple personal costs of accruing debt are considered (health, marriage and family issues), the alternative starts to look pretty good. Of course, like anything else, there are trade-offs.
Some of the upsides of using credit, albeit a card or any interest-bearing loan:

I have a hard time with people not being willing to recognize what’s obviously in front of their faces. It’s a voluntary mind game people play with themselves to justify whatever it is they think they want. This is massively exacerbated by an array of social engineering tactics, many of which are to create the very mind sets and desires people so adamantly defend.
But that’s no excuse for a lack of simple conscious recognition and frankly makes absolutely no sense.
We can’t blame these manipulators for everything. Ultimately we all have free choice. Plainly seeing what’s right in front of our noses, no matter how well sold or disguised, is our human responsibility. That people would relinquish this innate right and capability totally escapes me.
The Handwriting On the Wall
Actually, it’s much more obvious than even that. Pointless wars costing millions of innocent lives, poisoned food, air and water, demolished resources, manipulated economies run by elitist bankers who nonchalantly lend money with conditions for “interest”, corporate profiteering at any cost to humanity, a medical system built on sickness instead of health, media mindmush poisoning children and adults alike, draconian clampdowns for any reason, and on and on.
Why is this not obvious to people that something is seriously wrong, and clearly intended to be just the way it is? Do they really think it’s gonna iron itself out, especially with clearly psychopathic power mad corrupt maniacs in charge?
That’s what they’ll tell you. “Give it time, we’re just going through a hiccup. Everything works out…” yada yada. Why? Because that’s what they want to believe. And the constructed world system is waiting with open arms to reinforce that insanity. And “Heck, if millions of others feel the same as me I can’t possibly be wrong.”
Fear of Drawing Conclusions
That’s pretty much the bottom line. Acceptance for seeming security. However, if even one of these inroads of control vectors becomes clear to people then their whole world threatens to turn upside down. When two or more start appearing then the discomfort becomes quite intense, and that’s when the decision takes place. Either they keep pursuing this line of awakened thought or they shut it down.
It’s all about comfort. And what a deceptive thing that is! Call it sleepwalking to oblivion or what have you, it’s endemic to today’s dumbed-down society. This is why the education system was their primary target since way back, conditioning humanity from childhood to not think analytically but to simply repeat whatever is in their carefully sculpted curriculum.
But most of all do not question authority.
We see this in the news cycle daily and how people react, or should I say don’t react. They’re taught that until the so-called authorities determine what really happened, whodunnit and all the rest, they’re not allowed to make any sort of judgement. No matter how obvious, whether it’s the “suicide” of a prominent whistleblower by several impossible gunshots to the head or clearly engineered false flag events, they won’t form a decision until they get the “signal” it’s OK to think that way.
The Cost of Cowardice
It’s not just infuriating but literally costing those very people, their children and the rest of us, our lives. We can only hold ourselves accountable for such cowardice. Each of us. Unless we stand up against it. And that is an individual choice, not a group one.
We each answer for ourselves. And once we do answer the call to wake up we take action. That’s the only rational response. We’ll tell others like there’s no tomorrow, because there may not be one if we don’t. We take appropriate action in our own lives first and move to prepare our loved ones for what may be immediate consequences of what we’ve realized is going on and how to avoid or mitigate it. We change our eating and buying habits, we re-evaluate our livelihood, personal attachments and living conditions.
All the while intelligently yet passionately sharing what we’ve discovered to be true and the possible consequences.
That’s called waking up. And it’s not comfortable. It’s a lot of hard work, and takes a lot of courage. But really we’re only acting in a responsible manner when we do so, simply doing what’s right. It’s not that big of a deal – unless our priority is how we appear to others, and keeping old patterns of behavior and possessions that we call “comforts”.
How misleading can anything be?
They say a rut is just a grave with the ends kicked out. I heartily agree.
Waking Up Is A Choice
No one can take away our right to choose. We can comply with circumstances or we can make our own path. We can be true to the truth at any time we choose, or we can go along with the deceit and cover up all around us and just get by, thinking that’s the way of self preservation.
Cover your ass, as they say. It’s insane to the core.
The irony is that that is the biggest lie of all. What happens to one happens to all. When innocents are being slaughtered, whether next door or in some far away land, those are our sons and daughters, brothers and sisters. If we allow this inhumanity to man to flourish it will soon consume all of humanity at the hands of those who think they have the most to gain.
We live in such a world. We have to face it for what it is and respond. That’s the only conscious choice. Not in anger or fear, but in full awareness and an overwhelming love for truth and our fellow man.
It’s the only choice.
Choose – and act – wisely. Don’t shirk it. We all suffer as a result.
Know that to the bone…because it’s the Truth.

Jon Rappoport, Guest
“For the most part, today’s individual wants his spirituality to sit there like a plum on a tree. He doesn’t want it to be highly dynamic. He certainly doesn’t want to make it intensely personal and unique to himself.” (The Magician Awakes, Jon Rappoport)
Readers who have been with me for a while notice that I work against the grain.
This is my natural tendency, but it’s also the result of 30-plus years of research into a number of “sacred cows.” The findings of my research have shown me that civilization supports numerous false realities, and this extends to so-called mental, spiritual, and metaphysical foundations.
There are wide cracks and leaks and large holes.
I have enormous faith, long-term, in the individual. Not in the group. I see the individual as the future, no matter how long it takes, no matter how deep his potential is buried under a mass of propaganda and misdirection.
Over the years, I have written several articles describing the underpinning for my 3 Matrix collections.
This is another one, based on my investigations of: Tibet, modern “consciousness writing,” and the role of psychology in a controlled society.
To begin with, psychology, in theory and therapeutic practice, has a way, over time, of “settling in” to the society around it. With some exceptions, it more and more mirrors the values of society.
To sum it up, mainline psychology considers the individual as having key relationships, and seeks to strengthen, repair, and normalize them.
(To read about Jon’s mega-collection, Exit From The Matrix, click here.)This is all very well for the patient who already considers himself to be living inside fairly conventional boundaries. But when the boundaries themselves are the issue, psychology tends to waver, wobble, tap dance, and even cast doubt on the mental health of the patient, as if his challenging the limits were somehow a sign of “inner imbalance” or neurosis or misperception.
The “playing field” of society is taken as the fundamental ground of operation, and the person who is walking outside those lines, looking in, assessing what is going on, is suspect. He may “require help.”
You won’t get a psychologist to admit what I’m pointing out here, but this conformist aspect of his work has come all the way down from the early, wide-ranging, fantastical ramblings of Freud, to a comfortable and even smug, small narrative.
Why? Because psychology has been determined to establish itself as an institution within the context of society. Smallness of conception is the fate of all such efforts.
For the past 75 years or so, a counter to psychology has emerged and gained popularity. I call it “consciousness mapping.” It begins by acknowledging that normal and average perception is grossly limited, and then moves on to offer an alternative.
However, the emphasis has been placed on explaining a structure or an ultimate object which consciousness, in its elevated state, would apprehend: a pot of gold; a cosmic entity; a universal connectivity.
“This is where you will arrive, and this is what it looks like, and this is what you will know.”
The Big It.
Well, this is attractive, because many people want to hold on to a Big It. They want to know what lies at the end of the road before they step foot on the road for the first time.
The metaphysical calculus of religion is transferred to consciousness itself.
In my search for a different approach to the power of individual consciousness, I came upon the history of early Tibet, before the society hardened into a theocracy.
Several sources were particularly helpful. The work of author John Blofeld (The Tantric Mysticism of Tibet), the writings of the intrepid explorer, Alexandra David-Neel, and a quite unconventional healer, Richard Jenkins, with whom I worked in the early 1960s in New York.
Jenkins once wrote to me: “There are people who want to tell us what consciousness should perceive. They’re blind to the electric, alive, and free nature of awareness. They’re wrapped up in content and addicted to it. Their biggest mistake is omitting the creative nature of human beings…”
That creative nature was the intense focus of the early Tibetans.
These practitioners, teachers, and students, some 1500 years ago, realized that most people viewed consciousness as an accumulator of knowledge. A searching tool, or a receiving apparatus.
Instead, the Tibetans embarked on a far more adventurous course.
Their many images (e.g., mandalas) weren’t meant as depictions of what finally exists in higher realms. Those realms were just as provisional and changeable as the physical world. You might call the multiple locales and dimensions representations of “what humans in certain Asian cultures would expect to encounter in their journeys of spirit.”
In other words, the Tibetans consciously treated their pantheons of gods and semi-gods as convincing illusions.
Several of their key exercises and techniques were all about having students mentally create these illusions in voluminous and meticulous detail. That was difficult enough, to be sure. Far more difficult was the next aspect of their practice: get rid of these creations.
Put them there; take them away.
The Tibetans were committed to living life on the level of imagination, with all that implied.
And what does it imply?
A new psychology. A psychology of unlimited possibility:
A person’s past, his history, his problems, his relationships are all framed against the wider context of what he can imagine and then invent, create, in the world.
Living through and by imagination long enough, the individual discovers that his prior relationships are transformed. They no longer set themselves up as questions or problems.
He is operating from a platform that affords an utterly different, original, and unexpected outcome.
A psychology of possibility not only looks forward to the future, it has a reason to do so. Bringing electricity back into life depends, initially, on viewing possibilities in the space of one’s own imagination.
It may strike you at this point that our current civilization is bent on lowering possibilities; and that is true. That is the psychology of the psyop.
There is a good reason for this programming, as well as the staging of events that seem to give the programming validity. Those who aim to control the destiny of humankind want to shrink the “size of humans.” That is their intent.
A psychology of possibility would reverse that trend and expose it.
That last sentence could serve as a summary of what I’ve been doing in my writing for the past 30 years.
To the casual observer, the weight of this civilization and all its accoutrement seems enormous. But the creative potential of the individual outstrips that structure by light years.
How does the individual realize that fact? What is the spark that ignites his understanding? It all begins in imagination, which is the home of possibility.
If you truly wanted to gain insight into the basis of a person’s problems, you would find it in an area of his imagination where he stored all those things he considered impossible.
Over the years, the “impossibles” build up. And so the future diminishes.
He carves down the size of his journey. He even turns around and tracks backward, revisiting the places he has already inhabited.
What will he find? Basically, what he already knows.
He becomes like the painter who repeats the same theme over and over.
Whereas the blank canvas actually stands for unlimited open space, unlimited possibility.
In the arena of The Group, we see all manner of problems presented along with their solutions. Replace the free market with government control. Conduct a religious revival to wean populations away from their consumerist addictions. Eliminate money altogether, in favor a more “equitable” plan. Provide monetary compensation for every group who has ever been wronged in the past. Achieve better education by reducing it to a Pavlovian series of stimuli and responses. Track and observe every human, 24/7, in order to curb anti-social behavior. Hook all brains up to a super-computer which has trillions of important data. Genetically alter humans, to make them more talented and healthy. And so on.
Each and every solution winds around and ends up against a brick wall, where the outcome is worse than the original dilemma, where suffering is compounded.
If only we were smarter. If only we were more ingenious. If only we had a better plan. But no, I’m afraid that isn’t the difficulty. The difficulty stems from considering humans as groups in the first place.
The secret to the labyrinth is at the beginning, where the individual surrendered to the idea of the group. It was all downhill from there.
As the future of society plays out over the next few hundred years, there will be a return to the individual.
And then he will decide what happens next.
He will decide whether he should remove the filter, through which he sees all remedies as collective and mass remedies.
He will decide whether to breathe life back into his infinite imagination.
He will decide whether to take his own power as seriously as he now takes centralized spirituality

A groundbreaking new study published inMolecular Nutrition & Food Research titled, “Interspecies communication between plant and mouse gut host cells through edible plant derived exosome-like nanoparticles,” reveals a new way that food components ‘talk’ to animal cells by regulating gene expression and conferring significant therapeutic effects. With the recent discovery that non-coding microRNA’s in food are capable of directly altering gene expression within human physiology, this new study further concretizes the notion that the age old aphorism ‘you are what you eat’ is now consistent with cutting edge molecular biology.
Exosomes: The ‘Missing Link’ In How Plants and Animal Cells Communicate and Collaborate
This is the first study of its kind to look at the role of exosomes, small vesicles secreted by plant and animal cells that participate in intercellular communication, in interspecies (plant-animal) communication.
The study explained the biological properties of exosomes as follows:
“Exosomes are produced by a variety of mammalian cells including immune, epithelial, and tumor cells [11–15]. Exosomes play a role in intercellular communication and can transport mRNA, miRNA, bioactive lipids, and proteins between cells [16–19]. Upon contact, exosomes transfer molecules that can render new properties and/or reprogram their recipient cells.”
While most of the research on exosomes has focused on their role in pathological states such as tumor promotion, they were recently found to play a key role in stimulating regeneration within damaged cardiac tissue, and are known to be found in human breast milk, further underscoring how irreplaceable it is vis-à-vis synthesized infant formula.
The New Study
The investigators isolated plant derived exosome-like nanoparticles (EPDENs) from ginger, carrot, grape and grapefruit, and observed their behavior in mammalian cells (mice).
They chose these commonly consumed edible fruits and vegetables because,
“It is well established that a plant-derived diet has great influence on regulation of mammalian host cell homeostasis, in particular, cells in the digestive system [1–3]. Deregulation of plant-derived diet regulated host cell homeostasis leads to increased susceptibility to infections, chronic inflammatory bowel diseases, and cancer [4–10].
They noted, “the cellular and molecular machinery regulating such interspecies mutualism between a plant-derived diet and the mammalian gut is not fully defined.” Their new study aimed to gain new insight into defining the mechanisms through which cross-kingdom crosstalk occurs.
Plant Exosomes Affect Mammalian Cells Intimately
After isolating and characterizing exosome-like nanoparticles from all four edible plants, the researchers discovered they possessed remarkable similarity in size and structure to mammalian-derived exosomes. Furthermore, the study showed “that these exosome-like nanoparticles are taken up by intestinal macrophages and stem cells, and have biological effects on the recipient cells.”
The biological effects were described as follows:
The researchers discussed their results:
“Our findings show that exosome-like nanoparticles are present in edible fruits and vegetables and reveal a previously unrecognized strategy by which plants communicate with mammalian cells via exosome-like nanoparticles in the gut, and in particular intestinal macrophages and stem cells. We found that edible plants contain large amounts of nanoparticles. Like mammalian exosomes, further characterization of the plant nanoparticles led to identifying them as exosome- like nanoparticles based on the nanoparticles being com- posed of proteins, lipids, and miRNAs. EPDENs from different types of plants have different biological effects on the recipient mammalian cells. This finding opens up a new avenue to further study the molecular mechanisms underlying how the plant kingdom crosstalks with mammalian cells such as intestinal macrophages and stem cells via EPDENs. This information may provide the molecular basis of using multiple plant-derived agents for better therapeutic effect than any single plant-derived agent.”
They also offered that their results may explain why those who consume a greater variety of edible plants are healthier:
“It has been known for decades that people eating a variety of edible plants daily are the recipients of many beneficial health effects when compared to subjects that ingest fewer types of edible plants. Ingesting EPDENs from a variety of fruits and vegetables daily would be expected to provide greater beneficial effects for maintaining gut homeostasis than ingesting EPDENs from single edible plant.”
Discussion: Deeper Implications of the Study
As part of the fascinating new fields of epigenetics and nutrigenomics, this new study’s findings promise to expand the relevance of food in the practice of medicine and the prevention of disease. We have crossed a critical threshold in the past few decades where food can no longer considered simply as a source of caloric content, minerals and vitamins, and building blocks for the body-machine. [Learn more by taking the author’s E-Course] Rather, food carries very specific forms of biologically meaningful information (literally ‘to put form into’), without which our genetic and epigenetic infrastructure cannot function according to its intelligent design.
The discovery of plant-dervied exosome-mediated modulation of fundamental mammalian cellular pathways, lends powerful support to the concept that ancestral nutritional practices handed down for countless generations are critical in maintaining our health. With the advent of the post-industrial diet, based largely on ‘food-like’ synthesized nutrition, and the novel introduction of grain-based nutrition in only the past 500 generations, our present diet suffers from a series of profoundly biological incompatible foods.
Millions of years of co-evolutionary processes have generated a wide range of interspecies, cross-kingdom co-dependencies. For instance, mammals and angiosperms (which comprise about 250,000 species and include most of the flowering plants that provide the modern world its diet) co-evolved for at least 200 million years together, and are today two of the most dominant forms of life on the planet. The very molecular and informational fabric of our bodies evolved to intimately depend on the presence of various key food components in the human diet, and the absence of others which may be detrimental to our health. Food components like exosomes may be as important to our health as vitamins and other classically defined ‘nutrients,’ and may even be more important in modulating a wide range of complex genetic- and epigenetic-mediated cellular processes within the body. This may also explain the mystery of how certain fruits, such as pomegranate, have been found to replace the function of the mammalian ovary in an ovariectomy induced models of premature aging. While pomegranate is one of nature’s most concentrated source of bioidentical estrone, exosomes may be the ‘missing link’ as to how a plant food can support complex hormonal processes within the animal body, along with exerting such a wide range of additional therapeutic health effects. This is all the more evidence with plants like turmeric, which have over 600 health benefits and has been found to modulate the expression of thousands of genes simultaneously.
We believe that taken together, the recent discoveries that 1) microRNA’s within foods like rice can enter into our blood and tissue and regulate gene expression 2) that double-stranded RNAs within a wide range of commonly consumed foods have molecular homology with thousands of human RNAs (and are therefore capable of silencing them) 3) that lectins also can directly activate nuclear machinery within certain cells, the addition of exosome-mediated gene modulation, lends further support to the concept that the quality and types of food we consume carry as much relevance in terms of ‘biological destiny’ as the DNA within our genome.
With exciting research now available, the famous quote attributed to Thomas Edison rings truer today than ever:
“The doctor of the future will give no medication, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.”
