Take a look at this picture. Do you know who it is?
Most people haven’t heard of him.
But you should have. When you see his face or hear his name you should get as sick in your stomach as when you read about Mussolini or Hitler or see one of their pictures. You see, he killed over 10 million people in the Congo.
His name is King Leopold II of Belgium.
He “owned” the Congo during his reign as the constitutional monarch of Belgium. After several failed colonial attempts in Asia and Africa, he settled on the Congo. He “bought” it and enslaved its people, turning the entire country into his own personal slave plantation. He disguised his business transactions as “philanthropic” and “scientific” efforts under the banner of the International African Society. He used their enslaved labor to extract Congolese resources and services. His reign was enforced through work camps, body mutilations, executions, torture, and his private army.
Most of us – I don’t yet know an approximate percentage but I fear its extremely high – aren’t taught about him in school. We don’t hear about him in the media. He’s not part of the widely repeated narrative of oppression (which includes things like the Holocaust during World War II). He’s part of a long history of colonialism, imperialism, slavery and genocide in Africa that would clash with the social construction of the white supremacist narrative in our schools. It doesn’t fit neatly into a capitalist curriculum. Making overtly racist remarks is (sometimes) frowned upon in polite society, but it’s quite fine not to talk about genocides in Africa perpetrated by European capitalist monarchs.
Mark Twain wrote a satire about Leopold called “King Leopold’s soliloquy; a defense of his Congo rule“, where he mocked the King’s defense of his reign of terror, largely through Leopold’s own words. It’s 49 pages long. Mark Twain is a popular author for American public schools. But like most political authors, we will often read some of their least political writings or read them without learning why the author wrote them (Orwell’s Animal Farm for example serves to re-inforce American anti-Socialist propaganda, but Orwell was an anti-capitalist revolutionary of a different kind – this is never pointed out). We can read about Huck Finn and Tom Sawyer, but King Leopold’s Soliloquy isn’t on the reading list. This isn’t by accident. Reading lists are created by boards of education in order to prepare students to follow orders and endure boredom well. From the point of view of the Education Department, Africans have no history.
When we learn about Africa, we learn about a caricaturized Egypt, about the HIV epidemic (but never its causes), about the surface level effects of the slave trade, and maybe about South African Apartheid (which of course now is long, long over). We also see lots of pictures of starving children on Christian Ministry commercials, we see safaris on animal shows, and we see pictures of deserts in films and movies. But we don’t learn about the Great African War or Leopold’s Reign of Terror during the Congolese Genocide. Nor do we learn about what the United States has done in Iraq and Afghanistan, potentially killing in upwards of 5-7 million people from bombs, sanctions, disease and starvation. Body counts are important. And we don’t count Afghans, Iraqis, or Congolese.
There’s a Wikipedia page called “Genocides in History”. The Congolese Genocide isn’t included. The Congo is mentioned though. What’s now called the Democratic Republic of the Congo is listed in reference to the Second Congo War (also called Africa’s World War and the Great War of Africa), where both sides of the multinational conflict hunted down Bambenga and ate them. Cannibalism and slavery are horrendous evils which must be entered into history and talked about for sure, but I couldn’t help thinking whose interests were served when the only mention of the Congo on the page was in reference to multi-national incidents where a tiny minority of people were eating each other (completely devoid of the conditions which created the conflict no less). Stories which support the white supremacist narrative about the subhumanness of people in Africa are allowed to be entered into the records of history. The white guy who turned the Congo into his own personal part-plantation, part-concentration camp, part-Christian ministry and killed 10 to 15 million Conglese people in the process doesn’t make the cut.
You see, when you kill ten million Africans, you aren’t called ‘Hitler’. That is, your name doesn’t come to symbolize the living incarnation of evil. Your name and your picture don’t produce fear, hatred, and sorrow. Your victims aren’t talked about and your name isn’t remembered.
Leopold was just one part of thousands of things that helped construct white supremacy as both an ideological narrative and material reality. Of course I don’t want to pretend that in the Congo he was the source of all evil. He had generals, and foot soldiers, and managers who did his bidding and enforced his laws. It was a system. But that doesn’t negate the need to talk about the individuals who are symbolic of the system. But we don’t even get that. And since it isn’t talked about, what capitalism did to Africa, all the privileges that rich white people gained from the Congolese genocide are hidden. The victims of imperialism are made, like they usually are, invisible.

Christianity was founded on the use of religious plants of psychoactive effects. The use of these drugs on religious experiences made Christianity so viral. Jesus had a military-like camp ground which he erected where ever he stayed. The “Tabernacle”, he dubbed it, was a tent like structure Jesus used for psychological warfare. Inside was a complex mind altering system he dubbed the word of god. This led to his victory in Jerusalem and the creation of first christian church “solomon’s temple”. Jesus can credit his complex use of plant derived drugs for his holy miracles and religious experiences.
Holy Anointing Oil
Exodus 29:7 Then shalt thou take the anointing oil, and pour it upon his head and anoint him.
The holy anointing oil is an intoxicating oil extract. The 18 kg of plant material that is dissolved into 3.7 liters of olive oil yields a potent essential oil. The transdermal application of the Holy Oil led to its absorption and psychoactive effects, even in extremely low doses. The bible suggests anointing with a large amount of oil possibly to ensure a psychedelic response.
“ Holy Anointing Oil Exodus 30:22-25:
Pure myrrh, 500 shekels (about 6 kg)
Sweet cinnamon, 250 shekels (about 3 kg)
Calamus, 250 shekels (about 3 kg)
Cassia, 500 shekels (about 6 kg)
Olive oil, one hin (3.7 Liters)”
Olive oil is a perfect transdermal carrier for drugs due to its specific fatty acid content. This means that it can cause drug effects from simply rubbing on your skin. The amount of oil used in the holy anointing oil makes it extremely potent requiring little oil for effect.
Myrrh is a resin that is used widely in the bible. Myrrh contains the terpenes furanoeudesma-1,3-diene and curzarene which are Mu-opioid agonists. This means that inhaling or absorbing myrrh incense can cause a drug reaction similar to painkillers like morphine.
Calamus is a root that has been widely used as a plant medicine. This plant is known to cause intoxications, but the chemical responsible is yet to be determined. Calamus contains a cannabinoid allorestic modulator as well as other psychoactive phytochemicals. Essentially this would regulate the effect marijuana would have on the brain, in a potential anti-stoned effect. This in turn, could cause someone partaking in an ancient hindu festival of drinking bhang (cannabis tea) to return to a normal state of mind.
Calamus contains many different active chemicals. Beta-asarone is a sedative and tranquilizer that is present at 2,000 – 48,000 ppm in calamus. It has been suggested as a hallucinogen but hasn’t been proven. Isoeugenol is also a sedative being present at 228 – 12,510 ppm. Alpha-asarone is also a sedative present at 132 – 6,500 ppm.
Elemicin is a strong hallucinogen present at 10 – 650 ppm. A minimum of 155 grams of calamus root is needed to produce an effect from Elemicin. Alpha-pinene is a perfume and sedative present at 280 ppm. The holy anointing oil extract contains a potent amount of this plant.
Sweet cinnamon contains linalool as well as Methyl Chavicol. Linalool acts as an anxiolytic. Methyl Chavicol has been shown to alter rats behavior in a similar manner to other hallucinogens.
Cassia contains similar compounds as sweet cinnamon. Cassia contains a higher percentage of cinnamic aldehyde. Cassia’s main difference from sweet cinnamon is the abundance of a compound called coumarin. When eaten, this compound would lower appetite and could cause liver damage causing metabolic changes to ingested compounds.
“Leviticus 10:6. Do not… tear your clothes, lest you die [also] and lest God’s wrath should come upon all the congregation;
10:7 And you shall not go out from the door of the Tent of Meeting (Tabernacle), lest you die, for the Lord’s anointing oil is upon you. And they did according to Moses’ word.”
These properties explain biblical quotes of the oil being upon you. The “intoxicant” effects are thus the lord. Essentially Leviticus 10:6 is saying that if you have a bad trip, you will have distress inside, equivalent to death.
The rules of keeping your clothes on and intact as well as staying inside are given to prevent such a bad trip. If you get anxiety, others will too, especially in a psychological setting. This oil would be used in mass quantities and rubbed over every part of the tabernacle. The tabernacle must have smelled from a distance in the desert.
Exodus 16 14,31 And when the dew that lay was gone up, behold, upon the face of the wilderness there lay a small round thing, as small as the hoar frost on the ground. And the house of Israel called the name thereof Manna: and it was like coriander seed, white; and the taste of it was like wafers made with honey.
Manna was a holy food that was white and brown, circle shaped, and would appear in the morning dew. The Israelites would live off it when traveling from village to village. Once they got near a village, it would disappear.
“John 6:31 “Our fathers ate the manna in the wilderness; as it is written, “HE GAVE THEM BREAD OUT OF HEAVEN TO EAT.”
Exodus 12:19-20 And Moses said, Let no man leave of it till the morning. Notwithstanding they harkened not unto Moses, but some of them left of it until the morning, and it bred worms and stank: and Moses was wroth with them. And they gathered it every morning, every man according to his eating. and when the sun waxed hot it melted…”
Terrence Mckenna suggested that this was the exact description of psilocybin containing mushrooms. Manna was even found in the morning dew which was perfect for mushroom growth. Magic mushrooms can cause hallucinations and emotional experiences. The ‘Presence’ of the lord was really a personification of the effects of the mushrooms.
One study showed that mushrooms were considered by the users as one of their top 5 most spiritually significant events of their lives. These mushrooms grow naturally in Israel. If the Israelites were living off bread made of magic mushrooms, they would eventually stop having hallucinations and it would serve as purely food.
Exodus 30:34 And the Lord said unto Moses, “Take unto thee sweet spices: stacte and onycha and galbanum; these sweet spices with pure frankincense, of each shall there be a like weight. 37 And as for the perfume which thou shalt make, ye shall not make it for yourselves according to the composition thereof; it shall be unto thee holy for the Lord.
Galbanum contains 3-pinene which is a gaba agonist. Inhalation would cause anti-anxiety effects which would cause similar effects as Xanax or alcohol.
Frankincense is an incense that contains a chemical called incensole acetate. It causes a decrease in anxiety and has synergism with Galbanum. It is a gaba agonist with similar effects as alcohol or xanax.
This incense would be a relaxant and would lower anxiety. The large plums of smoke would make it easy to be affected by its composition. The bible said for the Holy incense to never stop burning making it seem that they used large amounts of materials. This would make people always around it adhere to their duties due to the feedback the Holy Incense causes.
God in the Burning Bush
Exodus 3:2 And the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed.
Acacia is a tree with bark that contains DMT and DMT derivatives. DMT is one of the strongest hallucinogens known to man. When combined with an MAOI chemical, DMT becomes highly orally active. Acacia is used widely in the bible as being part of the ark of the covenant as well as part of the tabernacle.
Syrian Rue is a bush that contains potent MAOI chemicals. It grows in the area the bible takes place.
Song of Songs 4:13-15
Your plants are an orchard of pomegranates with choice fruits, with henna and nard, nard and saffron, calamus and cinnamon, with every kind of incense tree, with myrrh and aloes and all the finest spices. You are a garden fountain, a well of flowing water streaming down from Lebanon.
***These biblical quotes are those of bliss. To proclaim these as bliss is like describing a psychoactive effect EVERYONE will have to. This makes it a true word of nature or god.
Spikenard, also called nard, is an anxiolytic and nootropic. Jesus was anointed with a big jar of spikenard. Spikenard increases gaba as well as serotonin in the brain. Spikenard is thus synergistic with many other sedatives in the bible and would cause anti-depressant and relaxant effects.
Saffron is a spice derived from the crocus flower. It is the most expensive spice by weight. Its effects on the human body come at low doses. It is shown to be an anti-depressant in humans. This is caused by saffron’s effect on the gaba receptors. These effects would be similar to taking an anti-anxiety drug such as Xanax which is similar to alcohol.
Other drug plants in the bible
Ecclesiastes 9:7 “Go, eat your food with gladness, and drink your wine with a joyful heart, for God has already approved what you do”.
Wine contains alcohol which is currently the most commonly used intoxicant. Some biblical quotes claim drinking to be unholy while others suggest that it isn’t wrong unless it changes who you are.
Zechariah 1:10And the man that stood among the myrtle trees answered and said, “These are they whom the Lord hath sent to walk to and fro throughout the earth.”
Myrtus communis contains anxiolytic effects. In one study, the effects of the essential oil were stronger than the actual anxiolytic drug it was compared to.
1 Kings 19:5 And as he lay and slept under a juniper tree, behold, then an angel touched him, and said unto him, Arise and eat.
Juniper fruit contains 530-9200 ppm alpha pinene which is a sedative. The fruit also contains limonene and myrcene which also act as sedatives.
Lamentations 3:15 He hath filled me with bitterness, he hath made me drunken with wormwood.
Wormwood is a plant that contains thujone. One of the main components of the drink absinthe. Effects of eating are hallucinationsand seizures. Too much can cause death.
Genesis 30:15 But she said to her, “Wasn’t it enough that you took away my husband? Will you take my son’s mandrakes too?” “Very well,” Rachel said, “he can sleep with you tonight in return for your son’s mandrakes.”
Mandrake is a plant that contains atropine, scopolamine, apoatropine, and hyoscyamine which cause hallucinations, delusions, and paranoia. If too much is ingested it can cause death. These compounds are responsible for the drug effects witches would endure. They would produce their “flying ointments” and rub on a soaked broom stick to hallucinate. In non-lethal doses it is an overwhelming deliriant.
Jesus healing people
Matthew 4:24 Then His fame went throughout all Syria; and they brought to Him all sick people who were afflicted with various diseases and torments, and those who were demon-possessed, epileptics, and paralytics; and He healed them.
Jesus healed with holy means. He healed the blind, possessed, epileptic, bleeding, paralyzed and many others. Much of this healing was used as a way to prove to the people that Jesus was in fact the son of god. Jesus used his holy anointing oil as well as his holy perfume to achieve some healing traits.
Epileptic people were easily healed by a dose of either the holy perfume or the holy anointing oil. The sedatives contained in them would cause their neurons to decrease excitation.
The blind people were somewhat healed by the hallucinogenic nature of the holy anointing oil. Psychedelic effects can cause people to see things with their eyes even if they are blind. Other healing aspects could be due to the hallucinogenic effects the holy anointing oil caused.
Jesus had powers no other man had. Using plant derived drugs was one of his methods to heal and perform miracles. Jesus became accepted as the son of god due to his reputation of his special psychedelic powers.
Psychoactive warfare is the act of changing a culture, or a state, through drug response vulnerabilities of the people. People in biblical times were unable to understand drugs and their prevalence in nature. This confusion allowed their ideology to become a simply mold for psychological change.
The Tabernacle was a site of religious injection into society. The camp full of people which would surround the tabernacle was the genesis of a new mutation of society. With positive intent came benefits to the society. Christianity didn’t just thrive because of a ‘magic trick’. It gave the society an edge over others because it reduced evil that couldn’t be controlled through laws. Jesus led the way for the evolution of society.

It is my intention to achieve and maintain a state of balance, bliss, love, rapture, inspiration, and peace; in essence, to live from a higher state of energy.
I believe that this is the ultimate desire of every human being. Regardless of the specifics of the desires and dreams that an individual may have, who among us does not desire for these qualities to infuse our lives?
Therefore the question isn’t if this is what we want or not, because of course it is. The question is how do we attain these six qualities of an extraordinary life?
Acting On Our Creative Desires
It is common, when working towards personal transformation or spiritual practice in general, to assume that habits are the source of these energies in our lives. And to a degree it is true, because when we act in alignment with our genuine self and calling our energy is realigned with Spirit and we become available for heightened states of awareness/energy.
But I have also found that our actions and our thoughts stem from these heightened states even more powerfully than our thoughts and actions are able to produce them.
Therefore it is important to understand the need for balance between action and stillness;between our habits and between simply surrendering and connecting. For it is precisely our insatiable tendency towards always acting, always needing something to be going on, always needing to be distracted by something, that has created these problems for us in the first place.
What I have seen with myself is that when I focus on writing, which is a passion of mine, I achieve all of these states naturally and organically. But it is not just the act of writing itself which helps me personally access this higher state of energy (higher in relative terms according only to my own experience). Of equal importance is the initial impulse to write and the state of connection that is conducive to allowing for and acting on this desire to write.
In the same way that everyone who has ever established an exercise regimen or a yoga practice can tell you, a large part of the difficulty of the continued practice is not just in the actual practice itself. Because we know that so long as we start we are usually guaranteed to compete the session or routine.
The difficulty is in overcoming the fixed course of our internal dialogue which is resistant to this new practice or habit or way of being, and making that internal shift necessary to act on that desire. In other words, overcoming that mental obstacle that is the only thing separating us from acting on our desires and our calling even.
We all have ideas and desires that are powerful and spontaneous – which are truly inspired – but we delay acting on them simply because the fixed course of our internal dialogue takes us in a different, but entirely routine direction. This occurs because our mental and energetic framework is out of alignment with this infinite awareness and powerful force that exists within us.
So the most direct way to change our lives isn’t necessarily to begin establishing new habitshoping that they will raise our level of consciousness, but rather to realign our energy and our attention to connect to this higher level of consciousness and allow our actions and habits to be a spontaneous expression of the higher consciousness that we are already at.
The key then is to synchronize with this force and to establish an open line of communication between this higher consciousness or higher self as it is sometimes called, and our actions. And it is this state which results in the spontaneous and natural embodiment of bliss, balance, love, rapture, inspiration, and peace – the six qualities of an extraordinary life.
Now the best practice that I know of to access this higher consciousness and overcome the fixed course of our internal dialogue is the practice of silence. Not meditation specifically, but simply silence: being silent, sitting quietly, observing, not doing anything, but simply allowing our awareness to expand in this silence and becoming open and available to the descent of Spirit and the impulses of intention. In other words, allowing yourself to maintain a state of silence in order to become inspired to do what you know you desire to do.
The effect that this has is that it disrupts our internal dialogue by bringing it into the realm of our conscious mind. So often we go through our lives on autopilot because we are engaged (distracted) by the routine and regular flow of our daily lives.
The downside however is that once our internal dialogue becomes sub-conscious, then it influences us and guides our actions subconsciously. Now that is not really an issue if you are living your dream and your doing what you love every day. However if you are not, then it is your internal dialogue which is subconsciously determining your thoughts, attitudes, emotions, behaviors, and actions and manifesting more of the same into your life.
But between each and every one of our thoughts is an infinite awareness which has inherent within it all of the six qualities of an extraordinary life which I have outlined above. And it is there, ever present, between each of our thoughts. Yet most of us are not living from that space of unlimited and uplifting energy, and are instead caught up in the current of our internal dialogue and in the drama of our lives which it is ultimately repeating again and again until we break free.
And while meditation is a direct and effective method of shutting off the internal dialogue, or at least interrupting it so that silence can infuse our lives with these qualities for a time (the length of which increases by degrees as you practice), we also need to do this same thing within our lives as well.
We need also to find this silence on another level in order to translate our inspiration and our ideas into our lives and into the world. So in the same way that it is important to interrupt the incessant internal dialogue of our minds in order to create space for creativity, inspiration, and transformation, we also need to do so on another level: the daily routines of our lives.
Our lives and our daily routines are the manifestation of our internal dialogue. So, as hard as it may be to accept, your life is a projection of your internal reality. Therefore just as it is important to create space in our minds for inspiration and such to come through, it is also important to create space in our lives to translate some of that new energy into action so that we can make direct changes to our lives, and so spontaneous inspired action can come through as well.
So next time you find yourself procrastinating doing something that you know you want to do, and enjoy doing, try creating space and just being silent. Much of the time when we are procrastinating acting on our inspirations and our heart centered desires, it is because the are not a part of our habitual energetic alignment and corresponding internal dialogue.
Therefore while sitting in front of the T.V. and guiltily knowing that we would rather be [meditating/writing/reading/whatever it is that you like to do], it takes a lot of effort to shift right from that deeply ingrained habit to something else. So instead of trying to do that, simply commit yourself to sitting in silence for a bit.
Instead of turning off the TV to get up and run or meditate or whatever, simply commit to turning off the television and going somewhere quiet to sit for a little bit. This is much less of a shift and a commitment, thus it is easier to do. Yet when you enter into silence and create space in this fashion something truly magical happens.
The longer that you sit for, even if it is just 15 minutes, you will find yourself slowly and naturally actually wanting to do what before seemed like such an enormous task. And all it takes is that little time of silence, because as soon as silence is established and our attention is no longer directed at something which is very distracting, then our energy begins to realign with ourselves – our genuine self and higher self – and our mental dialogue changes accordingly, and the urge to act in alignment with this new and higher energy begins to guide us.
This is all such a natural process, and for this reason it is not only useful for overcoming our mental obstacles to acting upon our passions and our inspiration, it is also essential for discovering our passion and our calling. Because once we get into this space, whatever desires compel us into action are automatically in tune with who we are at a much deeper level.
Creating Space In Your Life
Therefore in your day, apart from your meditation practice, I encourage you to cultivate space. You could start your day off with a silence, or simply take a few minutes in between task to see what you are inspired to do in that moment, or you could use silence to shift into a higher state so that you can pierce the veil between you and higher consciousness as I suggested above. The length of time is irrelevant. Just long enough to center yourself in a place where you feel good, and feel good about what you are doing and how you are using your time.
This space is time when you are not meditating, or reading a book, or doing yoga, or eating, or cooking, or exercising, but simply being. And if you create this space every day, then eventually a time will come when you find yourself spontaneously inspired into action. This is the effect desired and it is guaranteed if you are consistent in your practice of creating space.
The famous musician David Crosby (of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young) had a practice where he would leave a space of an hour open every day where he would sit and wait for lyrics to come. He wouldn’t coax them to come, he would just sit and wait. And sometimes a tune would spontaneously appear in his mind and he would write it down, but if it didn’t, then he wasn’t stressed and he would sit patiently in silence all the same and simply wait, ideally without expectations.
Franz Kafka had a similar observation:
“You do not need to leave your room. Remain sitting at your table and listen. Do not even listen, simply wait, be quiet still and solitary. The world will freely offer itself to you to be unmasked, it has no choice, it will roll in ecstasy at your feet.”
And in this space we become available for this force that is behind us at higher levels of our awareness to come through and create and to express the truest essence of ourselves. And one day we may learn to live from this force in each moment of our lives and have it guide our every action and endeavor, our creativity, our choices, spontaneously and correctly because this guidance is in the most perfect alignment with who we really are and with the universe that it is possible to achieve. Because these actions emanate through us from our higher consciousness which is at the level of universal consciousness itself.
Ultimately we can live from this force in every moment of our lives. For many of us our lives are obstructing this force, but that statement is not exactly true. What is really occurring is that we are obstructing this force working through us, and our minds are simply a reflection of this internal obstruction.
To change this is a simple yet consistent process akin to the practice of yoga. Through yoga we enter poses that unblock energy that has been either trapped or become stagnant within us, and by doing so it increases the flow of energy within our body (by removing these blocks) but also by helping us to align with and connect to universal energy which, over time, begins to flow throughout our bodies and animate us on a much higher frequency, as it is meant to. For we are cosmic, spiritual, universal, or galactic beings. Whichever word resonates most closely with you.
We are the focal point of infinite, universal consciousness, and our bodies and our individuality is a projection of that consciousness. And that consciousness is accessible within us all and is an immeasurable and enormous force that is waiting to act through each of us to accomplish and manifest all that we already desire to be and become.
We only need to awaken to this higher consciousness and come into alignment with it. And through us it will work miracles exactly in alignment with who we knew we were and could become all along, and yet in ways beyond what we could imagine.
So just like in the practice of yoga, all that we need to do is practice creating space in our lives, and then from this space the true expression of ourselves – and much higher energy/consciousness – emanates. And it gradually unblocks the energy that is stagnant in our lives, thereby restructuring our lives, as it guides us (our energy) into new actions, new habits, new thoughts, new emotions, new experiences, new relationships, and possibly even to new paths altogether.
Realizing An Extraordinary Life
About 80% of people dislike what they do every day, and this is why, because they never create the space for their true nature to come through and inspire them to a new course of action and to a new path that is their true calling. And this would spontaneously and irreparably break that daily routine that presently defines them, but which really distorts and imprisons them because it obstructs their true nature and their true purpose.
To a degree we are imprisoned by our actions and our habits because so much of the time they are arbitrarily chosen from our habitual internal dialogue instead of from higher consciousness and a place of inspiration. Or we simply repeat what we did yesterday because that’s is how we learned to live, behave, think, feel and act when we were young, even though it didn’t satisfy us then nor is it bringing us closer towards our dreams. And sometimes we become so stuck in our ways and our routines and there is no outside force that is acting upon us which will dislodge our routines and set us on a new path towards self-realization and self-actualization of the deepest dreams and most enormous power that is lying at wait within each and every one of us.
Creating space, both through meditation and through a literal space in our daily lives, opens us up to just such a force. Except that force is really an internal force, and it is higher consciousness. And when we become available for higher consciousness by creating space and allowing for it, then our actions truly change because instead of working towards bliss, balance, inspiration, exhilaration, and enthusiasm, we live from it.
All our actions are then infused with these energetic/emotional qualities because those qualities where what inspired that action. This is precisely what Wayne Dyer meant when he said:
“There is no way to happiness. Happiness is the way.”
Your thoughts, emotions, and actions determines your life. Of that there is no question. But your habits alone are not the most important thing. Establishing habits for the sake of establishing them and because you think they will get you to where you desire to go is not the most effective course of action and it probably won’t work.
Instead strive to achieve higher consciousness and then create space for this higher consciousness to spontaneously inspire you to a course of action. And when you get in this universal creative flow, all the bonds of your life will be broken and you will find yourself living an extraordinary life and experiencing the six qualities of an extraordinary life at levels you never thought where possible for you.
Just like in yoga however, this is a gradual process. And it is one which will take place over a period of time, therefore it requires your commit to it. Your life will not change in a day. But if you begin to open up to higher consciousness, this new energy will begin to slowly and incrementally infuse your life and help you to express your energy in such a way that unblocks the energetic blocks and stagnant energy in your life to allow energy to flow as it is directed where it needs to be directed for you to grow.
You too can achieve these six qualities of balance, bliss, love, rapture, inspiration and peace. It is your birthright, and it is in your very nature to live from these emotions. Indeed it is your fundamental nature. And to do so, above all other potential habits, establish the daily practice of silence. And when inspiration calls, when genius whispers to you in the space between your thoughts, listen to it.

Did Our Ancestors View Our World As A Multidimensional Universe?
We are all familiar with the make-up of our bodies on physical levels. We have a heart and lungs, a liver and pancreas, kidneys, muscles and bones. We also have of glands, including our thyroid and pituitary, which secrete hormones and regulate our bodily functions.
All in all, it believed by many that we are merely made up a complex series of bio-chemical processes, period. This view of health, healing and medicine has been around for hundreds of years. It is based upon a Newtonian view of the world, which sees all life as a series of intricate mechanisms. According to this viewpoint, doctors are taught to conceptualize the body as simply a glorified machine. In turn, modern medicine endeavors to repair maladies of the body with a monkey wrench, a pair of pliers and some bailing twine.
But are we, as human beings, really just glorified machines?
As we move into the new millennium, we are poised at a unique point in human history where science and religion are becoming one. With it, a new standard of health and medicine is beginning to unfold. This new model sees the body, not only as a series of organs, glands and biological processes, but as a network of complex subtle energies that interact with one another. This explanation of the life experience is called the Einsteinian paradigm.
The Einsteinian paradigm corroborates many of the esoteric principals and spiritual beliefs that have been part of our world’s cultures for millennium. These traditions hypothesize that all things, including man, are made up of a vast array of interconnecting subtle energies and energetic fields. This perspective makes it easy for us to appreciate how we are all connected to one another and to everything that occupies our universe, both seen and unseen.
The Role Of Subtle Energies – The Subtle Bodies
This shift in viewpoint also makes it ease to comprehend that we are made up of more than just a physical body. Actually we are made up of 5 separate, distinct but equal “bodies”. They include the physical body, the etheric body, the astral body, the mental and causal bodies. Existing at different vibratory rates or frequencies, each of these subtle bodies occupies the same time-space continuum as our current 3-dimensional world, but exist on subtle levels that are unseen by the naked or untrained eye.
The casual body is the world of spirit and is associated with the world of pure energy. It is the place were our soul joins with the cosmic conscious, the universe, or feels one with God. It is from here that we, as humans, create our group conscious. The causal body is the highest subtle energy field.
The mental body is the world of thoughts. It reflects our ability to think and construct images and ideas. It is where our ideas and imagination transition from the nothingness of the casual body and enter into the constructs of the conscious mind.
The astral or emotional body expresses itself in our feelings and emotions. It reflects our ability to communicate our needs and desires. By taking the thoughts and ideas of the mental body, it is able to organize or establish patterns, with which we can later manifest. It is where our integrity and truth are derived.
The expression of the etheric body is the physical world or world of matter. It is concerned with the processes and activities of energy, in and around the physical body and the manifestation onto the physical plane. It is responsible for the growth and repair of the physical body. It is also the subtle energy we tap into when we manifest our needs and desired onto the physical plane.
How Subtle Energies Works – The Chakras
Each of these subtle bodies interacts with us on physiological levels. Energy or information flow between the subtle bodies via the “chakras” or energy centers. Like the physical body, there are seven major chakras in each of the subtle bodies. Chakras function similar to electrical transformers, stepping down energy from one frequency to another. Energy is exchanged via a series of tubes or vortexes from one level to another, with the chakra functioning as a sort of relay station. Incoming energy is slowed down until it reaches a vibration or frequency that our bodies can assimilate. In essence, the chakras regulate the flow of energy into our bodies, providing it to us in a form in which we can handle.
The chakras of the mental body, for example, reduce the vibrational frequency of the energy it receives from the casual body. From here it is either disseminated into the mental body, or is passed on and slowed down even further as it travels on to layers of a slower vibratory rate. This continues through each of our subtle bodies, until it reaches the physical body, where a physiological or hormonal response occurs.
Subtle Energies & Health
When our energy is moving and flowing, we remain in a state of health and wellbeing. When our energy slows down, becomes stagnant or blocked, we manifest dis-ease. Dis-ease is the reaction to an imbalance in the flow of our life force energy. Imbalances in the energy of the mental body can manifest as narrow-mindedness, disrespect for life and nature, or materialism. Imbalances of the astral body manifest as anger, rage, phobias, depression, and hate. Imbalances of the etheric body manifest in the form of a cold, back pain, arthritis, or cancer.
Once an imbalance is experienced and takes hold in one of the subtle bodies it can then trickle down and manifest on a physical level. Dis-ease is typically first experienced on subtle energetic levels weeks, months or longer, before it is felt physically.
Let me give you an example of how this works. At a psychic fair, I performed a clairvoyant reading for a woman in her late sixties. Upon first looking at her energy, I noted a dark, heavy, stagnant energy sitting over the center of her chest. I shared with her that within this dense energy, I could feel that there was a deep seated, unresolved emotional issue at work. Upon further exploration, I felt that this energy had to do with her mother. Without a breath, she responded that it couldn’t be true. She shared with me that she had been adopted as an infant and had never known her birth mother, therefore, there could not possibly be any issues surrounding her.
Energetically speaking, however, I could clearly see a large blockage in her astral body, in the area of her 4th chakra or heart center. I felt that she either wasn’t aware of this issue on a conscious level or was in an extreme state of denial. Intellectually I could understand where her perception came from. She had been adopted as an infant. The feelings or abandonment had been a part of her since her first moments on earth. They contributed to her identity of self. Through the years, these unresolved emotional issues filtered down through the subtle bodies and manifested in the form of heart disease (she recently had quadruple bypass surgery). According to my client, however, her physical condition had nothing to do with her mother or her unresolved emotional issues.
With the dawn a new age in science, medicine and healing, we are now rediscovering our multidimensionality. Science is coming full circle, back to the thoughts and beliefs of our ancestors. They are discovering that we are “spirit”, living in a physical body. With this, they are also finding out that the key to wellness lie not only with diet, pills and exercise. It extends to our thoughts, feelings and emotions as well. They are learning that healing needs to occur on all levels, physically, mentally and emotionally. This is when true healing begins!

Dr. E. Dahl, Prevent Disease
Cancer statistics are on the rise, and the growing numbers have moved the disease to a priority issue for the global community. AsThe Lancet reports, cancer deaths have increased 46% between 1990 and 2013. On Jan 1, 2016, new international development priorities called Sustainable Development Goals, will focus on decreasing premature deaths from non-communicable diseases by 2025.
PreventDisease recently reported 5 cancer facts the cancer industry promotes as myths, which are summarized below:
Things that are well known to help are: an organic diet, lessening the time spend in WI-FI environments, avoidance of refined and hidden sugars, and if possible lessening stress.
For males, regular sexual intercourse is a proven benefactor for lessening prostate cancer and lowering anxiety; Fiery Male can help in this area.
A strong immunity is important. T-cells should be kept at optimum levels, which can be helped with our Thymus gland, and DMF Melatonin, which has been used in cancer studies.
Gut health is also important, as all disease begins in the gut. Our Full Spectrum Digestive Enzyme and Laktokhan can benefit gut health tremendously. For endocrine support, try our Adrenal gland and Thyroid Support Homeopathic.
As you see, we have a lot we can do in order avoid sickness and disease, and the best defense is awareness and prevention.

The idea that consciousness is evolving is one of the most important doctrines of the New Age. But is it true?
Over the long term, the answer seems obvious. Even the stupidest of humans is far more intelligent and sophisticated than a trilobite. Although materialists have skirted the conclusion that evolution has a direction – and that this direction is toward greater complexity – they have not managed to shoot it down.
The New Age idea of evolving consciousness is a little different. Many advocates of the new paradigm insist that human consciousness has gotten more sophisticated within historical times, and that it is destined to make another grand leap. It’s a harder case to argue.
It was H.P. Blavatsky, founder of the Theosophical Society, who first introduced the idea of evolving consciousness in the late nineteenth century. The basic theory of evolution as propounded by Darwin was already well known, but it had not been connected with consciousness in any important way.
In her magnum opus, The Secret Doctrine, Blavatsky made this connection. Indeed she went further. She held that not only humans and all organic life, but everything in the cosmos, down to the smallest atom, was perpetually evolving over the course of boundless eons toward a goal of unimaginable perfection.
Blavatsky was a bit more cautious about the evolution of human consciousness. While she propounded the allegedly ancient and secret doctrine of the Root Races, whereby humans would eventually develop supernatural capacities, she did not see this as coming any time soon. According to Blavatsky, the present, Fifth Root Race – encompassing practically all of humankind currently on earth – was going to be around for a while.
Nevertheless, Blavatsky set the stage, and it is interesting, though difficult, to try to figure out how much she influenced twentieth-century advocates of creative evolution such as Henri Bergsonand Pierre Teilhard de Chardin.
The man who may be most responsible for the idea that human consciousness has evolved within historical times, and is making a transition to a new stage, is the Swiss philosopher Jean Gebser. In his masterwork, The Ever-Present Origin, published in 1949, Gebser outlined a development of civilisation in five stages: the archaic; the magic; the mythical; the mental; and the integral. Gebser’s argument is hard to summarise, but he essentially said that the shifts between these phases meant a change in human consciousness, even in how we view spatial dimensions. The “mythical” stage, the age of classical antiquity, was conceptually “spaceless.” The new “integral” consciousness is, by contrast, “space-free” and “time-free.”
Gebser’s arguments do not always hold up well. For example, he said that the dawn of the mental stage of development – which included the discovery of perspective in art – started in medieval times. A crucial moment was the Italian poet Petrarch’s ascent of Mount Ventoux in southern France in 1336. This, Gebser claimed, was the first time that anyone ever climbed a mountain solely to see the view. As such, it was “the discovery of landscape.” Unfortunately for Gebser’s theory, Petrarch himself said he had been inspired by the ascent of a mountain in Greece by King Philip of Macedon in the fourth century BCE. (Gebser tries, unconvincingly, to explain why Petrarch’s climb was so revolutionary and Philip’s was not.) Besides, perspective painting had been practiced in Greco-Roman antiquity.
Gebser is not well-known in the English-speaking world, but he has been very influential, largely through the works of the American philosopher Ken Wilber, whose “integral philosophy” was inspired by Gebser and by such figures as Arthur Koestler, Sri Aurobindo, and the American guru Adi Da (Franklin Jones).
If we want to decide whether consciousness is evolving and has evolved within living memory, it might be good to consider what consciousness is. For Gebser, it was “wakeful presence.” In my work, especially The Dice Game of Shiva, I have defined consciousness as the relation of self to other. To take a simple example, you are in your bedroom. You are awake. You see the furniture, the walls, the pictures. They are other, and you are you. Then you fall into a deep sleep. There is no longer a sense of self and other; you are no longer aware of your surroundings. You are unconscious.
What, then, is higher consciousness? What makes one kind of consciousness higher, or more evolved, than another?
In his book When Beliefs Fail: Toward a Psychology of Hope, Jim Stempel sets out a clear and engaging argument for the evolutionary perspective. He says: “The goal of spiritual growth is actually quite simple. It is complete awareness, the capacity to understand all of reality as well as ourselves…. Thus we enlarge our worldview until it incorporates everything.” To use the language of my theory, consciousness evolves as our view of the other, that is the world, expands.
Thus it would seem that consciousness has evolved. For a medieval peasant, the world was his village. The people in the village five or ten miles away were remote and menacing; they may as well have been extraterrestrials. Today we log into a computer and learn about places on the other side of the world in almost no time. Presto! Our worldview is enlarged. That means our consciousness is higher, more evolved.
But it is not so simple. In the first place, not everybody believes in these great strides in cognitive evolution. The twentieth-century French philosopher René Guénon, for example, argued that, far from evolving, we have devolved from an ancient state of pristine integrity. We are now living, Guénon said, in the “reign of quantity,” the last and most pathetic stage of the Hindu Kali Yuga, the Age of Darkness. Technological advancement, and the materialistic mentality that goes with it, is a symptom of this degeneracy.
Is Guénon wrong? Is it right to equate higher consciousness with technical sophistication and the expanded view of the world that results from it? As desperately as Western civilisation wants to believe this, it is not obvious, and it may not be true.
One counterexample is Tibet. The material culture of Tibet has always been primitive, even barbarous. It has no technological sophistication and has had no interest in developing it. Nevertheless, Tibet developed an extremely sophisticated and profound understanding of the nature of consciousness that the West is only now beginning to grasp. Can we say our consciousness is higher, more evolved, than the consciousness of Tibetans?
The twentieth-century spiritual teacher G.I. Gurdjieff also ridiculed the idea that the consciousness of modern humanity has evolved. His masterwork, All and Everything: Beelzebub’s Tale to His Grandson, one of the strangest and greatest books of the twentieth century, has as its stated objective “to destroy, mercilessly, without any compromises whatsoever, in the mentation and feelings of the reader, the beliefs and views, by centuries rooted in him, about everything existing in the world.” And one of the most important of these ideas to be rooted out is the delusory belief in progress. The 1,200 pages of Beelzebub argue that modern humans are not superior, but inferior, to those of ancient times, and material progress has hastened their deterioration.
Gurdjieff taught that modern man is in a state of waking sleep, a low-grade hypnosis. Part of this sleep involves dissociation: the body walks through its daily routines while the mind ponders grievances of the past, and fantasises about the future. We are like Mr. Duffy in one of James Joyce’s stories, who “lived a short distance from his body.”
Practically everything about present-day life helps increase this dissociation. You are well-informed about the latest world crisis, but are you aware of what is going on in your own being? Very likely your body and your emotions do not care in the slightest for all of the momentous events that make your mind so agitated. Probably, in fact, these other parts of you are bored by your fixation on a computer screen and would just as soon be out for a walk, or doing nothing at all.
So the grandiose claims of “evolution,” “integral consciousness,” and so on, do not stand up very well. Of course there are people today who have attained high states of consciousness, just like the mystics of old. But do we have any reason to believe they are any more common today than they ever were?
On the other hand, I myself have as much difficulty with the proclamations of degeneracy as I have with the proclamations of evolution. It is not so simple. It is never so simple. In many ways, humanity has advanced; in other ways it has regressed. While I think it is foolish to praise indigenous peoples as the repository of all wisdom, they often seem to have preserved inner powers and abilities that have been lost to trendy smartphone addicts.
As always, there are currents and countercurrents, and there is no good reason to single out one of these and proclaim it the inevitable wave of the future. We have already had too many inevitable waves of the future, and they have usually been dead ends. It is probably wrong to claim that humanity is retrogressing, but when someone launches into optimistic jabbering about “evolution” and the “new paradigm,” it may be well to think about these lines from the Tao Te Ching: “The ancient masters were subtle, mysterious, profound, responsive. The depth of their knowledge is unfathomable.” It is hard to say that about humans today.

Original Article at Melanoid Nation
In recent years, there has been very insightful and in-depth analysis among the brightest minds of Black Society involving the legend which has now become ‘Black Wall Street’. The dialogues now include yet another element to them that has sparked the interests of countless Melanoid people throughout the U.S., and beyond: Where should the next “Black Wall Street” be?
If there has been one question alone that has created a conversational wildfire in Black Society, it’s the question of where “Black Wall Street” should make its new home. Should the new “Black Wall Street” take residence in Atlanta, with its Black mayor, countless Black millionaires, entrepreneurs, and its recently-created reputation of “Black Hollywood“? Should it be rooted in Chicago, the midwestern City that was founded by a Black man, and the same city where the Nation Of Islam is based? What about Detroit, the largest city in Michigan with a majority Black population that once served as an incubator to some of the greatest music ever created (by Melanoid people nonetheless) by the Brothers and Sisters at Motown?
All of the previous questions are not only great questions to ask and consider, but they also happen to all be the correct answers. The answer is that all of the cities mentioned above–in addition to any other city of Melanoid people willing to create their own Black economic base–should have a new “Black Wall Street“. With the militaristic attacks executed by the hands of white supremacists during the early 20th century to destroy the original “Black Wall Street” in Tulsa, OK, it’s a safe assumption to acknowledge that building new “Black Wall STREETS” in as many cities inhabited by Melanoid people as possible is the best option at this point..
The following video clip is a trailer to an upcoming film which shows the importance of building multiple “Black Wall Street” districts to avoid being easily isolated for destruction at the hands of white supremacists once again.

Exploding the myths of shamanism with the latest anthropological studies of ayahuasca… and instead turning to timeless wisdom that reminds us that the transformation always happens within.
Shamans are popping up everywhere. Forbes, the New Yorker and even the Daily Mail have all featured shamanism and medicine plants like ayahuasca (aya) and psychedelics like LSD in the last few months. Hardly a day goes by without a wrinkly-faced, feather-bedecked man popping up on my Facebook feed (with an invitation to sample his wares of course). Although shamans (or curanderos as they are sometimes called in South America) are often assumed to come from places like darkest Peru (see Paddington Bear), the historical records suggests that is is likely that something akin to a shaman has appeared in virtually every traditional culture on the planet.
The word itself is very hard to define categorically by scholars or lay people alike. It is though that it originated with shamans of the Tungus tribe in Siberia. Strictly speaking, calling the diverse array of shamanic-type folk – from medicine man to wise woman – ‘shamans’, is a Western conceit. However, an underlying archetype, the ur-shaman if you will, can be a useful distinction when understanding the essence of human transformation. What the ur-shaman does is ‘dialogue’ with something other – whether we call that nature, the universe, or the ‘spirit world’ – in order to help their community solve problems. In a nutshell, the ur-shaman brings vital information from the ‘other’ side and the Other in general to help the group stay fit and fitted. As such, they serve a clear evolutionary role to ensure the community survives and thrives.
Characteristic of much shamanism is some kind of out-of-mind experience that brings new insight and information into the mix. This can happen within minutes and hours as opposed to the weeks, months and years of a lot of therapy and meditation techniques. This experience has often been termed ‘ecstasy’. From my book, Switch On: Unleash Your Creativity & Thrive with the New Science & Spirit of Breakthrough:
The Greek word ekstasis, the root of the word ‘ecstasy,’ means entrancement or astonishment. It usually refers to an experience when we are totally out of our head (and often into our heart). In many cultures, this kind of ecstasy is a normal part of life. Sufis get into this place by whirling around as they pray to Allah (little kids like to get out of their heads by spinning, too). Shamans get there by drinking ayahuasca.
The massive uplift of interest in shamanic paths to ecstasy (and the substances that can get us there) speaks eloquently of our present-day search for rapid paths of transformation that can help us evolve at a speed that matches the insanely rapidly-changing world we live in. In fact, one could argue that the human race – and the planet we are devastating at speed – does not have time for a lengthy spiritually-inspired ‘conscious revolution'; if that means waiting for everyone to spend 20 or 30 years meditating before they can take part in the shift. The clock really is counting down. So although it might sound crazy, shamanic transformation might be the fastest way we have to get to the tipping point and change our consumer lifestyles before we reach irreversible planetary damage.
Yet the ‘Transcendental Tourism’ (the voyage to indigenous lands to find authentic experiences of shamanism) and ‘Shaman Tours’ (like DJ tours but with indigenous shamans) that have sprung up all over may not be the answer. In fact, they may be part of the problem, for a number of reasons. At the recent World Ayahuasca Conference that I attended in Ibiza in 2014, a book was launched called Ayahuasca Shamanism in the Amazon and Beyond. It fundamentally challenges many of our cherished notions of shamanism, including that aya itself has been the main tradition for centuries. Studies suggest that tobacco was the predominate medicine plant of South American shamans. And it had a role that was less about individual therapy and more about “promoting ecological harmony for the group”.
The role of ayahuasca in healing (as supposed to having other roles such as warrior rites of passage) seems to be as much a product of Western desire and projection as it is indigenous tradition. The use of aya as medicine and religious sacrament looks like it may have spread upriver, from the Westernised coast to the indigenous interior, and not vice versa. In addition, the practices that the curandero uses in ceremony have been invented through cross-fertilisation with Christian and other traditions over the last century or so and not passed down for millennia. One funny story illustrates what this means in every day life: A group of shamans sit around drinking aya in jeans; only putting on their feathers and outfits to fit the image that the Westerner wants when they come calling.
Perhaps more of concern, Western idolisation of ‘authentic’ Latin American shamans can not only alter the local culture and skew the fragile economy in damaging ways; but it also robs us of our own innate shamanic capacities to heal. The Zen master Bodhidharma, the first patriarch of Zen, tells us:
The fools of this world look for sages far away. They don’t believe that the wisdom in their own mind is the sage.
By the same token, I believe that there is a shaman within each of us. It can tell us everything we need to know… once we learn to listen to it. It too can dialogue with nature / the universe / the spirit world and come back with the information we need to become whole. The Native American shaman Black Elk says ‘this center is really everywhere, it is within each of us.’ Contemporary studies on resilience state that we all have this force within that compels us to become more generous, compassionate, wise, and whole. Our inner shaman is a messenger that talks to us to through all dreams, insights and ideas.
Your inner shaman has a vital role to play in your life: To help you move forward, heal, and grow. In fact, it can be though of as your healing intelligence itself. Your defence mechanisms, which I call the drive to survive, defends against what you don’t want. Your inner shaman – a metaphor for your drive to thrive – works tirelessly to help you create what you do want: What is good, noble, and true. And it appears to have the right amount of strength, and the right kinds of skills, to take on the problems you face. Your inner shaman is waiting for you right now to support you to find peace with any problem. You can access it’s wisdom through the phenomenon known as intuition.
As I detail in Switch On, I believe that inside us all are two strong sources of guidance. One is powered by the drive to survive. This is instinct. The other is powered by your drive to thrive. This is intuition. Knowing which is guiding you is crucial. Each emanates from a different drive. Your instincts, will usually get louder, more pressing, more ‘shouty.’ Instinct is very useful to deal with real threats, but it massively limits creativity, openness, and flexibility. Intuition, the voice of the inner shaman, will stay clear, certain, and resonant, but it won’t get jumpy. It is a ‘still small voice of calm.’ It emerges when you consciously turn down the chattering and nattering of the ego to hear it.
Intuition is a powerful force. In my book, I tell of the legendary runaway slave Harriet Tubman. She relied on her intuition to guide her to freedom in the northern states of the USA during the time of slavery. She called intuition the ‘voice of God.’ She evaded capture for weeks by following it. After securing her own freedom, she went back to the slave-owning South on at least 19 separate occasions, risking torture, and re-enslavement, to help hundreds of others slaves make it to freedom too. Using only her intuition to guide her, she hid her people in riverbeds, fields, and woods to avoid the slave-catchers and their dogs that were always hunting them down. Against the unlikeliest of odds, she was never caught, which allowed her to become a leader of the Underground Railroad and a guerrilla agent for the Union Army. She was the first recorded African-American woman to serve in the US military.
Many wisdom traditions have a name for this intuitive wisdom, which is both totally mystifying yet utterly mundane because we all sense it every day. In the Chinese tradition it is called the Tao. In Greek it is called the Logos. In Jewish mysticism, this inner wisdom is called Chochma. Chochma means “the potential of what is”, “the potential to be” or, simply, pure potential. Chochma flashes within us when we allow it space. It cannot arise when we shut it out with stress and repetitive self-talk. Whatever we called this spark of other-worldliness entering our quotidien this-worldy reality, is it essentially intelligence bursting forth as a flash of intuition or insight. It is the inner shaman at work, ferrying information from the Other to the here-and-now.
What this suggests is that chochma / intuition / the inner shaman is evidence that there is an intrinsic intelligence in life itself. It is this intelligence that ensures nature is always in dynamic equilibrium, in harmony. According to this school of thought, which I equate with the Western philosophy of panentheism, this intelligence is in everything. It is therefore unsurprising that, according to the book Shamans: Siberian Spirituality and the Western Imagination, one of the few firm commonalities between all shamanic traditions is a belief that all objects are inhabited by spirit(s). Modern panentheists and ancient shamanic traditions agree: There is consciousness in everything. All is Mind and Matter.
Most wisdom traditions tell us that if we align ourselves with this natural intelligence, abide by it, we can find our way through challenging times with maximum ease and grace. When we follow the Tao or Logos – going with the flow of the inner shaman – we become what the Taoist tradition calls the zhenren, or Perfect Man; and what stoicism calls the Sage. Nature is always the alpha and omega of everything. Within Her we are born and into Her we die. As Ralph Waldo Emerson puts it:
Nature conspires with spirit to emancipate us.
What I have witnesses time and time again, in all areas of human endeavour, is that this wisdomalways brings more thriving into the space we are working in, whether in a relationship, business or community. Whether in corporate innovation or group healing, the insights that emerge fromchochma spark ideas that invariably empower, enlighten and enable more people. Increased emancipation from mental and economic slavery is always an outcome. The inner shaman never tries to blame or shame the Other. Instead, it is concerned with how our selves – as individuals that can heal and help the whole – can bring more love, truth and creativity into a situation. It is not interested in fury, fame and fortune. It wants us to flourish so we can help our world flourish. When we don’t listen to it – say by continuing to work in a business we know is unethical; or acting in a mean-spirited way out of fear – we cause suffering for ourself and suffering for our people. As Jewish teacher Rabbi Rami Shapiro says:
Chochma (wisdom) doesn’t serve anyone’s quest for power and control over others. Her gift is power and control over yourself. That is why She is so rarely taught, and that is why She is so desperately needed.
Over time, if you keep on seeking out chochma within – through processing and transforming your pain as it is triggered by life’s rich array of problems —you’ll learn to trust your inner shaman to help you find the right people, ideas and projects to nourish your drive to thrive. Things may get fierce for a bit but it won’t last long as you learn how to come back to love, truth, and creativity. Your inner shaman is in a world that serves as a refuge. It’s always there for you. The inner shaman, the wisdom of chochma, is always available to support, help and guide. All you have to do is stop listening to the voices of cynicism, control and fear which are all trying to protect you from pain, disappointment and upset yet rarely serve your growth and development.
When you have the wisdom of the universe at (or in) your fingertips, no pain is too much to feel and release through your own (inner) shamanic healing. This doesn’t mean that professional or indigenous help isn’t valuable, rewarding, and, sometimes, very important (especially if you are feeling like you are in distress for an extended period of time). However, never forget that this isyour life, your body.mind, and your pain. You have the potential within to transform. New frameworks and ancient medicine plants, whether wielded by professional therapists or curanderos, are fabulously helpful. But they are just tools. The inner shaman does the work, all ways.
The shamanic root to wisdom has been suppressed for thousands of years, through various witch hunts, literal or figurative. It is still seen today as the refuge of psychedelic scoundrels and lost hippies rather than a path to ecological harmony. This reactionary angst can be traced to the the Old Testament view that the snake that gave us the apple of knowledge (which could be a metaphor for mushrooms, peyote, iboga, aya etc) was evil incarnate for giving us direct experience of our reality as an intrinsic (and much loved) part of the Oneness or God – something that priests – whether in the form of scientist or theologian – like to mediate for us on our behalf.
As dogmatic religion, and then an equally dogmatic science, have both risen to prominence, local, folk and indigenous techniques for healing suffering souls and sick communities have been side-lined and perished. The result is that we have an impoverished access to relevant and responsive wisdom tools, that – free from dogma – have been designed over millennia to help us access our inner capacity for compassion, empathy, justice and the like.
Through opening the doors of perception by using Nature herself, we can truly connect with Her. We can all connect in like this whether through nature walks, inner refuge, mindfulness meditations, vision quests, or plant-based medicines. Through reconnecting our hearts we can awaken our inner shaman and dialogue with things that are ‘Other’ to our individual egos. We can use these simple techniques to expand the circle of things we think of as ‘friends’ and therefore include the whole world in the things we want to protect with passion. We move out of I consciousness and firmly into We.
This could not be more important. As we have seen, an indigenous shaman’s primary duty is to maintain the harmony of the community – as a kind of psychospiritual steward – not simply to help an individual feel good. Whilst ensuring our inner shaman helps us become whole, it is also vital to ensure that we move firmly through our own healing to that of our tribe’s. Connection to ourselves, our family, community, race, species, all species, rivers and oceans, rocks and mountains, stars and comets – is the only thing that can change the world into the one so many of us are aching to see, touch and feel. Repeated connection to our inner shaman results in a truly planet-ready consciousness that, for example, might find a plastic bag floating in the breeze agonising as we feel within the suffering of our planet as it labours for millennia to decompose it and bring it back into the circle of life.
You are the shaman you have been waiting for. All the insight and intuition you need are within, right now, ready to bring more love, truth and creativity into our shared space. And you don’t need feathers, medicine plants or plane tickets to Peru to enjoy Him / Her either!

Now that the fearful winds of war are again blowing strongly in our world I find it important to see through the daily crises and find the patterns of war that lie behind the daily scenes of violence so eagerly shown to us by media. Why are there so many continuous conflicts and wars in our world even though we all know that war is just plain misery? Why do we fight with each other?
What are the patterns of war, the general ideas behind the major wars that have been fought since the French Revolution? What are the common traits, the psychological reasons that time after time have led nations to war against each other? And what is the actual outcome, the balance of these many wars fought?
It is obvious that every war fought has bought enormous amount of misery, death and destruction to all the nations and peoples involved. The soldiers of every partaking nation have given their lives for the machinery of war; they have died or got wounded either in flesh or in mind. They have carried the burden of every war ever fought. The civilian populations, who through the development of technology have gradually been brought into the focus of war, have more and more shared their plight. The rape and destruction of war has killed and maimed hundreds of millions of people in Europe since the French Revolution at the end of 18th century. The common man has not profited by any of these wars – or has he?
Equally millions and millions of homes, farms and towns have been destroyed in the fire-belching movements of the dragons of war. Homes and towns have been devastated, rebuilt and devastated again to be eventually rebuilt again some day. It is the common man, woman and child who have lost his livelihood, his sweet home with all dear belongings. It is the common man of every nation involved who has borne the burden of every single war. They have paid with their blood and their suffering.
How is it with the ideologies that we have fought our wars for? What is the state of “freedom, equality and brotherhood” in Europe after all the wars fought for them? What has happened to the national ideologies that have led us to war after war? How have fared the political ideologies that we have fought for or against for centuries? What is the state of royalty, communism, socialism, nationalism, nazism, imperialism or capitalism? And what is the state of religion, how has the church and it’s basic ideology of God’s love fared during these years? Who or what has won and gained ground and why? Has the common man gained, are we the winners? Are we truly free and equal, do we share a brotherhood with every man, woman and child?
READ: All Wars are Planned Banker WarsQuestion also arises why and how – in the face of obvious misery that every war has brought with it – the common man has time after time been enticed to enter war to experience both killing and being killed? Or have we ever really got rid of our “enemies” by warring against them and killing them? Have we got rid of all the people who don’t look, think and act like we do? For aren’t the differences of nation, politics, ideologies, race, culture, language or religion used to create those monstrous enemies to be vanquished and warred against? Why do we need enemies and why are new enemies constantly created and perpetrated after the old ones become non-potent and meaningless?
So what is the point of war? Why do men go to war? Or why are they led to war? Is there a party who profits by creating wars and sending nations to crush each other in its violent embrace? There must be a reason, a common factor arising from human psychology that explains and makes it possible to send us to war against “the enemy” – whether he is the communist, the nazi, the terrorist, the other or whatever.
Every war is a huge financial enterprise. The threat of an enemy makes nations ready to spend millions upon millions of whatever currency to prepare themselves for the eventual war, they equip armies, buy arms, ammunition and all the other necessities of warfare. The more the nations fear each other the more money they spend on arms. And the munitions makers are always ready to sell, always ready to organize huge loans for those who otherwise couldn’t afford their wares. Business is business, arms are sold to all parties of all conflicts. And any result of any war is lucrative to the arms dealers, it’s a win-win situation were they are the ones who win every time. The winner of the war pays its debts with valuables looted from the loosing party, and the loosing party is held in a tight grip of debts, which can then be used to squander the remaining natural resources (such as oil and minerals) of that country.
As a result of every war fought during these 200 years the power of the actual elected ruler – the king, government, president or prime-minister – has diminished in proportion to the increase of debts that the country has incurred in order to fight the wars. It hasn’t mattered whether you win or lose the war on the battlefield; you lose it anyhow in the balance sheet of power, which has gradually shifted the ruling impetus of the world into the hands of those who rule the debts that burden every single nation of our world. And those who have all the money, are also the ones who own all the major multinational companies including all the major media enterprises. When the power of money, the power of production and the power of information is concentrated in the hands of a small enormously rich elite, we are ready to enter the “The Brave New World” where the atrocities of both nazism and communism become a grim reality under the auspices of benign free market capitalism, the ideology that warred against and won its “enemies” and became worse than they ever were in their usurpation of all the living resources of men and nature.
Free market capitalism uses military terminology and strategies in its daily activities. During the last 200 years it has been the most successful of all the human ideologies, which is shown in its ability to practically unite the whole of Europe – and also the rest of the world – under its rule. It has succeeded in where all the military conquerors have failed. It has been able to submit the whole of our dear world under its rule, which is according the great theoretician of war Carl von Clausewitz the basic definition and purpose of war and warfare.
This ideology has used war and the threat of war as a means of gaining dominion over the whole population of the world. The development of the media and information technology has made it possible to rule the minds of men as one fearful entity who seeks and accepts whatever solutions presented in the face of constant flow of threats and fears that seem to rule the world. This genius amongst all ideologies has camouflaged itself behind all kinds of fronts and even opposing realities, which all share the same aim and purpose: to create a world ruled by an elite who considers itself to be above the rubble of common men and women. All that truly matters for this elite is their own freedom, their own ability to realize their dream of absolute power over the world and its inhabitants.
This elite uses the common old slogans of “freedom, equality and brotherhood” to market its own world-view of free market economy. It is the power structure that rules the world through manipulation of markets and human minds. It is the world of business, banking and finance – the only true winner in every single war that we have ever fought.
The winner takes it all, and gains the true essence of his enemy and becomes bigger and worse in all the qualities of the enemy it has fought against. This is what is happening right now in our world, this is where all the warring has lead us, this is what we have to face, or die together with those who haven’t yet learned that there truly exist only one enemy, only one entity, which needs to be faced and conquered.
READ: Major General Smedley Butler – The Military Industrial Complex’s Original WhistleblowerThat enemy is my own human self, my own human set of thoughts and thinking that keeps me in the repeating mode of death and destruction, keeps me searching for the power from the submission of others instead of taking my birthright of power upon my own world, upon my own experiences. When I know who I am, when I know that I do have the power – the will – to create all the worlds and experiences that I ever wish to meet, then and only then does my search for power ever end. And my search for power arises from the same emptiness, which has led our corporate leaders and financial geniuses to create and almost realize their cruel dream of absolute power upon the masses of the world. I have the same ailment, and only by facing and healing it in myself, can I ever diminish and eventually nullify the grip that corporate power structure has upon our dear living world.
In a world where the multinational corporations get bigger and bigger every day the national governments have already lost their true governing grip in the face of the enormous amounts of debts that they have accumulated during the free-spending years of war or during the years lived under the constant threat of war. All the nations of the world are deeply indebted to the multinational network of ultimately private bankers of the world. No wonder that every king, president and prime minister has already learned to respect the messages and messengers of these true rulers of the world.
Right now the free market economy RULES OK! There are no viable alternatives to free corporate rule of the whole of the world! The game is almost finished! The elite has almost won, realized its dream of absolute rule! We the common men and women have almost given up, the war upon our minds has made us weary and lazy; nothing seems to matter, nothing seems to be able to halt this train of destruction to which we have bought our dear tickets from the marketers of free corporate rule of the world.
There remains one major source of power that can sort out and solve this mess that we have created for ourselves. It is not the multinational corporations – they just reflect the ultimate form of our own greed. It is not the international bankers – they just reflect the ultimate form of our own need to control. It is not our government – it has already sold itself to the greedy controllers. It is not our media enterprises – which sing the songs of those who pay their bills. It’s not the God of our religion – who only wants to keep us enclosed to his blind rule. It is not our fathers, mothers, forefathers or other predecessors – who all did their best with what they had.
It is the Living God that resides, and waits for your orders within yourself. It is the God’s presence in each and every one of us, which met, accepted and used gives us direct access to all the aspects of our life and our world. God in me gives me everything I ever can think of and focus upon. God in me – and you – instead of an illusory God somewhere out there in the hands of some greedy individual selling me his truths and visions of convoluted power through some monstrous religious, financial or political greed.
I am the creator of my world. Whatever I think or accept as a common thought, becomes my reality. That is our birthright as sons and daughters of Living God in us. That is the power that maintains this miserable world, for as long as I maintain my miserable thoughts and emotions our world is bound to reflect that in its expression. So the only thing we need to win and conquer is our own thought, our own reactions to the stimuli of the world. When I see the world with the fearful eyes of a controlled human being, I maintain a world of that effect. When I choose to see the world with the all-accepting love of God – also residing in all of us – I create a world of love and acceptance. That’s how simple it is! Which is the very reason that is not so simple for us who have been educated to intellectual complicity of excellence, where simplicity is seen as a sign of sheer stupidity instead of pure geniality.
Just as our dear brother Jesus once said the Kingdom of God is for the children, for those who have the power of the simple and uncomplicated mind. That is what God is, that is what resides hidden under our cloaks of fear in the core of every single human being. That simplicity is the freedom we all are after, that simplicity is the equality that we all yearn for, and that simplicity is the brotherhood that we have just forgotten for a short while. A God realizing his or her Godhood in human form, cannot NOT to see and respect the same sacredness in each and everything around him. That is the God that we all are. The selfsame source of Everything, who knows that:
The wages of fear is
the death of the body
The wages of love is
the eternal life
for the body

It’s not just the high fat, salt or sugar content of processed foods that is driving obesity and diet-related illnesses — the lack of food diversity is killing our gut flora, claims one researcher. If we exclude sugar, approximately 80 percent of all calories in processed foods come from a combination of four ingredients.
Drawing upon evidence from multiple studies, Professor of genetic epidemiology at King’s College London and author of The Diet Myth, Tim Spector said the restrictive nature of highly processed diets which use just a few ingredients is responsible for reducing our microbe diversity – and is making us ill.
“That junk food is bad for you is not news — the combination of saturated fat, calories, sugar, chemicals and lack of fibre is an obvious signal. The lack of diversity in the diet, though, is an overlooked factor: 80% of processed food is made up of just four ingredients — corn, wheat, soy and meat,” he wrote.
Were it true that these four foods were health promoting, whole-wheat-bread-munching, soy-milk-guzzling, cheese-nibbling, corn-chip having populations would probably be experiencing exemplary health among the world’s nations. To the contrary, despite the massive amount of calories ingested from these purported “health foods,” we are perhaps the most malnourished and sickest people on the planet today. The average American adult is on 12 prescribed medications, demonstrating just how diseased, or for that matter, brainwashed and manipulated, we are.
“[In comparison] fifteen thousand years ago our ancestors regularly ingested around 150 ingredients in a week.”
In the manner of film-maker Morgan Spurlock’s Supersize Me experiment, Spector’s son volunteered to follow a junk food diet for ten days. Stool samples were taken before and after the diet.
In addition to feeling lethargic and sick, the samples showed that his son’s microbial gut richness had been decimated, with a loss of 40% of his detectable species after just three days.
How could this be? After all, doesn’t the USDA Food Pyramid emphasize whole grains like wheat above all other food categories, and isn’t dairy so indispensable to our health that it is afforded a category all of its own?
With Monsanto’s patented genes being inserted into roughly 95 percent of all soybeans and 80 percent of all corn grown in the U.S., the company has also used its wide reach to control the ability of new biotech firms to get wide distribution for their products, including big players in the food industry which have made an entire country falsely believe that these are health foods.
If junk food is so bad for us then why do our bodies crave more? Spector said it was the proliferation of certain ‘bad bacteria’ in the gut that was fueling our cravings for more processed food:
“Each species of microbe has a preference for certain food sources, which allows them to feed and reproduce. They therefore have their own evolutionary drive to maintain their ecological niche and will do anything to ensure their survival. This includes sending signals to the hosting human that they want more of the same junk food that they thrive on.”
We need only consider the undeniable fact that these four “health foods” are also sources for industrial adhesives, in order to see how big a problem they present.
End this modern trend: Reformulate
Spector’s advice for consumers was to eat as varied a diet as possible, rich in fresh fruit and vegetables that provide essential vitamins and fibre — but he also said manufacturers should reformulate to boost the ingredient diversity of their products.
“This is an interesting area – increasing the use of nuts, seeds, and high fibre vegetables would be an improvement.”
“[Manufacturers should] be aware of the consumer demand for foods that are more microbiome friendly and start changing the food labels to reflect this.”
Freelance dietitian Carrie Ruxton also called on food manufacturers to accept part of the responsibility for the obesity crisis, taking proactive steps to reverse it.
“Processed foods are part of our modern culture so companies can help consumers by reducing the energy density of products (fewer calories per 100 g), including vegetables, fruits or wholegrains where possible, and boosting the fibre content,” she told FoodNavigator.
Gluten intolerance is no longer a fringe medical concept. Researchers are fully aware there is a very big problem with modern wheat cultivation.Wheat is far from being a health food. It makes you fat, causes gas and makes your intestinal tract your enemy, or rather vice-versa. High-yielding and now genetically modified varieties of wheat are making this one cereal grain you’ll probably want to axe from your food list.
Dairy is processed by man, homogenized and pasteurized, making it a completely dead food, lifeless and void of nutrients.
Most soy products block the production of thyroid hormone and reduce energy in the body by inhibiting tyrosine kinases, enzymes involved in the transfer of energy from one molecule to another. These enzymes drive cell division, memory consolidation, tissue repair, and blood vessel maintenance and regeneration.
Are probiotics the answer?
Spector said that personalised probiotics could be the solution.
“Either they [the personalised yoghurts] could include 4 or 5 strains together or they contain one that we know would suit the rest of your gut microbes. To do that everyone would need to be tested for their gut microbes and put into groups. This may be relatively easy to do — as the test costs only around 70 euros and crowd funding projects like www.britishgut.orgare allowing direct testing.”
A recent University of Pittsburgh study highlighted how quickly and radically sensitive gut microflora can change following changes in diet — for better and for worse.
For two weeks a group of African-Americans swapped their high-fat, low-fibre Western diet with that of rural Africans, rich in beans and vegetables. The researchers found that each group rapidly took on the biomarkers of the other, including bacterial activity, fibre fermentation and intestinal inflammation.
Lead researcher Stephen O’Keefe said:
“These findings are really very good news. In just two weeks, a change in diet from a Westernized composition to a traditional African high-fibre, low-fat diet reduced these biomarkers of cancer risk.”
Whether you now believe that removing Wheat, Dairy, Soy and Corn from your diet is a good idea, or still need convincing, it doesn’t hurt to take the “elimination diet” challenge. The real test is to eliminate these suspect foods for at least 2 weeks, see how you feel, and then if you aren’t feeling like you have made significant improvements in your health, reintroduce them and see what happens. Trust in your feelings, listen to your body, and you will move closer to what is healthy for you.

Cognitive dissonance is the firewall that exists in most minds when confronted with a challenge to their basic beliefs about the world. As it is human nature to avoid admitting being in error or having been duped, for most humans the ego zealously flees the admission to oneself of significant error. Challenges to our worldviews or paradigms of belief are also quite jarring – they can unsettle our comfortable existence and lead us to question everything we held dear, and might even lead to psychological or spiritual crises when the consideration of being fundamentally in error is on the table.
As a result, the ego erects a series of firewalls to protect its fragility in order to maintain the schemas, or archetypal systems of symbols, that have been erected in the mind since birth. These structures, even if manifestly in error, are still mysteriously propped up by the mind or ego because of the psyche’s desire for order and meaning – “everything in its place,” to quote Radiohead. However, for those who enter arenas where the goal is to challenge these structures of belief, such as religion, philosophy or even alternative information, being open to the possibility of change is required.
In my experience, the process of continual learning has been the only path that resulted in true growth in understanding, while those who over the years were angered or frustrated by my own experiments in various paradigms became a thorn in the side. In my mind, this is a powerful vindication of the Dunning-Kruger effect, where the illusion of cognitive bias functions to give close-minded individuals an air of superiority, paradoxically unable to grasp how much they don’t know precisely because they presume to know. In such cases we have a powerful presentation of the ego point made above, that the fear of error and the unknown provokes the firewall reaction to prop up the existing paradigm lest the psyche undergo any tough transformation.
Relating this idea to classical mythology, I have titled this the mystery of the serpentine mirror, where the fallen psyche demands the rest of the world reflect its own narcissistic projections perfectly, as in a mirror, and when the external world fails in this high demand, various pathologies and disorders result, leading to delusion, mania, psychopathy, etc. A good example of this can be seen in the mass delusion of relativism, where no facts are objectively true or certain, aside from the relativistic ego’s solipsism. The relativistic psyche’s projection of its whims and demands upon the external world is manifestly not true, and yet despite every fact of daily life testifying to this delusion (that the world is not chaotically relative), the ego consistently props up the lie that it is.
Gaslight, the classic noir.
So far, we have been considering this matter from the perspective of psychology and philosophy, but this microcosmic level can be expanded to understand things on a macroscopic level. When considered at the social or geopolitical level, the scientific understanding of paradigms and worldviews have long been the subject of research for corporations, think tanks, and intelligence agencies. Since advertising and psychological warfare have similar goals, the application of the above principles are thus fitting for intelligence agencies and social engineering techniques.
In a somewhat famous psychological warfare document, Timothy Thomas assesses the analogy of the human body and mind to a biological computer as follows in “The Mind Has No Firewall”:
The human body, much like a computer, contains myriad data processors. They include, but are not limited to, the chemical-electrical activity of the brain, heart, and peripheral nervous system, the signals sent from the cortex region of the brain to other parts of our body, the tiny hair cells in the inner ear that process auditory signals, and the light-sensitive retina and cornea of the eye that process visual activity. We are on the threshold of an era in which these data processors of the human body may be manipulated or debilitated. Examples of unplanned attacks on the body’s data-processing capability are well-documented. Strobe lights have been known to cause epileptic seizures. Not long ago in Japan, children watching television cartoons were subjected to pulsating lights that caused seizures in some and made others very sick.”
Thomas proceeds to discuss the potential uses and abilities of psychotronic weapons and psy op techniques used in tandem with advanced technology to disrupt the body’s equilibrium and stasis processes. While the mind may have no firewall, the ego does, and the weaponization of highly advanced technological strategies for psychological warfare and infowar manipulation are far beyond anything previously dreamt. Rather than openly attacking the ego’s fragile prop of relativism, the deeper program is rather to further the promulgation of complete and total relativism to aid the ego in propping up the myth of narcissism and relativism. In other words, the entirety of modernity and its consumerist agenda in the global, technocratic age requires the promulgation of mass relativism, offering a kind of opium to the ego for its solipsistic myth, telling each that he is a virtual god.
Why might this be? Wouldn’t the technological and governing elite prefer a strong, critically thinking populace, and therefore raising the status of the state in general? Absolutely not, and the mass of the so-called “educated class” tends to assume this is the case. For the general populace with an IQ distribution in the 115-125 area – our lawyers, doctors and professionals, the presumptive delusion is that nation states still exist and function in the forms and through the medium mass propaganda projects. None of that is true, of course, but this curious class of persons is paradoxically the very engine and prop of the parasitical superstructure itself. “Support the troops,” and “America will never forget” are the propaganda chants of this class, despite the fact that the technocratic and banking elite with a couple dozen more IQ points tacked onto those numbers are well aware of the façade, understanding that the traditional “nation-state” is no longer the actual reality.
In my estimation, there is therefore a kind of Dunning-Kruger effect for different IQ distribution groups, not just the presumed superiority of the lower IQ groups’ delusion, but also in higher groups where we encounter the pillars and engines of social order (scientists, doctors, lawyers, etc.). This class of persons curiously suffers its own forms of deluded superiority owing to the same ego-fragility and relativistic delusions that recall Socrates’ questioning to the artisans and politicians of his day. Whether it be the local craftsman or the slightly more clever (or cunning) politician, Socrates discovered the same delusion persisted, that each class of persons presumed to know, when in fact, they did not. And for both the lower class wage worker, up to the “wise” politician, the delusory effect was the same.
At root in both classes is the acceptance of the preferred delusion, the paradoxical flaw of perennial man, that he presumes to know, when in fact he does not. Despite the obvious fact of human limitation and finitude, and despite the amazing discoveries of science and technology that occur now on a daily basis, human hubris prefers its own perpetual delusions for the limited dopamine high effect imagined “power” produces. This process of the furtherance of delusion and reflected power, I contend, is actually desired by the existing establishment, as it quite clearly the most powerful means of keeping target audiences in their desired niche, and the target audiences, due to their limitations in IQ, resources, etc., thus prefer to remain in those very delusions.
Perception management is much simpler when philosophical relativism, an opium of the ego, is the systematic mass delusion. Thus, the furtherance of relativism as a kind of mass virus computer programming (that piggybacks well with the fallen psyche). Thomas continues, echoing the “body as a biological computer” analogy that naturally dominates our technocratic age:
“This “systems” approach to the study of information warfare emphasizes the use of data, referred to as information, to penetrate an adversary’s physical defenses that protect data (information) in order to obtain operational or strategic advantage. It has tended to ignore the role of the human body as an information- or data-processor in this quest for dominance except in those cases where an individual’s logic or rational thought may be upset via disinformation or deception. As a consequence little attention is directed toward protecting the mind and body with a firewall as we have done with hardware systems. Nor have any techniques for doing so been prescribed. Yet the body is capable not only of being deceived, manipulated, or misinformed but also shut down or destroyed–just as any other data-processing system. The “data” the body receives from external sources–such as electromagnetic, vortex, or acoustic energy waves–or creates through its own electrical or chemical stimuli can be manipulated or changed just as the data (information) in any hardware system can be altered.”
I have written before about ELF/VLF and various psychotronic frequency manipulation weapons, and how they are linked with pop culture as whole, but here we have another psy ops document discussing it in detail in 1998. Readers have found some of my past research and argumentation quite fanciful and speculative, yet this simply arises from ignorance and the Dunning-Kruger effect mentioned above. The scientific precision of techno-psy ops is far advanced beyond what only students of the subject understand. What is curious to me is the inability of the 115-125 IQ distribution to comprehend or consider this subject, despite that group’s tendency toward empirical evidence, verifiable, data, etc. Quite remarkably, the perception management of infowar and data management itself remains “hidden in plain sight” to this niche:
“Solntsev also examined the problem of “information noise,” which creates a dense shield between a person and external reality. This noise may manifest itself in the form of signals, messages, images, or other items of information. The main target of this noise would be the consciousness of a person or a group of people. Behavior modification could be one objective of information noise; another could be to upset an individual’s mental capacity to such an extent as to prevent reaction to any stimulus. Solntsev concludes that all levels of a person’s psyche (subconscious, conscious, and “superconscious”) are potential targets for destabilization. According to Solntsev, one computer virus capable of affecting a person’s psyche is Russian Virus 666. It manifests itself in every 25th frame of a visual display, where it produces a combination of colors that allegedly put computer operators into a trance. The subconscious perception of the new pattern eventually results in arrhythmia of the heart. Other Russian computer specialists, not just Solntsev, talk openly about this “25th frame effect” and its ability to subtly manage a computer user’s perceptions. The purpose of this technique is to inject a thought into the viewer’s subconscious. It may remind some of the subliminal advertising controversy in the United States in the late 1950s.”
In other words, the information noise and distraction propounded in mass media, as well as the information overload of the Internet is itself an aspect of psychological warfare. I have recently mentioned this notion in interviews on several podcasts, but I think my thesis was somewhat unclear. The above is one example of how sophisticated this form of psy ops was in 1998, and certainly it has become far more advanced since. The amazement comes when one considers that this is therefore true of mass media in general as a tool of psy ops. With this in mind, we can begin to understand how CNN can be caught running fake war footage, and then a week later baby-boomers still tune in (and of course the same is true of all the big network and local news channels). Consider the classic footage from Iraq, part 1:
In other words, the technique of highly advanced technological psy ops, which is employed throughout mass media, means that mass media itself is a form of psy ops. The medium is weaponized, and the publication of its weaponization is a “revelation of the method” in the same sense as a cheating woman gaming her duped beta male provider gaslights him by throwing it in his face. It is a full-frontal delusion that manages perception by the denial of basic, empirical sense reality. This is how the populace, even its educated class, can fail to see the implication of the admission that some half of the scientific literature in “peer reviewed” journals is false, that theeconomic super-structures are all rigged, and that those same superstructure banks launder drug money – they can be shown all this, and still remain in the delusion. Why? Because the scientific process of this behavior modification appeals to the ego’s own desire to think it can determine its own reality. It would prefer to believe the hoax because the hoax is easy, comforting and sends warm fuzzies up the leg:
War is just a racket. A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of people. Only a small inside group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few at the expense of the masses.
I believe in adequate defense at the coastline and nothing else. If a nation comes over here to fight, then we’ll fight. The trouble with America is that when the dollar only earns 6 percent over here, then it gets restless and goes overseas to get 100 percent. Then the flag follows the dollar and the soldiers follow the flag. –General Smedley Butler

History offers many insights into our financial world. Of course, while in history class the teachers focus on the topics of wars and victories. What they leave out that could change the way our youth views the world of finances. Instead, students must enroll in a economic class or business class and shuffle their way through the lessons, hoping they are prepared for the future. Maybe we should start teaching a broader view of history that goes beyond who won and who lost. This way we learn who was really dealing the cards at the table behind the scenes; the money movers. You cannot have a war without funding, and this money has to come from somewhere, and in most cases it came for privately owned banks.
To the victor go the spoils. The victor also inherits the loser debts which must be paid off as well. So who is the real winner in war; the soldiers on the front lines taking down the enemy or the bankers on the side lines betting on the outcome? It has long been thought that the Rothschild family had their own game plan in motion while Napoleon fought on the battle field. While he was defeated and sent into exile, he eventually escaped and after winning over the troops sent to re-capture him, he returned to Paris a hero. Now it was King Louis turn to flee into exile and Napoleon took over the French throne.
During this time privately owned banks were funding both sides of the war. This would appear to be an ethically dilemma; how could one agree to fund the enemy of his brother? While it may not always be the case, when it comes to money there may be little concern of ethics. A good example of this is insider trading within the stock markets, which is illegal. Then again, who knows what goes on behind closed doors?
When it came to the battle of Waterloo, knowing ahead of time which side would be victorious would certainly have been an advantage in the financial markets. While the brave men faced their opponents on the battle field back in London it is said that Nathan Rothschild was planning his own strategy of attack to gain control over the British stock-and bond market. While it is uncertain whether this story is accurate, and the Rothschild denies any involvement, the story speculations still circulate today as to the extent of their involvement.
As the story goes, Nathan Rothschild had in place a man he could trust on the north end of the battlefield, which was close to the English Channel. The moment the battles outcome could determined the agent delivered the news to Nathan Rothschild. This news came twenty four hours before Britain's Duke of Wellington's courier delivered it.
By having a communication network in place, Rothschild seized the moment and began selling; leading others to believe that Wellington had been defeated. The mayhem continued as stocks and bonds were sold and prices dropped, and at the right moment, Rothschild and his partners are said to have started buying up everything as quickly as they could. Of course, this was said to be done under the wire through other agents. By the time it was all said and done, Rothschild and his partners held control over the bond market and the Bank of England. Makes one wonder how many other events in history may have been influenced by the banking system?

In the event of a natural or man-made disaster, you may be cut off from medical aid. One of the most important things to have on hand will be a homeopathy emergency survival kit. Homeopathy is cheap, effective, and has no side effects. This medical science uses natural substances to stimulate the body to heal itself. Most homeopathic remedies are made from herbs and minerals, and they are based on the principle discovered over 200 years ago in Germany by Dr. Samuel Hahnemann that a substance that produces symptoms in a healthy person can be used to cure the same symptoms in a sick person, when prepared according to homeopathic principles. Many of us have heard propaganda from Big Pharma and the medical industry that homeopathy is quackery. In truth, the medical industry is afraid of the competition homeopathy represents. Anyone who has ever tried it will know the truth.
Emergency kits and individual remedies are available at health food stores, herb shops, and online. For most purposes 30C (60X) is a good potency to begin with. My kits are among the most precious things I brought along with me to Italy.
The most useful remedy in your kit will probably be Arnica montana, made from a type of daisy found in the mountainous regions of Europe and the United States, which has been known since ancient times for its ability to heal wounds and injuries quickly. This plant was also known and used by Native Americans. You won’t have to wait for a disaster to put this one to use! It is the first remedy to take after any injury, and the perfect solution for everyday bumps and bruises, cuts and scratches, and even the tired muscles that come with a full day of gardening. I am somewhat accident-prone, so I always keep it handy. I once punctured my thumbnail with a screwdriver while trying to repair a window crank. A few tiny pellets of arnica on my tongue relieved the excruciating pain in seconds!
Many home gardeners are getting into beekeeping, not only for the honey, but to help promote the survival of the bees that we rely on to pollinate our gardens. Bees are under siege from pesticideslike neonicotinoids, which have been banned here in Europe but are still widely used in the United States. Einstein once reportedly said that if the bees were wiped out, humanity would follow within four years! Well cared for honey bees rarely sting (they die when they do), but when a sting does happen, instant relief can be found in the homeopathic remedy of Apis, which is made from bee venom. Apis is also good for wasp stings and anything else that causes burning, stinging, redness, or swelling. Some wasps once decided to build a nest right underneath the eave of our house near the front door, and they regularly stung me. Apis always relieved the pain and prevented any reaction.
For insect bites, tick bites, and puncture wounds, Ledum frequently brings quick relief. According to Robin Murphy, author of the homeopathic “bible,” Lotus Materia Medica, ledum can help prevent tetanus when it is given immediately after a puncture wound occurs. If no hospitals, doctors, or tetanus shots were available, ledum would be a valuable remedy to have, and it could even save your life.
Silica is a useful remedy for helping to expel splinters or shards of broken glass from the body. Amazingly, silica also brings welcome relief for the severe pain of infected teeth.
Here in Italy gardeners are not bothered by poison ivy, but I encountered plenty of it in my garden in New Jersey. A homeopathic dose of poison ivy leaf, Rhus toxicodendron, proves again that like cures like. Rhus tox is also good for rashes that resemble poison ivy – with redness, swelling and intense itching. Rhus tox is well known as one of the best remedies for arthritis, rheumatism and fibromyalgia.
Food poisoning can be caused by eating spoiled food or pesticides, often causing nausea and diarrhea. Arsenicumis a homeopathic remedy that will bring blessed relief.
If you or your children come down with a sudden onset of high fever with headache, sore throat, tonsillitis or earache, which worsens around 3:00 PM, Belladonna is the remedy you need.
For women who are subject to bladder infections with burning pains and a constant urge to urinate, Cantharis works like magic. I have been called a “maga” (magician) by people for whom I recommended this remedy.
You don’t have to wait for the collapse of society to take advantage of homeopathy to overcome and even prevent the flu. Many readers are probably aware of the dangers of flu shots, which contain brain-damaging mercury and other harmful elements you wouldn’t want in your body, or in the bodies of your children (born and unborn). Vitamin D, taken at the dosage of 5000 iu per day, can prevent the flu if taken long enough to keep your levels up. If it is too late for Vitamin D, and you do start coming down with flu symptoms, or even the common cold, Oscillococcinumoften relieves symptoms within a day. Another handy cure for colds is a medicine made from onions, Allium cepa. Because peeling onions makes your eyes water and your nose run, allium is a good match for cold symptoms and cures them homeopathically.
For burns and sunburns, Urtica urens relieves intense burning, itching and vesicles. Urtica is made from stinging nettle. Outside the realm of homeopathy, many people are aware of the burn-healing power of Aloe vera, whether it is purchased as a drug store gel or just squeezed out of a fresh leaf. It is easy to keep an aloe plant growing on your windowsill. Aloes grow very well here in south Italy – I have about a dozen, and they are constantly multiplying.
During times of disaster many people suffer from sever anxiety, shock and emotional trauma. These natural reactions can hinder your ability to successfully confront the dangers that you face.Aconite restores your mental equilibrium, allowing you to find solutions and increase your chances for survival.
These are some of the homeopathic remedies that I carry in my emergency survival kit and in my everyday first aid kit. There are many other remedies available, and with a little research you can easily put together a set of homeopathic remedies tailored to your family’s needs. I hope that this information encourages others to get started building emergency kits of their own.

Is everything we have heard about the tragic accidental sinking of the Titanic just as we have been told?
The sinking of the Titanic is one of most talked about events in history, but could it be that there was something far more nefarious at work than just an unfortunate date with an iceberg?
After hearing the evidence that Popeye will lay out, i think at the very least it will cause the listeners to revisit the watery grave that is home to the Titanic?

There are many tarot card layouts and rituals that greatly vary from one to the other. Who’s right?
By Rob Swifty
Tarot cards have been around for over centuries now. It was first a tool for divination but had evolved into becoming a tool for playing cards, and then now for making psychic readings. Though there are people who believe that tarot card reading is a lie, there are still more people who rely on its meaning to give direction in their lives and provide answers to questions that bug them.
Seeing a psychic for a tarot reading can entail one to spend money, time, and effort. And so when one finally decided to do so, it is best that he is equipped with the basic things he needs to understand about the tarot. This is also so he will be able to choose the best reader and avoid being ripped off his money. This information shall also be useful even to those who want to start using and learning the tarot card.
1. Many people say that one’s deck of cards, whether first or subsequent, must be given as a gift by someone to them. This is not true and that we are all allowed to have access to buying our own deck. This must perhaps just be a tactic of the olden times so that the deck will not be commercialized.
2. There is no wrong way of reading the tarot card. So many people will say that there is one way to read it and not doing so will result to wrong readings. This is not true. As one tries to read and get acquainted with the cards, he needs to read it and use his own intuition and interpretation of the images of the card.
3. Some people conduct prayers, meditation, or rituals to invoke the spirits during their readings. This is not wrong, but it is not required or necessary. Though it is considered relevant and important for some people, there is really no direct implication on the reading.
4. There are also people who keep their deck of cards in a special place, wrap it in special cloth, or cleanse it with crystal and other stuff. This is not really necessary. Though these are not considered wrong, these also do not have any effect on the message of the tarot card reading.
5. Shuffling tends to be an issue in tarot reading. Some psychics tell their clients a certain special way to shuffle the cards. What is only necessary is to cut it according to how you please.
6. Be familiar with the card. This is a process that surely takes a lot of time. It cannot be done overnight as it needs to be learned everyday, every time there is a chance. Learn from veterans and read books. However, do not mind if others are making faster progress than you.
7. We believe that tarot cards are just to predict the future. It has far more purposes like meditation, creative writing, visualizations, conscious creation, and dialoguing.
8. Spreads are not very necessary as you can choose the one that you are most comfortable with.
Tarot reading is surely a helpful craft. It enables one to provide help and enlightenment to people.

“All riches have their origin in mind. Wealth is in ideas-not money.”
Why do we worry about money? This is because we are human and this is human nature. We will all do this at times; so lets look at some tools we can work with to move these fears into a better feeling place.
The first step is to get conscious and soften these fears and heavy thoughts around money.Abraham-Hicks teaches us that when we are stressed about something, we want to go general about it, as in “things always work out for me” and “I will figure things out as I go, I don’t have to know everything now.” This way we can soothe ourselves and relax a bit. This may take time so keep working with it, do not give up. Even small improvements in “vibration” (how we feel) will yield positive results. Fear about money is a learned train of thought, brought on by copying our parents or others around us. We can learn a better way.
We want to remember that even though worry aboutmoney is natural, it is actually keeping money and great ideas away from us. There are different ways to soften these worries. We must take hold of the fear and anxiety and talk it down. Fearful thinking is a habit and needs to be shifted to a more positive place. This takes work but we can do it.
I have created a soothing meditation for you that is meant to bring us back into our knowing that all is well and we only need to refocus our minds. That even at our darkest moments, the dawn is on its way. We need, as they say to have the faith of a mustard seed. We can choose fear or faith, and we all know faith will get us much more positive results.
Incantations are also very useful. Simply start replacing the worrisome thoughts by chanting to yourself things that you know will benefit your mind and spirit. Positive incantations are Divine food for you mind and spirit. For instance replace fearful thoughts with statements such as “Every day I am getting more healthy and abundant” or “I am a magnet for happiness and abundance”. Say these affirmations aloud when possible. The great Catherine Ponderstates that affirmations need to be said aloud for 5 minutes a day to evoke positive results.
At first, it will feel like nothing is happening, but keep at it and you will experience shifts inconsciousness and as a result things will shift for the better in your life. When you say these statements to yourself smile your secret smile, take deep breaths and feel the abundance flowing through you. Feel your creating power. As they say “fake it till you make it”, as you make these divine declarations over and over with feeling things are sure to shift.
Or as Abraham-Hicks says just go “pet your cat” and distract yourself so you may get in a more allowing relaxed place in order to receive divine ideas and abundance. This is not always easy when we are nervous but with practice we will get it. Like anything else practice makes perfect.
The meditation below comes from the culmination of two great books, the first is The Abundance Book, which teaches the lesson that our abundance is the result of “source energy” and that money is energy and will flow to us when we are open to receive. The second book, The God Memorandum is a classic masterpiece meant to remind you what a miracle you are. Remembering our Divinity and what a miracle we are creates great positive shifts in our self-confidence, always a good thing. The knowledge in these two classic books is combined here for you in a soothing, relaxing meditation.
Remember, that when we worry about money we are never alone as large portions of humans do this. The good news is that as we rise above fear (false evidence appearing real) and lift ourselves, we are actually lifting those around us. Our work is to remember how to master our minds. With daily practice and faith we may all shift these human fears to a better place and help ourselves, those around us, and even future generations. Please use the video below frequently to lift you mind and spirit to the abundant place it belongs. You are a powerful divine creator and deserve the best.

Good overall health begins with a healthy gut. Chronic illness begins with breakdown in the gut.
This is where I typically start with clients looking to address any health challenge.
If you’re looking for lasting improvement in any area of your health, it’s best not to think of your body parts as being independent compartments. Every cell communicates with every other cell, not always directly, but via the fluids, hormones, and neurotransmitters that travel through the vast network of blood vessels and nerves that course through every part of you. And it all starts with your gut.
Think of your digestive tract as your first physical line of defense against all chronic, degenerative illness.
From your mouth to your large colon, the lining of your digestive tract is continuous with the skin that covers your body. Both your digestive tract lining and your skin act as barriers that protect your blood and inner tissues against undesirable substances.
When you were a baby, if you were breastfed by a relatively healthy mother, your gut had plenty of health-enhancing organisms (lactic acid gram-positive non-motile organisms). Often called “friendly” bacteria, these organisms line the walls of your small and large intestines and serve several functions, some of the most important ones being:
What if you don’t have sufficient colonies of friendly, health-enhancing organisms in your gut? The bad guys will find spaces along your gut lining where they can take root and form colonies that aren’t easily washed away. This is called dysbiosis, which leads to leaky gut syndrome.
As more unfriendly bacteria, invasive fungi, and even parasites dig into your gut lining, your gut can actually begin to “leak” incompletely digested protein and man-made toxins that make their way into your body. As these foreign substances enter your bloodstream through your damaged gut lining, your immune system will begin manufacturing antibodies to combat them, which can lead to chronic inflammation anywhere in your body via “antigen-antibody complexes” getting deposited in your tissues as they circulate through your blood – this is a root cause of a plethora of common health conditions, including but not limited to eczema, psoriasis, alopecia (hair loss), ulcerative colitis, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, endometriosis, cystitis, and even psychiatric conditions like schizophrenia.
Dysbiosis and leaky gut syndrome are not readily recognized by conventional medicine as health conditions, most likely because there are no patented prescription drugs or surgical procedures that can justifiably be prescribed for them.
In general, you can safely assume that you have some degree of dysbiosis and leaky gut syndrome if you regularly experience one or more of the following symptoms of digestive tract dysfunction:
Adopt Eating Habits that Facilitate Optimal Digestion
Perhaps the single most important eating habit that you can adopt to facilitate healing of your digestive tract is to chew your foods thoroughly.
Ideally, you want to chew your foods until liquid. When you chew well, you allow your digestive tract to efficiently break down small particles of food into micronutrients that can pass through the wall of your small intestine into your blood.
Your teeth are designed to mechanically break down food, while the rest of your digestive tract and organs are designed to chemically break down your food. Whenever you don’t chew well, your digestive tract and organs take on the burden of trying to accomplish what is much easier for your teeth to take care of.
If you have dental or jaw problems that make it difficult to chew well, consider blending your foods in a blender or a food processor.
Chewing your foods and liquids well allows your saliva and digestive enzymes to mix in with your foods and liquids, which begins the process of digestion right in your mouth.
Chewing well encourages physical and emotional rest while eating. And being emotionally balanced and at rest while you eat allows your body to send a rich supply of blood to your digestive organs during a meal, which helps optimize every step of digestion.
If possible, strive to combine the habit of chewing well with a steady focus on being grateful for your food and other blessings. Just as the connection between your mind and body can cause you to sweat when you are nervous, being grateful while you chew can help your digestive organs break down your food and assimilate nutrients into your blood.
The goal is to prevent incompletely digested foods from sitting in your digestive tract longer than they should, as this promotes breeding of potentially pathogenic microorganisms.
Minimize Intake of Substances that Harm Gut Ecology
The big ones are prescription antibiotics, sugary foods, white flour products, and alcohol.
Ensure Adequate Physical Rest
Simply put, the more you rest, the more energy your body can devote to repairing damaged areas, including your digestive tract.
It’s during deep, restful sleep that your body produces large quantities of growth hormone, testosterone, and erythropoietin – all of these hormones are needed in optimal supply to keep your gut lining healthy.
Consider Taking a Quality Probiotic
You can nourish your gut with health-enhancing bacteria via traditionally fermented foods, but if you have a long history of symptoms of dysbiosis and leaky gut, you can likely benefit from taking a professional grade probiotic formula. The one that I have my clients use can be found here:

Frank M. Wanderer, Ph.D, Contributor
During your spiritual growth, you may discover what’s important to you, you can reach your inner tranquility, peace and happiness, that none can take away from you. You can find your inner strength, which you can experience as an effortless Presence. In this state, you are aware, only the present moment exists to you, your being is pervaded by the silence of Consciousness and the joy of Existence.
During your spiritual Journey you would like to bring this effortless Presence into your daily routine, so you are trying to spend as much time in the state of the Presence as possible.
That is a noble effort, but alas, it is soon experienced that it fails day by day. The question arises,”What is the reason for the failure? Why can I not spend a longer period in the state of effortless Presence, when I want to? It is surely because I am not good enough, and I am unable to make the required effort. I am unsuited for such a noble task!”
Such thoughts inevitably generate guilt and remorse. The guilt may, after a time, become so overwhelming that the individual gives up the desire to live in the Presence in order to avoid the negative emotions that come with the guilt.
This is an extremely dangerous mind game! Why?
It is to be recognized that the negative emotions and the guilt that comes with it is not a part of the Consciousness, it only belongs to the mind!
The Ego –and so guilt as well–is a social product, created by the expectations of the parents and teachers as a part of the mind. How? A small child’s adaptation to the external world is supported and sustained by the parental expectations. Whenever a child meets the parental (and so the social) expectations, the child is accepted, rewarded and loved. Otherwise some sort of a punishment or rejection follows. In order to avoid retaliation, the child will unconsciously meet the expectations.
As long as the child is small, the expectations appear as external stimuli for the child. The child behaves well, because mum (or dad) should not be angry, should love him/her. As the child grows up, these external expectations undergo a complicated psychological process and become internal ones, and create the foundations of Ego.
At that time children no longer behave the way it is expected by the society because they direct environment so desires, but because it generates an inner good feeling in them. When they do not behave in accordance with these social expectations, they experience guilt. That is how external social effects become parts of the Ego. This mechanism follows us all through our lives.
At one point of our spiritual Journey we meet the teachings of an awakened teacher, and internally we feel that this is what we have long been looking for, we want it to be a part of our daily routine. We are thus able to create some internal expectations regarding how we are able to do it, what the fastest way to incorporating Presence into our life may be. We are, however, unable to meet the expectations, so guilt appears automatically. Be aware that this is the work of the Ego, a game of the mind!
What can we do with that guilt?
Several things are to be taken into consideration. One is that we have been living identified with the Ego (on the edge) so long that we have drifted too far from the center (Consciousness, Self, Presence). It is therefore not possible to get back to the center overnight (the possibility is there, naturally, as the center is within us, but we do have to make the effort to reach it). The progress on our Journey towards the effortless Presence initially requires efforts from us.
There is an important maxim that applies to that effort: every step in the right direction takes us closer to our own center. It means that moments add up and reinforce each other.
There are inevitable occasions when one temporarily drops back into the Ego-dominated state, and these cases are also followed by a sense of guilt. Once we have understood the mechanism of the emergence of guilt, and bear in mind what has been discussed above, we need to realize that in such instances guilt is not justified!
On our spiritual Journey, we should not dwell on the guilt emerging because of dropping back to Ego-dominated state; instead, we should celebrate that we are in the state of the Presence!!
When one is able to rejoice about these moments, instead of worrying about the next possible dropback, then the positive periods will be more and more frequent in our lives. We therefore need to be patient with ourselves, and look upon our sense of guilt as Witnesses!

“Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.”– George Santayana
Past presidents of the United States and other high profile political leaders have repeatedly issued warnings over the last 214 years that the U.S. government is under the control of an “invisible government owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people.”
According to six of our former presidents, one vice-president, and a myriad of other high profile political leaders, an invisible government that is “incredibly evil in intent” has been in control of the U.S. government “ever since the days of Andrew Jackson” (since at least 1836). They “virtually run the United States government for their own selfish purposes. They practically control both parties… It operates under cover of a self-created screen [and] seizes our executive officers, legislative bodies, schools, courts, newspapers and every agency created for the public protection.”
As a result, “we have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated, governments in the civilized world—no longer a government by free opinion, no longer a government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a government by the opinion and the duress of small groups of dominant men.”
The sources for the above quotes (and more) are listed below. All of the quotes in this article have been verified as authentic and have associated links to the source materials. Also included below are statements made by David Rockefeller, Sr, former director of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), and Federal Reserve Chairman’s Alan Greenspan and Ben Bernanke that appear to confirm some of the warnings.
Warnings About the Invisible Government Running the U.S.
The warnings listed below, which appear in chronological order, began with our first president – George Washington. The last president to speak out was JFK, who was assassinated. Read what they and other political leaders have said about the invisible government.
George Washington wrote that the Illuminati want to separate the People from their Government
“It was not my intention to doubt that, the Doctrines of the Illuminati, and principles of Jacobinism had not spread in the United States. On the contrary, no one is more truly satisfied of this fact than I am. The idea that I meant to convey, was, that I did not believe that the Lodges of Free Masons in this Country had, as Societies, endeavoured to propagate the diabolical tenets of the first, or pernicious principles of the latter (if they are susceptible of seperation). That Individuals of them may… actually had a seperation [sic] of the People from their Government in view, is too evident to be questioned.” – George Washington, 1st President of the United States (1789–1797), from a letter that Washington wrote on October 24, 1798, which can be found in the Library of Congress. For an analysis of Washington’s warning, see the article “Library of Congress: George Washington Warns of Illuminati”
“I sincerely believe, with you, that banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies.” —Thomas Jefferson, dent of the United States (1801–1809) and principal author of the United States Declaration of Independence (1776), in a letter written to John Taylor on May 28, 1816
“A power has risen up in the government greater than the people themselves, consisting of many and various powerful interests, combined in one mass, and held together by the cohesive power of the vast surplus in banks.” – John C. Calhoun, Vice President (1825-1832) and U.S. Senator, from a speech given on May 27, 1836
Note that it appears that Washington’s and Jefferson’s concerns regarding bankers and separation of the people from the government was realized by 1836. This fact was confirmed in a letter written by FDR in 1933 (see below) in which he wrote that “a financial element in the large centers has owned the government ever since the days of Andrew Jackson.” Jackson was the seventh president of the United States (1829-1937). Calhoun served as Jackson’s vice-president from 1829-1832.
“Behind the ostensible government sits enthroned an invisible government owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people. To destroy this invisible government, to befoul the unholy alliance between corrupt business and corrupt politics is the first task of the statesmanship of the day.”— Theodore Roosevelt, 26th President of the United States, Theodore Roosevelt, An Autobiography, 1913 (Appendix B)
“A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is privately concentrated. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men… [W]e have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated, governments in the civilized world--no longer a government by free opinion, no longer a government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a government by the opinion and the duress of small groups of dominant men.” – Woodrow Wilson, 28th President of the United States, The New Freedom, 1913
“Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men’s views confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the United States, in the field of commerce and manufacture, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it.” – Woodrow Wilson, 28th President of the United States, The New Freedom, 1913
“The real menace of our Republic is the invisible government, which like a giant octopus sprawls its slimy legs over our cities, states and nation… The little coterie of powerful international bankers virtually run the United States government for their own selfish purposes. They practically control both parties, … and control the majority of the newspapers and magazines in this country. They use the columns of these papers to club into submission or drive out of office public officials who refuse to do the bidding of the powerful corrupt cliques which compose the invisible government. It operates under cover of a self-created screen [and] seizes our executive officers, legislative bodies, schools, courts, newspapers and every agency created for the public protection.” – New York City Mayor John F. Hylan, New York Times, March 26, 1922
“Mr. Chairman, we have in this country one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever known. I refer to the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Reserve Banks. The Federal Reserve Board, a Government board, has cheated the Government of the United States and the people of the United States out of enough money to pay the national debt…Mr. Chairman, when the Federal Reserve act was passed, the people of the United States did not perceive that a world system was being set up here… and thatthis country was to supply financial power to an international superstate — a superstate controlled by international bankers and international industrialists acting together toenslave the world for their own pleasure.” – Congressman Louis T. McFadden, from a speech delivered to the House of Representatives on June 10, 1932
“The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that a financial element in the large centers has owned the government ever since the days of Andrew Jackson.” — Franklin Delano Roosevelt, 32nd President of the United States (1933–1945), in a letter to Colonel Edward M House dated November 21, 1933, as quoted in F.D.R.: His Personal Letters, 1928-1945.
“Today the path to total dictatorship in the U.S. can be laid by strictly legal means… We have a well-organized political-action group in this country, determined to destroy our Constitution and establish a one-party state… It operates secretly, silently, continuously to transform our Government… This ruthless power-seeking elite is a disease of our century… This group…is answerable neither to the President, the Congress, nor the courts. It is practically irremovable.” – Senator William Jenner, 1954 speech
“The individual is handicapped by coming face-to-face with a conspiracy so monstrous he cannot believe it exists. The American mind simply has not come to a realization of the evil which has been introduced into our midst. It rejects even the assumption that human creatures could espouse a philosophy which must ultimately destroy all that is good and decent.” —J. Edgar Hoover, The Elks Magazine, 1956
“The very word “secrecy” is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings… Our way of life is under attack. Those who make themselves our enemy are advancing around the globe… no war ever posed a greater threat to our security. If you are awaiting a finding of “clear and present danger,” then I can only saythat the danger has never been more clear and its presence has never been more imminent… For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence–on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day.It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations. Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed.” — John F Kennedy, 35th President of the United States, from a speech delivered to the American Newspaper Publishers Association on April 27, 1961 and known as the “Secret Society” speech (click here for full transcript and audio).
“The Rockefellers and their allies have, for at least fifty years, been carefully following a plan to use their economic power to gain political control of first America, and then the rest of the world. Do I mean conspiracy? Yes, I do. I am convinced there is such a plot, international in scope, generations old in planning, and incredibly evil in intent.” Congressman Larry P. McDonald, November 1975, from the introduction to a book titled The Rockefeller File.
“There exists a shadowy government with its own Air Force, its own Navy, its own fundraising mechanism, and the ability to pursue its own ideas of national interest, free from all checks and balances, and free from the law itself.” – Daniel K. Inouye, US Senator from Hawaii, testimony at the Iran Contra Hearings, 1986
The Federal Reserve
“A power has risen up in the government greater than the people themselves…” – John C. Calhoun
“… owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people.” – Theodore Roosevelt
“… one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever known. I refer to the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Reserve Bank.“ – Louis T. McFadden
In an interview with Jim Lehrer that was aired on PBS’ News Hour on September 18, 2007 that you can watch on YouTube, formal Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan said, essentially, that the Federal Reserve was above the law and that no agency of government can overrule their actions:
Jim Lehrer: “What is the proper relationship, what should be the proper relationship between a chairman of the Fed and a president of the United States?”
Alan Greenspan: “Well, first of all, the Federal Reserve is an independent agency, and that means, basically, that there is no other agency of government which can overrule actions that we take. So long as that is in place and there is no evidence that the administration or the Congress or anybody else is requesting that we do things other than what we think is the appropriate thing, then what the relationships are don’t frankly matter.”
The fact that the Fed is above the law was demonstrated by current Fed chairman, Ben Bernanke, during his appearance before Congress on March 4, 2009 (as shown in this video). Senator Bernie Sanders asked Bernanke about $2.2 trillion in American tax dollars that was lent out by Federal Reserve. Bernanke refused to provide an answer:
Senator Sanders: “Will you tell the American people to whom you lent $2.2 trillion of their dollars? … Can you tell us who they are?”
David Rockefeller and the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR)
“We have a well-organized political-action group in this country, determined to destroy our Constitution and establish a one-party state…” – William Jenner
“The Rockefellers and their allies have, for at least fifty years, been carefully following a plan to use their economic power to gain political control of first America, and then the rest of the world.” – Larry P. McDonald
In 1921 the stockholders of the Federal Reserve financed an organization called the “Council on Foreign Relations” (CFR). A full discussion on the CFR is beyond the scope of this article. Suffice it to say that the CFR likely plays a prominent role in the invisible government that we have been warned about. The CFR is alleged to be the arm of the Ruling Elite in the United States. Most influential politicians, academics and media personalities are members. The CFR uses its influence to push their New World Order agenda on the American people.
David Rockefeller, Sr is the current patriarch of the Rockefeller family. He is the only surviving grandchild of oil tycoon John D. Rockefeller, founder of Standard Oil. Rockefeller began a lifelong association with the CFR when he joined as a director in 1949. In Rockefeller’s 2002 autobiography “Memoirs” he wrote:
“For more than a century ideological extremists at either end of the political spectrum have seized upon well-publicized incidents such as my encounter with Castro to attack the Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence they claim we wield over American political and economic institutions. Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as internationalists and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure — one world, if you will. If that’s the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.”
James Warburg, son of CFR [Council on Foreign Relations] founder Paul Warburg, delivered blunt testimony before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on February 17, 1950:
“We shall have world government, whether or not we like it. The question is only whether world government will be achieved by consent or by conquest.”
“The American mind simply has not come to a realization of the evil which has been introduced into our midst. It rejects even the assumption that human creatures could espouse a philosophy which must ultimately destroy all that is good and decent.” —J. Edgar Hoover
Because of a deep rooted beliefs that the U.S. government is “for the people” and the protector of the free world, many will reject the notion of an evil shadow government. When our beliefs are challenged or when two beliefs are inconsistent, cognitive dissonance is created. It’s human nature to try to hold our beliefs in harmony with our world view and avoid disharmony (or dissonance).
For those of you who having difficulty believing the information presented in this article, I fully understand. For the first 57 years of my life, I would not have believed in the possibility that a shadow government could exist. Three years ago my world view changed. While on vacation in Mount Shasta, I came across a book titled “Global Conspiracy” that seemed strangely out of place in a metaphysical book store. I had never heard of the author before – some guy named David Icke. I scanned through the book and frankly didn’t believe 99% of what I read. But, I saw one thing that caught my attention in that I knew that I could easily verify Icke’s assertion. I did my own research and turned out what Icke had stated was true. That led me down a rabbit hole and many, many hundreds of hours of independent research.
So, keep an open mind, do your own research, and use discernment. Beware that there is a ton of disinformation on the internet, much of which is intentionally placed to confuse the public. At a CFR meeting on geoengineering (see the article “Millions Spent to Confuse Public About Geoengineering“), M. Granger Morgan stated (it’s captured on video for you to see and hear for yourself):
“First of all, of course, there is a lot of money getting spent to make sure that a very substantial portion of the public stays totally confused about this. And, I mean, it’s been really quite pernicious. But there’s been literally tens of millions of dollars spent on every little thing that comes along that might, you know, relate to some uncertainty.”
What Can We Do?
“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.” – Margaret Mead
