Arcturians come from the star system of Arcturus. There is a book called We the Arcturians, which was channeled by the non-incarnated Arcturians, but I have not read it yet.
It is said Arcturians are the guardians of planet Earth. They have been watching us evolve for eons of time and their presence is the main reason why Earth has been spared from major catastrophes such as being involved in star wars. I don’t know why, but many starseeds, both the incarnated ones and the non-incarnated ones, seem to have intrinsic reverence for Arcturians.
The way Arcturians work to protect the Earth and her residents is different from that of Alpha Centaurians. Alpha Centaurians are hands-on and practical while Arcturians are more off-hand, observing and guiding us at an arm’s length. Arcturians are certainly not micro managers. They have a way to “live and let live.” I think this approach saves them some stress.
Wars start when one nation moves into the territory of another; depressions occur when markets take unexpected downturns; inflations occur when prices are driven up by shortages; revolutions start when the people, always spontaneously, rise up to overthrow the existing government.
These are the traditional explanations of historical events. Events happen by accident; there do not seem to be any causes.
But this explanation of history leaves gnawing questions in the minds of serious students. Is it possible that government leaders and others planned these events and then orchestrated them to their desired conclusions? Is it possible that even the great catastrophes of history were part of this plan?
The compelling account of how two heritages united in their struggle to gain freedom and equality in America is now available with updated, revised and expanded content.
The expanded and updated edition of Black Indians: A Hidden Heritage brings the Native American and African American alliance that for four centuries challenged the European conquest and slavery into the 21st century with additional research and documentary and photographic evidence.
The new edition reveals the story of the African guides and translators of the colonial era who became valued contacts with Indigenous peoples, examines the African and Indian alliance known as the Pueblo revolt of 1680 that ended Spain’s rule of the southwest for a dozen years, introduduces Francisco Menendez and the 1738 Black Indian community that defended its liberty in Florida against British incursions, and describes the Lowry Gang in North Carolina that fought the Civil War Confederacy and then battled the KKK.
This edition also provides new information on how western African American pioneer women often took the lead in aiding Native Americans; the ironic role of the Black “Buffalo Soldiers” sent to fight the great Native American nations in the West, and those who refused.
Katz introduces readers to Lucy Parsons, a former enslaved Black Indian, and a brilliant, and fiery orator and writer who became a socialist revolutionary; and to militant Black Indian Congressman George Henry White who introduced the first anti-lynching bill in 1900. Readers will hear of both the debates and efforts toward unity started in the 1960s between Dr. Martin Luther King, Dick Gregory, Stokely Carmichael [Kwame Ture], the American Indian Movement, and Black Power Movement, and between political prisoners Leonard Peltier and Mumia Abu Jamal.

Numerous scientists over many years have studied the role of consciousness and how it can directly influence our physical material world. Large amounts of research have been published which clearly demonstrate that yes, consciousness and what we perceive to be our physical material world are directly intertwined. I will provide more examples of this towards the end of the article, but for now we are going to take a look at one.
We’ve written about it numerous times, it’s called the quantum double slit experiment, and it’s a great example of how consciousness can affect our physical material world. A paper published in the peer-reviewed journal Physics Essays explains how this experiment has been used multiple times to explore the role of consciousness in shaping the nature of physical reality
“The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light…”
A Gateway To Between The Physical And Metaphysical?
Situated at the anatomical center of our brain lies a mysterious gland that may be the intermediary gate that bridges our physical and spiritual experiences here on Earth. Seventeenth-Century French philosopher Rene Descartes coined this organ, called the pineal gland, as the “seat of the soul”, as he believed it provided people with a medium from which our soul could be expressed through our physicality. The pineal gland has been a topic of great debate over the past couple of decades as the science community is still trying to discover its complete biological function. Dr. Rick Strassman, M.D., author of DMT: The Spirit Molecule, has dedicated years of research to the pineal gland as he suggests that this gland is the factory for a powerful brain chemical called DMT (Di-Methyl Tryptamine) which when produced induces a person into a psychedelic and mystical experience.
Many different cultures talk about our “third eye,” and modern theories suggest that this may be a reference to the pineal. Even more peculiar is the fact that pineal gland symbology can be traced to many civilizations such as the Romans, Mexicans, Egyptians, Babylonians and the Greeks. It is interesting to note that even the Catholic Church displays pineal gland imagery, as the Vatican Square contains the largest pineal-like statue in the world. So what could all of this mean? Is there ancient knowledge of this gland that previous cultures had access to? Furthermore, what role does the pineal gland play in our spiritual experiences and how can we explain this in physiological terms?
One of the earliest accounts of the pineal gland is in the writings of a third-century B.C. Greek physician named Herophilus, where he discusses the piniform or pinecone shaped organ as being the size of our pinkie fingernail. The name comes from the Latin word pinea, which literally means “pinecone.” As mentioned previously, the gland sits at the approximate geometric center of the brains mass. Additionally, the gland is not technically part of the brain, as it is not protected by the blood-brain barrier. In his book DMT: The Spirit Molecule, Dr. Rick Strassman discusses the glands unique solitary status within the brain:
“[…] All other brain sites are paired, meaning that they have left and right counterparts; for example, there are left and right frontal lobes and left and right temporal lobes. As the only unpaired organ deep within the brain, the pineal gland remained an anatomical curiosity for nearly two thousand years. No one in the west had any idea what its function was.”
Additionally, the pineal gland sits close to the sensory and emotional centers of the brain, which could explain why spiritual experiences can evoke so much emotion and sensation. In the 17th century Rene Descartes was searching for the source of our thoughts, and proposed that the solitary pineal organ could be the generator. Descartes was interested in the location of the pineal in relation to the cerebrospinal fluid byways, and suggested that when the pineal gland “secreted our thoughts” that they moved through the cerebrospinal fluid to make its way to the rest of the brain.
The Third Eye
David Wilcock’s New York Times bestseller The Source Field Investigations discusses the idea that our pineal gland is our “third eye” which provides us with visuals during psychedelic and near death experiences (NDE), and also while we dream, finding biological evidence to support this claim:
“[…] it is apparent that several relationships exist between the pineal gland and retina. The similarities in development and morphology have been obvious for many years…. Although the mammalian pineal gland is considered to be only indirectly photosensitive, the presence of proteins in the pineal which are normally involved in photo-transduction [light sensing] in the retina, raises the possibility that direct photic events may occur in the mammalian pineal gland…”
This idea has become a common theory in pineal gland research. Needless to say the pineal gland does appear to be set up for signal transduction, just like the retina of the eye, where it picks up visual images and sends them to the brain. Scientists suggest that the interior of the pineal gland is completely black, but we must question why our bodies would create this third eye with light detecting cells if there was no light to be detected in there. Could the images that are created when we dream or during an out-of-body experience come from the photic cells inside the pineal gland?
The Spirit Molecule
Strassman proposes that a potent psychedelic molecule called DMT is produced by the pineal gland. This molecule is found innate in nature, such as in certain grasses and tree roots and even in our own bodies. The experience brought on by humans who smoke isolated forms of DMT is said to be profoundly vivid, spiritual and life changing. Pineal DMT production must be regarded as plausible considering that the pineal gland is known to produce melatonin and serotonin, two neurotransmitters which are structurally very similar to DMT and which play a part in our mood and sleep cycles.
Pineal Gland Imagery Throughout History
To add to the mystery, let us consider the blatant pineal gland imagery that is expressed in sacred art and architecture all around the world. As mentioned before, the word pineal comes from a Latin word meaning “pinecone”, and therefore the pinecone was used to represent the pineal gland throughout history.Wilcock’s The Source Field Investigations devotes an entire chapter to the pineal gland and its representation throughout history. The following are just a few examples from the book:
Perhaps one of the most disturbing facts is how much the Catholic Church promotes pinecone imagery. It is clear that this was an extremely important symbol to the early Church fathers considering the placement of the giant pinecone statue in the Vatican. Is the Vatican concealing sacred knowledge that would contribute to mankind’s physical and spiritual evolution? Wilcock investigates further into the matter in his book, describing the written history of the pineal gland:
[…] Plato says in The Republic (Book VII), “the soul through these disciplines has an organ purified and enlightened, an organ better worth saving than ten thousand corporeal eyes, since truth becomes visible through this alone”
Additionally, masonic scholar Manly Palmer Hall is quoted in the Occult history of Man as stating the following:
“[…] The Hindus teach that the pineal gland is the third eye, called the Eye of Dangma. It is called by the Buddhists the all-seeing eye, and is spoken of in Christianity as the eye single…[the pineal gland] is a spiritual organ which is later destined to be what it once was, namely a connecting link between the human and the divine…”
It is evident that the pineal has been a focus throughout history, with philosophies of all cultures discussing this organ in relation to the ever-attaining journey towards spiritual enlightenment. It is possible that the pineal gland is our connection to the divine, providing us with visions during many metaphysical experiences. The next question arises, why is it being kept secret? Modern theories suggest that the “mystery schools” which have been hidden in secrecy for millennia hold the knowledge of the pineal gland that many ancient civilizations understood, and these secret societies are keeping this information from the general public to maintain more power and control.
Cleansing Your Third Eye And Reclaiming Your Potential
With this information in mind, let us look at the effect that our environment and diet have on our pineal gland. As mentioned earlier, the pineal gland is not protected by our blood brain barrier, which renders the fluid inside the pineal susceptible to mineral deposit build up. These minerals compile as hard white clusters, and can appear on X-rays or MRI’s. One theory suggests that the heavy minerals and toxins that are dumped into our environments and that are consequently absorbed into our bodies have a retarding effect on the potential power of our pineal gland. One of the main chemicals that cause mineralization of our pineal gland is Fluoride. As many of us know, fluoride is considered an FDA approved medicine which aids in the re-mineralization of our teeth, preventing tooth decay. Fluoride is dumped into most North American communal water systems, making it increasingly difficult for the population to avoid intake of this chemical. It is safe to theorize that the powers in control have an understanding of this mineralization process, and are utilizing Fluoride and many other toxins to debilitate our true potential as human beings. On a positive note however, over the past five years we have seen a substantial increase in the removal of Fluoride from city water all over the world. People are taking the power back into their own hands, which is inspiring in its own right.
We now understand that our pineal gland may hold the secrets to the divine enlightenment which has been searched for and talked about since the earliest accounts of mankind. So what can we do to cleanse our pineal gland? Removing fluoride is the first huge step in this process. Get the message out in your own community and be the one who makes a difference. There are also other supplements such as blue ice skate fish oil which will help decalcify the pineal gland. (Find out more about decalcifying your pineal gland)
Our hidden potential now seems infinite, a notion which is spreading throughout our planet. So reclaim your potential today by cleansing your pineal gland!

Stories just unfold and unfold; hour by hour, the pages of our book are written. Some say we write those pages ourselves, including the seemingly ‘outside of our control’ experiences. Accidents, unwelcome circumstances, surprising opportunities, forgetting, missteps, chance meetings, world events, other people’s decisions, childhood experiences… these things that ‘happen’ make up much of our lives while we respond, or react, or acquiesce, or ignore, or endure them, or stand up to them.
But sometimes I wonder: Do things happen, or are we writing our own book… somehow, in some way, creating happenings? I know that it’s a weird question, but it seems a vital one in healing. It also seems vital as well in comprehending whether or not our personal evolution and energy transformation, as we go through these experiences, is a fractal bit of the experience of ‘All that Is’.
I’m thinking about these things because of a seemingly mundane event: my computer blue-screened and died. Empty-handed, realizing that I am an information junkie, looking around at all of the things I ‘could’ do, I picked up a novel that a friend had sent me and settled in to read. Something in me resists entertainment and distraction, but I made myself read it, thinking that I’d find something… and I did. When I reached the last line and put down the book, I found that our lives are so much more interesting than fiction.
The next morning, the ‘computer is ready’ call came. It was a fairly long drive to the repair shop, and I must have been daydreaming as I missed the last turn. It took a few minutes to notice that nothing in the landscape was familiar. As I went to turn around, I pulled smack dab in front of a beautiful ‘pagoda style’ gated temple. Above the gate was a sign that said, “Learn Chinese and Morals.” Jokingly, I thought, “Well that’s why I drove down here… somebody wants me to learn Chinese and morals.”
Well, Chinese is possible, I suppose, but morals… now that’s a tough one. Morals are imposed; and some say they were put in place to keep us from total degradation until the return of the light. That may be the case, but it looks like morals never have had a really good grip. Immorality has been oh so familiar, for oh so long. Why has the return of the light taken so long? I’m thinking maybe we have to really, really, really get finished with degradation personally, until collectively we tip the scale… if we are the writers of the book, that is.
On I went, thinking about morals and political correctness and religions and lies and rules and laws and cultures and justifications; it’s a dense mass of confusing messages about what is ‘good’.
If the sign above the temple gate had said, “Learn Chinese and Virtue”, that would ring a sweeter bell. We can seek to justify actions that society deems immoral, but with virtue, there is no hiding… no separation from your True Self. The outer rule vs. the inner code: morals will say something is right while virtue will say, “No Way!” or virtue will say, “I must do this,” and morals will say, “You’re an immoral woman if you do that.”
On the way home I stopped for a visit with a friend who is a Vietnam vet. He has suffered from PTSD for so many years… it’s as if one chapter in the book of his life just doesn’t want to end. There is a schism, and this too seems out of his control. Damage done to others is damage done to Self. It does not erase… it waits to be repaired. How fortunate if one can repair it in this lifetime.
Self healing is all of our work. And, not to get too serious here, but, repentance and asking forgiveness is a sacred act. It is not a spirit in the sky that forgives… it is the settling of a contrite heart in communication with ‘All that is’. Who among us has not done damage? We take risks being born into this dense and violent dimension – one must be brave and honest, and humble.
After the visit I asked myself, “Did he need this experience? Did his ‘I Am’ provide this in order to spur the evolution of consciousness and bring in more light for ‘All that is’, or was the military draft pick just some rotten karma. He is bringing in more light as he seeks healing, so I’d say the answer is… both can be true!
I headed home to discover another page being written in another book, this one belonging to Matthew. I’ve written about him before… an article entitled, Did Matthew Take His Pills, as well as in a follow-up article. He has allowed me to tell his story, about the abuse he suffered, emotionally and psychologically; about his brave recovery, and the obstacles he faced and overcame.
If ever morals were discarded, they were discarded when it came to Matt. Parents, family, teachers, psychologists and psychiatrists did plenty of harm. And if ever a battle for spiritual life was fought, it was fought by Matt. Throughout it all he protected his core: he is one of the most empathetic and spontaneously kind persons I’ve ever known.
When I got home and settled in, Matt walked into the room, looking a little shaken. He announced, “I can sing again… did you know I used to sing all the time when I was little?” I didn’t know anything about him singing, so I listened as he sang a song. “How was I,” he asked. “Your pitch is great,” I said, “…but you need to project more.”
After the song, Matt started to talk about what really was on his mind: an incident of abuse that he had hidden from himself. The locked-away memory had surfaced when Matt had felt the desire to sing along with a song he was listening to. It was one of those awful/wonderful moments when Matt shined a light into darkness and opened yet another avenue to healing. Of course there were tears, but there was also understanding of ‘why I felt the way I felt’ and ‘why I did what I did’.
When ‘immoral’ reaches a stopping point… what is that? Isn’t that the ending/beginning that we have all been praying for… the ‘really really really done with degradation’; and the return of the light?
Matt is a stopping point for trans-generational harm, in that what he experienced at the hands of others will not be passed on through him. It will be healed. How can I be so sure? Well, you can’t write another person’s story, but I’d say he’s been tested. Even in the worst of times, he never turned to bitterness, and his heart never grew cold.
Great metaphysicians say that the ‘packet of information/energy’ that is us, has foreknowledge of the situation that we will be born into, and we willingly go into that energy in order to gain information, or complete, or repair, or transform something. We have no memory of that choice… instead we have only the landscape that lies before us, and an inner compass of feeling and intuition that leads us to create the next page, or begin the next chapter. If that is the case, then wisdom would tell us what to cherish.
So let’s take a look at virtues. Loving kindness, no matter the circumstances; generosity with self and time and resources; respect and allowing others their liberation journey; freedom from selfishness and the demands of ego; empathy; strength of heart; truthfulness. Would you say that the system hates these things, and the ‘morals’ of the immoral system are nothing but caricatures of these things, containing us within the illusion of good? I would.
To me, the system we live in is as lifeless as a book of fiction. Our own book is the wellspring of life and light… if we make it so.

Note From Steven Lanier: The nature of inter-dimensional warfare cannot be overlooked or importance overstated. Inter-dimensional warfare is spiritual warfare with the 'halo' of mystery removed. Humanity is at the point where a choice needs to be made. Ascend into light or decend into darkness.
From Makalesi: Kemet (Egypt), Western Occultism, Eastern and other spiritually speak of our seven bodies. Therefore we should learn to work towards understanding these bodies so we can prevent being attacked spiritually based on the four/ seven + bodies. Generally speaking a lot of people are only tapping into their physical body and not realizing that they can be manipulated or programmed on the astral/emotional, mental or etheric plan. In addition, our neglected unhealed emotions can also stop us from manifesting our reality and continue re-manifesting in our physical world to be healed and/or addressed. Makalesi also explains how these bodies can effect you spiritually, mentally and even physically via occultism, magick, suggestions and much more.
Inter-Dimensional Warfare Overview
‘A social initiative called Russia 2045 wants to put an end to death by creating robots that can replace our physical bodies and store our personalities on artificial brains — and they believe it will happen in the next few decades. Led by Russian media mogul Dmitry Itskov, the Avatar program — not to be confused with DARPA’s project of the same name — includes four different avatars, each of which will steadily advance our march towards immortality.
By 2020 the group hopes to create a humanoid robot that can be controlled with your brain, while 2025 will see a human brain actually transplanted into such a robot. A decade later the group believes that its avatar will be able to host a human personality in an artificial brain, and by 2045 that brain will be part of a “hologram-like avatar.” And they have high hopes for just how great their creation will be:
“Before 2045 an artificial body will be created that will not only surpass the existing body in terms of functionality, but will achieve perfection of form and be no less attractive than the human body.”‘
‘Cecily McMillan, the Occupy activist who on Monday morning will appear before a criminal court in New York City to be sentenced to up to seven years on a charge of assaulting a police officer, sat in a plastic chair wearing a baggy, oversized gray jumpsuit, cheap brown plastic sandals and horn-rim glasses. Other women, also dressed in prison-issued gray jumpsuits, sat nearby in the narrow, concrete-walled visitation room clutching their children, tears streaming down their faces. The children, bewildered, had their arms wrapped tightly around their mothers’ necks. It looked like the disaster scene it was.
“It’s all out in the open here,” said the 25-year-old student, who was to have graduated May 22 with a master’s degree from The New School of Social Research in New York City. “The cruelty of power can’t hide like it does on the outside. You get America, everything America has become, especially for poor people of color in prison. My lawyers think I will get two years. But two years is nothing compared to what these women, who never went to trial, never had the possibility of a trial with adequate legal representation, face. There are women in my dorm who, because they have such a poor command of English, do not even understand their charges. I spent a lot of time trying to explain the charges to them.”‘

At the Monday Demonstration in Dresden on May 12, 2014, a guy came forward during the open mike session and told the audience he participated in installing chemtrails devices on airplanes. Guess what happened when he went to the local representatives with proof in hand.
The "New Monday Demonstrations" (actually, "Mahnwachen für den Frieden") were started by Lars Mährholz in march 2014 as a grassroots movement for world peace and a fair monetary system. As of midst of May 2014, Monday Demonstrations are taking place in over 60 cities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and is still growing. After the mainstream media and various forces from left to right in the first place ridiculed, defamed, attacked or ignored the movement, now the media have started to report, in a less harsh way.
The term "Monday Demonstration" refers to the peaceful grassroots demonstrations in East Germany in 1989 in which finally hundreds of thousands citizens took part and which, amongst others, led to the fall of the wall on Nov 9, 1989.
David Wilcock, host of Wisdom Teachings, takes this episode to teach us about holograms and fractals. Undeniably a difficult concept to grasp, holograms and fractals, through mathematics have now merged. We are now able to use a practical mathematical explanation for the strange reference beam behavior exhibited in a holographic recreation. Wilcock goes as far as to suggest that the universe itself is a hologram.
The Akashic Records, also known as the Book of Life, is a composition of the skein of space and time which records every single thought, word, deed, or creation throughout the hyper-verse of our eternal evolution. It is the authentic, natural, organic record of all that is, was, and ever shall be. It cannot be tampered with or compromised in any way, shape, or form, and yet there exist synthetic channels, programs, electronic devices bent on control and manipulation, torture tactics, and rampant abuse of tracking that attempt to restructure or reorganize the content of the Book of Life. The only way to abate this ghastly siege upon the sacred text is to no longer comply with the systems that are working to destroy it. Each one of us is writing another page of the book every day that we live, exist, rise to meet every challenge, interact with each other, tend to the Earth, and cultivate our own inner landscape with the transformative frequencies that we ride at any given moment. To keep this natural flow of events unadulterated, the enemy to what is natural has to be identified and we ourselves have to distance ourselves from it.
A hidden mechanism is at work and it does not have your best interest at heart. Due to a patchwork of sites out there that invite you to paste your life story, unfiltered, for others to see, everyone and their peeping mother can peer into your world. [They] upload everything about a person: your childhood, your adolescence, your first dates and first kisses, your successes and failures, your likes and dislikes, and your dreams. Each human being’s archived lifestream is like a computer. Everything can be used to target you, control you, or manipulate your experience. [They] can pull up any experience you’ve ever had, and they can make you relive it; conversely, they can make you forget it. It’s exactly like the concept behind Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, and when they do make you relive something–some period of your life, or some episode that you triumphed over–you have to jump through every hoop that you jumped through before in order to emerge safely on the other side as a whole, integrated, healed human being. They can make you forget heartbreak, and when they feel it necessary, they’ll make you remember every ping and pang of loss you’ve ever felt in the span of a single moment. This usually takes place following a serious victory or triumph, when they come up on you experiencing natural joy, because the last thing they want in a controlled, homogenized, surveillance state is for people to access pure joy. It gives people inspiration and motivation to keep fighting the good fight. It threatens the stability of the tyrannical control mechanism at work behind the scenes.
Occasionally, they will make you feel elated, plug into your consciousness states of intense, prolonged euphoria, or they can simulate some sort of a storyline that makes you evoke more of your childhood memories in case there’s any that they’ve missed or forgotten to log. They are doing this to every human being who has a social networking profile, whether it be on Facebook, Linkedin, Myspace, or any other surveillance script that they have designed. Pinterest, Instagram, and Twitter are the equivalent of soul contracts that people have made with the enemy in exchange for glorifying their transitory egos. Every bit of that information is stored and kept on file about every single person who uses those sites, and they are bought and sold and traded to generate new marketing lines and campaigns that are designed and tailored specifically for every categorized human archetype. If you think that you are evolving or somehow enhancing your journey by willingly forfeiting information about your life to those sites, whether it be social or private, then you are sorely mistaken. It is not the position or ambition of this commentary to advise you to do anything other than protect that about you which is sacred and still freely evolving outside the matrixes of control.
I was taught the power of non-infringement, but the art of that teaching is that there are times when it becomes necessary to step up and offer a voice of reason in an Orwellian nightmare that only the most aware and awake will escape. I am also speaking from the perspective of someone who has used such archival sites in the past and continues to share my recorded music, photography, and writing online. It is difficult to maneuver around the mechanism when it forces you to rely on it, in part, to further your career or your creative pursuits. However, there is still something organic, natural, and fluid about trusting the Universe to meet you halfway and fighting to preserve and protect the ancient Book that contains all information about our shared pasts, presents, and evolving futures. It is a great challenge to listen for true music in a sea of false tunes, but it is a worthy evolutionary stage we are all called to transcend.

Does meditation make you SMART? Letting your mind wander lets the brain process MORE thoughts than when concentrating
‘Regardless of religious beliefs, many people attempt to meditate at busy times in their lives.
And now a new study claims that meditation activates parts of the brain that simple ‘relaxing’ cannot.
People who meditate process more ideas and feelings than when they are just resting and letting your mind wander is more effective than concentrating on emptying your head of thoughts, scientists said.’

A great deal of Israel’s brazen behaviour has been at the very least abetted, if not out rightly supported by the United States of America – ironically the world’s self appointed moral police man of the “free” world. Cough cough.
One doesn’t have to look too far into history to see the litany of these crimes – and they continue increasing both in intensity and flagrancy.’
‘You might be feeling a strange sensation lately – like slipping into other realms of thought, perspective or consciousness. It can be manifest in very mundane incidents, and it can be very perceptually profound. It’s not easy to identify, never mind classify.
Nevertheless, the shift is on and it’s hitting people in different ways, and most may not be fully aware of what’s going on.
While world events can make us feel so disempowered and degraded, something else is urging us on. It’s very strong, subtle and beautifully powerful. The energetic and information supply line we’re receiving is a huge boost, but more than that there’s a connectivity we’re each experiencing, a sense of not just awareness, but a collective desire to help bring about a shift in the world to which we’re being subjected. What we’re experiencing is deeply coupled with this innate hunger to be connected to each other, and to the wonderful spiritual and vibrational sources with which we’re aligned.’
A groundbreaking new study published in Molecular Nutrition & Food Research titled, “Interspecies communication between plant and mouse gut host cells through edible plant derived exosome-like nanoparticles,” reveals a new way that food components ‘talk’ to animal cells by regulating gene expression and conferring significant therapeutic effects. With the recent discovery that non-coding microRNA’s in food are capable of directly altering gene expression within human physiology, this new study further concretizes the notion that the age old aphorism ‘you are what you eat’ is now consistent with cutting edge molecular biology.
Exosomes: The ‘Missing Link’ In How Plants and Animal Cells Communicate and Collaborate
This is the first study of its kind to look at the role of exosomes, small vesicles secreted by plant and animal cells that participate in intercellular communication, in interspecies (plant-animal) communication.
The study explained the biological properties of exosomes as follows:
“Exosomes are produced by a variety of mammalian cells including immune, epithelial, and tumor cells [11–15]. Exosomes play a role in intercellular communication and can transport mRNA, miRNA, bioactive lipids, and proteins between cells [16–19]. Upon contact, exosomes transfer molecules that can render new properties and/or reprogram their recipient cells.”
While most of the research on exosomes has focused on their role in pathological states such as tumor promotion, they were recently found to play a key role in stimulating regeneration within damaged cardiac tissue, and are known to be found in human breast milk, further underscoring how irreplaceable it is vis-à-vis synthesized infant formula.
The New Study
The investigators isolated plant derived exosome-like nanoparticles (EPDENs) from ginger, carrot, grape and grapefruit, and observed their behavior in mammalian cells (mice).
They chose these commonly consumed edible fruits and vegetables because,
“It is well established that a plant-derived diet has great influence on regulation of mammalian host cell homeostasis, in particular, cells in the digestive system [1–3]. Deregulation of plant-derived diet regulated host cell homeostasis leads to increased susceptibility to infections, chronic inflammatory bowel diseases, and cancer [4–10].
They noted, “the cellular and molecular machinery regulating such interspecies mutualism between a plant-derived diet and the mammalian gut is not fully defined.” Their new study aimed to gain new insight into defining the mechanisms through which cross-kingdom crosstalk occurs
Plant Exosomes Affect Mammalian Cells Intimately
After isolating and characterizing exosome-like nanoparticles from all four edible plants, the researchers discovered they possessed remarkable similarity in size and structure to mammalian-derived exosomes. Furthermore, the study showed “that these exosome-like nanoparticles are taken up by intestinal macrophages and stem cells, and have biological effects on the recipient cells.”
The biological effects were described as follows:
Ginger exosome-like nanoparticles strongly induced heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) and IL-10 expressed in macrophages, an indication of anti-inflammatory and antoxidant properties.
Fruit-derived exosome-like nanoparticles including grape and grapefruit induced Wnt/TCF4 activation, which is a key component of the anti-inflammatory response
All tested foods activated nuclear translocation of Nrf2, a key regulator of the HO1 gene, which has an important role in anti-inflammation and antioxidation; ginger was found to be most potent, followed by grapefruit, carrot and grape
Notably, EPDENs were found to be resistant to gastric and intestinal enzymatic digestion, further indicating they are capable of exerting significant biological effects by escaping digestive degradation, which has also been found with lectins and microRNA’s within edible foods.
The researchers discussed their results:
“Our findings show that exosome-like nanoparticles are present in edible fruits and vegetables and reveal a previously unrecognized strategy by which plants communicate with mammalian cells via exosome-like nanoparticles in the gut, and in particular intestinal macrophages and stem cells. We found that edible plants contain large amounts of nanoparticles. Like mammalian exosomes, further characterization of the plant nanoparticles led to identifying them as exosome- like nanoparticles based on the nanoparticles being com- posed of proteins, lipids, and miRNAs. EPDENs from different types of plants have different biological effects on the recipient mammalian cells. This finding opens up a new avenue to further study the molecular mechanisms underlying how the plant kingdom crosstalks with mammalian cells such as intestinal macrophages and stem cells via EPDENs. This information may provide the molecular basis of using multiple plant-derived agents for better therapeutic effect than any single plant-derived agent.”
They also offered that their results may explain why those who consume a greater variety of edible plants are healthier:
“It has been known for decades that people eating a variety of edible plants daily are the recipients of many beneficial health effects when compared to subjects that ingest fewer types of edible plants. Ingesting EPDENs from a variety of fruits and vegetables daily would be expected to provide greater beneficial effects for maintaining gut homeostasis than ingesting EPDENs from single edible plant.”
Discussion: Deeper Implications of the Study
As part of the fascinating new fields of epigenetics and nutrigenomics, this new study’s findings promise to expand the relevance of food in the practice of medicine and the prevention of disease. We have crossed a critical threshold in the past few decades where food can no longer considered simply as a source of caloric content, minerals and vitamins, and building blocks for the body-machine. [Learn more by taking the author's E-Course] Rather, food carries very specific forms of biologically meaningful information (literally ‘to put form into’), without which our genetic and epigenetic infrastructure cannot function according to its intelligent design.
The discovery of plant-dervied exosome-mediated modulation of fundamental mammalian cellular pathways, lends powerful support to the concept that ancestral nutritional practices handed down for countless generations are critical in maintaining our health. With the advent of the post-industrial diet, based largely on ‘food-like’ synthesized nutrition, and the novel introduction of grain-based nutrition in only the past 500 generations, our present diet suffers from a series of profoundly biological incompatible foods.
Millions of years of co-evolutionary processes have generated a wide range of interspecies, cross-kingdom co-dependencies. For instance, mammals and angiosperms (which comprise about 250,000 species and include most of the flowering plants that provide the modern world its diet) co-evolved for at least 200 million years together, and are today two of the most dominant forms of life on the planet. The very molecular and informational fabric of our bodies evolved to intimately depend on the presence of various key food components in the human diet, and the absence of others which may be detrimental to our health. Food components like exosomes may be as important to our health as vitamins and other classically defined ‘nutrients,’ and may even be more important in modulating a wide range of complex genetic- and epigenetic-mediated cellular processes within the body. This may also explain the mystery of how certain fruits, such as pomegranate, have been found to replace the function of the mammalian ovary in an ovariectomy induced models of premature aging. While pomegranate is one of nature’s most concentrated source of bioidentical estrone, exosomes may be the ‘missing link’ as to how a plant food can support complex hormonal processes within the animal body, along with exerting such a wide range of additional therapeutic health effects. This is all the more evidence with plants like turmeric, which have over 600 health benefits and has been found to modulate the expression of thousands of genes simultaneously.
We believe that taken together, the recent discoveries that 1) microRNA’s within foods like rice can enter into our blood and tissue and regulate gene expression 2) that double-stranded RNAs within a wide range of commonly consumed foods have molecular homology with thousands of human RNAs (and are therefore capable of silencing them) 3) that lectins also can directly activate nuclear machinery within certain cells, the addition of exosome-mediated gene modulation, lends further support to the concept that the quality and types of food we consume carry as much relevance in terms of ‘biological destiny’ as the DNA within our genome.
With exciting research now available, the famous quote attributed to Thomas Edison rings truer today than ever:
“The doctor of the future will give no medication, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.”

Today I would like to return to your awareness an aspect of the Human condition that can manifest thoughts and ideas into reality. We are able to sculpt our world much in the way an artist is free to sweep a brush across a canvas, extolling the essence of creation. But there are those who will guide our hand into painting by the number. And so we surrender our creativity to an invisible force that seems to follow an edict of conformity. Before you know it, the artist is painted into a corner.
Despite our powers of imagination and creativity, we choose to yield a good deal of our Divine authority to a lifeless entity called social order. It’s within the walls of this construct that we are bound. We are told who and what we are and given permission to proceed, so long as we keep our “brush” within the lines and boundaries. It’s a troublesome child indeed who chooses to color outside the box. They are labeled, among other things, a rebel or non-conformist.
But in all the constructs society has to offer, none are as potent, polarizing or volatile as the notion of a heaven and hell. These concepts are as old as the earliest transgressions, yet when challenged, all hell seems to breaks loose. When the commotion finally fades, none can articulate a meaningful argument. Not the devoutly religious, nor the adamant atheist.
In the following paragraphs I invite you to saddle up and come along with me to a rather hostile place, forged in the furnace of imagination. It’s been called many things, but hell if I know what it is. If we have time we might even knock on heaven’s door too. Not your average ride, but I think your horse is up for it. Mine is. After all these magnificent creatures have no reason to fear a place outside their awareness. So rider take heed and allow the horse to lead.
From Where I Stand
I try to imagine what life would have been like had I grown up on a desert island and was raised by a troop of gorillas. I like bananas, so this isn’t such a stretch. I would probably see myself as a mutation— also not a stretch. But as the years were to unfold, I wonder if I would have the same inner-awareness I have now? What spiritual or religious concepts would I have developed?
My actual experience is rather traditional by comparison, a Roman Catholic mother and protestant father. My mother had seriously considered becoming a nun before meeting my father. She fell in love and so her path took a notable turn. My father would not convert to Catholicism and so the priest would not allow the wedding. This was a jarring wakeup call to my formerly devoted mother. My parents ultimately wed at a county courthouse. Had she obeyed the Catholic Church, she would not have married my father and I would not be here today to tell you about it. Suffice to say— yes, I’m a bit critical of this construct called religion. I made it to this side so that I can at least offer my point of view. I’m immune to the persuasions of church. I am indeed that man on the desert island who has found his own truth— and the truth was there for the asking.
Just like a baby doesn’t like to be spoon-fed broccoli— I don’t like being spoon-fed religious doctrine. It’s going to get all over the place if someone tries. But like so many of the readers drawn to this website, I am a deeply spiritual person. I have a reverence for all life. I don’t step on spiders – I catch them. I’m attuned to the rhythm of nature and take solace in a garden. And so I find myself on the outside looking in. And there is relative peace, balance and tranquility in this world. Then I turn on the inside looking out. Such a strange and curious world I see out there.
Hell Is Real
Hell is real, thanks to those who’ve been conditioned into believing it. It is real— right down to the sulfurous gas, fiery temperatures and trident forks. Eternal damnation, torture and suffering— it’s all there. Wicked howls and banshee screams are common fare in this godless, ghoulish pit of smoking brimstone and ash. It is real. It is real because we say it is. It is real because millions believe it to be so. It is real because it’s been manifested by a collective consciousness, spanning countless generations. It is real because the masses have accepted fear and torment into their lives. It is real because they have willed it to be so. So it is as real for me as it is real for you. But who would wish for such a thing?
Essentially every religion at least alludes to this wicked underworld. Some center on it. Others worship it. How is this so? It’s a tool. Society instills these fearful thoughts so that we might be a trifle bit easier to manage. Fear is among our greatest weaknesses and is easily exploited. For those who have not spent any time on that proverbial desert island, they are likely to accept what they’ve been handed. So they take the good with the bad and jump into religion.
No one wants to feel lost and alone, so we usually adopt our parent’s faith and go from there. We recruit into a system that feeds our fear but builds our loyalty. We give back in the form of cooperation and contributions. After all, it’s important to be a good, God-fearing sort and pay your dues when asked. But why must we “fear” God? That’s not the relationship I know. And that couple of extra bucks in my pocket might anonymously buy someone lunch in a busy restaurant. Such random acts bring me much happiness. Sorry church— but that’s my joy to experience, and I know exactly where the money is going.
The language of religion is filled with wisdom and truth, and yet there is something hollow about it all. The Bible is a beautiful read. Yes, I’ve read it. But I sense the allusions and metaphors are frequently taken out of context to sway people a certain direction. This is the power of religion as I see it. And then there are competing ideologies. Here I find considerable duplicity among faiths. There is tolerance on the surface, but dark waters churn below.
Let’s take for example someone who’s been raised as a Muslim and the Muslim faith is all they know. How arrogant is it for one to assume that they should find and embrace Christianity? Is the Muslim destined for that horrible place where Lucifer stokes the fires? That is what many Christians believe. Do you suppose this might be a source of tension between these religious factions? You can smile, shake their hand and wave— but if you think they’re going to hell then what’s the point? Is it just ideology or is it something else?
Can we not see the fallacy of these religious constructs? How could a loving Christian think that another must endure torment for an eternity just because they believe differently? What if our Muslim brother or sister lived a life of kindness and compassion? Would they still go to hell? What if they went so far as to heroically intervene to save the life of a Christian? Nope— sorry! -Still going to hell. I don’t make the rules- I just blindly repeat and follow them because I no longer think for myself. Well, that’s the way I see people who follow this belief. And it’s not just Christians I’m picking on. It’s all faiths.
So we got a little sniff of hell- but how about the other place. You know- the good place? What do you do there? I‘ve always heard it’s the place to go— but to do what? Sit on a cloud and talk with relatives. That would be nice for a while. Then what? Well we can listen to the harp. Surely the harp would be out of this world. And it’s so beautiful and happy up there. Jesus is there. So let us sing and rejoice even as Mohammad and Buddha burn in hell.
I’d like to entertain another scenario. Consider a son who dearly loved his departed father. Let’s say his father was Jewish. The son had converted to Christianity. Son makes it to heaven only to find his father is not there. Heaven is now hell for this soul. Do we not see this hypocrisy? How silly is all of this anyway? Why do we even engage in this nonsense? Why? -Because we surrendered our authority to a social order called religion. We no longer have to think at a higher level. Thank God we’ve got churches to do our higher level thinking for us. Can I get an “amen!”
But this is how I see it. I could be wrong. I do sense, however, that whoever brought us here must love us very much or they would not have gone through all the bother and fuss. They’re going to come back for us too. They’re going to come back and take us home. Leaving this world will be seamless. We will look back and see how we were in a type of slumber. We will see how restricted we were, not only in motion but in thought.
When we pass into the greater world we will feel more alive and conscious than we could ever feel here. There will be no judgment or condemnation, save for which we direct upon ourselves. And that could be brutal— so one must learn to forgive others and themselves. This is heaven as I see. You will be the unfolding blossom— the light of the stars. You will be free to go wherever you want. Even back to Earth if you so desire. But the love you will feel and know will be so overwhelming that you will want to spend eternity just basking in the glow.
These are whispers I hear in the stillness of the moment. So take it for what it’s worth. But the theologian does not know better than I. This I am certain of. I care not how many Bible quotes one has memorized nor what they proclaim to be true. I ’m bored by it all. I’m bored by all dogmas and constructs of this kind. If the religious world were to practice what they preach with the same veracity and resolve by which they recruit, then we would have seen an end to war a long, long time ago. War persists. Nice going, religious people. Guess you don’t have it all figured out just yet. And don’t say you need more time. That excuse might have worked a thousand years ago- but now has run mighty thin.
I see you’re still straight in the saddle. That wasn’t so bad. But I can’t help but wonder if hell is real because so many people envision it to be so. If millions believe with conviction and fervor, they just might jinn something up that’s extra dark and nasty. If so, then the ardent worshiper might be unknowingly complicit in sentencing innocent souls to eternal damnation. That’s the sort of irony I would halfway expect. But somehow I know this is not the case.
Perhaps one is more apt to believe hell is real and here on Earth. Yep. It most certainly can be. But maybe so is heaven. It may really come down on how we choose to experience our life. Do we need to go to a church and compare Sunday outfits to feel a Divine connection? If that is what one desires then so be it. For me, I prefer the humble route. I visit my own temple. Well, actually it’s that place between the “temples.” Here I’m able to enjoy a connection that is beautiful and centering. No. I don’t pretend to have the answers, but my mind is free to wonder. And for those I meet, I don’t see religion before the face. All I see are beautiful Human Beings that call themselves different things. —And so we gallop onward.
That mustang you’re on seems a natural fit for you. Loosening the reins will set this stallion in motion. Feel the wind in your hair and notice how the light and shadows dance as the mercurial sun steeps into twilight. And somewhere along the edge of creation and the wind swept plains of eternity you might capture a fleeting glimpse of something truly miraculous. What a sight to behold through the gossamer lens of the mind’s eye.
-Until next time
‘Just in case you’ve been living under a rock (or absorbing the limited range of carefully selected and controlled news reports from the corporate media), Monsanto is a sinister multinational with headquarters in Creve Coeur, Missouri, and it’s engaged in the production of seriously harmful chemicals and agricultural biotechnology.
It’s the largest manufacturer of products which include genetically engineered seed and herbicide glyphosate.
Apart from the genetically produced seed, they have also been known to produce chemicals such as DDT, PCBs, Agent Orange and bovine growth hormone among others. It has been given the name merchant of death by many groups that inform the sleepwalking masses about the dangers of using Monsanto products.
So let’s take a look at just 6 ways Monsanto are destroying humanity:’
